There is no question in my mind that Lee was responsible for the three shots fired, two of the shots hitting the president and killing him. There is no question in my mind that he also shot Officer Tippit. How can you explain one without the other? I think they're inseparable. You look at the factual data, you look at the rifle, you look at the pistol ownership, you look at his note about the Walker shooting. You look at the general opportunity -- he was present. I watched the deterioration of a human being. You look at that last year -- his work, his family, trying to go to Cuba, trying to go back to Russia. His wife is wanting to go back to Russia. Everything is deteriorating.

You look at all the data there, and it comes up to one conclusion as far as I'm concerned -- the Warren Commission was correct.

These observations suggest to me that Robert was a key player in framing Lee. This is quite outrageous. You guys are supposed to be the "experts" on Lee Harvey Oswald and I have to learn about Robert having what appears to be motive, means, and opportunity to frame him from Judyth? And you guys have the nerve to challenge her background and her competence and her qualifications? The situation here is entirely outrageous. This woman appears to me to be doing more to solve the case in relation to Lee Harvey Oswald than you and John Armstrong and David S. Lifton put together.

Lee and Robert were almost as interchangeable as twins.

I, for one, have claimed on this website that Robert Oswald and Lee Harvey Oswald were not related. I had a discussion with another researcher about getting Robert Oswald's DNA and comparing it to one of Marina's children. One of the girls, probably June, would like to submit her DNA. I saw her say this on youtube.

It's odd that Jack says Robert and Lee were interchangible as kids because they looked alike. This is not true -- maybe it depends on sight. The men did not look like each other. I would like Jack to show me pictures of their resemblance to one another. I maintain that the Lee who escaped from Dallas via airplane, to who knows where, was not the Lee killed by Ruby. It was the Lee who was the real brother to Robert Oswald. The one who became the "Patsy," was no relation. It was a CIA operation.

The other big issue that is related, is why did the "big boys" in the shadow govt decide

to stop trying to assassinate Castro and instead decide to murder JFK. Well, it is known

that the big boys that ran the shadow govt were into "playing all sides against the

middle", i.e., "perfidious albion" style. It is also known that someone at the highest

levels always tipped Castro off in advance of any plot to assassinate him by any means.

It is also known that he was a member of the council on foreign relations and it has

been rumored that the catholic church was protecting him.

The photo on the left, in my very humble opinion, has been fooled with. The line right under the eyes tells me it's been tampered with. This is a fake picture. I believe the weight on the face is contrived, as is the hair. This is not Lee Oswald, imo.

Kathy, it is no secret that I am correcting typos and making minor formatting changes on Judyth's behalf. You

do understand that she is nearly blind, needs glasses, and is using an old computer with a Hungarian keyboard?

Under these conditions, I believe that it would be very unfair to post her replies absent this kind of minor editing.

If there are differences in tone, they probably result from being so far along in having her book ready, in having

someone who is presenting her on the forum, and having more experience in dealing with these endless attacks.

I don't know Judyth's story, however, and could not possibly make up answers on her behalf even if I wanted to.

Covers of books, by the way, are controlled by publishers, whose decisions are not always affected even by the

preferences of their authors. Judyth can answer, but when they had a sexy shot from her younger days, I would

suppose it would add an additional dimension to the book cover. That is my best guess. Judyth may say more.

I don't consider asking you about papyrus off-topic. To me it's an investigation of your claims. If you were to tell a lie in one section of your "story," than you could lie in other areas of your autobiography.

I do not know if you are being truthful or not, but I've noticed your answers are very well written. I have a suspicion that Jim Fetzer is writing these answers for you. Not making them up, but editing them because your writing differs here from your writing on Rich's forum. Especially in tone.

I am sorry that Judyth has eye problems. I, myself, have glaucoma. Can somebody get her to an eye doctor? Is she going blind because of glaucoma, cataracts, detached retina or diabetic retinopathy? Who is with her now from the Assassination community? Like Wim Dankbaar or somebody? Is there anyone there to help her? Doesn't she have any insurance or cash? This eye problem has gone on too long.

Yes, Judyth had a degree in physical anthropology, one among many disciplines she has studied. This in combination with her medical knowledge has enhanced her ability to deal with photographs of persons at different stages of their lives. If you reread some of those posts, then you will notice that that is the case.

Rich only had moderators for a very brief time. He decided to start that on a "trial" basis...and later decided against it. It wasn't just you, Kathy--he discontinued a moderated forum in general, as he thought it had been running fine (even better) before he had moderators.

I was never technically a "moderator" --and didn't want to be. But, without citing details, you were banned for an accumulation of reasons. Actually, that's an over-statement. There was "Judyth bashing" reasons (to which Rich uncharacteristically turned a blind eye at first) and losing your temper as you stated on a different topic that you were moderating.

Mink, I only "bashed" Judyth when I was new and heard that she was claiming she had a love affair with Lee Harvey Oswald. Oswald is not a guy I'd want to wake up to. I thought it funny. The strangest website I'd ever seen was Judyth's. A large photo of Oswald's mug shot and Judyth showing her paintings and telling about her love for Oswald. Anyway, you called me out on it.

I don't think that Judyth recalls how I would write to her and ask her why she couldn't tell Rich's Forum more than she did, always complaining she was sick. We had a brief coorespondance. She told me she wasn't going to be around for sometime, but she told me an email address where I could write to her and she said she would always respond. That never happened, Mink. And as you know, neither Oswald nor Judyth did anything to stop the assassination. Two people could have stopped the Kennedy Assassination but didn't. The Secret Service didn't either.

Furthermore, Mink, you know I believe in Harvey and Lee. Harvey was shot by Ruby. Lee later that day wound up at Redbird Airport: Destination Unknown -- with Plumlee?

Karyn Kupcinet is another whose death has been linked to the Kennedy assassination. I am not convinced but it is an interesting story.

Irv Kupcinet was a well-known journalist and television talk show host. He knew Jack Ruby in Chicago in the 1940s. According to W. Penn Jones (Forgive My Grief, 1966) Kupcinet kept in contact with Ruby and discovered that he was involved in a plot to assassinate President John F. Kennedy. Jones argues that Kupcinet passed this information on to his daughter Karyn. In his book, Forgive My Grief, Jones reports that "a few days before the assassination, Karyn Kupcinet, 23, was trying to place a long distance telephone call from the Los Angeles area. According to reports, the long distance operator heard Miss Kupcinet scream into the telephone that President Kennedy was going to be killed."

Karyn Kupcinet's body was discovered on 30th November, 1963. Police estimated that she had been dead for two days. The New York Times reported that she had been strangled. Her actor boyfriend, Andrew Prine was the main suspect but he was never charged with the murder and the crime remains unsolved.

Some researchers have claimed that there was a strong link between the death of Kupcinet and the assassination of John F. Kennedy. It was argued that the conspirators were trying to frighten Kupcinet from telling what he knew. Irv Kupcinet rejected this idea. He wrote in the Chicago Sun-Times (9th November, 1992): "The NBC Today Show on Friday carried a list of people who died violently in 1963 shortly after the death of President John F. Kennedy and may have had some link to the assassination. The first name on the list was Karyn Kupcinet, my daughter. That is an atrocious outrage. She did die violently in a Hollywood murder case still unsolved. That same list was published in a book years ago with no justification or verification. The book left the impression that some on the list may have been killed to silence them because of knowledge of the assassination. Nothing could be further from the truth in my daughter's case."

I think this is the longest thread ever held in John Simkin's forum. I am skimming it, so I apologize if this question has been asked already.

So imagine how I feel when I read lies that Oswald wanted to kill JFK. The very opposite was the case: he risked his life to try to save him.

What did Oswald do to save Kennedy's life? How stupid was Oswald? The Presidential motorcade was going to pass where he worked -- didn't he find that suspicious? Handing out leaflets, doing 2 radio shows about communism, etc. Didn't he realize covert agencies were painting him red? He was practically the only one in the TSBD who didn't go out and watch the President go by. Didn't he hear the shots?

Now, what did he do to save Kennedy? Stand there drinking a coke? If he really wanted to be a hero, why didn't he run in front of the limo, yelling, "They're going to kill you," and cover Kennedy's head? Of course the Secret Service would have killed him. But he did nothing to stop the shooting.

I'm sure you've seen the documentary, Beyond Consipiracy, in which Robert Oswald gives us a useful insight into his brother's personality. Robert is convinced that his kid brother killed the President, and acted alone. That's about as close to the horse's mouth we can get, thanks to one Mr Rubenstein.

I find these comments extremely offensive. Andy and myself did discuss this complaint when it was originally made. The problem was the complaint was made at a time when we were discussing whether Peter Lemkin should be made a moderator. I was concerned that Peter was a target of a smear campaign. Without being sent copies of the offensive emails it was impossible to ban him from the forum for a crime that we did not have enough evidence to convict him of.

Then why not bring him back and start with a clean slate on both sides?

EXCLUSIVE: Two iconic American names, Steven Spielberg and the late Jackie Kennedy Onassis, are linked together in a new project.

Spielberg is selling "Jackie," a hot script about the late First Lady that's making the rounds in Hollywood. Noah Oppenheim, a journalist, author and producer on the "Today" show has written the script, which examines the days immediately following the assassination of John F. Kennedy from Jackie Kennedy's point-of-view. Spielberg is on board the project in a producerial capacity.

I was under stress when I posted about disinfo, as I was at my brother's house in another state and he is critically ill. I was trying to sooth Peter, as in "if it's any comfort, so-and-so thought this about the person you had a falling out with." I wasn't being passive-aggressive towards you. I was just being me. I'm still under Rich's spell and I still protest Peter Lemkin's exit. But I want to stay on this forum. At least Bernice is still here. When I joined, Kathy Becket told me I could join other JFK sites as well. Two days ago, I joined the Deep Politics forum. Do I have to choose between that forum and this one?

Of course you can be a member of both forums. I don't mind you passing on stories about me being a disinformation agent. The idea is so daft that it is funny. Rich took this view after I was booted of his forum for having the nerve to criticise the dominant ideology of his forum. This seems to be the normal strategy of JFK Forums. In the UK we take freedom of speech more seriously.

I never knew you were on his forum. He didn't tell me. Some individuals will not like this, but I felt it was a one-opinion site. If I didn't agree with something he said, he would get mad at me. Like Harvey and Lee. I believe it -- 2 Oswalds. But I still thought that the man who went to Russia didn't come back. Another similar-looking man came back. Robert Oswald said, "I couldn't believe how much hair he lost!" Harvey was not related to Robert Oswald; and his 2 kids were not the nieces of Robert Oswald. We talked of some plan to prove this by getting Robert's DNA and compare it to the DNA of one of Harvey's daughters. Of course that didn't happen. Rich's health problems escalated, as did his growing dislike of me.

Eventually, Harvey and Lee came along and I told him I thought Harvey, shot by Ruby, was really Russian. This didn't sit well with him now. But he'd go back and forth. Why did he want Robert's DNA if Harvey was truly his brother and not a Russian?

Then he attacked my findings on the Internet of Donald O. Norton pictures from a fishing and boating business, which also included "Ralph Geb." I typed in his name later on and found out that Geb was involved in the assassination! I had never heard of him before. He may have been impersonating Oswald toward the end there. Rich called my Donald O. Norton stuff "garbage." Someday I'd like to post some of these things here. Donald O. Norton drove me nuts. And I couldn't share it with anyone.

But Rich was a great guy if he liked you. Now he's gone and I feel like I've been hit in the stomach by his passing.

I didn't mean to call you names, John, but I think I explained why I did. Rich also felt that Europeans knew more about the Kennedy Assassination than we Americans. They knew almost immediately that it was a coup d'etat. Rich greatly honored John F. Kennedy. He felt it was his calling to unearth evidence and discuss the Assassination.

And being CTs, we do get paranoid. I like this forum -- as I'm allowed to ask questions. But getting rid of Peter Lemkin, and now David Healy. When I joined, Kathy Becket told me I could join other JFK sites as well. Two days ago, I joined the Deep Politics forum. Do I have to choose between that forum and this one?

A member of the Third Infantry ("The Old Guard"), he was assigned to command the Army Honor Guards at the White House, the Capitol and at Arlington National Cemetery during the ceremonies surrounding the funeral of President John F. Kennedy in late November 1963, and the Caisson Detachment during the funeral itself.

He died on December 3, 1963 at home while dining with his family, at the age of 27.

I haven't looked him up yet but I met a member of President Kennedy's honor guard. I think he said he was a marine. His name was Tim Cheek and he worked as an Allstate Insurance man in Holiday, FL in the '90's. My father and I were his clients. He retired over a decade ago and I can't say for sure if he's alive, but I believe he is.

Here's a bit about him. Can anyone post the "famous" photo on him? I'll keep looking -- but am I off topic?

I just want to share a picture I found of President Kennedy's funeral. This is an aerial photo of his coffin in St. Matthew's Cathedral. I never saw this photo before. I don't recall ever seeing a photo inside the Cathedral.
