  2. I knew Roger Stone and Paul Manafort 45 years ago when I served as legal counsel to NICAP, the wildly successful National Conservative Political Action Committee in which they were key leaders. They along with Lee Atwater and Charles Black later rode the Reagan presidency into a successful PR agency, Black, Manafort and Stone. None of the four believed in democracy or that the will of the voters should prevail. Their vile political actions transformed me from a founder of the conservative movement into the card carrying ACLU liberal that I am today. Atwater died an early death and in his final months publicly apologized for the harm that he had inflicted on the nation and the world. Stone rigged the national election in the Florida recount so that George W. Bush defeated Gore in 2000 even though Gore got more votes. Stone rigged the national election in 2004 so that Bush got more votes than Kerry in Ohio, which carried George W. to nationwide victory. Stone participated in the rigging of the 2016 election so that Trump was victorious even though Hillary got 3.5 million more votes than Trump. Stone had two back channels to Assange although Mueller could only find and trace one. I wonder about the alleged role of the LaRouche organization in all of this. Stone's thefts of three national elections' outcomes resulted in decades of a declining America so that we find ourselves today being manipulated by Putin, the (former) KGB communist agent who uses Trump to carry out his orders. Any attempt to claim that Stone was innocent of the seven counts upon which he was convicted is refuted by the unanimous guilty verdict of the jury. Those who are upset by the verdict should address their concerns to the members of the jury who heard the evidence in the trial in which Stone called no defense witnesses and did not take the stand to testify in his own behalf. It is ironic that Stone is going to prison because he committed perjury to protect Trump and in doing so made his own criminal prosecution inevitable..Stone, the famous trickster, is taking the fall after being tricked into doing so by the master con man in the Oval Office. Is this not poetic justice? If he were alive today Shakespeare would undoubtedly take delight in writing a play about this. Stone will be sentenced in February by the judge whom he targeted for assassination early in the case. This does not bode well for him. History will judge him and Trump and Manafort as traitors.

  6. Stone was convicted of committing perjury before the House Intelligence Committee. Sondland faces the same charge. He can afford the very best criminal defense attorneys. My guess is that they will advise him not to testify before the Impeachment Inquiry being conducted by the same committee or if he does to take the Fifth. But in a major criminal case there are always lots of unexpected twists and turns and we shall have to wait to see what happens in Sondland's case.

  8. David Talbot wrote on Facebook today: "Trump and all the president's men are clearly "going through some things," in the now immortal words of The Donald. My old FB "friend" Roger Stone, one of the Republican Party's leading black ops masters ever since Nixon, is now facing many years in prison (which at age 68 could amount to a life sentence). Next in the Trump jailhouse rumba line: Rudy Giuliani. The former New York federal prosecutor and mayor -- and believe it or not, national hero -- is almost certainly now going to prison. Giuliani will have the rare pleasure of strolling in the prison yard with some of the mobsters he put behind bars. After Ambassador Yovanovitch's dramatic testimony this morning, Giuliani has gone from being "America's Mayor" to public enemy number two. Number one is his client"
  9. From the article: “At the same time that Rudy Giuliani and his now-indicted pals were pushing for President Donald Trump to remove Amb. Marie Yovanovitch from her post in Ukraine, Trump administration officials were eyeing potential contenders to take over her job. One of the people in the mix, according to three sources familiar with the discussions, was Rep. Pete Sessions, a former Congressman who called for Yovanovitch’s firing,” The Daily Beast reported Thursday night. “He is also a longtime ally of the former New York Mayor, and is believed to have taken millions of dollars from Giuliani’s indicted cronies.” https://www.rawstory.com/2019/11/giuliani-henchman-showered-republican-with-cash-and-trump-almost-made-him-ambassador-to-ukraine-report/

  11. John Newman wrote on Facebook yesterday: THE INTRODUCTION TO THE FINAL SECTION ["VECIANA'S BIG ARMY SECRET"] OF MY 23 NOVEMBER CAPA PRESENTATION: Veciana’s work with the U.S. Army spanned four years, from 1962 to 1965. The most important part of his work with the Army took place in 1962 and 1963. Those two years are the most secret period of his life. In his 2017 autobiography, Trained to Kill, Veciana never mentioned the Army at all. In the previous section of my presentation I laid out [will lay out!] the docume...ntary evidence about Veciana’s big Zabala secret. A few months after his inexplicable early release from prison, Veciana asked Zabala to play the crucial role in an extraordinary clandestine caper. Veciana told Zabala what he had told Gaeton Fonzi just a few days after his release from prison [on 2 March 1976]—that he had seen Lee Harvey Oswald with a man using the name Bishop in Dallas shortly before the assassination of President Kennedy. On two occasions, in September 1976 and again in April 1977, Veciana told Zabala something very revealing about Bishop that he **never** told Fonzi in **any** of the countless discussions during their 38-year relationship. Veciana told Zabala that Bishop was a **CIA agent.** As Veciana acknowledged in his autobiography, that detail **tied the CIA to the very heart of the Kennedy assassination…** [THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE COMMENTING ON THESE CLUES. See the attachment. It turns out that before Veciana was transferred from ISR-CIA to ISR-Army on 15 November 1962, the Army, with Lansdale's backing, hijacked Veciana and used him from September 62 through the Missile Crisis. (that way the CIA would be blamed for what the Pentagon was doing--forcing JFK into a war he did not want). All of this will be carefully laid out in Volume IV ("Armageddon"). I haven't taken a final position on that yet as I do not have that period under my electron microscope. The documents I run across from that period are filed for future reference. It's not looking too good for the Veciana CIA agent scenario. There are land mines everywhere in the new documents. I keep hoping that since I won't be writing about the fall of 63 for a few years yet that maybe others will save me the trouble and solve this part of the case. Talbot quotes a letter from Lemnitzer to Walker saying that he found his efforts "interesting and useful." On 13th March, 1962, General Lemnitzer presented Robert McNamara with a top-secret memo, urging President Kennedy to order a variety of shocking incidents to create a rationale for invading Cuba. Code named Operation Northwoods, the memo suggested that the administration should arrange a terror campaign in Miami and Washington that would create international revulsion against the government of Fidel Castro. President John F. Kennedy summoned Lemnitzer to the Oval Office on 16th March, 1962, where they discussed Operation Northwoods. Kennedy rejected the idea and three months later he told Lemnitzer that he was being moved from the Pentagon to become Commander of U.S. Forces in Europe. Lemnitzer took up the appointment in November 1962. He became Supreme Allied Commander of NATO in January 1963 and held the post until 1969. After retiring from the army he was a member of the American Security Council (ASC), the lobby for the military-industrial complex. The ASC was formed by Robert Wood and Robert R. McCormick in 1955. Other members of this organization included Douglas MacArthur, Sam Rayburn, Ray S. Cline, Thomas J. Dodd, W. Averell Harriman, Nelson A. Rockefeller, Eugene V. Rostow, John G. Tower and Patrick J. 14. [An article about two courageous lawyers and their patriotic client] Lawyer for Ukraine whistleblower sends White House cease and desist From the article: In his letter, Bakaj cites Trump's recent comments to reporters that they'd "be doing the public a service" if they reported the name of the whistleblower as well as his comments in September that whoever provided the whistleblower with information about his call with the Ukrainian President is "close to a spy," adding that in the old days spies were dealt with differently. "These are not words of an individual with a firm grasp of the significance of the office which he occupies, nor a fundamental understanding of the significance of each word he articulates by virtue of occupying that office," Bakaj wrote. The letter to Cipollone also states that "should anyone be physically harmed, my co-counsel, Mark Zaid, and I will not hesitate to take any and all appropriate action against your client. Those who are complicit in this vindictive campaign against my client, whether through action or inaction, shall also be responsible, be that legally or morally." http://www.msn.com/en-us/news/politics/lawyer-for-ukraine-whistleblower-sends-white-house-cease-and-desist-letter-to-stop-trumps-attacks/ar-BBWr2Fl?li=BBnb7Kz&ocid=UE07DHP
  15. Here are excerpts from Richard Bartholomew's "Apollo Denial: The Moon Landing Hoax Hoax." from the October 2019 issue of garrison magazine: Bartholomew writes: "Apollo denial is to the secret space program what the single-bullet theory is to the JFK assassination. Plausibility is not required. Its purpose is to cause endless argument. Keep debating. Keep waiting for the next book, the next declassified file, the next conference, next forum, next photo, etc., forever. It is the Gordian knot, a Kobayashi Maru, a game that can only be won by not playing. "Like the assassination conspiracies, the secret space program is a false mystery, an open secret easy to see for anyone willing to look. Those of us who have witnessed UFOs saw its secret technology with our own eyes, not on film. Those of you who have never seen a UFO still have the luxury of skepticism. Your worldview has not yet been drastically changed forever. For you, a good start toward truth is the 2008 PBS NOVA documentary "Astrospies"... Another is an award-winning defense and aerospace journalist Nick Cook, whose 2001 book, The Hunt for Zero Point, first detailed... Nazi antigravity research that became the basis for secret US military aircraft mistaken for UFOs...For an in-depth perspective, I recommend historian Richard Dolan, whose research of secret space programs puts such reports in the context of the long history of credible sightings. "The Apollo Moon landings were real, and so is the existence of the secret space program. Both subjects are rife with disinformation designed to distract people of goodwill and confuse us about the facts. Studying these subjects requires critical thought, careful knowledge, caution to keep healthy skepticism from becoming denial, and above all, creative solutions."

  18. Yes, Mark Zaid called it right. It started in January 2017 right after Trump being sworn in as president before a rather small crowd. It began with hundreds of thousands of women flooding the streets of the capital to protest Trump being declared president when he got three and a half million less votes than Hillary. Indeed the coup's publicized crusade has never faltered. The end of the Trump era is now within sight with the results of the elections yesterday around the country. Delaware County that includes Philadelphia elected the full slate of Democratic County Commissioners ending the Republicans control of the county government that began at the end of the Civil War. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2017_Women's_March
