  1. David,

The earlier reports are almost always the more reliable. By the time they got certain witnesses before the commission, the

staff knew what they were going to say--by and large--where Kellerman has to have surprised them. You are pitting later Hargis

against earlier Hargis. But earlier Hargis is going to be more reliable: his memory was fresher, his candor less constrained, and his

testimony hangs together with that of Curry, Sorrels, Chaney, Hill, and (now) Kellerman. That powerful proof about what happened.

    PERFECT ILLUSTRATION:

Mr. SPECTER. All right. Now, when the flurry occurred then, were you still facing forward talking into the microphone to Lawson?

    Mr. KELLERMAN. That is right.

Mr. SPECTER. All right. Then precisely what was your next movement after completing the delivery of that message to Lawson?

Mr. KELLERMAN. When I completed the delivery of those instructions to Lawson, I just hung up the receiver and looked back.

Mr. SPECTER. To your right this time--to your left; pardon me.

Mr. KELLERMAN. To my left; that is right. This is when I first viewed Mr. Hill, who was on the back of the--

Mr. SPECTER. Precisely where was he in that instant?

Mr. KELLERMAN. Lying right across the trunk of the car with Mrs. Kennedy on the left rear, Mr. Hill's head was right up in back of her.

Since what he is reporting obviously occurred BEFORE the limo took off and BEFORE it reached the TUP, I have supposed that you, like

me, would put Curry + Sorrels + Hargis + Chaney + Hill + Kellerman = the Zapruder film has been faked! We don't see all this in the film!

That under the pressure of testifying before the commission there would be variations from their original reports should not come as any

surprise. Their testimony was being massaged! What is important, from this point of view, is that Kellerman confirms what Hill reported.

I have been going through some of my files, Jack and I were still in contact re research before he had to retire from the Forum, this i am going to post pertained to Chaney going forward and relaying his information that the President had been shot to curry......he was still, Jack, IMO doing some great work, while i as usual, upon receiving his emails puttered and tried to grasp all his information, at times the light bulbs did burn brightly within my grey matter, other times they remained burnt out.......anyhoo.......this is photo research from Jack, that to myknowledge was never posted before, some of the last he worked on,as far as i know, it is within a frame of Wiegman, before the limo proceeded under the underpass,I post such, not to encourage the discord, but to hopefully clarify for some the information that has been researched,it may help in providing some clarity towards what has become a prickly subject..within the reasearch ....so FYI from Jack White, god bless him........best b

  2. Maegher, rifle, Kleins...

    Footnote 4,ch.2,page 48:

The Commission asserts that the rifle was ordered on a coupon

cut from a full-page advertisement by Klein's Sporting Goods Co. in

the February 1963 issue of The American Rifleman magazine (WR 119),

but the actual advertisement (which is not included in the Commis-

    sion's Exhibits) offers a 36-inch Carcano rifle weighing 5-1/2

lbs. with catalogue number C20-T750. The same catalogue number

without the "T" identifies the 40.2 inch Carcano shown in Klein's

full page ad in the November 1963 Field and Stream (Holmes Exhibit

No.2). Thus the rifle ordered by "Hidell" does not correspond with

the longer, heavier rifle found in the Book Depository. The

Commission never mentions this descrepancy, which apparently was

overlooked or disreguarded. It is possible that Klein's made an

error in filling the order, but can we merely assume that?

  3. thanks David, it was all like a nickel and dime rodeo show in some ways, others the investigation should have been written up for an everlasting example for new criminal investigators in training, as the ''What not to do '' subtitled,'' the worse in history'', seems either all were told previously before relating any info, what to or not to report, bet the land lines were very busy, between such.makes one wonder....thanks...carry on carrying on... :news b..below from gil jesus...

  4. Nicely done Bernice.... I had seen the "Mauser" stamp on rifles but never the 7.65 - which again is rare since the 7.62mm was more popular.

Add to these rifles the CIA report from Italy stating it was 7.35 caliber model 91 rifle, and "the description of a 'Mannlicher Carcano' is in error"...

and finally... how did they get another rifle out of the TSBD???

What, pray tell, is Monty gripping that is holding up the bag?

    paperbaginTSBD.jpg

I read of late but..duh gone now..that there was a stick within the bag...here is the CIA report..re rifle you mention....take care b

    When Mark Lane testified

before the WC, he requested to see the alleged

assassination rifle on March 4, 1964. This

was denied. When on July 2, 1964, he testified

again it was only on the condition that he be

    allowed to see the rifle.

    "Rush To Judgment", page.... 115

When Mark Lane looked at it, on July 2, 1964, he read aloud to the WC members the inscription that was on it....

stating...... "MADE ITALY" and "CAL. 6.5."

    (WCH V p. 561)

His purpose was to support Officer Weitzman's

affidavit........ arguing that he doubted any Police Officer

would have made such a mistaken identitification...and related Mauser in error..

    THE GUN THAT DIDN'T SMOKE

''The Warren Commission reported, however, that when the rifle was found, .... NBC and WBAP radio identified it as a British Enfield .303. ... KRLD radio announced that the rifle was "presumed to be a .25 caliber high powered Army or ... had even seen a Mauser at the TSBD in the possession of their supervisor, Roy Truly''

  6. Thanks for that Michael,

Jones Harris used to call me on the phone every once in awhile and then stopped.

I think he's pals with Peter Janney.

    He's certainly an eccentric.

I call him the Truman Capote of critics.

And I think he's right about one thing - Honest Joe's Pawn Shop truck with the machine gun rack on back was certainly suspicious, not only for being near Dealey Plaza at the time of the assassination but for being outside the DPD when Oswald was being transferred.

    BK

Hi Bill; I realize the info re the station wagon goes way back, i think it was mentioned by Mary Moorman..??, that had the machine gun on top...it has been known for many years, also the Nix gunman, which both disappeared upon close examination, there has been reported a photo taken showing the Joes station wagon with machine gun, taken within Dealey before the assassination, i am thinking from the Harris info it was to have been in a Nix frame also, perhaps, any knowledge of which or where it is available, the same with the station wagon being outside when LHO was being transferred..within what photo or film was it seen,?? ..thanks very much I appreciate any info you may have to pass along, take care...best b

  7. DAVID QUOTE.''Bottom line -- People are HUMAN. Not machines. They make mistakes and always will as long as we humans roam the Earth..''

Yes, David, we all make mistakes at times.....But, we do not as Gary has continually done for years now, sent emails to whomever on the web, when he believes he has found one in someones post,on a Forum, see when you pretend to be The Know It All, and rub it in as he has to some, and present a hauty and at times insulting attitude in doing so, It is hillarious, to find, by some now, How the mighty has fallen, and by words from his own mouth that he has used constantly to belittle others by his crummy attitude, unless one goes the kissy butt in return attitude, in reply to him, which most will not and have not, they have simply taken it for years, so now that should explain for you, the How Sweet It Is attitudes you read here in this thread.... Gary poo, please in future from now on do recall that you also make mistakes......and stop the Lording attitude you have used in the past....See What Goes Around Eventually Does Come Around.......After All.......all ...take care...b

  8. Robert Groden's not done battling the city of Dallas over his right to sell

JFK conspiracy materials in Dealey Plaza

    By Robert Wilonsky

For close to two decades the city of Dallas and Robert Groden have been at

odds over his right to set up a table at Dealey Plaza from which he sells

his DVDs, magazines and books insisting John Kennedy was killed by a cast of

co-conspirators. For now, at least, that battle has come to an

end: As noted below, in recent days a Dallas County Criminal Court of

Appeals upheld a municipal court judge's December 2010 decision to toss out

the city's case against Groden, who never left Dealey Plaza despite dozens

of arrests and even more warnings. But the case is far from closed.

From the files, this photo of Groden taping down the "X" in the center of

Elm St. that marks the spot where JFK was fatally shot

In June 2010 Groden filed a federal suit against the city that alleged,

among other things, malicious prosecution. That case was put on hold while

the city and Groden duked it out elsewhere.

"But now that we have this ruling, we can look ahead to federal court,"

says Groden, who served as the staff photographic consultant to the House

Select Committee on Assassinations and was a consultant on Oliver Stone's

JFK. "And now we're hoping to show beyond any question that what the city

did was wrong. .. This has been going on for 14 years, this degree of

harassment, and it has to stop."

Over the years Groden's been given 80 citations for illegally peddling his

wares on city-controlled parks property, and 80 times those citations were

tossed. The city long claimed that Dealey Plaza was a municipal park over

which it had total authority, but as Dallas Municipal Judge Carrie Chavez

ruled in December 2010, the site of the assassination is never mentioned in

the Dallas City Code. So she tossed the case. (Chavez, incidentally, is no

longer a municipal judge: She wasn't recommended for rehire last summer

during those contentions muni judge back-and-forths at City Hall.)

As you can read below, on February 15 Judge Kristen Wade of the County

Criminal Court of Appeals ruled that Chavez was absolutely right in her

initial ruling. In documents filed in federal court last week,

(now-outgoing) Dallas City Attorney Tom Perkins wrote that Dallas "will not

further appeal the municipal court's order quashing the misdemeanor

information against Groden. Therefore, the City cannot further prosecute Mr.

Groden in with respect to his actions that gave rise to that misdemeanor

    charge."

"The city was just plain wrong," says Groden, who believes his persecution

and prosecution was led by the city in concert with the Sixth Floor Museum

at Dealey Plaza. "As we get closer and closer to November 22, it's becoming

more and more obvious the city and the Sixth Floor Museum are trying to

censor what we're trying to say - that there was an alternative. We're

saying, 'Think, look at the evidence.' And the Sixth Floor doesn't want you

    to see the evidence."

And Groden says he has more: Upcoming, he promises, is his latest book

JFK: Absolute Proof, which has "tons of new evidence I couldn't talk about

before," he says. If you need a copy he'll be out in Dealey Plaza, where

he's been for years - now, with a judge's blessing. Of course, still in

question is whether he'll be there on November 22 .

"For 49 years now people like myself and the Coalition of Political

Assassinations have kept the issues of the assassination alive and done very

respectful observations on the anniversary of the assassination for

49 years," he says. "Now it's the magic 50, and the city can make money off

it and they want to take it over and pretend like they've been doing their

    job all these years. But people are aware of what the city's trying to do;

they know there's a degrees of censorship related to Dealey Plaza. But

people want to know the truth."

Court rules Dallas must allow conspiracy vendors at Dealey Plaza

    http://tinyurl.com/a3tmrpj

    by BRAD WATSON

    WFAA

    Updated today at 6:07 PM

(The case was decided by Judge Kristin Wade, of the Dallas County Criminal

    Court of Appeals.)

DALLAS -- An appellate court ruled Tuesday that the city of Dallas must stop

an enforcement effort against JFK conspiracy vendors selling materials at

Dealey Plaza ahead of the 50th anniversary of Kennedy's assassination.

The Dallas County Criminal Court of Appeals ruled in favor of Robert Groden,

a longtime conspiracy theorist and vendor who was arrested in

2010 for selling merchandise in Dealey Plaza. The appellate court upheld a

lower court's decision to toss the city's case out.

"It's a matter of free speech, it's a First Amendment issue," Groden said.

"The city wanted us out of here; it didn't want anyone giving an alternative

point of view about the Kennedy assassination."

Workers are already laying new sod at Dealey Plaza in an effort to upgrade

the area before Nov. 22, the anniversary of John F. Kennedy's death. In

2010, police arrested Groden for selling merchandise at a park, claiming

    that vendors harassed visitors.

But the judge pointed out that the city doesn't list Dealey Plaza as a park,

and there wasn't a way to get a sales permit. The city told News 8 it won't

    appeal further.

So the vendors remain and some visitors like Peter Crowell from Punta Gorda,

    Fla., support them.

"Well, first of all, it's the United States of America. You know, I mean,

these are all protected rights that we all have," he said.

Since Groden's arrest, the City Council revised the law to allow the sale of

    First Amendment-protected items.

On the anniversary, The 50th Committee expects 5,000 tickets to be available

for the event. About two thirds of those will be handed out to the public at

random. But Groden is already skeptical if conspiracy buffs will be

    included.

"Who determines who gets the tickets?," Groden wondered.

The Dealey Plaza renovation should be finished by the end of March,

according to the contractor, Dallas-based Phoenix Restoration and

    Construction.

  10. Pat; i am not sure if this will be of any information, but it could be a start,,,b..

Where, also, is the schoolboy, Alan Smith, who was widely quoted on 23 November in US newspapers? Smith said unequivocally the head shot had struck Kennedy in the forehead, which would strongly suggest he was in front of the President at the time. Now scan the films – he, too, has vanished. (“The car was ten feet from me when a bullet hit the President in the forehead…the car went about five feet and stopped,” Jack Bell, “Eyewitnesses describe scene of assassination: Sounds of shooting brought car to a halt,” NYT, 23 November 1963, p.5)

Minor contradictions between witnesses and films I could accept and rationalise. Wholesale, irreconcilable conflicts, not a chance.

Didn't Smith (Bob Goodman)say he was in the pergola???? http://educationforum.ipbhost.com/index.php?showtopic=10829&st=45
