I asked Darwin Payne of the DTH who was probably one of the sources of these notes. He recently published a book on the JFK assassination. He didn’t have much to say.

I did complain at the supermarket. Soon enough, we’ll have to eat only twice a day because food is now so expensive.

Yes. I’m guessing that these notes are what the editor, his name is in one of the pages, was told over the phone by his reporters.

This is a great source of very early material from the Dallas Times Herald before they even printed their first edition of their November 22, 1963 newspaper. Paul Gregory is still alive. I already shared with him the December 1963 SS interview with Marina. Yesterday I offered him a link to this WC testimony. I’m waiting for his reply.

I was also thinking of this. There is also an SS man helping with the translation.

I tried to locate Shaw Trial audios, but came back empty handed. I remember a photo of someone in the courtroom talking and a microphone next to him, but it could have been used only for the PA system to let people in the room hear better.

I have received this audio of her September 6, 1964 testimony to which attended Cooper, Russell’s, Boggs and Lee Rankin. A note from a friend of mine has been sent to a WC attorney asking him if other witnesses were recorded.
