Robert Howard
http://www.maryferre...417&relPageId=3 1993.07.12.17:11:22:560390 DISPATCH ON KAFFKE, DOBKINS, OSWALD http://www.maryferre...346&relPageId=2 Photo of Dobkins.....One document claims [Nathan Ferris] that not only was Dobkins mentally unstable, but that all members of his family were mentally unstable...., Dobkins was ostensibly from Texas. http://www.maryferre...738&relPageId=4 Enjoy Reading It seems there was a William Ray Dobkins born in 1937 in Upton County, Texas; father was Charles Martin Dobkins and mother was Nonis Lilleene Dobkins. Her mother was Rosetta McFarland (Mack) Reed, from whom she inherited the Reed Ranch. Here is the obit for Nonis: 2 Jul 2006 - Monahans TX Nonis L. Dobkins Rogers, 96, of Monahans, died June 1, 2006 at the Monahans Managed Care Center. Services are scheduled for Monday, June 5, 2006 at 2 p.m. at the Monahans Memorial Cemetery with Reverend Owen Sharp officiating. Services are under the direction of Harkey Family Funeral Services. Mrs. Rogers was born May 24, 1910 in Grandfalls, Texas, to two pioneering families of this area. Her father was R. M. "Mac" Reed of Coyanoso, Texas and her mother was Blanche A. Brown of Grandfalls TX. Mrs.Rogers was co-owner of Howard's Bakery for a number of years in Monahans TX. She is survived by two sons, Charles M. Dobkins, Jr. and wife, Eyvon of Monahans, James Dobkins of Snyder, Texas, one granddaughter, Charlene Diez and husband Tommy of Monahans, two great-granddaughters, Renea Lange and husband Keith of Corpus Christi, Texas, Kawyn Diez of Monahans and one great-great grandson, Nathanel Diez of Monahans, one brother, Richard M. "Bud" Reed and wife, Odessa, of San Angelo, and one cousin, Jean Gilbert of Ruidoso, New Mexico. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charlie M. "Shorty" Dobkins, second husband, Ted M. Rogers, and two sons, William "Bill" Dobkins and Richard M. Dobkins. It appears Dobkins was accusing Billy Sol Estes of Pecos County of taking over the Reed family's ranch in the letter to Marguerite Oswald. William R. Dobkins filed to run as a Democrat for the U.S. Senate from Texas against John Tower, Republican, in 1972 but never paid his filing fee. He died in Los Angeles, CA in 1981. Linda is correct regarding the letter Dobkins wrote to Oswald's mother; out of all the things he could have said to her regarding the assassination of President Kennedy, and I will be the first to admit I haven't checked to see if there are any corroborative facts regarding his allegations that he chose to go into that area, made me wonder if this is another of those red herrings...... but I have posted the URL to a document that goes into significant detail re this story. Both of these documents are lengthy and should be read closely if you are more than a novice to the JFK assassination. 1993.06.19.12:28:10:460000 Withheld http://www.maryferre....do?docId=97085 And at the risk of seeming to go off on a tangent of my own. Forum members interested in this thread, may wish to recall my previous mention of the link, however dated, of...... October 23, 1939 Deposed TVA Head Now Aids Refugee Cause Arthur E Morgan....Dr. Morgan, former President of Antioch College CORRESPONDENCE FROM AND INVESTIGATION CONCERNING DONALD ANDREW WIKF (T http://www.maryferre....do?docId=97071 Donald Andrew Wolf Jamestown, Tennessee Fentress County, aka Bobby Ronald Donald McDonald refers to Lee Harvey Oswald as Harvey in his letter to Marina, alleged was in Nashville in 1963 with two ex-cons named Richard Blair and Noble Holt when President Kennedy visited there and that he encountered a man who stated "how easy it would be to shoot President Kennedy in Nashville, Tennessee from some building or high place," the FBI discovered some threatening letters had been mailed to persons in Tennessee signed 'The Wolf" and entertained the idea that the person who was Donald Andrew Wolf and Bobby D. McDonald were one and the same....the reason I mention this area is that Knoxville, Tennessee is a name that surfaces in this document, ie that is where McDonald alleges he was at the time President Kennedy was assassinated...Knoxville, Tennessee of course, was a city very familiar to Albert Osborne and if you do a timeline on Osborne, you will discover in the summer of 1963 he was working as a gardener in Tyler, Texas and was also in Austin, Texas close to the time of the JFK Assassination see WC 25:47 http://www.maryferre...bsPageId=485040 I hate to sound funny but its nice to see a thread on the Forum that is germane to the JFK assassination in a significant manner, as opposed to something about Rick Perry or the latest obituary of some JFK related figure that has died recently...... Brendan Boucher
Doesn't seem to be much out there regarding LICOZY Apparently the Steve Kenin from Philly who went to Temple, was photographed with Castro, rode his motorcycle around Mexico, and whose name is phonetically identical to the mystery "Kennan" has no connection to this program?
