    I think it has been established the fellow in the photos leaving Parkland is not Boris Pash but a Secret Service officer; isn't that correct?

    Yes Bill that is correct, but this just keeps on going around and around, i will contact Allen to see if the info can be corrected, he is the head of the Dallas SS Forrest Sorrels...he was id by Vince Palamara,whom you can check with if anyone is in doubt, also this photo, posted below . is in the back of Groden's ''the killing of a president'', he is also id there by Groden .....he was also photographed with Robert Oswald as well as Marina...see below...thanks b.....i cannot right now find the one with Robert, i will post when i find where he is hiding...b

    This below is Not Pash nor unknown....He is Forrest Sorrels HEAD of the SS in Dallas....b

    Ian and Daniel, this is a slow motion Nix film, notice how the limo slows down, the motorcyles catch up and begin to pull along side the limo, then the shot to his head and the limo begins to pull ahead obviously as Greer has finally stepped on the gas..imo.then ...they do begin to fall back also as the see Clint Hill climbing on the back of the limo.....b

    Robert, it is a copy of a very old gif, i think created, some years back, by Rick last name gone now, sorry, he is at Duncan's site now, quite active at times...you might enquire there.....that is all i recall now..b...

    Robert i checked at Duncan's I believe it could be Rick Needham's ..it has been so long now....... check with him.....b

    Hi Ian, hope all is very well....here is another fella a Mr Hargis, who just happened to get hit by flying matter though some do not agree with science apparently...thanks..b

    Mr. STERN - Will you describe what occurred or what you observed as the limousine turned into Elm Street?

    Mr. HARGIS - Well, at the time that the limousine turned left on Elm, I was staying pretty well right up with the car. Sometimes on Elm we get right up next to it on account of the crowd, but the crowd was out down here at the triple underpass, so, I was next to Mrs. Kennedy when I heard the first shot, and at that time the President bent over, and Governor Connally turned around. He was sitting directly in front of him, and a real shocked and surprised expression on his face.

    Mr. STERN - On Governor Connally's?

    Mr. HARGIS - Yes; that is why I thought Governor Connally had been shot first, but it looked like the President was bending over to hear what he had to say, and I thought to myself then that Governor Connally, the Governor had been hit, and then as the President raised back up like that (indicating) the shot that killed him hit him. I don't know whether it was the second or the third shot. Everything happened so fast.

    Mr. STERN - But, you cannot now recall more than two shots?

    Mr. HARGIS - That is all that I can recall remembering. Of course, everything was moving so fast at the time that there could have been 30 more shots that I probably never would have noticed them.

    Mr. STERN - Did something happen to you, personally in connection with the shot you have Just described?

    Mr. HARGIS - You mean about the blood hitting---

    Mr. STERN - Yes.

    Mr. HARGIS - Yes; when President Kennedy straightened back up in the car the bullet him in the head, the one that killed him and it seemed like his head exploded, and I was splattered with blood and brain, and kind of bloody water, It wasn't really blood. And at that time the Presidential car slowed down. I heard somebody say, "Get going," or "get going,"

    Belzer is a better actor than he is a researcher and he isn't a very good actor. I'm hardly an expert but I've not seen solid evidence more than one rifle as found. It seems some cops got confused about the make of the gun. This doesn't even make sense. Why would the plotters plant more than one weapon?

    Truly stated multiple rifles were in *fact* inside the TSBD just days before the 11/22/63 assassination.

    Why did Roy Truly bring a rifle to work?

    Hello Bernice.

    Evidently it is the same Banister - Higham just had too many Ws! Interesting that Banister’s right wing proto-fascist bent was evident way back then. Russell was covered up for by many in the U.S. and eventually left in 1940. He was associated with the Abwehr and Admiral Canaris and received Abwehr training in Germany in sabotage. He was on his way to Ireland via U-boat when he suddenly became ill and died. Higham speculates that he may have been murdered by a British agent aboard the sub.

    In an eerie precurser to JFK, the captain of the U-boat was knocked down and killed by a car in Berlin shortly afterward.

    BTW, do you know who did the article on Wikipedia on Banister? It's pretty good, despite what Jim DiEugenio says! :unsure:

    Hi Richard; glad to help out, i have no idea who the supplied the information on W..tell you the truth i do not use their site, very seldom if, but was suprised by the information given...hopefully some of the fella's up on the Banister research will join in your thread and add their information and thoughts, it could be very interesting already a possible murder on a u boat and a killing by car, very interesting...thank you again..b

    As you are well aware, the man ''Jack'' who could have, would have had replies to the references you have expressed above, is no longer with us,therefore '' not available'', let the man rest in peace and imo stop making any snide remarks in reference to perhaps work he did look into at one time,some years back..as you are aware the work was not done by the rest of us, so do not be surprised if you do not get any answers your looking for, but i am sure no doubt, you can make them up ...your entitled to your opinion, so are others, your not going to change so why do you think others should.people are the way they are period....??.b..imo

    Hi Daniel; pleased somthing came out of this, and no, the issue will not go away, as the further the information is looked into, the more often that the limo stopped comes to light by many more...it appears there is always one more witnesses information coming to light that it did stop..and Simmons does mention a motorcyclist coming forward,and getting out of the way... which others have also, so just another.another...thanks..b

    bit more to add...I did not find Chaney's name...?? but ..

    James L Simmons RR man on the overpass ..Re his testimony at the Clay Shaw trial..Garrison.

    Upon being questioned by the defense that the President had fallen to the back as the limo lurched forward.

    But as seen in the Zappy film he is propelled to the rear by the force of the head shot...then.....the

    Asst D.A Alvin Osner asked : Did the car speed up ?

    Simmons : No, in fact the car stopped or almost stopped.

    Osner : Then did the car speed up ?

    Simmons: Yes, after they got the motorcycle policeman out of the way...

    It went right over the Asst.D.As.... head it went no further....

    There were a total of 8 motorcycles ..in front of the President....3 abreast were some distance ahead.

    a second line of five were a half a bock ahead..Some of these had orders to stop at the underpass

    and hold the traffic while the motorcade proceeded to the Stemmons Freeway..on to the Trade Mart..

    The names of these officers and numbers are in the WC Vol. XX, page 489..

    The three out front were

    Sgt.S.C Bellah---190,

    J.B.Garrick---132

    G.C.McBride---133

    ( The last I believe was Jean Hills boyfriend, that Mary Moorman took a photo of that day.?)

    The five only being a half a block ahead were ,

    L.E.Gray---156

    E.D.Brewer---137

    W.G.Lumpkin---152

    H.R.Freeman---135

    The five of the eight were instructed to fall to the rear at the underpass, and cover the limo from the rear

    to the Trade Mart.

    Only 3 were spoken to...at the time and they all repeated the same information..

    " We have been instructed not to talk about it at all".

    Simmons said he thought it was the motorcycle cop at the left front of the limo who got in the way, and

    made it appear he was trying to find out what was going on....

    In Jean Hills book, her motorcycle policeman boyfriend, and I think it was B.J.Martin, if so, he also kept telling her to let it go,

    and not get involved, and that he could not say anything, that things at the station were very hushed.

    I believe that is the wrong side of the street for Chaney Bernice....

    the lead car was AHEAD of the limo and speeding away in McIntyre

    "Halfback" was even farther behind

    I believe the men identified are from the left side of the limo, Hargis and ?? who, Hargis, also said he stopped and crossed over in front of Chaney...

    Mr. HARGIS - I don't know whether it was the Secret Service car, and I remembered seeing Officer Chaney. Chaney put his motor in first gear and accelerated up to the front to tell them to get everything out of the way, that he was coming through, and that is when the Presidential limousine shot off, and I stopped and got off my motorcycle and ran to the right-hand side of the street, behind the light pole.

    Agreed David, it does appear he was to the right...thanks much...b I will have a further look within the frames..

    here is his statement...From: Richard Trask. That Day in Dallas: The Photographers Capture on Film The Day President Kennedy Died (Danvers, Mass: Yeoman Press, expanded edition, 2000), p.115 & p.119:

    At about this time Bill Lord of ABC News did a brief interview of Chaney, recording his activities for a broadcast over WFAA television. Chaney recalled of the motorcade incident:

    QUOTE

    “I was riding on the right rear fender. We had proceeded west on Elm Street at approximately 15 to 20 miles per hour. We heard the first shot. I thought it was a motorcycle backfiring and, uh, I looked back over to the left and also President Kennedy looked back over his left shoulder. Then the, uh, second shot came, well then I looked back just in time to see the President struck in the face by the second bullet. He slumped forward into Mrs. Kennedy’s lap, and uh, it was apparent to me that we’re being fired upon. I went ahead of the President’s car to inform Chief Curry that the President had been hit. And then he instructed us over the air to take him to Parkland Hospital, and he had Parkland standing by. I went on up ahead of the – to notify the officer that was leading the escort that he had been hit and we’re going to have to move out. [The shot,] it was back over my right shoulder” (24).”
