I think you are confused on this particular issue, Cliff.

Matt Taibbi and Glenn Greenwald, two of the best and independent political reporters of our era, likely know what they are talking about.

Has-beens.  If the US Gov’t interfered with Twitter in the fall of ‘20 how could that be Biden?

If you’re going to appeal to authority you can do better than Glenn “Citizens United” Greenwald and Matt “Uranium One” Taibbi.

The Twitter story is what it is: Twitter was a Donk ally in the social media world. Run by the billionaire Jack Dorsey.

Factually incorrect.  When Trump wanted items taken off Twitter they complied.

What part of “algorithm amplification” don’t you get?

Now, Twitter may be unaligned or gravitate to the 'Phants, run by billionaire Elon Musk.

The rest of media is much the same, aligned with establishment Washington.

Like in 2016 when the New York Times gave 4X more coverage to Hillary’s e-mails than her policy positions?  Or like how all three cable news networks spent the last 11 days of the ‘16 campaign bashing Clinton relentlessly over the phony Comey accusations?  Or how the media got played by Bill Barr when he lied about the Mueller Report?

15 minutes ago, Benjamin Cole said:

The Donks are playing the infinite outrage card not because they are concerned about hate speech, but rather because they have lost a powerful media ally.

Censorship by surrogate: Why Musk’s document dump could be a game changer

BY JONATHAN TURLEY, OPINION CONTRIBUTOR - 12/03/22 10:30 AM ET

“Handled.” That one word, responding to a 2020 demand to censor a list of Twitter users, speaks volumes about the thousands of documents released by Twitter’s new owner, Elon Musk, on Friday night. As many of us have long suspected, there were back channels between Twitter and the Biden 2020 presidential campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC) to ban critics or remove negative stories. Those seeking to discuss the scandal were simply “handled,” and nothing else had to be said.

Ultimately, the New York Post was suspended from Twitter for reporting on the Hunter Biden laptop scandal. Twitter even blocked users from sharing the Post’s story by using a tool designed for child pornography. Even Trump White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany was suspended for linking to the scandal."

    ---30---

This seems pretty clear. The Donk-Biden team had a pipeline into Twitter, and they used it.

That's DC. Hardball. And the media is onboard.

    The 'Phants do similar things.

Ben, what’s the scandal?  Should it be illegal for the children of the rich and powerful to take advantage of their parents’ success?

Trump and Musk both received financial help from their fathers — but it’s only a problem for Democrats?

JFK was trying to kill Lumumba?

Allen Dulles pushed the button on Lumumba a few days before JFK’s inaugural.

That was the CIA chief’s way of welcoming the new Administration— especially JFK’s kitchen cabinet, Robert Lovett and Joseph Kennedy Sr., who had spent Ike’s second term trying to get Dulles fired.

    https://cryptome.org/0001/bruce-lovett.htm

After the ‘60 election Joe told his son to give Lovett any post he wanted.  Lovett wanted Dean Rusk at State, McGeorge Bundy as National Security Advisor, Robert McNamara at Defense, and C. Douglas Dillon at Treasury.

Lovett and Bundy were Skull & Bones Yalies.  The CIA Deputy Director for Plans Richard Bissell was a Yalie who’d been tapped for S&B but turned them down.

Rusk and Bissell insured the failure of the Bay of Pigs with constant changes to location and scope.  There was very little outreach to in-country allies who might lead a pro-American uprising — even though the success of the operation depended on it.

Dulles was gone in November.  Bissell had a nice career in government and the corporate world.  JFK gave him a medal even though he bore the greatest responsibility for the BOP failure.

But if the idea was cripple and dispose of Allen Dulles the BOP was a raging success.

Now the CDC is recommending a shot every two months, LOL!

Double check your reading on that.

Updated Boosters Are Recommended for Some People

CDC recommends that people ages 5 years and older receive one updated (bivalent) booster if it has been at least 2 months since their last COVID-19 vaccine dose, whether that was:

    • Their final primary series dose, or
    • An original (monovalent) booster

People who have gotten more than one original (monovalent) booster are also recommended to get an updated (bivalent) booster. </q>
