Each person would have a various answer to that question of who did it and who planned the most? Collective people were behind it and it would take that many more to cover it up and keep it that way. A lot more powerful people were behind it than the two of them. Simple answer when we can't even prove who did the shooting? Isn't it? Anyone who buys into Oswald a lone nut case to do it was a dream on if they thought that most of us would think that possible. Perhaps if they didn't go through so much of an effort to keep the truth as Oswald then most of us would buy the solo Oswald did it story, but they did goof and it was becuase of so much effort lost on their own parts. Plus, Jim garrison. I wonder to this day if Garrison were alive and with more papers released out if he would have gotten more of an answer then at the time of the trial of Clay Shaw?

All tombstone's at Arlington National all look alike it is one the perks with it. So, no I am not surprised. They all look alike, that is for military Cemetaries. Makes finding where they are placed rather difficult as well. But it also makes the cemetary look rater neat and all in order.

So they say that James Files is such a hoax. He is the one to warn me about Nova and sent me a picture of him some time ago. Files told me to keep an eye on him and watch him. At that time Nova was in prison. I never knew who he was took time to ID the picture of him. Yet, Files knew for reasons to keep a close eye on this man. Seems odd, not really and I don't think this has anything to do with the election. Rather a keep on eye part for myself to know. They must be getting down on a list when someone like Files in prison for sometime know a bit more into politics than one would think. Makes it even stronger that James Files knows admits and tells more of the truth than what some would like to let us believe. This isn't for the election I don't think so. It isn't for terrorist actions either but keep a close eye even more onto Bush and see what comes up in the near future?

I wish I had the most brillant of words to say to explain what is going on and how tragic this is. The one thing they can count on, is us being belittled for what we stand for. Judyth stands for Oswald and is in hopes of the truth coming out about him. To undo what was all ready put down without any trial ever being done on his behalf is a great undertaking for any one person. To be silent all of these years, hurt the story for Oswald but at the same time Kept Judyth alive to tell it. So, ones that pull for the truth never to come out. Have several things to do, get many people against her, get truths and twist them around, pull all forms to take the creditablity down. Which I hate to say this but they are succeeding. Judyth, has a lot I hope to give. Take about some of her papers which she doesn't have them all. Cover them up is another part of a problem here. I went to NARA looked for all of the cover up's on Oswald and there are so many that it boggles one mind. Some never EVER to be released. WHY? What differances does this now make after 40 years and the man is gone. Kennedy is also gone. MacAdams knows he is to keep the thing going on Oswald is acting out as a nut case and is a lone shooter. IS GONE TO FAR. Yet, what else does he have to do, if he now, makes the story come out that puts him on the embarrassing end. That is to much to ask for him to ever admit he is wrong. So, the story has to stay the way it is and suppressiones of truth goes on. Corrupt government leads to more corrupt people. If Judyth, a lone person, with only a few who believe in her, stand up we also are faced with problems. They tend to treat us the same way they treat Judyth. Which is one thing she did say to me. So, if it gets on our own nerves in a personal way it makes us fall apart on the few that are with her in that belief that she is telling the truth. WE HAVE TO PULL TOGETHER or it will surely all fall apart. IF IT DOES FALL APART WE FAILED AND THE LIES THAT ARE WITH US WILL REMAIN FOREVER. I had hoped that it would be easy to help get JFK facts straighten out, I hoped that the truth about Oswald would also, he was also a victum of this crime not a terrorist of it. I had hoped that the ones that were involved would be made known and somehow, justice would come into play with it. I still hope for that. I feel Judyth, should stand up for what is hers and make things known direct to Debra Conway. She backs off. She isn't taken off the forum, David Weaver told her that I saw what was sent to her. She has to feel strong in what she needs to do. I am there, I will back her, but I can't back her if she walks away. Makes mush if you know what I mean. Debra has something of hers not just a film. More. I am at a toss in this battle. Not to mention a loss. Judyth fears of a lawsuit, well not if she is in the right. Look I don't know what is going on. I am not going to get stuck in the middle on this one too. Judyth needs to defend herself that is for sure, and when seeing others can defend Judyth as well. One can ask, try, but not alone. I will fall as surely as Lee did and I hope not to that point.

Are you suggesting that Judyth should not defend herself against the attacks made on her by John McAdams. Whatever your feelings might be on Judyth's story, she defintely deserves the right to protect herself from attacks made on her on other websites. It is then up to the vistor to decide if John McAdams approach to the subject is acceptable. As Greg Parker and myself have illustrated on other threads, McAdams is very slective about the way he uses evidence to investigate the JFK assassination. Some of his targets are dead and cannot defend themselves. Judyth is still alive and so understandably wants to correct the public record. <{POST_SNAPBACK}>

Seems to me there is enough attachs doesn't it seem that to you? Frankly, we have all had it with attachs they never go anywhere do they? If we would stop doing that kind of attach research maybe we could get the job done with care research and some people just might bend and give in a little? I hate to see JFK's real truth go down the tubes because of some that just don't care to do nothing more than just attach one another to keep the truth from coming out more.

What a bizarre thing to say. You might disagree with Jack but there is no mistaking who he is? Nor has he ever made any attempt to disguise his activities as a JFK researcher (nor should he). You can tell a lot from the style of people’s writing. David Weaver style is very different from that of Jack White. I have no reason to doubt that Bill Miller is Bill Miller. The only thing I would say that his writing style is very similar to that of Gary Mack (although he never posts he sends me a lot of emails). <{POST_SNAPBACK}> My first thouthts were in the upper part of my post. The edited version is taking the time to know when this thread was created and when the conversation that Uwe and I had just on the part of wondering if I would post my own picture or not. I decided not to at this point. My edited version is more factual and to the point then the upper part. It is just one of those things in life that makes it so interesting. Bill, Do you feel like sometimes you get picked on? I came close to posting my face up on this forum and declined for now. Not that brave, not at all that brave of me. Now that certain person is released from prison I am glad that I took the route that I am doing. NOT TO SHOW MY FACE yet. Odd also I wondered on your picture and had named it to someone and said that in my writings and yours for some reason I thought that you were much older than the picture. Thank you for responding back fast. I am happy to see a new picture of one of the Nova brothers. Not so glad to hear that he is released. What is the age of the Nova brothers now? Can't help but hope that their hands are a bit shaky now, vision not as good and maybe sort of settled down some. I HOPE. Maybe he isn't with a good memory anymore that would help out even more.... Wim, If I do get a chance to go down this weekend to NARA I will look at it and everything that surrounds it. Now, depending on the wheather conditions where the hurricane will be at and how bad it is rated at the time it gets to our area. So, if not this weekend the next. Don't know why I just don't have an urgent feeling behind it. When Judyth asked me I couldn't go because of a full time job. To scheduled that day to go. Wish I could have. What I do feel is so urgent is all of the pink slips that are under Lee H. Oswald (and there are so many of them) I know for a fact Because I HAD EACH AND EVERYONE OF THEM PULLED. Those are the ones that show that papers are missing and they are a high level. WE DON'T HAVE SO MANY FACTS because of those missing papers. THIS I FEEL IS MORE THE URGANCY. This I would run for. There is some packets in the boxes that say 67 pages missing, some only 2 pages missing, some 10 pages missing. I started to write things down and to keep a note as to why they are still missing on Oswald. Some resons not all but some are because of National Security Reasons. No one can get them. Where are they? Felt to be most of them in the FBI building. I really don't wish to russle with the FBI now. FOIA somehow I don't think that will do it, because to many I am sure already have done that. When Pres. Clinton in 1997 ordered the release of all JFK materials to be sent to the NARA I was told from NARA employee they should have been released. Anyone of us and as a Team could go the full nine miles are start shouting to the FOIA section down into the NARA building itself is where it is at. But somehow I still don't think it will do a bit of good. When Judyth returns in a few days I will ask her just what in the world did Lee H. Oswald do that was so dangerous that to this day it still has to be covered up? Bet, she can't name one thing. The one part I already saw papers on it, to known of a fact. Things he brought to the border of Mexico and it is rather dangerous so if they can let that fact out why can't they release the others that are listed to be Nat. Sec. Reasons? I still into awe over the 82nd airborne division of the year of 1959 in Laos that is missing all military records. So is NARA over that one too. I don't think they even knew this prior I don't think anyone ever asked before. So, not just is James Files records missing so it is witht the whole group. Not done on that search as of yet. But, not to look there for that year and for that part of the group to be listed together. There is nothing there. I am frustrated with Missing Documents. HAVE THEM WE HAVE THE CASE. On a private note. I have talked to Mr. Marsh today. About many things. One is Lancer going down after Vernon and my debate and showing Files restrictive documents, also about what Vernon was apting to pay me for getting them which lead me to tell what I wanted from Bob. Files step brothers phone number. From NARA records in Files case, which it is a Case, I had Dick Clark's business phone number. I did make the call. The information I have sent to you so far, just isn't enough. I have reasons to believe now this is DEEPER FAR DEEPER. Those facts I did submit to Mr. Marsh, my attorney for his knowledge over this. He will back me on what I am about to do, this week. When I do call back, I am going to be very open this time to Dick Clarks staff. I am disappointed on the fact so far as to what was told to me that once Dick Clark drops a case he never talks about it again. This time when I do call them, it won't be just a few words it is be more indepth. If they refuse then it goes my attorney and Dick Clarks attorney debate or battle for the information. This information can I HOPE lead to evidence that will bring it all out. Keep an eye on Bob Vernon. He doesn't want the truth out and he never did. I know if Bob sees this it will be all hell to pay. But I am now going to be tough on him again as he was to me. I do not support him on his choice that he made to call James Files a hoax when he knows that he is not. I do not support any of the information down in NARA as to the decisions on what they viewed because the real parts of evidence is missing. It does exist and will continue to exist in spite of some who wish to destroy it. I have reason to believe that Bob Vernon is trying to do that now. If not I hope he will address this open to all of us, at this time. I have no objections if anyone wishes to make sure Bob Vernon does see this. I am confronting him, openly and publically. From what I was told by a person who grandfather was in the New York Mafia is that Monroe had a habit of going back and forth from Mafia to FBI all the time taking information on a bouncing level. She was killed and it wasn't an accidental over dose because of her learning to much information. I am not sure what side did the murder of Monroe Mafia or Government? I somehow feel it leans more to government than Mafia but could be wrong. To tame for it to be Mafia. To planned for her to be with Bobbie Kennedy just prior. So, seems to me more governmental deed.

I have been talking to her and glad to do that since last October just before they did the show where I first saw her on The Man Who Killed Kennedy. I wondered why she didn't show as much but a lot came out since then. She does have a lot of proof and I did help her get one set of papers she wanted for some time. From what I see when this does come out she will be well known and I do think many who did at one time disbelieve her will be believing her story much better. She asked me if I could try to get Lee H. Oswalds time cards. I told her I would try and not only did I get them but I also was questioned by an agent that is stationed at NARA. That was proof enough for me right there. No FBI agent is going to question a hoax. No he had reasons and I did see why. When her book does come out I am anxious to see just what she put in about that. From my own basis with knowing more about Lee H. Oswald through her I found many new things about him. I always since I was small thought that Oswald was a patsy and was used. He wan't only used he was very abused as well. I do look for more to come out about Oswald through Judyth in the near furure.

Some facts about myself. I have written to James Files for about one year and half. He has with every letter responded back to me. I now am considered to be a researcher both on Lancer forum and also at NARA. I have had a membership card with NARA for about 6 full years. Before researching in the JFK world I worked on Watergate. I helped get the Watergate tapes out into the open for public hearing.
