  1. Mr. SHANEYFELT. Commission Exhibit No. 887 is a picture of me that was taken on May 24, 1964. My location was at the sixth floor window of the Texas School Book Depository that we have designated as our control point. I have the rifle that is the assassination rifle mounted on a tripod, and on the rifle is mounted an Arriflex 16-mm. motion picture camera, that is alined to take photographs through the telescopic sight. This Arriflex motion picture camera is commonly known as a reflex camera in that as you view through the viewfinder a prism allows you to view directly through the lens system as you are taking your photographs so that as I took the photographs looking into the viewfinder I was also looking through the scope and seeing the actual image that was being recorded on the film. Of my knowledge, there exist only one photograph which shows FBI Agent Robert Frazier at the sixth floor window with the rifle. And, CE887-----Ain't it! Tom P.S. What you see is more of "Shaneyfelt's Shenanigan's"
  2. It is only "lost", if it has not been found! Since the bullet was long ago "found", then there exists no "lost" bullet. Just as there exists no multiple assassins, body snatchers, wound alteration specialists, unicorns, or tooth fairies.
  3. Tom: Since LHO ordered and received the Carcano some two months prior to even going to New Orleans and hanging out at Adrian Alba's garage, I personally have doubts that reading Alba's magazines have any bearing on Oswald's ordering of a Carcano weapon. (other than to confuse the issues). And, in event that one accepts the "Walker Bullet" as being a factual exhibit, then it most certainly is not from an Italian Carcano round and has all of the characteristics of the WCC Carcano bullet. Which would tend to point out that LHO/aka the Walker shooter, was in possession of WCC Carcano ammo prior to beginning to play his games with Adrian Alba. Tom, the issue is not whether the mags at Alba's garage had anything to do with the ordering of the rifle, we are discussing the use of Alba's equipment to adjust the sling for the rile, and whether he uesd any ads in the magazine to obtain ammo, and apparently the editor of Gun World Mag said he got a letter from Oswald asking him specifically about this. BK Since I have shared it with others, consider this: The "Adrian Alba" affair was merely another of the actions of LHO in his little game of leaving a "scent" here, leaving a "scent" there, for someone to "bark up the wrong tree". Adrian Alba was an entremely active member of the "Minutemen", and had himself been arrested for his involvement in attempting to train personnel to fight against Castro. LHO's intentional association with Alba, as well as his attempts to get Alba to sell him a rifle, coupled with the use of Alba's garage to construct the leather sling and the pilfering of Alba's magazines which bore the "Carcano Ad", when placed into there proper perspective, appear as nothing more than LHO's continued games at providing the "wrong tree" for someone to bark up. Arf, arf, arf!------sound of squirrel dog barking up wrong tree! Tom If LHO was playing any game at all, it was the GREAT GAME, the one SUN TZU writes about in The Art of War - under the Chapter the Use of Secret Agents, and therefore Oswald was just a pawn in the bigger game, and part of the net - the Divine Skein - skein is a net - the network that includes five different types of agents - of which Oswald served as three at different times in his life - and in the end he was the expendable agent, but not one that devised the schemes you attribute to him. Tom is the one barking up the wrong tree. You would think that after all these years studying this case that his view of the Patsy would have changed with new information, but he's still stuck with the false judgement of the character of the accused assassin and designated Patsy, despite knowing better. BK For the uninformed: The purported "Patsy" attempted to purchase a rifle from a known member of the "Minutemen", as well as also making attempt to purchase a rifle from a convicted gun smuggler who had provided weapons to Fidel Castro. Therefore, one should preface with "Completely Stupid"----Patsy, if they wish to follow along that incorrect trail. Arf---Arf-----Arf!
  4. 1. All eveidence points to LHO as having been the (lone) shooter responsible for the assassination of President Kennedy. 2. All evidence points to LHO as having been the person responsible for the shooting death of Police Officer Tippit. 3. All evidence points to LHO as having been involved in this event up to his ass. 4. Had LHO been ONLY the designated "rabbit", then the shooting of officer Tippit would have been a completely stupid move. 5. Those who were behind the initial actions of LHO (excluding the planning and executuion of the assassination), most assuredly had the experience and knowledge necessary to place LHO into the position of "scapegoat". We will, in all probability, never know the final answer as to whether LHO was or was not the person who pulled the trigger. If one assumes that LHO was in fact the shooter, we will, in all probability, never know if he merely took it upon himself to accomplish this or whether he was in fact lead into these actions by others. Tom P.S. The first (and single most) important aspect of resolution of a murder is to resolve exactly how the event actually occurred. It is as useless as looking for a shotgun in what was a murder by a pistol, as it is looking for mythological creatures throughout Dealey Plaza when in fact all shots fired in the assassination came from the sixth floor window and the recovered Carcano Short Rifle.

  6. Although most unlikely that too many will either accept or believe it, the first publishing (in The George County Times) related to the third shot/aka the "Magic Bullet", is now of record. This 4-page publishing is the beginning of revelation of the simple facts and (factual) truths related to the shots fired in the assassination of President Kennedy. Each weekly publishing throughout the month of November will contain essential information relative to this (the "Magic Bullet)/the last shot fired in the assassination event, with the November 16th (additional 4-page) publishing containing the most relevant of this information. Tom P.S. When one takes into consideration the amount of pure BS which has surrounded this subject matter, even I would not believe this either.
  7. Excellent work as usual! However! One should refer to this as being the Warren Commission re-enactment. Although many of the "players" actually came from the SS as well as the FBI, this assassination re-enactment was under the primary direction of Arlen Specter, who was assisted by FBI photograph expert Lyndal Shaneyfelt. The "true" FBI assassination re-enactment was conducted on 2/7/64, although they certainly went out of their way in attempt to make it completely disappear from the record. And, if it is of any assistance to anyone in resolving a few of the issues of confusion, the FBI, during their assassination re-enactment of 2/7/64, utilized the "Queen Mary". HMMMMMMMM! Same actors, same stage props, certainly adds to the difficulty to recognize exactly what photographs were taken on 2/7/64 vs those that were taken later on 5/24/64. Tom P.S. Usage of the "Queen Mary" also allowed Lyndal Shaneyfelt to invent the "ADJUSTED POSITION" in which the aiming point (on the JFK stand-in's head & back) was actually 10-inches higher in elevation than was the true aiming point elevation and angle which would have held true had they actually utilized the Presidential Limousine. This wonderful little "sleight-of-hand" manipulation was long ago discussed here, and from various email correspondences, I am glad to see that some caught on to how the "ADJUSTED POSITION" aided in the Warren Commission's phony assassination re-enactment. Hi Tom, Hopefully, not all of 2/7/64 disappeared. http://i140.photobucket.com/albums/r25/123steamn/Seat-DoorComparison.png chris For the record! The individual who is seen throughout the photographs, who is wearing the multi-colored shirt and small straw hat, is FBI Photographic Expert Lyndal Shaneyfelt. When one takes into consideration J. Edgar Hoover's "dress code" for his agents, one just may want to question exactly why Lyndal Shaneyfelt was allowed to dress like this during the Warren Commission assassination re-enactment. Tom
  8. In addition to the problems of finding "mailing tubes" of sufficient length, the current cost of $75.00 per copy is also a prohibitive determent to too many copies being made and/or mailed out. Additionally, as long ago indicated, the scale of the WC survey plat (1-inch = 10 feet) is still insufficient to actually determine that much factual information from it. ONLY, when the survey information of other works, to include the TIME/LIFE Survey; the SS Survey:, and the HSCA/Drommer survey, do essential elements of information come to be recognized. Originally, there was no intent to provide the Sixth Floor with this "freebee" information. However, for various reasons, my thinking has changed on that subject, and at some point in time after the first of the year, it is my intent to provide copies of all of the survey plats as well as the critical survey notes.* *The copy of the WC plat which the Sixth Floor Museum received has numerous of these items already marked onto it.
  9. 1. The "little dwarf sized tripod" is the theodolite (survey instrument) of Mr. Robert West land Survey Company. 2. The person in the cowboy hat, is Mr. West.
  10. So why the hell is he saying that the SBT is "demonstrated fact"? Perhaps, as Don suggested, Tom should stop posting needlessly vague nonsense and start clarifying his beliefs so we don't waste any more time. And if he can't do that, I'll just ignore his posts and suggest others do the same. Personally, it would be my recommendation that anyone who wants to find out some of the simple (factual) truths, believe nothing stated by anyone on the subject matter. If they will stick with the simple forensic; ballistic; pathological; and physical facts, then they will come to recognize exactly how simple these facts are in regard to each of the shots fired. And, what is truly nice about it is that there exists more than ample witness testimonies to substantiate these simple facts. Certainly saves on all of that wasted time hunting for the mythological creatures of Dealey Plaza. (and Love Field, if one belives in body snatchers) Hopefully, The Sixth Floor Museum will display for all to see, the full-sized true copy of the Warren Commission Survey Plat.* As long ago presented within the "ALTERED EVIDENCE" as well as the "VEHICLE SPEED ANALYSIS", the survey plat offers a starting point in destruction of the Warren Commission and their purportedly "factual" analysis of the JFK assassination. Tom *P.S. For Mr. Mack! It went out today by UPS (tracking# 1Z8925R50343990546) According to UPS, you/The Museum, should receive the survey plat in approximately two days. Let us all know if, and when, the Museum receives this piece of history.

  13. The Warren Commission heard testimony from one former Marine, Nelson Delgado, who stated that Oswald's marksmanship "was a joke," that he could hardly qualify on the range...In 1977 the author located and interviewed more than fifty of Oswald's Marine Corps colleagues...there was virtually no exception to Delgado's opinion...Sherman Cooley, an expert hunter who grew up in rural Louisiana, knew Oswald well during their Marine Corps service. Cooley's comment capsulizes what several dozen Marines had to say about Oswald's ability as a marksman: "If I had to pick one man in the whole United States to shoot me, I'd pick Oswald. I saw that man shoot, and there's no way he could have learned to shoot well enough to do what they accused him of"...Many of the Marines mentioned that Oswald had a certain lack of coordination that, they felt, was responsible for the fact that he had difficulty learning to shoot. - Henry Hurt, Reasonable Doubt, pgs 99-100. You want an example of someone talking "BS" about the assassination, Tom? Read your own post. Sorry Martin! The "joke" lies in those who accept and believe each and every statement (which supports their particular beliefs), that someone claims. Why not post those statements of the USMC EXPERTS who had access to LHO's Rangefire Record????? Or better yet, review the actual Rangfire Records (as published within the WC), and get some qualified USMC shooters to comment on it. OH! I forgot! That has already been done, by no less than one who carried the "SNIPER" designation of the USMC. If recalled, he too accepted that LHO was in fact a relatively good shooter, as well the relative simplicity of the shots from the sixth floor. Personally, (considering my own bias), I would believe nothing that I claim. However, when fully qualified others accept and promote the same hypothesis, one just may want to take a closer look at the facts. Balderdash. More than 50 people remembered the same thing, Tom: Oswald couldn't shoot for sh*t. When 50 people independently remember something exactly the same way it's pretty safe bet they're remembering correctly. So the firing range records say something slightly different. So what? That says to me that someone whose life was made easier by Oswald qualifying on the range gave him a "helping hand." An infinitely more reasonable proposition than 50 people sharing the same false memory don't you think? Merely another of the nice "speculative" theories. Since the USMC did not usually begin one's marksmanship training off with "cheating" on scores, the initial rangefire records of LHO demonstrate that he was of extremely high to superior marksmanship ability from day one. Something which the WC most assuredly did not want you to know, in order that you just may "swallow" the BS of "THE SHOT THAT MISSED". Hell! I do not even know of a USMC cook or truck driver that could not have hit three out of three shots at ranges which were less than 100 yards. Just for the record: #1------approximately 60- yards #2------approximataely 88- yards #3------approximately 98- yards. Boy Scout shooting ranges/distances! In event the "late/great" USMC Sniper had difficulty at such (rock chunking) ranges, it would have been most likely due to the fact that they were far closer than anything which he had ever shot at. On the firing range or in the field!
  14. "I've never seen the SS re-enactment in color before" You still have not seen it! The SS assassination re-enactment was conducted in December of 1963, and the smaller Lincoln Continental vehicle (only front & rear seats) was utilized.
  15. Excellent work as usual! However! One should refer to this as being the Warren Commission re-enactment. 16. And I'm still awaiting a response to this question: Really? Demonstrated by whom? Tom, I think the well-thought out objections to your conclusions by Mr. Dolva, Hays and Farley require a response in kind, not condescending language aimed at those of us who disgree with you. Spending $30,000 of your own money to give voice to your views does not give you the right to pour scorn on those who investment has been no less serious than yours. Regards, Daniel your views does not give you the right to pour scorn on those who investment has been no less serious than yours. Regards, Daniel Monetary investment has little to do with intellectual ability for rational thought! And, for the record, neither does "time-in-grade" in regards to exactly how long one has actually been attempting to unravel this (relatively simple) enigma. The facts of the JFK assassination are, despite what many may be lead to believe, extremely simple. Understanding all the Specter & Company (The Warren Commission) did/accomplished in obscurring these simple facts, is the truly difficult task. Which by the way, I give them a grade of "A+" for having accomplished so well.
  17. And I'm still awaiting a response to this question: Really? Demonstrated by whom? ANSWER: The forensic; ballistic; pathological; and physical facts! Tom P.S. So the record is "perfectly clear", CE399 and the SBT (fact) are two seperate entities. The fact that Specter & Company decided to "combine" them into one scenario, which has caused massive belief in mythological creatures, is neither my problem nor my mission in life to attempt to dispel. The facts of the assassination are quite simple!------That there exists those who, for whatever reason, can not comprehend "simple" is and will always remain an aspect of human behavior that completely evades my understanding of the species.
  18. John! What's new about this? First off, Craig Roberts is attempting to sell a book. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ the target was moving away at a drastic angle to the right from the window ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ That is BS! There was absolutely nothing "drastic" in regards to the angle. Factually,it was approximately 12-degrees. In event that a purportedly skilled sniper could not compensate for this, then he best go back to his true MOS. (cook or truck driver). And, if one will actually review the evidence, they will find that the firing position (stacked boxes) in the sixth floor window were located in a position of which there is no way that the wall or vertical pipes would have interfered with making the shot. There exists an excellent (published) photograph of FBI Agent Robert Frazier in the sixth floor window,(taken from Elm St) positioned based on the firing position of the stacked boxes. Which, by the way, clearly demonstrates the advantages of the sixth floor firing position. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Second, I would have to be ready to fire exactly when the target emerged past some tree branches that obscured the kill zone. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Nope again! Although the branches and leaves of the Live Oak tree partially obscurred the Presidential Limo & President from view, there was more than sufficient view (through the canopy) to have easily "tracked" the target until such time as it (JFK) fully cleared (in the scope) all limbs and leaves of this tree. Apparantly, Mr. Roberts was only "good" at shooting targets who were walking across rice paddies (which has more truth than most will ever likely know), as those with whom I have dealt were capable of engaging targets throughout a multitude of variable environments. And, since the "Kill Zone" was factually after JFK had emerged from under the tree canopy, which also made for the considerably less steep downward angle of fire, only a complete incompetent would have considered and/or attempted a shot in the area of the tree canopy,(even were there no canopy),due merely to the steepness of this initial angle of fire. And, since you have apparantly never been to Dealey Plaza, there is several hundred feet of CLEAR KILL ZONE along Elm St. after one came out from under the last of the tree limbs. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Finally, I would have to deal with two factors at the same time; the curve of the street, and the high-to-low angle formula—a law of physics Oswald would not have known."... " +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ What BS! Anyone with even the most basic of marksmanship could easily compensate for any deviation in Elm St. For anyone who is a purported "sniper", the "radius" distance of the curves of Elm St. is so minimal as to be minute in compesation for tracking of the target. In fact! The shot would have been relatively simple for anyone who was truly only of "Marksman" shooting ability. And, as regards the "high-to-low angle formula", these were all shots of less than 100 yards (300 feet). And, one can rest assured that IQ wise, LHO may not have taken "physics", but he certainly demonstrated that he was considerably smarter than Craig Roberts, as well as also apparantly knowning far more about shooting.* *Based on the fact that he chose a superior firing position as well as hitting JFK with three out of three shots. Tom P.S. In "today's" military environment, Craig Roberts would have been tried for murder long prior to having shot as many rice farmers as he is credited with. "Hot Dogs"------aka weiners-------aka male vietnamese who were usually walking along the banks of rice paddies minding their own business. "Hamburgers"-----aka "a piece of meat"-----aka term for females----in this instance, usually female vietnamese who were usually walking along the banks of rice paddies minding their own business. P.P.S. A prudent person just may want to ask exactly how many "pot shots" were taken with the .50 Caliber (at rice farmers), before the odds actually/and finally gave a "hit".

  20. Mr. Mack; Found a copying location! (in Mobile, AL). Now, just have to find time to get down there. Hopefully, prior to November22. Also! Review of weekly publishings for the month of November has now begun (by The George County Times). For those who are on the "distribution list", the following (proposed) schedule of printing is: November 3------------------------Four Page publishing November10-----------------------Two Page publishing November17-----------------------Four Page publishing November 24----------------------Two Page Publishing *There may also be the need to add an additional 2-page publishing for the November 30/December 1 issue. All of which will be directed to explanation of the third/last/final shot impact (down in front of James Altgens) And yes John (McAdams), you too are on my listing to receive a copy of the WC Survey Plat when I manage to get it copied. Tom
  21. FWIW, the "lodged behind the Ear" memo was written during the autopsy, when information was quite sketchy and transmitted via the phone. The doctors claimed the largest fragment recovered during this autopsy was recovered from behind the right Eye. Eye, not Ear. As a result, I think it's highly probable the reference to the ear was simply a mistake, and that the fragment in question was the so-called 6.5 mm fragment on the A-P x-ray, the fragment recovered from behind the right eye. Be careful!!!! One could acquire the wrath of the "speculators" by presenting anything which is rational; factual; and which makes simple sense. Tom, what grieves me is how far above you put yourself above others with whom you disagree, and the contemptuous language you employ therein. Is all this necessary? And the answer is: "Frequently, yes it is necessary in order to make attempt to bring reason into play. The relatively simple aspects of the JFK assassination have taken on a "life of their own" with all of the BS speculative rumors; hearsay; innuendo; half-truths; etc; etc; etc;. When dealing with those who accept such BS as if it has some factual basis, it does not hurt to attempt whatever is necessary in order to draw them back down to earth and the reality of the facts, which include: 1. LHO was an absolutely superior marksman at ranges up to 300 yards when firing from a fixed/stable firing position. As was the "bench rest" type position found on the sixth floor of the TSDB, as created by the stacked boxes. 2. The Model 91/38 Carcano rifle utilized in the assassination was a rifle of superior accuracy, and compared with the US Military issue M-14 rifle which is still the basis for many of our sniper rifles. Want to take a guess as to exactly how long it has taken to convince/persuade many of these simple facts and that all of the BS that they have heard before is just that? BS! Now! Merely working on the simple facts of the event, which when accepted will also make a whole lot of proclaimed "researchers" look as relatively stupid as those who have gone on and on about LHO's purported lack of marksmanship as well as the poor accuracy ability of the Carcano. The lack of factual research, coupled with the frequently ASSinine claims on the part of those who purport to have researched/interest in this event, is what has lead many off into the universe of what is real vs. what is not real. In that regards, time will be the ultimate deciding factor as to exactly whom is is that should most probably go hide their head in the sand in order to avoid recognition for having been sufficiently stupid enough to have believed much of what is written on the subject matter.

  23. Those who stick their foot into their mouth usually have to either eat; deny it; or else thereafter run and bury their head in the sand and attempt to ignore their own ignorance and stupidity. Personally, I long ago accepted that it will take considerable time before most come to recognized the simple facts related to the assassination. But, at least what they now have are FACTS! As opposed to assinine speculations!
  24. Since anything which is "MAGIC" would also have little difficulty in accomplishing a disappearing act, and neither CE399 nor the fragments (CE567 & CE569) managed to achieve this action, then one just may want to concentrate on the bullet that did actually manage to achieve (if only temporarily) a complete disappearance. Yep! I do believe that you fully understand the cryptics of the conversation. Tom P.S. Latest publication went out today in the mail! Sorry, Tom, but I really don't understand the need for "Cryptics". Where exatcly does that get us? Presumably you're a member of this forum because you like to discuss the JFK assassination with others, so let's discuss. All I'm asking is that you explain what you meant by the following: I really don't think I'm asking much of you. Long ago, here on this forum, the exact aspects of each of the three shots fired was addressed.---More than one time. Each time that someone "new" comes along, they appear to be too lazy to actually research what has already been written, and thereafter ask (or demand) that it all be given to them again, Long, long, ago, my Battallion Commander in the 82nd Airborne Division gave me some of the best advice that could be given to anyone. He stated to the effect: Tom, no matter what you attempt to do in life, someone else will have done something similar and there will be something written on the subject. When you become involved with anything, the first thing that you should do is to get everything (available) that has ever been written on the subject, and study them. Then, if you merely avoid making the mistakes of those before you, you will have accomplished something and will have done "better" than have those prior. Throughout the pages on this forum, lie most of the answers to the assassination of JFK.! They have been presented, irrelevant as to whether anyone accepts and/or believes it or not. They are of such factual basis that in the last two years I have expended close to $30,000.00 in publication/publishing of these facts since November of 2009, within my local hometown newspaper. And, one can be assured that I do not "piss" away some $30,000.00 (+) dollars merely due to being mentally deranged and/or of the misguided assumption that the facts will not bear out what has been published to date. Those who wish the forensic; ballistic; pathological; and physical facts, will find them here. Or, they can make attempt to secure the past two years of publishings of the hometown newspaper (which is most unlikely). Or! Just perhaps the Sixth Floor Museum will place each of these consecutive publishings out for all to see and have opportunity to attempt to "sharp-shoot". Tom P.S. The "cryptics" were long ago placed in order to attempt to force/direct many here to actually think for themselves and take into consideration exactly how assinine some of what is printed here actually is. And, fortunately, there are those who are members of this forum, as well as those who are not and can only read what is published, who are now NOT persuaded by the BS which permeates this as well as other forums which deal with the facts of the event.
  25. P.P.S. For Mr. Mack, (just in case you do not visit the other talk show) Just found out that the copy location can accomodate copies up to only 36-inches in width. As you are no doubt aware, the WC Survey Plat is 40-inches in width. Will continue to attempt to locate someone who can make a full-sized copy and hopefully live up to the promise of having a copy of this survey plat to the Sixth Floor Museum prior to 11/22/11. Tom
