    For the United States:
  2. Good Day.... This is the audio recording of an interesting 11-22-13 interview accomplished with the ARRB's Deputy Director (and a judge), THOMAS E. SAMOLUK.
Interestingly, in 1996 Mr. SAMOLUK stated to researcher VINCE PALAMARA that when Mr. SAMOLUK had been speaking directly with JFK's White House Aide and very good friend, DAVID POWERS, that POWERS, "agreed with your take on the Secret Service"....

Texas Doctor Tried to Save Kennedy's Life

    By JON MARK BEILUE
    MORRIS NEWS SERVICE – updated Saturday, November 23, 2013 - 11:05pm

Sean Steffen / AGN Dr. Don Curtis speaks during a symposium at the

    Panhandle-Plains Historical Museum Thursday, November 7, 2013

about his experiences in the Emergency Room at Parkland Memorial

Hospital in Dallas when President Kennedy was brought in. This year is

the 50th anniversary of the Kennedy assassination.

    Sean Steffen / AGN Media

A surgery was scheduled for the afternoon, and Don Curtis thought it best to get
a bite to eat in the Parkland Hospital cafeteria while he could. At about 12:30 p.m., the same ahead seemed routine, or as routine as it could be in a hospital.

Curtis, who grew up in Amarillo, was 26. He was a resident in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Parkland in Dallas.

But Curtis soon felt the weight of history was thrust upon him.

“I saw what I thought was the president’s car, and it looked like it had just arrived at the ER entrance,” Curtis said. “I was walking down the hall, and a policeman ran up to me and said, ‘Are you a doctor?’ I said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘Hurry, come with me.’”

In a matter of seconds, about 12:45 p.m. on Nov. 22, 1963, young Dr. Curtis was in Trauma Room 1 along with Dr. Charles Carrico and a nurse futilely attempting to save the life of President John F. Kennedy.

Curtis didn’t have time to be overwhelmed by the enormity of the moment. He didn’t have time for anxiety. All he could do was be a doctor.

Carrico was at the president’s head. He placed an endotracheal tube down the president’s throat and applied a respirator into the tube to maintain artificial respiration.

Curtis then unbuttoned Kennedy’s bloody shirt and saw what he was certain was a bullet entrance wound in the pretracheal area of the throat. There was large swelling and blood on the president’s neck.

Curtis then moved toward Kennedy’s ankle to perform a cutdown, where an incision is made and a vein is dissected for a catheter.

“I pulled the president’s pants leg up and saw a piece of his brain and that gave me a clue his prognosis was not good,” Curtis said.

By then, the trauma room was filled with every senior doctor as they watched their colleagues work on the president.

Another doctor stepped in to replace Dr. Kemp Clark, a neurosurgeon who’d been working on Kennedy. He pulled up the president’s head to examine the back. Then came the words that will always stay with Curtis.

“He said, ‘Stop. Stop resuscitation. This is incompatible with life.’”

    The room was quiet.

“No one knew what to say,” Curtis said. “We just stood there looking at each other.”

With all the hospital chiefs there, Curtis — a first-year resident — thought it best to now excuse himself. But Jackie Kennedy, the presidents’s wife, blocked his exit.

So he remained as each chief examined the fatal head wound and left. Curtis, too, said he “got a good look at it.” The cerebellum of the brain was gone.

Curtis went to tell the patient scheduled for afternoon surgery it was postponed. He made his rounds and then went home. In a meeting the following Monday, one day after assassin Lee Harvey Oswald was killed, the doctors there came to an understanding they would mention as little of what they had seen as possible.

That is until President Lyndon Johnson put together the Warren Commission, a group charged with investigating the assassination. In short time, Curtis had a pre-interview with special counsel Arlen Specter.

To Curtis, it seemed the future Pennsylvania senator was trying to sway, if not intimidate, him about Kennedy’s wounds. Curtis, along with several other Parkland doctors, he said, thought the throat wound was an entrance wound, not an exit one, which would mean more than one assassin.

Specter kept pushing that he see it as an exit wound or a hematoma. Curtis believed later that narrative fit the official Warren report version that Oswald acted alone.

Fifty years ago, there were no burgeoning conspiracy controversies. Curtis, familiar with gunshot wounds from his trauma room work at Parkland, just knew what he saw.

In the official deposition with the Warren Commission on March 24, 1964, Specter asked Curtis 57 questions. Specter’s questions danced around the throat wound.

Curtis tried to put that time behind him. He went on to a long and distinguished career in Amarillo.

It unnerved him, he said, that of around 1,400 people called to testify before the Warren Commission, 118 died unusual and sometimes mysterious deaths. Oliver Stone’s 1991 conspiracy-centric movie, “JFK,” didn’t help.

When the Warren Commission released its report in September 1964, more than 80 percent of Americans believed the veracity of its conclusion that Oswald was a lone demented gunman. Since then, conspiracies have sprouted and never gone away. According to a Gallup poll last month, 61 percent of Americans — including Curtis — believe the assassination was a conspiracy, though that’s down from 75 percent in 2003.

There are those who have known Curtis for 40 years who didn’t know his place in history.

Only as the 50th anniversary approached has he broken his silence, first with a civic club or two, then two weeks ago, at an event at West Texas A&M University.

He could be the only living witness to the events in Trauma Room 1 at Parkland on that day a half-century ago. It’s a notion that has impacted him.

“Through the years, it has been of little interest to me,” Curtis said, “but it has become worrisome to me in the last year. It was a terrible event. And it is still worrisome to me that I can’t reconcile my knowledge of what I saw with the findings of the government.”

    For the United States:
  6. FWIW, while there has been little headway in much of the case, some baby steps were apparent at the conference. When, in 2004, I went to the Lancer Conference and told people I thought the explosion in frame 313 came as a result of a bullet striking the skull at a tangent, just as claimed by Dr. William Kemp Clark, I was pretty much all alone. Now, if I've read them right, Tink Thompson and Robert Groden also believe this is a tangential strike, albeit from the front, and Sherry Fiester seems open to the idea.

In other words, some of the more prominent CTs are gradually coming round to my position there was no small entrance hole by Kennedy's right temple.

I missed Wecht's presentation, but he seemed open to Tink and Groden's new theory, and am pretty sure neither Mantik nor Aguilar discussed this never-seen (except possibly by Robinson) but long presumed entrance by the temple. So yeah, if I'm counting right, that means there were 7 presentations on the medical evidence, none of which discussed an entrance wound by Kennedy's temple.

This has only occurred to me in retrospect, of course, so it's possible one or more of the presenters mentioned it in passing. But I sure do remember hearing the word "tangential" a lot.

    Baby steps.

.... Hi Pat.... I wholeheartedly agree with your "baby steps." ( that reminded me of the film, "Contact," which, imho, is a very good + multi-faceted, thoughts-provoking film! :up )
Pat, imho, you are definitely not "pretty much all alone" in your thoughts for the tangential JFK head-impacting bullet, and as many of Our Colleagues have also shared publicly + privately, the tangential head-impacting, inner-head-shallow-transiting bullet that was fired from behind.
THE question is, "From WHERE were the 'shots' fired from behind the president that impacted him?" (and, that impacted CONNALLY), and, for which "shot" in the many times stated 1...... 2..3 "shots" timing sequence, when the last two heard "shots" were bunched distinctly closer together than the first two heard "shots."
In our several always interesting, privately shared, phone conversations I am sure that I have most likely mentioned that we are definitely on many of the same pages with respect to the actual "shots" sequence and the assassins locations! (+ have privately also shared the exact same with many of our independently more open-minded Team members during the years/decades)
Unless a newly-11-22-63-interested person or a researcher interested in the Realities for the cumulative details, micro-details, + and the evidence with respect to the assassination chooses to go down into what is, imho, the valuable-time-consuming, time/years/decades/lifetime-balance-wasting 'rabbit holes' of being self-locked into an 0-pine theory for which the evidence is sorely lacking that nearly-all-evidence/all-evidence was somehow/somewhere/sometime deliberately altered by someone's, the very simple fact is that the evidence is that President Kennedy WAS initially struck in the head by a bullet fired from a location behind him. (and, no bullet hit him from a "shot" fired location from the 8.4' higher than his head top GK picket fence top, that at Z-312 the president was at a near-perfect, head-profile facing-away-from the entire north GK that was at 87-degrees nearly directly to his head's right)
Along with the Holly-weird-conditioned visuals of the JFK's post-Z-312 reactions, it is my opinion that two of the several, very possible reasons that some people 0-pine and choose to cling-to a theory that a GK assassin's bullet hit JFK in the head is because many people and dedicated JFK Scholars are simply, understandably, not at all or not really, completely, familiar with the exact geographical relationship of where the north GK picket fence was located, relative to JFK's head facing direction where he was exactly located on Elm Street at Z-313, and relative to the evidence (and, they are not familiar with his Elm Street location relative to the GK picket fence, relative to the evidence during Z-frames before 313). ....Another of several reasons, imho, is that some/many of Our Colleague researchers have simply never fired a weapon, nor has he/she ever personally inspected the results of a bullet.
During my military career and personal time target skills practicing (I have never hunted animals) I have acquired several decades of experience firing and seeing the results of many caliber sizes of military-specifications-grade-fired bullets along with commercial hunting-grade target-fired bullets that were FMJ's (full metal jacket), HP's (hollow-point), + SP's (soft-point).
I have, will always, + can very confidently share with anyone + everyone that has never fired a weapon that the JFK medical evidence does not support a bullet that impacted JFK's head at 313 that came in from an 87-degrees angle away from his head's right side....That is NOT to say that a so-called "shot" (albeit, a "shot" fired in an audible muzzle blast, and/or, a different, additional weapon's "shot" in a mechanically-suppressed-fired "silenced" bullet bow N-wave shock wave, with either set-up choosing to employ a hearable super-sonic speed bullet, or, an un-hearable sub-sonic speed bullet) that completely missed JFK, missed the limo, and missed hitting any witness could not have been fired, or, was not fired from a point 87-degrees to JFK's nearly direct right.....and a missed, super-sonic, GK triggered "shot" bullet is precisely what the HSCA concluded was fired at Z-290 to 294, and, was heard, stated, testified-to, and maintained among several, actual DP witnesses (including very close witness JEAN HILL -- as deliberately buried by politico-washDC-flip-flopper, warrenatti-lawyer SPECTER, deep near the very end of her wc-testimony), and by additional, actual weapons-experienced, DP witnesses.
.... Of course, then there is also (to provide a couple of among the many key considerations) the GK-encountered, identification-flashing-"agent," along with the assassination "shots" sequencing = that the warrenatti even admitted in its report-canard that a "substantial majority" of the actual witnesses remembered hearing (or *could* hear) of....
    1 ...... 2..3
    not
    1...2 .....3
    Best Regards in Research

    +++Don

P.S.... An aside.... Once in a while, I will still shake my head while thinking (hoping!!) that with everything else happening the exact same during the attack except for the following, IF President KENNEDY had just moved a mere 2" to 4" more to his left at the right micro-instant, and/or he was pulled/pro-actively knocked more to his left, and/or the limo was quickly swerved hard and would have jostled him more to his left (and jostled him DOWN), he most likely would not have been hit tangentially in his head at 313. (and, in the Real World, IF a frog had wings, it might fly)

  7. .... Good Day Douglas.... This will be the 3rd attempt (that I am aware of)

that MARY has tried to auction her Polaroid photo.... The first attempt was on eBay in a

    10-day auction that started April 16, 2007 (via the now-defunct “LegendSales.com”),

when she had an asking price of $500,000.... The photo was first publicly shown to

everyone on national TV on 11-22-63 at 3:19 PM Dallas time, precisely 2 hours and 49

minutes after the assassination. Shortly after that, her near-south-Elm-Street curb,

from-the-grass-captured, un-altered photo was also photographed close-up by United

Press International, and that U.P.I. photo-negative was utilized to make a print that was

transmitted to newspapers and then also widely publicized worldwide within hours.

Here is the actual MOORMAN Polaroid # 5 photo being shown to everyone on national TV

by NBC on 11-22-63 at 3:19 PM Dallas time....

    For the United States:
  8. I wish I could remember the source, but there was relatively early book which involved a confession from this fellow out of New Orleans...lots of really strange stuff in it but one of the items of

information in the book was that there was a witness the author interviewed who had lived near the short lived exile camp outside New Orleans in 1963. One of the things that puzzled him was that he observed them firing

a rifle into a barrel of water, apparently to recover the shells as well as the hulls.

Just one of those misc. things out of the last decades that you file away and shake your head whenever you think about it again...

Hi Larry.... Had a definite memory of reading the same My Friend, took on several books-searching, + eventually found + re-read the following with respect to self-claimed accomplice, ROBERT WILFRED EASTERLING....

(from MICHAEL BENSON, "Who's Who in the JFK Assassination: An A to Z Encyclopedia," 1993, pg. 121-122)

    <QUOTE>

    ....
In February 1963, Easterling was working as a diesel engine mechanic near New Orleans and
frequently drank at the Habana Bar at 117 Decatur Street in New Orleans (see PENA, OREST).
It was here that Easterling met a CIA/Castro double agent whom Hurt calls Manuel (not his
real name). Easterling described Manuel as being of medium height, with a stocky build, heavy
body hair, a receding hairline, and a visible birthmark on the side of his neck. Manuel enlisted
Easterling in a scheme to kill JFK. Manuel explained that their group wanted JFK dead because
they were betrayed at the Bay of Pigs invasion. Easterling says that other members of the
conspiratorial group included David Ferrie and Clay Shaw, whom he also saw in the same bar,
and a Cuban named Joe who had a deformed hand and who sometimes tended bar. Orest
Pefia, owner of the bar, admits that Ferrie and Shaw had both been known to drink there, but
denies ever employing a bartender with a deformed hand. Manuel, who drove a gray
Volkswagen, explained that JFK was going to be shot by a 7mm Czech weapon, the design of
which he had supervised personally. This weapon fired bullets that disintegrated on impact and
left no ballistic evidence. The cover story was going to involve a patsy (Oswald) and fake
ballistic evidence. The cover assassination weapon was to be a Mannlicher Carcano. To create
the phony ballistic evidence, Manuel went to a field (behind the trailer park where Easterling
lived with his wife) and fired the weapon into a barrel of water. He then collected the shell
casings and the fired bullets - which would be planted at the appropriate time to incriminate
Oswald. Manuel then lined up three coconuts and fired his Czech weapon into each of them, to
show off. This story is partially corroborated by Easterling's wife (now remarried and
requesting anonymity), who remembers that, before the shooting started, Easterling came
into their trailer to borrow dishcloths. When Hurt told Easterling of this, Easterling frowned
and then recalled that he and Manuel had tried for a time to suspend the dishcloths in the
barrel so that the bullets could be retrieved without completely emptying the barrel. Mrs.
Easterling also recalled that, later that day, Easterling had brought her three coconuts with
bullet holes in them. She made coconut pie.

    For the United States:

  9. What are the distances from the bench to the picket fence, grassy knoll, and the limo?

Yea, I would like to see a schematic drawing of Dealey Plaza that includes the park bench the black couple was sitting on.

    BK

Good Day Bill and Ken.... The following links are each provided for the scaled Dealey Plaza diagrams that also include the 11-22-63 photogrammatically-determined precise location of the sitting park bench that was located just south of the North Pergola's west shelter, close to the north-south leg of the retaining wall (that same sitting bench is visible and partially-visible in several 11-22-63 photos + film frames)....

    http://img835.imageshack.us/img835/3966/dppluschartsupdated1111.gif

    (updated map, + new information)

    .... and here ....

    http://imageshack.us/a/img397/4074/hscaretaingk313verticalbc7.gif

One of many key details provided on that "hscaretaingk313verticalbc7.gif" retaining wall/GK fence area diagram are the lines-of-sight (hereafter, also abbreviated, "L-o-s") visible in the WILMA BOND photos #5 and #7 for the witness (or witnesses) located very close to that sitting bench mere seconds after the attack shots ended.

.... Mrs. BOND told TRASK that she snapped her photos every 10 to 20 seconds. BOND also stated that her first post-shots photo (BOND #4) was snapped 20 seconds after the shots ended. This indicates that BOND #5 was captured 30 to 40 seconds after the shots, and, BOND #7 was captured 50 to 80 seconds after the shots ended.

.... In BOND #5 we can see the head of someone on their BOND L-o-s (lime green colored) that passes very close to, and north ("behind"), the sitting bench (and that same L-o-s also extends to the nearby sidewalk that leads to the North Pergola's west shelter).

.... In BOND #7 that same person (or a different person) has definitely risen their body upwards noticeably more, and their second lime green colored L-o-s now also intersects directly across the sitting bench (and this L-o-s, again, extended onto the nearby sidewalk).

.... When also examining for this person (or, IMHO, less-likely persons) by employing inverted shades and black & white photo-enhancement to these same BOND #5 then BOND #7 photos (and, examining the other BOND photos snapped before and after BOND #5 along with other photographers photos), the person seen on these 2 L-o-s's very close to the sitting bench is even easier to see IMHO, and, that person is (at those BOND #5 + 7 photos instants) visibly alone in each photo = with (according to GORDON ARNOLD after he claimed many years later) neither of the, supposed, "badge man" assassin, nor his accomplice that each wore a DPD patrolman's uniform ever seen anywhere while they stood upright above the only 3.3' tall retaining wall during the multi-faceted consumed-time of ARNOLD's, supposed, encounters with them.

.... Here is an animation that toggles between BOND #5 and BOND #7 for which each photo in the critical sitting bench area is pegged stationary to each other at the retaining wall horizontal top, the 6" vertical step-rise in the retaining wall, and pegged to the large vertical tree trunk located northwest of the retaining wall and that sitting bench....

    http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/5179/dct.gif

    .... and the inverted-shades BOND #5 ....

    http://imageshack.us/a/img209/1898/x2y.gif

    .... and the inverted-shades BOND #7 ....

    http://imageshack.us/a/img818/3479/9ao.gif

.... We can see that in the 20 to 40-seconds between BOND #5 to #7 this person has risen distinctly upwards (in BOND #7, they were then visible from their mid-chest, up to their head top), and, they have already moved a noticeable distance (possibly/probably southward, closer to Elm Street) = possibly looking towards Elm Street, and possibly/probably they had risen upwards to obtain a more comprehensive view to be able to see more over the 3.3' tall retaining wall and watch the aftermath actions of the gunshots-experienced, real DPD policemen and the many fellow witnesses closeby within their view that were located lower than them and that swarmed towards them, and swarmed towards the grassy knoll, swarmed towards the picket fence, and, swarmed towards + into the vehicles parking lot area directly "behind" (north of) the GK picket fence.

Another of many interesting consideration's is that right around the same instant of JFK's head first exploding in the NIX film, there is a probably-human-originated movement visible in this same in-tree-shaded, upper retaining wall area on a L-o-s (green colored) that also extends to that very same pergola sidewalk. That human-originated movement seems to have moved quickly north to north-northeastward, away from Elm Street, and the visible quick movement definitely looks to me to quickly move from an initial higher location towards a lower location: possibly someone quickly diving northeastward, away from Elm Street, and/or, moving away from a loud, audible muzzle blast and/or away from the supersonic "whip-crack" caused by a bullet's bow shock N-wave trajectory that was triggered from a source to their right as they faced Elm Street; fired from where the grassy knoll picket fence was located; possibly triggered by the same "hat man assassin" captured in the MOORMAN #5 polaroid seen photo-located 14' west of the corner of the grassy knoll picket fence = where the HSCA also test-fired shots and scientifically determined to more than a 95% probability that an assassin fired a circa Z-290 to 294 shot that missed everyone).... The green L-o-s of that probable witness seen in NIX diving northeastward at right around the JFK head shot, intersects with the BOND #5 person lime green L-o-s at a point on the westernmost side of that same North Pergola sidewalk, approximately 10' "behind" (northwest of) and close to the same sitting bench.

With regard to the young black couple that MARILYN SITZMAN stated to Dr. JOSIAH THOMPSON she watched sitting on/near the retaining wall bench while sharing their lunch shortly before the attack started, within this post-thread BILL KELLY has indicated, and he has indicated totally accurately with respect to the claims of Ms. EVELYN KING about her and her brother ARTHUR that are known and have been publicly reported by researchers to date.... I am in contact with someone who (because I have 38-years experience interviewing 43 actually-there Dealey Plaza witnesses) may be able to provide me with Ms. KING's contact information (ARTHUR has passed-on). If Ms. KING is willing, I have already composed + prepared a very thought-through, very detailed list of exacting questions for Ms. KING.... As when speaking with all witness to events before, during, and/or after the attack, I will publicly report on her answers that she provides for us if she gives me permission to do so while she is alive.

Additionally, since it has been brought up within this posts-thread, here is provided the link for my scaled diagram of the TSBD 2nd floor that includes key details of the BAKER-OSWALD-then-TRULY encounter that happened a tests-recreated 75-90 seconds after the attack after DPD patrolman MARRION LEWIS BAKER remembered hearing (or, that he could hear) his first "shot" audible muzzle blast or his first "shot" mechanically suppressed-fired "silenced" supersonic bullet bow shock N-wave that he could hear that he first warrenatti-testified was triggered from the TSBD, or he could hear it was fired from the Dal-tex Building....

"Mis-direction ~ ~ What the eyes see, and the ears hear, the mind believes."

    (JOHN TRAVOLTA, “Swordfish,” 2001)

.... One key detail of several that I will also be adding is with respect to this 2nd floor BAKER-OSWALD-then-TRULY encounter diagram I entitled, "The TRULY Trap" is that ROY TRULY (who led and moved up the stairs a distance, and, an amount of time ahead of BAKER) indicated that when he first reached + moved from the top of the second floor stairs landing, around to the stairwell stairs entrance that led to the third floor, he was not attracted to see anyone nor anything moving, and, the door into the vestibule space located outside the 2nd floor lunchroom was already fully-closed ....

.... This is very important because that same outer vestibule door was primarily controlled by a hydraulic mechanism that caused the door to close on its own, very slowly = and therefore, it took additional time after the door had already also been opened (opened, supposedly, by OSWALD, per the warrenatti-report-canard) for the door to then, actually already become the fully-closed that TRULY indicated....

    For the United States:
  12. Good Day.... FYI, after the film's recent showing at the Toronto Film Festival....

    (QUOTE)
    By Jake Howell
    jake.howell@utoronto.ca
    The Torontonian Reviews Parkland
While much has changed since November 22, 1963, what hasn’t is the world’s fascination with the assassination that happened that day. Fifty years after the fact, we are given the underwhelming Parkland, Peter Landesman’s dramatization of side narratives that emerged after President John F. Kennedy was fatally shot. These mini-stories—perhaps better suited for a television series—include the hospital unit working at Parkland Memorial Hospital (to treat the bodies of both JFK and Lee Harvey Oswald), the life-changing footage captured by Abraham Zapruder, and the family Oswald left behind.
Written for the screen by Landesman (also making his directorial debut), the film features a curious cast of Zac Efron (Jim Carrico, a young doctor at Parkland Memorial), Paul Giamatti (Abraham Zapruder), James Badge Dale (Robert Oswald) and Jacki Weaver (Marguerite Oswald). None of these roles own the show, however, as they all support their individual arc. There are a large number of players—far too many to list—but only Giamatti’s Zapruder and Badge Dale’s Robert Oswald are worth paying attention to. Even then, their stories would likely be far more interesting in a written format, like Vincent Bugliosi’s “Four Days in November,” the book from which the film is adapted. The acting is acceptable, but the performance average suffers from a surprisingly ineffective Jackie Kennedy (Kat Steffens) and Efron’s dubious turn as a surgeon.
As is usually the case with lesser historical pictures, the most compelling sequences come not from the dramatization but from newscasts and archival footage that punctate the background of the chaos. While it’s hard to compete with a defeated Walter Cronkite announcing the death of the President on national television, Parkland‘s emotional heft comes almost entirely from images like that, and especially the Zapruder film, and Landesman adds little to their impact. Coasting from beat to beat (when will Oswald get shot? Oh, there it is), the film piggybacks off the assassination’s universal intrigue, hoping to squeeze tension from underwritten characters.
The film’s period setting also feels like an afterthought. The majority of the action is captured in cramped rooms and with a variety of angles (with the cuts and shaky close-ups you would expect from poor choreography), and there are only a handful of master shots throughout. Moments of clarity are a relief from the unintentional claustrophobia of Parkland, but there isn’t enough in the details for Landesman to really sell the early 1960s as anything other than when the tragedy happened. Set design? Forget it. For that reason alone, the film doesn’t work. But when you add a lagging script with contemporary gimmicks that add artificial drama, well… when the surgeons attempt CPR on President Kennedy, relentlessly trying to revive a man who won’t come back, you get the sense the film is attempting something similar.

    For the United States:
  13. " The book published this fall will indeed be an updated version of NIYL. Massively
updated, with significant new, unpublished information in the final chapter."
I am confused. Summers's Conspiracy was billed as "the definitive book" on the case.
WIll this new one be "even more definitive"?

Tony Summers is one of the few researcher-writers who has the ability to change his mind and view with new information, and since the publication of "Conspiracy," we have learned a lot more from the recently released files and new witnesses.

Certainly "definitive" is determined by when it is published, with the most up to date information, and changes constantly with new information.

When it was first published I thought "Conspiracy" was terrific because it was one of the first books to dedicate serious journalistic principles and techniques to the case - and I hadn't seen this TV documentary in which Tony interview some of the most important witnesses, and asks the right questions. Getting these people to go on camera must have took some convincing - and Tony has a charming ability to get witnesses to trust him.

The JFK Conspiracy – BBC 1978

    www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxU14SL5U8A

    Tony Summers Producer

When Tony was in Florida interviewing John Martino's widow and son for his Vanity Fair article, I was in Atlantic City talking to Martino's sister and brother, and I assisted him in some of the research for Not In Your Lifetime, for which he sites in the footnotes - concerning Jim Braden and Carl Mather.

Since then we located the Man on the Motorcycle in Mexico City who reportedly gave Oswald a ride to the Cuban Embassy, and Tony interviewed him, so there should be an update on that, as well as other areas where we have learned more from the files.

Having been a runner up for the Pulitizer Prize Tony and Robbyn should get more respect than those Conspiracy Theorists who write books trying to blame the assassination on someone or some agency or government.

As Pat Speer has noted, most of the movie and documentary film money is being poured into anti-or-counter conspiracy productions, and eventually someone will come along with the money to make a real documentary using Summers work as a firm basis, but probably not in our lifetime.

  15. Good Day.... Our longtime dedicated researcher, Mrs. MARTHA MOYER, has reminded me (Thank You + Hat Tip, MARTHA) that in his 1964 warrenatti-transcribed-testimony Dr. CARRICO gave his home address where he may have actually buried a JFK skull piece as, 2605 Ridgwood in the Dallas suburb of Irving, TX

(note: his street name may also have been spelled, "Ridgewood")

Who here lives in/near Dallas?!! :idea

    For the United States:
  16. After many appeals from serious researchers I have decided to reopen the JFK Forum. I will once again try to make it a place where members can rationally discuss the evidence. This time rule (iv) will be rigorously applied:

Members should not make personal attacks on other members. Nor should references be made to their abilities as researchers. Most importantly, the motivations of the poster should not be questioned. At all times members should concentrate on what is being said, rather than who is saying it. It is up to the reader to look at the biography submitted by the poster, to judge whether they are telling the truth or not. The word xxxx is banned from use on the forum.

We have tried warning persistent offenders and placing people on moderation. This seemed to have little impact on their long-term behaviour. In future I will be applying a zero-tolerance policy. If someone breaks the rules, I will remove their right to post on the Forum. In this way I hope to persuade some of those important researchers to return to the Forum.

.... Good Day.... FWIW (and it is worth alot, imho + experiences), a key part of the formula for successes in nearly everything non-JFK-assassination-related that I have nearly always decided to choose, reinforce, + almost always, patiently, strive to keep in the "brain box" is the very simple + straightforward....

  17. Good Day.... According to the following 6-12-13 DMN video interview with
Parkland doctor DANIEL FOSTER (thank you + hat tip to LARRY SCHNAPF for the
    alert)....
.... CHARLES JAMES "Jim" CARRICO (a Parkland resident doctor on 11-22-63, and, a
friend of FOSTER who was also one of JFK's trauma room #1 attending doctors), later
privately shared with FOSTER that after CARRICO went home on 11-22-63, CARRICO
discovered a piece of JFK's skull inside one of the pockets of his blood-stained lab coat
(CARRICO was, in fact, reported by several persons also in TR #1 as being located near
    JFK's head).
CARRICO then decided on his own (apparently, never later notifying the authorities
nor investigators about this JFK skull piece of evidence) to bury the JFK skull fragment
with the lab coat in the backyard of his home (an action which CARRICO later admitted
that he wished he had not chosen to do).
Can anyone with a 1963 Dallas phone book provide CARRICO's address on 11-22-63?

    For the United States:
  18. Ian and Daniel

I checked at Duncans and found this newer Nix gif by Rick Needham, posted by Gerda in a thread...showing

the piece ,flying out from the back of JFK's head..thank you to Rick and Duncan's site...b

    b

    Attached Thumbnails

    blacksquare rick needham.gif

.... Good Day Bernice.... It has always been interesting, research-wise, to realize that

NIX was an almost perfect 180-degrees opposite ZAPRUDER when the President's head first

exploded. (had NIX been as close or closer than ZAPRUDER to JFK and on the same line-of-sight,

the clarity of the NIX film would have probably been much higher while we had the nearly full,

360-degrees view of President KENNEDY when his head first exploded)

I am astounded that looking at the above, stabilized NIX gif-animation head shot segment

that RICK NEEDHAM provided, that no experienced researcher, immediately, observed what is

    obvious.

With regard to the first-appearing, orange-color-highlight-circled, so-called, "black square"

(that first flashes above the surface of the trunk at a level with Mrs. KENNEDY's right elbow),

apparently, no one else, on any forum, has observed that large, totally "black square" appears

B-E-F-O-R-E the President's head had even, first, exploded.

That "black square" appearing before the head explodes, we can be sure, was impossible.

(if anyone "thinks" that first, pre-explosion "black square" to have been a piece of JFK's head)

In reality, the impacting bullet moved the upper-half of President's head forward about 1" to 2"

(and as the skull fractured, the outline of the head also changed) and the explosion was caused

    by the bullet's expanding, briefly-contained, pressurized shock wave .... then, a micro-second

after the explosion, the explosive forces radiating in all directions away from the bullet's

trajectory caused the skull fragments and brain matter to be detached from the higher-

pressurized inner-skull/head container, propelling them to flying away from the head.

IMHO, the initial, pre-head-explosion "black square" is, most likely, a large film artifact; possibly

a result caused during or after the film's processing.

Additionally, the follow-up orange-highlight-circled, smaller, darker somethings that are seen

on the limo trunk appear to me to be dark reflections of something(s) that is/are stationary,

that were located above the limo on the grassy knoll. (NIX's camera lens was approximately 12'

to 13' higher than the limo trunks horizontal surface)

Using an accurate DP map, my one-time, quick, line-of-sight measurement starting from NIX's

precise attack-filming location, directed at the Z-313 precise location of when President

Kennedy's head first exploded, indicates that the follow-up darker-something's are most likely,

simply, reflections on the limo trunk of then-darker colored components of the North Pergola

(probably darker because the reflected darker components were in the darker shade caused by

the sun). There are also some lighter, sunlit components of the North Pergola seen reflected on

the trunk as the limo moves forward.

Parkland Doctor Breaks 50-Year Silence About

    The Day JFK Was Shot

    By BJ AUSTIN

    Red%20Duke.JPG

Dr. Red Duke gets a handshake and thank you after telling the story of his work as

    a Parkland Hospital doctor November 22, 1963.

For the first time, a doctor at Parkland Hospital in 1963 is speaking

publically about his role after bullets struck President John F. Kennedy's

motorcade in downtown Dallas. This year is the 50th anniversary of the

    President's assassination.

    LISTEN: http://cpa.ds.npr.org/kera/audio/2013/02/10279.mp3

Dr. Red Duke, renowned trauma surgeon from Houston was on the

thoracic surgery team at Parkland Hospital in 1963. His job that day was

to help save the life of wounded Texas Governor John Connally, also shot

as he rode in the motorcade. After 50 years, he told his story for the

first time: to hundreds of emergency medicine doctors and technicians

gathered at the Dallas Sheraton for an annual conference.

“We didn’t talk much about it, Duke told his audience. "Well, I never

have. This is the first time I’ve ever said anything about it.”

Dr. Duke recalled going downstairs to the Emergency Room, seeing

crowds of people, and Jacqueline Kennedy, sitting on a chair outside

Trauma Room 1 – her pink suit stained with blood. He entered, saw the

President’s devastating head wound, and was quickly shifted to Trauma

Room 2 to take care of the Governor.

“He had this big chest wound. His lung was flopping in and out," Duke

recalled. "So I stopped it up and put a chest tube in him – just like you

    do any other gunshot wound.”

But it was the Governor of Texas, and it was a day like no other. Dr.

Duke says after he stabilized Connally, they rushed him into surgery.

And, for the first time ever, they had a radio in the operating room.

“We heard all the things. The President’s been pronounced dead. And all

the other events that followed. We heard about the officer being shot

over in Oak Cliff,” Duke said.

After chest surgery, more doctors arrived to repair bullet damage to

Connally’s right wrist and retrieve a fragment of bullet lodged in his thigh,

near the femoral artery. Two days later, Dr. Duke was back in a trauma

room working to save the life of accused assassin Lee Harvey Oswald,

who was shot by Jack Ruby.

Dr. Duke says after the events of that November, he got out of town. He

went deer hunting in Pampa Texas – a nice place to hide, he said. He

says he worked that day as trained and on instinct, trying to save his

patient. Any thoughts of a place in history had to wait.

Judicial Watch Files FOIA Lawsuit Against National Archives

Challenging the Withholding of RFK Department of Justice

    Records

Kennedy Family Continues to Keep Secret Government

Records in Violation of the Freedom of Information Act

    WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwire - Feb 25, 2013) - On February 12, 2013,

Judicial Watch filed a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit on

behalf of author/historian Max Holland against the National Archives

and Records Administration (NARA). The suit challenges the withholding

of Robert F. Kennedy's records while he served as Attorney General,

including "assassination records" relevant to the November 22, 1963

murder of his brother, former President John F. Kennedy (Holland v.

National Archives and Records Administration (No. 13-00185)). These

records are currently under control of the Kennedy family under the

auspices of the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum in

    Dorchester, Massachusetts.

Judicial Watch filed a series of Freedom of Information Act requests

in fall 2012 with NARA after press outlets reported that the JFK

Library was in possession of more than 60 boxes of records from Robert

    F. Kennedy's tenure as the U.S. Attorney General. Contained in these

boxes are diaries, notes, phone logs, messages, trip files, memoranda,

reports, and other records concerning the Cuban missile crisis, the

war in Vietnam, the civil rights movement, and law enforcement

activities of both the FBI and Justice Department.

Although it has been reported that numerous government archivists and

historians believe these records -- an undetermined number of which

are government records -- should be made publicly available, none of

the records are available for review and they remain under control of

    the Kennedy family.

In response to Judicial Watch's September 26, 2012, FOIA request, NARA

produced a list describing a group of records that were referenced by

the press reports, including records involving the JFK assassination.

Judicial Watch subsequently filed a FOIA request with NARA on December

5, 2012, on behalf of author/historian Max Holland seeking access to

    the following records:

Copies of the seven records identified in the enclosed "Documents from

the Robert F. Kennedy Papers: Attorney General's Confidential File

which have been identified by the JFK Assassination Records Review

    Board as 'assassination records.'"

NARA was required by law to respond to Judicial Watch's FOIA request

by January 9, 2013. However, as of the date of Judicial Watch's

complaint, NARA has failed to provide any records responsive to the

request or indicate when any responsive records will be produced. NARA

has also failed to demonstrate that responsive records are exempt from

    production, prompting Judicial Watch's lawsuit.

November 22, 2013, will mark the 50th anniversary of the assassination

of President Kennedy. The circumstances surrounding his assassination

have been a source of controversy and public fascination for decades.

To complete the public record on the Kennedy assassination, Congress

established the Assassination Records Review Board (ARRB), an

independent agency, to "gather and open" all "assassination records"

concerned with Kennedy's death, as mandated under the President John

    F. Kennedy Records Collection Act of 1992, 44 U.S.C.§ 2107 (Supp. V

    1994).

According to Judicial Watch's FOIA lawsuit, seven records deemed to be

"assassination records" by the ARRB, which issued its final report in

1998, remain secret to this day. They include some of the president's

personal records; documents describing Central Intelligence Activities

in Cuba; a Cuban Information Service message dated 1/26/63 entitled,

"THE PLANES THAT WERE NOT THERE;" a State Department incoming cable

from Mexico; and a document entitled, "Information on Lincoln Bubble

Top Automobile sinse [sic] returning from Dallas." (A Lincoln

Continental with a removable bubble top was the presidential limousine

    used by President Kennedy).

Judicial Watch and its client, author/historian Max Holland, have

requested all of these records be disclosed pursuant to FOIA law.

"Over a six-year period in the 1990s, the U.S. government spent

millions of tax dollars and untold man-hours in an effort to gather in

one place all assassination-related documents," Holland said. "It was

and remains outrageous that relevant government documents in the

papers of the attorney general at the time are somehow out of reach."

"The JFK records are clearly government records and they should be

disclosed in accordance with FOIA law," said Judicial Watch President

Tom Fitton. "This lawsuit is about much more than the Kennedy

assassination. It goes to the heart of how much control a presidential

family may assert over public records. These records do not belong to

the Kennedy family -- the records belong to the American people."

Holland, a 1972 graduate of Antioch College, is author and editor of

Washington Decoded, an online publication. He is writing a history of

the Warren Commission for Alfred A. Knopf publishers, a manuscript

which received the J. Anthony Lukas Work in Progress award in 2001. He

is a contributing editor to The Nation and the Wilson Quarterly, and

sits on the editorial advisory board of the International Journal of

Intelligence and CounterIntelligence. Holland is also the author,

editor, or co-author of six books, most recently Leak: Why Mark Felt

Became Deep Throat (University Press of Kansas, March 2012) and Blind

over Cuba: The Photo Gap and the Missile Crisis (Texas A&M University

    Press, September 2012).

JFK Conspiracy Theorist Robert Groden goes 81-0

with Latest Win Against City Censors

    By Jim Schutze

    Mon., Feb. 25 2013 at 10:37 AM

    Categories: Get Off My Lawn

Wanted to go ahead and let you know, since apparently nobody else is

going to do the story, that Robert Groden, the Kennedy assassination

author, has won yet another legal victory in his fight against the

city's years-long efforts to muzzle him.

And, sorry, certain commenters here, but that's what it is. This isn't

about tidying up a park. It's a campaign to shut down free speech on

the still sensitive issue of whether John F. Kennedy's murder in

Dallas 50 years ago was the work of multiple conspirators.

Don't believe me? Still think it's Groden who's the out-of-line wack-

job? Groden's virtually unbroken record of judicial exoneration in 81

separate arrests or tickets by the city is now crowned by a recent

decision of County Criminal Court of Appeals Judge Kristin Wade. Wade

said the same thing a parade of judges have said before: It's the city

that's outside the law in this.

Wade was ruling on the most recent arrest, which took place June 13,

2010, in which the city charged Groden with ... he was charged with

the offense of ... but that's part of the problem, isn't it? The city

arrested him in Dealey Plaza where he lectures and sells self-

published magazines. They threw him in jail. But then they couldn't

quite say what he had done wrong.

Wade takes note of the city's vacillation. In her opinion upholding a

trial judge's decision to quash the case against Groden, Wade points

out that the city changed its mind twice about what Groden had done

wrong after they arrested him and put him in jail. And they still

couldn't come up with a crime.

Know why? There was no crime. There was no city law banning Groden

from giving lectures in Dealey Plaza and selling magazines, books and

videos that explain his theories. Since then, in a classic case of

tardy barn-door closing, the city has enacted an ordinance it thinks

would cover Groden's case. Groden's lawyers think the new ordinance,

yet to be tested, reeks of violation of free speech. More on this in

my column in the newspaper next week.

The point is this: Before the 2010 arrest the city of Dallas had 80

instances in which it had been warned by judges that it was harassing

Groden in violation of his rights and the law. And yet they did it

again. This last time they added some rough treatment during the

arrest and a nice long visit to the jailhouse, a clear expression of

that hoary adage of official oppression, "You can beat the rap, but

    you can't beat the ride."

Groden has a federal civil rights lawsuit in the works against the

city. That suit has been in legal limbo for two years waiting for this

appeals court shoe to fall. I'm not sure how that works. I will

explain it in the paper next week. But he tells me this new verdict

will open the door for the civil rights case finally to proceed.

Groden is a New York Times list best-selling author and in 1978 was

the forensic photographic consultant to the Select Committee on

Assassinations of the U.S. House of Representatives. The select

committee was formed after Groden obtained a copy of the Zapruder

film, which had been owned and suppressed by LIFE magazine.

When Groden got the film aired on television, a shocked national

audience saw President Kennedy's head clearly slammed in the opposite

direction it would have been pushed by a bullet from the sniper's

perch on the sixth floor of the School Book Depository. The final

report of the committee stated it had found evidence establishing "a

high probability that two gunmen fired at President John F. Kennedy."

It is this version of things that Groden preaches in Dealey Plaza,

often to large crowds of tourists who come from far and wide

specifically to explore the facts around the assassination.

The efforts by the city to silence him often have been aided and

abetted by the Sixth Floor Museum, which has become the official

enforcement arm of the no-conspiracy theory in Dallas. Nothing like a

"museum" that gets people arrested for disagreeing with it, eh?

I do a weekly radio show on KNON at 10 a.m. on Saturdays (yes, I'm

plugging along here), and for the past couple of Saturdays we have

been talking about Groden, two weeks ago with him as my on-air guest.

Last Saturday I confessed my own personal sin here: I have just never

been sufficiently motivated to form a personal theory about the JFK

killing in Dallas 50 years ago. I think I have always been daunted by

the amount of reading I would have to do.

But as we roll up on the 50th anniversary observations next November,

with the city already planning hundreds of thousands of dollars worth

of special security to shut people like Groden out of Dealey Plaza on

the big day, I do have to wonder.

Is there still somebody around who's got something big to hide on

this? Because I can't come up with another explanation. Otherwise,

Groden and all the other Warren Commission skeptics would be the best

    tourist attraction Dallas ever had.

Dealey Plaza continues to be our most popular tourist attraction. And

Dallas keeps living up to everyone's stereotype by standing down there

like some big old 1950s copper slapping his billy club against his leg

saying, "Let's move it along now, folks, nothin' to see here, time you

    been gettin' on home now."

Why? Does the city actually want to look guilty? Does it not get that

doing stuff like tossing Groden in the slammer over free speech makes

the city look guilty? Amazing, really. So very strange.

More on this at 10 a.m. on KNON 89.3 next Saturday (plug-plug-plug)

and in the paper next week. If nothing else, it's just kind of a weird

    town, is it not?

    http://www.dhs.gov

  22. Good Day.... With all due respect to Our researcher Doug Weldon (may his soul always R.I.P.), there was no bullet hole in the presidential limousine's front windshield.

The following scaled diagram (thank you + hat tip to Jerry Organ) of the limo details for you my determined facing directions of President Kennedy and Governor Connally in the Zapruder film frame #206 instant. (Connally's posture and facing direction does not change while he is behind the "Stemmons" sign for only the 1-second) ....If you have developed a different head location and/or head facing direction for either man for Z-206 or any Zapruder frame, and/or or a different windshield defect location, as related to when your theory has JFK's neck-front wound being caused, please also provide your diagram for everyone.

    connallyblocksjfkthroat.gif

As simply and clearly seen when utilizing an accurate diagram of the limousine, and, accurately locating the windshield's inside-surface-only-damage (the location for that damage is documented in the Ike Altgens photo #6, some Parkland Hospital photos, and also clearly located in the FBI's 11-23-63 early-morning White House garage photos), along with correctly sizing and placing their heads locations and their facing directions for President Kennedy and Connally at Z-206, any type of a bullet theoretically (or, personal-antiquated-theory "wishfully") fired from JFK's front-left that, first, passed-through the windshield, then (and while still hot), emerged after the windshield in 'magically'-un-mutilated condition to, then, cause what Dr. Perry detailed to Dr. Humes as a very small, "3 to 5mm" (recorded by Humes), circular wound....

---->>>> that pet-theory of a theoretically un-mutilated bullet "thought" of by a few researchers, would have had to, first, absolutely, been mandated to hit Connally in either his head or neck, before hitting JFK.

---->>>> and Connally, of course, was never struck in his head or neck with a bullet.... Additionally, when I interviewed Bill and Gayle Newman (the 2 closest, standing, adult witnesses to when JFK's head first exploded), both detailed for me that they clearly saw that before Connally had ever reached his closest point to them (approximately Z-296), enough time had already occurred after Connally's wounding that blood had already, noticeably, pooled onto his shirt's chest front, and, they could clearly see his already-pooled blood.

Additionally, fairly recent captured photos of the saved, still-crated limo windshield clearly show us that the cracks that radiated away from the inside-surface-only damage in the windshield, all, match-up with photos captured within about 12 hours of the Dealey Plaza volleys of shots.

As Pamela and others have also very logically stated, numerous, inevitable, vibrations that went into the windshield caused from jostling during the moving-driving-flying of the limo and/or the windshield (most likely incurring jostling-around vibrations that were between slight to very heavy in force), temperature swings, barometric pressure swings, and, at some time(s) someone(s) may have also lowered the windshield's storage crate much to hard onto a floor and/or actually dropped the windshield's crate, and, etc.... These possibilities/probabilities have all individually and/or combined during 50 years to cause the matching radiated cracks to change slightly, but, those cracks, still, do match-together very well. (one of the better reports provided for us, "Eternal Return: A Hole Through the Windshield?," that details the windshield's defect is provided by researchers Barb Junkkarinen, Jerry Logan, and Josiah Thompson. This report also focuses details for comparing clear 1963 photos, to the recent clear photos of the defect and its radiated cracks)

.... Exploring details further for key considerations.... At that Z-206 instant for the above limo diagram, we can see in the Zapruder film and additional (known) documented photos that President Kennedy is snapping/has rapidly snapped his head a measurable 87 to 90-degrees within the previous, scant, 0.16 micro-second from Z-203 to 206.

This was a JFK head snap rotational speed rate that we can measure precisely at an ultrafast 531 to 549-degrees-per-second. ....You can, very simply, personally snap (while filming) your head 90-degrees in one-sixth of a second to obtain a dose-of-reality sense for yourself for the sheer speed of JFK's extremely rapid head snap (that some animated-CAD-fabricator's also decided to choose to ((deliberately?!!)), inaccurately, not even re-create to show us in their C.A.D.-fabrication's).

I am still positively convinced by the convergence of many, many very key factors (some of them detailed OTTOMH in the following) that President Kennedy was first bullet-impacted during the micro-second prior to Z-203.

The ultrafast, 531 to 549 degrees-per-second head snap rate that JFK exhibited, combined with our knowledge from the documented many, key, close witnesses and the documented many, key, close weapons-experienced witnesses cumulative statements that have detailed for us that President Kennedy had started to smile broader (also confirmed as seen in the Z-film by approximately Z-165 to 167)....

    .... and then....

.... JFK, first, started his Z-171-beginning right hand wave (witnessed and stated by many persons)....

.... and it was distinctly, definitely after that same JFK hand wave had already began that....

    .... then....

.... there was fired a "shot" (albeit, an audible muzzle blast or a mechanically-suppressed-fired "silenced" bullet bow shock N-wave that these many documented witnesses remembered hearing (or could hear)).

Hugh Betzner stated, unequivocally, that he snapped his third photo and then he started to wind his film inside his camera, and it was after his photo and after he had initially began to wind his camera film that a "shot" was fired that he remembered hearing (or could hear).... Mr. Betzner's pre-gunfire-snapped photo corresponds exactly with Z-186.

As documented in the Z-film, the close witness Rosemary Willis begins slowing her trot in the early Z-190's.... Rosemary has stated, unequivocally, that she started to slow her trot in response to and just after the first "shot" that she remembered hearing (or could hear)

Following JFK at a close approximate 20' to 25' the weapons-experienced Secret Service Agent George Hickey stated, unequivocally, that he had, first, been looking leftward immediately prior to his hearing (or, being able to hear) his first-heard/first-remembered "shot"....

    .... then....

.... when Hickey remembered hearing (or could hear) the first "shot" (or, the first shot he could hear), Hickey stated that he, then, immediately turned his head frontward very rapidly, towards the President..... As clearly seen in and documented by the Z-film, and exactly as he also stated, Hickey rapidly turns his head frontward starting at Z-195 to 196 (when we allow 0.25-second, minimum, (four to five Z-frames) for Hickey's refractory neurological-interpret-then-physical-response starting time, it clearly determines for us, to a certainty, that the first audible blast or bullet bow shockwave that Hickey heard (or could hear) happened, at the latest, at Z-190 to 191.... With allowing a mandated one to two Z-frames for bullet flight time, depending on the firing origin location, that "shot" blast or shockwave that Hickey heard was triggered, at the latest, at precisely Z-188 to 190)

Weapons-experienced WWII military veteran Phillip Willis unequivocally stated that his already-raised-camera-to-his-face-captured fifth photo was snapped directly because the first "shot" that he remembered hearing (or could hear) that was fired immediately prior to his fifth photo had startled him so much, that, it caused him to then involuntarily press his camera shutter button earlier than he wanted.... Mr. WILLIS's post-gunfire , involuntarily-snapped photo corresponds to Z-202....

.... Extremely interestingly is that, also, at Z-150 to 151, the approximate time of the current-revision of the warrenatti-apologists first audible, supposed, "lone-nut" shot (when factoring JFK's quick response, rapid head turn 0.25-second later starting at Z-155 in response to that bullet completely missing him) the warrenatti claims that Z-150 to 151 shot was fired directly into the branches and leaves foliage in the Posnerian-"lone-nut"-theory "'magic'-limbed-ricochet-tree" (tree branches and foliage that any assassin, during his plaza pre-screening viewing, most likely would have surely been well aware of).... Additionally, at Z-150, President Kennedy (moving at 12 MPH) was still at an Elm Street pinpointed location (and at that same instant a, supposed, "lone-nut" rifle-aiming point) that was over 15' before JFK first passed under the branches of that same tree at Z-166 = over 15' and almost 1-second before JFK went out of the warrenatti-apologists, supposed, "lone-nut" targeting view....

    .... and....

.... Very importantly, that same Z-150 instant when a shot was supposedly fired that JFK rapidly turned his head in response to at Z-155 was also a measurable, non-startlement, nearly 3 seconds before Phil Willis's shot-startle-caused involuntary-snapped photo.... and.... at Z-150, Mr. Willis, very clearly, has positioned his hands ---and his camera--- still lowered and far downward, well away from his face....

.... when we allow 0.25-second, minimum, for Willis's refractory neurological-interpret-then-physical-response starting time, it clearly determines for us, to a certainty, that Mr. Willis remembered hearing (or could hear) his first "shot" blast or shockwave, at the latest, at Z-197.... With allowing the additional, mandated, one to two Z-frames for bullet flight time, depending on the assassin's firing origin location, that "shot" blast or shockwave that caused Mr. Willis's photo was triggered at the latest at Z-195 to 196....

Additionally, a very substantial and significant, measurable % of the very key, close witnesses and close weapons-experienced witnesses that could see JFK and his quick reactions during the volley's of shots also stated that JFK did react to this first-heard "shot" blast or shockwave with his dramatically, suddenly quick reactions that clearly proved that he was obviously simultaneously impacted with that same first-heard "shot."

To the warrenatti-apologists obvious living-in-denial chagrin's (exactly like the still-unknown badge-flashing "agent" that DPD Joe Smith encountered on the grassy knoll when Smith also smelled gun smoke), and, to the warrenatti-apologists transparent-anxieties.... Extremely important are the facts that President Kennedy's initial Z-190's-starting, first reactions to his being bullet impacted with that first-heard "shot" blast or shockwave, happened when (as measured by the warrenatti-investigators, themselves) while JFK was still hidden from Z-166 to Z-208 under the branches and thicket of foliage leaves of the Posnerian-"lone-nut"-theory "'magic'-limbed-ricochet-tree" that hid JFK out of the view and targeting of the rifle-armed, multiple-persons-witnessed, additional assassin that was located in the warrenatti-apologists, supposed, "lone-nut" "snipers lair," and, that additional assassin was witnessed firing, at least, one downward-aimed shot during the attack volley's of shots.

JFK Assassination Artifacts to get First Public Viewing

More than 100 artifacts are included in an exhibit at the

    Newseum in Washington, D.C.

Lee Harvey Oswald was wearing this shirt, seen in this Nov. 22, 1963, photo,

when he was arrested and charged in the death of President John F. Kennedy.

    STORY HIGHLIGHTS

Newseum exhibit of Lee Harvey Oswald items opens April 12

The exhibit contains more than 100 artifacts

Collection of photos, Newseum-produced film also showing

    WASHINGTON — An off-white jacket. A casual long-sleeve shirt. A turquoise-and-

orange wool blanket. A wallet that contains a Social Security card and family snapshots.

While these relics from the early '60s sound like everyday items, they are priceless

pieces of history tied to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

Beginning April 12, visitors to the Newseum in the nation's capital will have the rare

chance to view these never-before-displayed artifacts belonging to Lee Harvey Oswald,

the presumed gunman, as part of an exhibit marking the 50th anniversary of JFK's

death. Oswald, who wore the shirt and carried the wallet when he was arrested on Nov.

22, 1963, in Dallas, was himself shot and killed two days later by Dallas nightclub owner

Jack Ruby, a crime that was caught live on TV.

The jacket was found at a gas station near the Texas Theater, where Oswald was

captured. Oswald's rifle, which was kept wrapped in the blanket in a friend's garage, was

found at the Texas School Book Depository in Dallas shortly after JFK was shot.

"This is a pretty incredible opportunity to work with the National Archives and be able to

display these pieces," says Carrie Christoffersen, Newseum curator and director of

    collections.

Christoffersen says the purpose of "Three Shots Were Fired," an exhibit of more than

100 artifacts, including the first UPI report about the attack on the presidential

motorcade, "is to tell the story of how news media responded and how it fulfilled its

responsibility to the public. It was a unique time in American and journalism history. The

shooting led to unprecedented TV coverage over four days on the networks

commercial-free. This was at a time when nightly newscasts had only just expanded

    from 15 minutes to a half-hour."

A collection of photos, "Creating Camelot: The Kennedy Photography of Jacques Lowe,"

as well as a Newseum-produced film, A Thousand Days, will bring to life the youthful

glamour that the first family brought to the White House, as well as newsworthy

    moments of JFK's short presidency.

The exhibit, which runs through Jan. 5, 2014, will include an interactive feature that

allows visitors of all ages to share the defining "JFK moment'' in their life, whether it was

the bombing at Pearl Harbor or memories of 9/11.

    (QUOTE)

Death of a President, 50 Years On

    By Eric Heyl

    Published: Saturday, January 19, 2013, 9:00 p.m.

    Updated: Saturday, January 19, 2013

Dr. Cyril Wecht is an internationally renowned forensic pathologist, author

and former Allegheny County coroner. In 1978, he testified before a

congressional committee disputing the Warren Commission conclusions

and the single bullet theory regarding the 1963 assassination of President

    John F. Kennedy.

Wecht spoke to the Trib regarding recent revelations by Robert F.

Kennedy Jr. that his father, Robert F. Kennedy, privately disagreed with

    the Warren Commission report.

Q: Were you surprised by the admission that Robert F. Kennedy actually

didn‘t think much of the Warren Commission findings?

A: Well, no. That had already been revealed in an excellent book by

David Talbot (2007‘s “Brothers: The Hidden History of the Kennedy

Years”), and I‘ve seen other references to it. Not a negative word (about

the report) was ever spoken publicly by him, to my knowledge, early on

when he was attorney general and even later when he became a

senator. But later on he did have those thoughts and feelings. I‘m

delighted that his son has now spoken out on this and stated what his

    father came to believe.

Q: If he was dissatisfied, why do you think he didn‘t express that publicly?

A: You have to keep in mind — and this is not conjecture — that the two

people who hated Bobby Kennedy with a passion were the two most

powerful people in America: Lyndon Johnson and (FBI director J. Edgar)

Hoover. So not to make excuses for Bobby Kennedy, but I can

understand that maybe it was wise (not to go public with any criticism).

Why open your mouth if you are not going to get anywhere? You are

going to run into a stone wall (regarding the assassination inquiry) during

those first five years post-assassination (with Johnson and Hoover still in power).

Q: Where do RFK Jr.‘s remarks fit in the Warren Commission conversation?

A: It strengthens the hand (of commission detractors). Many intelligent

people who are not biased fail to recognize that we, the Warren

Commission critics, are not a rogue element. We represent the

overwhelming majority of Americans. Six weeks ago, I went to New York

City at the request and expense of the History channel for a big program

they are putting together (on the assassination). They had commissioned

a survey of 2,200 people (and) they wanted to get my reaction to it.

They asked if they thought the Warren Commission Report was correct,

valid. Eighty-five percent of the people said no. Doesn‘t that say

something? Take a poll today on baseball, apple pie, sex and motherhood

and you won‘t get 85 percent of the people to say that they think they

    all are good.

Q: You‘ve been an integral part of the Warren Commission discussion. How

will you mark the 50th anniversary of the assassination this year?

    A: On Oct. 17th, 18th and 19th, we‘ll have a 50th anniversary program

at the (Cyril H. Wecht) Institute of Forensic Science and Law at

Duquesne University. I think it will be the biggest (assassination-related)

program in the country. We‘ll have all the major critics, researchers and

so on. We had a huge program in 2003 for the 40th anniversary, and we

expect to have another excellent program again this time.

  25. Ok. And what about the veracity and documentation of this quote?

In May of 1968, Richard Lubic, an aide to Robert Kennedy, called William Turner and told him, "After he's elected, Bobby's going to go. He's going to reopen the investigation."

I think William Turner has stated that.

Good Day Robert.... Is that the same Richard Lubic that was/had been a Time Magazine staff manager who (sometime) later claimed that the original Zapruder film was stolen from the vault at the Time-Life New York headquarters in 1968, then, several days later the film was returned to the vault?
