The Tell-Tale Dash : Files

Recommended Posts

The issue here is that Eaglesham claims Files is a fraud because the headstamp of his dented cartridge has a short dash, and could therefore not have been manufactured before 1970. That is the issue here, not whether I have to proof Files shot JFK. Who charges me with proving that? You?

Anyone can make up his own mind. Anyway, the issue here at hand, Eaglesham's claim is a nice try, but still bull:

Here is an email from a Dutch cartridge collector for over 40 years. His name is Marinus Knap and he is a big authority in the field:

http://www.cartwin.nl/KnapNL.html

This is his website.

This picture is from his personal collection:

The bold text in his email from 2003 translates as follows:

The headstamps on photo 4 and 1 headstamp on photo 2 (357 SIG) are from a later date than 1963. The others are from around that time.

This means that all the headstamps on the picture (including all those with a short dash or dot) are from the 1963 time frame, exept the second in the bottom row (357 SIG). I just talked to him and he says that Eaglesham's claim is bull.

Geachte Wim Dankbaar,

Bodemstempel: RA.

Marinus Knap

I will come with more proof that the short dash was alos in use in the 1960's

Ron,

See my last few entries here:

Eaglesham is wrong, and it appears you are jumping the gun, just because you don't happen to have short dash (dot) pre 1970 cartridges. By the way, the long dash was also used after 1970 just as the short dash was before 1970. Mr Knap of www.cartwin.com has long dash stamps of 2003.

Wim,

your expert can say whatever he likes, but on that picture there is no Remington Peters .222 headstamp shown ,

I told you that already, so, should I believe him just because you know him ?

If you can present .222 casings identical to those found by Rademacher, made before the alledged headstamp change Allan is wrong, simple as that.

But it does not mean, Files shot JFK, let alone that any of those found casings was involved, that is unproven and a speculation from your side, you don't like that fact I know, but that is how it is.

And yes, jfkmurder is solved via Files confession, that is what you !!! claim so you !!! better present the proof, if that is a challenge for you, it is already clear that you don't have it, since you and formerly Vernon are marketing what you call

truth for 15 years or more.

Everyone can make up his own mind, excuse me, why then are you attacking everyone who doesn't arrive at your conclusion ?

Here's a simple two step instruction to get yourself banned on Wim Dankbaars forum by the master (of the proof desaster) himself:

Step one:

http://www.jfkmurdersolved.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=59

Step two:

http://www.jfkmurdersolved.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=490

In other words, seems he doesn't want to allow his members (and potential customers)

getting too much opposing information or critical thinking, so beware of posting facts over there, you might

get yourself in trouble.

It was real fun while it lasted, what am I going to do, now that he has taken that toy away from me ?

Growing up, getting depressive, or just enjoy the day.

I think I do something dareing,

I go and smell the roses.
