continues to lead the implosion of the Spanish banking sector.

The Madrid Stock Exchange collapsed for the third straight day

with Banco Santander and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA)

leading the way, with a decline of 2% in a third straight day of

losses. Santander and BBVA have both now lost over 25% of their

market capitalization in the last seven weeks.

A very senior Brazilian banking source in Europe told EIR

today that it is well known in Brazil that Santander has been

sitting on a pile of junk, and has only been saved because of its

holdings in Brazilian state debt. When questioned on the

appropriateness of the high interest rates Brazil offers and the

costs of the carry trade, he indicated that he himself was not

pleased with it. Furthermore, he said, there is a debate in

Brazilian policy circles exactly on this question.

Meanwhile, the {Financial Times} reports that Spain's cajas,

or savings banks, are in a race against time to create mergers

among themselves which is expected to reduce the number of cajas

from 45 to 20. Most are on life support from the European Central

Bank, whose repo operations are their only access to credit. The

cajas hold the lion's share of the nearly EU500 billion in

mortgages -- most of which have gone bad. The cajas have to merge

by June 30th in order to qualify for funds from the government's

Fund for Orderly Bank Restructuring (FROBS). The mergers will

lead to extensive lay-offs.

Great Britain sponsors terrorist groups and they have done so for years.

Shortly before the Luxor massacre, on Oct. 8, 1997, the U.S. State Department, in compliance with the Anti-Terrorism Act of 1996, released a list of 30 Foreign Terrorist Organizations (FTOs), banned from operating on U.S. soil.

Of the 30 groups named, six maintain headquarters in Britain. They are: the Islamic Group (Egypt), Al-Jihad (Egypt), Hamas (Israel, Palestinian Authority), Armed Islamic Group (Algeria, France), Kurdish Workers Party (Turkey), and the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (Sri Lanka).

The Islamic Group, and its subsidiary arm, Islamic Jihad, are headquartered in London. In February 1997, the British government formally granted permission to Abel Abdel Majid and Adel Tawfiq al Sirri to establish Islamic Group fundraising and media offices in London, under the names International Bureau for the Defense of the Egyptian People and the Islamic Observatory. Abdel Majid was implicated in the October 1981 assassination of Egyptian President Anwar Sadat, and he subsequently masterminded the escape of two prisoners jailed for the assassination. In 1991, he fled to Britain and immediately was granted political asylum. He has coordinated the Islamic Group's overseas operations ever since. In fact, he was sentenced to death in absentia for the bombing of the Egyptian Embassy in Islamabad, Pakistan in November 1995, in which 15 diplomats were killed.

Take, for example, the case of Trizec, the holding company through which the Bronfman brothers ostensibly run their various corporations, including Seagram's. Since it was formed in 1960, the Bronfmans have never held a majority position within Trizec! Trizec is run by Eagle Star Ltd. of London, a holding company whose directors have been described by one author as "the most notable of the British aristocrats." [16] Evelyn de Rothschild, the earls and dukes who control Lloyds of London and other banking and insurance firms, and leading lights of British intelligence such as Sir Kenneth Strong and Sir Kenneth Keith, all converge on the board of Eagle Star. Neither are the brains behind the Bronfman empire situated between the ears of the members of the Bronfman family. The source lies elsewhere in the family's law firm of Phillips, Bloomfield, Vineberg and Goodman (now called Phillips and Vineberg).

The personage of family arbiter and attorney Lazarus Phillips, in particular, was a constant sore to Mr. Sam. Born into the upper crust of the Zionist elite, Lazarus Phillips succeeded in gaining all the recognition and respect that Mr. Sam could never seem to win. Phillips was a holder of the Order of the British Empire, a senator in the Canadian Parliament, a member of the board of directors of the Royal Bank of Canada, invited into the exclusive Mount Royal Club as a member, and was a powerbroker for the Liberal Party.

But without Phillips, the Bronfman family empire could not survive. It is likely that through him the Bronfmans received the input of cash that allowed them to proceed steadily from bootlegging to a "legitimate" corporate empire. Certainly it was Phillips who unfroze enough funds under export control from the grip of the Bank of Canada to finance Seagram's wartime expansion into the United States. As the final judge in all family matters legal and otherwise Phillips has sat on the board of Seagrams since 1940 and on every other company and philanthropic front nominally run by Mr. Sam. He is still the co-director of Trizec and the other major Bronfman holding company, Edper (named after Edgar and Peter Bronfman). Phillips is also the expert who managed to get the Bronfmans off every legal hook on which they ever got caught. [8]

terrorism incident. There is a second person who's been arrested, and,

given your counterterrorism specialties, I'd like your overall

assessment of that situation.

LYNDON LAROUCHE: Okay. First of all, the two guys who have been picked

up so far, do represent a known capability. Now, it is my information,

from several relevant sources, authoritative sources, that these guys

and guys of a similar type, were not capable of constructing or

deploying (that is, calculated deployment of) an explosive charge of the

type that was used to wreck the building, so that this social group,

typified by the accused McVeigh or the suspect this or the suspect that

Nichols; these people and their similar types, could not have done the

job. Someone like that, of course, could have driven a vehicle which had

been prepared and delivered it according to instructions to a fixed

location, things of that type. But it's obvious: These guys and similar

guys or people they associated with, from their military background,

Special Forces background, {could not have done the job.} This was done

by people who were of a qualitatively much higher level of skill.

explosives used are supposed to be easily obtained from local stores,

Q: Nitrite and fuel, how is it that these individuals were not--

LYNDON LAROUCHE: Because it's a question of {shaping the charge.} An

explosive is just an explosive.

LYNDON LAROUCHE. {How you shape the charge} to produce a predetermined

shaped effect, and {knowing} how to do it, and {knowing} where to

pinpoint or focus the effect of the charge on the structure of the

building, which means you have to know someting about these kinds of

things as well, is all involved. That charge was designed with great

sophistication and shaped and placed with great sophistication.

Forget the ammonium nitrite and the oil and so forth. That's not

important. That's just an explosion, and that's one which is difficult

to trace. That's its significance. But this was a shaped charge, which

these guys could not have done. And no one like them could have done it.

Now, what's the significance? The significance is that the way the thing

occurred, with this McVeigh. McVeigh was identified by some witness

earlier, according to reports, as being in Oklahoma City, and driving

the same vehicle in which he was apprehended later, before the

explosion. When he was apprehended, he was picked up, because, according

to the report, the vehicle did not have license plates on it.

Well, it had license plates when he was driving it in Oklahoma City.

Driving without the license plates, {of which he was probably not

witting,} was the surest way in the world to get picked up under those

circumstances by an ordinary interception by highway police; and that's

how he was picked up, according to the reports.

The result of the focus upon these guys, Nichols and McVeigh and so

forth, has resulted in letting the trail go cold on the guys we really

should have been after. And they still aren't the guys. But that's one

side.

{Who} designed the explosive, who got these two patsies or one patsy or

whatever involved in the thing in order to help create a diversionary

trail away from the real perpetrators?

This is a terrorist act. Now, a terrorist act is a psychological act

which has a political context and a political character, whereas the

bomb as such does not have a political character. Why was it done? What

effect is it trying to produce? That's all terrorism is trying to

produce: a psychological-political effect, like warfare.

Well, the ground was prepared, first of all, by the British,

specifically by Lord William Rees-Mogg and his accomplice, Davidson,

through their little Taxpayers' Union, which is a Mont Pelerin Society

outfit. The political profile of the forces in the United States which

are working closely with Rees-Mogg's neo-conservatives, are the same

people who, like Rush Limbaugh, have been targetting President Clinton,

and, in a sense, setting him up to be a target by all kinds of kooks in

this country.

The people who led the misdirection after the explosion, in trying to

get forces to chase somebody else other than the actual perpetrator,

that is, the actual, real perpetrators, not the patsies, was the same

Rees-Mogg and his friends, Ambrose Evans-Pritchard, the same people who

are after the President.

So the only political setting of that explosion, is the one created

{before} and {after} the act by the Canadian-based Conrad Black of the

Hollinger Corporation news syndicate, and by the London {Times's} former

chief editor Rees-Mogg, along with Conrad Black's Ambrose Evans-

Pritchard. So we do know who is {politically exploiting} the explosion,

who was {prepared} to exploit the explosion {before} it happened, and

who followed up in the same manner {after} it happened, and whose effect

was to deliver a message which the British are still repeating in their

press today, and which also had the additional advantage of {diverting

the attention} of law enforcement people away from the real problem into

spending most of the time, up until the recent period, checking out all

of these ``militia types,'' so called, and then coming up with an answer

that none of these guys could have been capable of preparing a charge

and placing it with that sopistication.

And where are the guys who did it? Oh, the trail long went cold. It may

not be as bad as that, but that's the picture you get.

So, here we are, a case of this faction of the British Empire, the

British monarchy, prepared and exploited a terrorist act against the

United States, a terrorist act of military intelligence sophistication,

way above the Special Forces level; and they're the ones who benefitted.

And that's the kind of problem to which the President was referring in

his address at the university in Moscow. This is the enemy. The

President was diplomatic and did not mention {London}; but I'm certain

that the President knows the British monarchy is the party that is

responsible for this and other present, recent past, and possibly future

events of a similar gory quality.

Bill Clinton was undoubtedly complicit in the Federal government's raid on the Branch Davidian compound at Waco and the resulting mass immolation of innocent victims.

Janet Renoe "accepted responsibility" for the incident, but it entailed the novel concept of responsiibility with no consequences (i.e. she continue on as AG for 7 more years).

The investigation of the Waco raid was obstructed by the FBI and its destruction of evidence (at about the same time its lab became unreliable as a result of shoddy manabement).

If my memory is correct, the FBI "lost" the front door of the Waco compound (which would have determined whether the fire from the first day was incoming our outgoing).

During the investigation, then Congressman Chuck Schumer shilled and ran interference for the FBI and the ATF.

I similarly believe that the investigation of the Oklahoma City Murrah Building bombing was inadequate and that key leads regarding Terry Nichols were not adequately investigated.

I have a higher degree of respect for the FBI than many people, but the Waco incident was clearly a low point in its history.

The siege in Waco began on February 28, when agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) raided the Branch Davidian compound to execute a search warrant seeking evidence of alleged violations of federal weapons laws. As documented in the March 26 issue of Executive Intelligence Review magazine, the ATF actions were triggered by a concerted campaign conducted by the Cult Awareness Network (C.A.N.) in both the U.S. and Australia.

C.A.N. is an organization of kidnappers and "deprogrammers" (that is, brainwashers) which gains influence by (and makes its money from) convincing law enforcement officials and the general public that the United States is awash in dangerous mind-controlling cults. Together with the American Family Foundation and the Anti-Defamation League (A.D.L.), C.A.N. has corrupted official government law enforcement agencies as the Waco case and an investigation by the San Francisco police of an A.D.L. national spy ring demonstrate.

Investigations of C.A.N. reveal the C.A.N. "experts" use precisely the methods of deprogramming of which they accuse the "cults" they attack, such as isolation, sensory deprivation, threats, and the like.

Further, C.A.N. uses the "confessions" extracted from former members of targeted organizations, to demand that action be taken against those organizations.

The Cult Awareness Network (C.A.N.) and Waco

It was this modus operandi which was used by C.A.N. to deploy the ATF against David Koresh and the Branch Davidians in Waco on February 28.

C.A.N. and its Australian affiliate planted with the ATF officials a series of stories from deprogrammed former members warning that Koresh "was heading in one of the following directions: a final Jonestown massacre; an armed confrontation with authorities; or some bizarre behavior, such as an attempted assassination of a public figure."

With this profile, ATF bypassed local Waco authorities, who knew and had dealings with Koresh, instead launched what one of these officials had described as a "Gestapo-style assault" on the compound. Under criticism from local officials and military consultants for their tactics, which resulted in the killing of four ATF officers and an unknown number of Branch Davidians, ATF officials justified their actions by referring back to the profile provided by C.A.N., as if that constituted any kind of evidence at all.

The latest with Louis Mortimer Bloomfield's son Harry Bloomfield. Harry Bloomfield it turns out was a leading figure of British intelligence through the Bnai Brith organization.

Except that Harry is Louis's nephew not his son and Terry's link in no way supported her claim he was a member of let alone "a leading figure of British intelligence". Only few posts after making another false claim Ms. Mauro care for the facts remains unchanged.

And how does a 71/2 year old newspaper article qualify as "The latest" concerning any subject especially an actively employed person? More recent is that he was obviously not convicted since he is still a practicing lawyer.

The connection between Montreal and the assassination of an American President is nothing new. The same apparatus was used in the assassination of Abraham Lincoln.

At the close of the war, on April 14, 1865, John Wilkes Booth shot President Abraham Lincoln while another man simultaneously attacked Secretary of State William Seward. Lincoln died the next day.

Here are some basic facts of the murder. Some months before he shot Lincoln, John Wilkes Booth deposited funds in the Montreal, Canada bank regularly used by the operatives of Confederate Secret Service head Judah Benjamin. John Surrat, a regular Judah Benjamin agent, confessed to plotting with Booth to abduct Lincoln, and admitted to using that Montreal bank for Benjamin's funds.

In the museum which they keep at the assassination site at Ford's Theatre, the National Parks Service displays a decoding sheet, found by police in John Wilkes Booth's trunk. Displayed alongside it is a matching coding device which was found in the office of Judah Benjamin.

At the time John Wilkes Booth shot Lincoln, Booth's old acquaintance Benjamin Peixotto was international president of the B'nai B'rith. Only hours before going to Ford's Theatre to shoot the President, Booth met with his old friend B'nai B'rith Washington chief Simon Wolf, for a confidential discussion over some drinks. Simon Wolf later claimed that at this meeting, Booth told him about a woman who had turned down Booth's marriage proposal. That evening, Booth murdered Abraham Lincoln, and Wolf attributed the killing to Booth's anguish over his broken heart. (So, the "lone assassin" story of John Hinckley and Jody Foster is an old story.) Simon Wolf was later a prime founder of the Anti-Defamation League.

Louis M. Bloomfield and the Rothschilds

Even if the information pertaining to Permindex are of the highest interest, the Bloomfield Archives are full of other gems. One of the most precious that I would like to briefly expose concerns Louis Bloomfield’s relation to the Rothschilds.

There are in the Bloomfield papers many documents showing that Louis M. Bloomfield was acting as attorney for the Rothschild family, and particularly for Baron Edmund de Rothschild.

According to the archives, this relation with the Rothschilds was dating back to the Second World War at a time when Bloomfield had for client Oscar Federer, the manager of the Vitkovice Mining and Iron Corporation of Czechoslovakia, an industrial complex held by the Rothschilds. Vitkovice was at the time the most important steel plant of Central Europe. After Lionel Rothschild was arrested by the Nazis, both Goering and Himmler tried to gain control of the company in exchange of Lionel’s liberation. Years after the War, Bloomfield was still an important attorney for the family, particularly for Baron Edmund. For instance in 1959, the Montreal lawyer was responsable for incorporating in Canada a major Rothschild company: Tri Continental Pipe Line Ltd, a corporation that was granted by Israel 49 years exclusivity on the use of a 16-inch pipeline between the Red Sea and Haifa port on the Mediterranean sea. Through the Canadian corporation, Tri Continental Pipe Line was able to save taxes that would have otherwise been paid to the State of Israel.

Interestingly enough, an April 29th, 1960 Bloomfield’s letter show that the Montreal lawyer was not only a business attorney of the Rothschilds, but was also a shareholder of Tri Continental Pipe Line. The letter lists the 15 shareholders of the new corporation, and Bloomfield’s name came second right after Baron Edmund’s.

Since 1968, since the first mention of Louis Mortimer Bloomfield’s name as a Clay Shaw’s associate, bits of information and tons of speculation have been published about him. But to this day, the fact that Bloomfield was related to the Rothschilds was unknown from the public.

This shows how much the information hold by Library and Archives Canada are exceptional. For the first time, the papers in the Louis M Bloomfield Archives give a documented description of this outstanding man and of the complex secret universe he was functioning in.

Was Bloomfield really the head of Permindex?

The documents that Louis Bloomfield donated to the National Archives are of incomparable value not only because of their international historical quality, but also for the reason that, on a national and a personal perspective, they have the potential to repair part of the damage done by decade of speculation to the reputation of Louis M. Bloomfield, a Canadian that played an important unknown role in world's affairs.

As I will expose in more details in some future posts, documents in the Bloomfield Archives clearly show that, far from being the supreme head of Permindex, Louis M. Bloomfield exchanged harsh correspondences with Freemason Georges Mantello, the “genius” behind Permindex, at times when Georges and his son Enrico Mantello weren’t acting in the best interest of Bloomfield’s clients.

For instance, in the following letter to Georges Mantello, the Freemason “genius” behind Permindex, Louis Bloomfield confronts him directly by asking : “Have you no regards or respect for my feelings in the matter, or when you make promise to me, do they mean nothing?” Bloomfield also specified: “I am finished unless you make a deal now with the Banca del Lavoro as you have promised me they will do.”

Reading this letter brings one to doubt about the easy conclusion adopted by many writers and describing Louis M. Bloomfield as engineer of the JFK assassination, that mainly based on the fact that he held the majority of Permindex stocks. Together, the numerous 1960’s letters show that, at that time, those stocks were sold by Georges Mantello as participation in a real estate scheme and that stockholders, far from being bosses of Permindex, may as well have been its victims.

The Bloomfield Archives documents contemporaneous to the JFK assassination should be able to substantiate the true story behind Permindex. According to Library and Archives Canada’s decision, those documents will only be released when they will reach 50 years of age, even if Louis Bloomfield donate them on condition to make them public 20 years after his death, that occurred in 1984. LAC’s disregard for its donator’s will makes one wonder if Mr Bloomfield wouldn’t write the exacts same words to the Chief Archivist as those he wrote Mantello: “Have you no regards or respect for my feelings in the matter, or when you make promise to me, do they mean nothing?”

If LAC doesn’t change its mind, it is not before 2014 that the documents concerning Permindex’s activities at the time of the JFK assassination should be available. And other important documents may remain secret up to 2028. And remember, one of the most interesting documents of the fonds is a 1979 letter that Bloomfield wrote to a Washington lawyer in order to complain about being unjustly identify as a CIA agent. In this letter, Bloomfield expressed his belief that he may have been confused with a “Major L. Blumenfield who I was informed was an Attaché to the American Embassy in Rome.” If LAC doesn’t review its position, we won’t have access before 2028 to the other documents that may complete this piece of information.

By staying on its position, LAC is hiding the truth on one of the most important Canadian international lawyer of the Twentieth Century, a man who played many unknown roles in international politics. For instance, documents in the Bloomfield Archives shows that in 1966, years before Kissinger and Nixon, Bloomfield was a forerunner of open trade with Communist China, to the point of putting all his prestige behind this cause and his picture on some very peculiar flyers such as this one:

Other documents reveal that Bloomfield met Georges Bush Sr in China while the future US president was Chief of the United States Liaison Office in Peking between September 1974 and December 1975, at a time when the U.S. hadn’t yet established diplomatic relations with Red China. In January 1976, one month after its return from China, Bush was promoted Director of Central Intelligence. All the Bloomfield correspondence from those years will be kept secret until they reach 50 years of age.

It is truly a shame that a governmental institution like LAC, without any true obligation, take the initiative to hide --from the international public-- historical documents that their donator wanted to make public. LAC’s pretext concerning the protection of lawyer-client privilege and its abusive use of it to hide whole group of hundreds of documents without proper examination, seems to lack sincerity and consideration for both donator Bloomfield and the public.

I have read and analyzed "Nomenclature" before writng my book "De Dallas à Montreal" in 1996. In this book, I pointed to a relation between the JFK assassination and the Rivard affair involving Lucien Rivard a Jos Bonanno and Paul Mondolini associate.

The fact that Torbitt/Copeland anonymous informers said that Bloomfield was engineering JFK assassination with Jos Bonanno was one of the first information that arouse my curiosity toward Lucien Rivard. Rivard was a Jack Ruby associate and HSCA considered that Rivard was one of the Castro prisoners for whom Ruby traveled to Cuba.

REFLECTIONS:

Jim, here are some brief excerpts from an excellent summary on groundbreaking research on "stealth viruses" which appear to have come from polio viruses. These viral fragments are too small to be sensed by the human immune system and thus attack a person as a parasite.

These stealth viruses are sinister and are probably the actual mutations that Mary Sherman MD and her colleagues actually came up with before this eugenics and "dumbing down" research was taken over by Fort Dietrick Maryland Army Biological Weapons Lab, Dugway Proving Grounds and Plum Island. Plum Island is reported to have developed lyme disease and was responsible for its escape into the community during a test that went awry.

So we have many thousands perhaps millions of the population affected by these stealth virus fragments. It now seems to be a major cause of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Schizophrenia, Bi-polar, and many mental illnesses, and also cancer and many internal organ diseases including some types of arthritis and muscular Sclerosis.

Many years ago I asked an MD Psychiatrist what his best guess was for the etiology of mental illness (genetics, viral, bacterial, environmental, etc.). I was surprised by his answer. He had done some research on the brain tissue of deceased which had major mental illnesses. He said most had damage to the neurons in the brain and showed a "viral spotting", i.e., damage caused by some types of virus or viruses. He also said that most schizophrenics were conceived in the winter months which tended to have higher rates of viral disease in the pregnant mothers. He said that attempts at that time to type the viruses were not successful and that they did seem to have been atypical.

So the big question is: have certain covert power structures made certain that high tech biotech has been used to develop stealth viruses and get them into the US population via vaccines in order to dumb folks down, create many mental and physical disorders and create plenty of medical and pharmaceutical business. A weak, dumbed down population is likely easier to dominate and control (and steal from and take away their rights).

Jim, I think this is where the research of Ed Haslam and the story of Judyth Vary may lead. Frightening in its implications for sure. (if you think she has an interest in this view of mine, feel free to share it).

One more thing, I have been told that major attempts have been made by the medical and pharma establishment to discredit "stealth virus" research. Question: Now why would these entities have to gain to want to do that?

Answer: Future business and Money, and plenty of it and numerous political gains. It appears that some very powerful entities do not want any effective treatments for this discovered.

OBAMA'S CMS NOMINEE ADVISED BRITISH NHS, WAS KNIGHTED BY QUEEN

March 29, 2010 (LPAC) -- The physician President Obama is

nominating to head the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

(CMS) was recently named an honorary knight commander of the

British Empire. The service for which the Queen Elizabeth honored

Dr. Donald Berwick, was his role as consultant and advisor to the

British National Health Service (NHS) from 1996 to 2003. During

this period, Prime Minister Tony Blair reorganized NHS treatment

decisions around the creation of the National Institute for

Health and Clinical Excellence (NICE), notorious for denying

treatments to Britain's elderly, very young, and very sick. The

NHS system during the decade of NICE has otherwise been

devastated by cuts in national health spending.

In 2005, {Modern Healthcare} called Berwick the third most

powerful person in American health care. Dr. Elliot Fisher of the

discredited Dartmouth Health Policy Center says Berwick "is an

extraordinary leader when it comes to inspiring people and

creating the will to move forward." Dartmouth's idea of "moving

forward" is to level down healthcare spending in areas where

there is high investment in medical care per patient or per

medical professional -- which Dartmouth defines as "unnecessary"

-- down to those areas where there is much less; and Dr. Berwick

is one of models. For 20 years Berwick's Harvard Institute for

Healthcare Improvement has organized for "bundled" payments

(i.e., capitation payments as HMOs used to call them), for

"paying for outcomes, not for quantity of care," and for large

reductions in U.S. national spending on medical care. But he also

led the 1999 Institute of Medicine Study which spotlighted

medical errors as the cause of 45-100,000 deaths a year.

Steven Findlay of Consumers Union told {New York Times}

"Berwick helped forge many ideas incorporated in the new

health-care law," and Berwick would not accept the nomination

from Obama as head of CMS for months, insisting the Obamacare

legislation had to pass first. CMS has during the past two years

made issued some of the more draconian regulations to cut

payments to doctors, labs, and hospitals for for specific

treatments; many of these regulations have been changed or

overturned by Congress.

BRITISH AGENTS CAUGHT--AGAIN--IN TERRORIST PROVOCATIONS AGAINST

UNITED STATES

March 29, 2010 (LPAC)--British-run provocations are aiming to

divert widespread hatred of Obama and his deathcare by a

potential assassination and martyring of the President, as he is

in their view, disposable damaged goods.

A British agent named Mike Vanderboegh, self-styled as an

anti-government "militia" leader, boasted to the news media last

week that he was behind the notorious bricking of Democrats'

windows. This same Vanderboegh is organizing an armed provocation

near Washington, planned for the anniversary of the April 19,

1995 Oklahoma City bombing.

He claims publicly he is not aiming at Obama's

assassination. But Vanderboegh vilifies Abraham Lincoln as a mass

murderer and says when the coming civil war starts, we on the

anti-government side won't make the same mistakes the Confederacy

made -- we'll make sure the government starts shooting first.

- Creating a British "Militia" Agent -

Vanderboegh's entire career was created by the infamous

British anti-U.S. operative Ambrose Evans-Pritchard.

While resident in the U.S. in the mid-1990s as Britain's

{Daily Telegraph} Sunday Washington bureau chief, Evans-Pritchard

set up a web of paramilitary groups tied into British

intelligence and into corrupted U.S. military elements. Mike

Vanderboegh and another Evans-Pritchard agent named Jon Roland,

worked together as sub-leaders of the British gang running

outright agents and deluded populists in the "militia" movement,

which Evans-Pritchard and other British manipulators said was

directed against then-President Bill Clinton.

In Evans-Pritchard's 1997 book {The Secret Life of Bill

Clinton}, the Brit describes how he himself boosted Vanderboegh

into the public eye, as his loyal follower in the wake of the

1995 terror-bombing of the Murrah Federal Builing in Oklahoma

City. Evans-Pritchard put Vanderboegh into action in the British

attempt to control public perception of covert criminal

activities, and to blunt possible exposure of the British role.

Evans-Pritchard wrote that with "the abdication of the grand

press, Americans have had to turn elsewhere for a more

illuminating perspective [on what was behind the bombing],

notably the {John Doe Times}. It is an Internet cyber-journal

published by a warehouse manager in Birmingham, Alabama -- Mike

Vanderboegh -- dedicated to exposing evidence of a broader

conspiracy."

Evans-Pritchard relates that Vanderboegh was a militia man

-- he doesn't let on that it was in the "Constitutional Militia,"

created by Jon Roland and the Evans-Pritchard gang beginning in

1994. He writes that Vanderboegh was put onto the bombing case in

"a cordial meeting" with a Federal agent. "Vanderboegh's militia

group had done a favor for the feds, helping them crack a case

involving theft from a military base."

Vanderboegh began putting out his {John Doe} cyber-journal

"explaining" the bombing after reading an Evans-Pritchard

article, and getting in touch with Evans-Pritchard's contacts.

The entire output of Vanderboegh's British-bilge {John Doe Times}

from 1996-1997, is accessible on Jon Roland's website.

- The Murderous Provocation -- A Rerun -

This April 19, the 15th anniversary of the terror bombing

that killed 168 people, various witting and/or deluded

participants plan to bring loaded automatic weapons to a rally at

Fort Hunt National Park, south of Washington, D.C., to be incited

by Mike Vanderboegh and his collaborators. They will then bring

their weapons on buses up to Gravelly Point, directly across the

Potomac River from the Washington Mall, seeking to goad a

response from the Feds.

On his own website, Sipsey Street Irregulars, where

Vanderboegh instructs readers on how to prepare for inevitable

civil war, he has posted a current article from his "old compadre

Ambrose Evans-Pritchard"--British propaganda piece pushing

conflict between the U.S. and China.

The planned armed instigation repeats previous criminal

actions by Evans-Pritchard's gang. A few days before the 1995

Oklahoma bombing, Jon Roland forwarded to militia participants a

report put out by Lord Wiliam Rees-Mogg of the London {Times},

that the Clinton Administration would begin oppressing militia

poeple, and would carry out a big terror bombing and blame it on

the militias. He induced deluded militia men to turn out to a

March 25, 1995 rally in Cuero, Texas, to see if they would be

arrested or shot.

Roland himself subsequently told this news service that

Evans-Pritchard had put him "in touch with intelligence agents

from around the world," and they had together set up varous

agents in charge of miltia groups in the Midwest and Texas. One

of these agents, self-proclaimed former Naval Intelligence man

Brad Glover, was arrested in July 1997 on charges of plotting to

bomb a military base.

Jon Roland, a professed "world federalist," now takes part

with Vanderboegh, a professed "former Maoist," in the Sipsey

Street Irregulars blog, boosting the end of the United States for

their "old compadre" Evans-Pritchard.

Their British manager comes by his role with foreign dupes

by family tradition. His father, Sir Edward Evan Evans-Pritchard,

studied the irrationality of African native religions that would

make them vulnerable to British imperial control, and later ran

native troops for the British Intelligence Service, MI6.

Is there a real difficulty among EF members recognizing what this so called healthcare bill really respresents?

In Section 3403, the bill creates an Independent Medicare

Advisory Board which is directed to make recommendations the

purpose of which is to "reduce the per capita rate of growth in

Medicare spending." Specifically the bill says that

"implementation of the recommendations ... would not be expected

to result, over the 10-year period starting with the

implementation year, in any increase in the total amount of net

Medicare program spending relative to the total amount of net

Medicare program spending that would have occurred absent such

implementation."

The bill also "empowers the Secretary of Health and Human

Services to impose "efficiency measures." While there are limits

on the use of comparative effectiveness research to justify

denial of treatment based on quality of life criteria, the

quality and efficiency measures are not made subject to these

critically important anti-discrimination protections.

Specifically, the Board's proposals shall include recommendations

that "improve the health care delivery system and health

outcomes, including by promoting ... quality and efficiency

improvement... and protect and improve Medicare beneficiaries'

access to evidence-based items and services."

Starting in 2014, the Board is to make recommendations to

ensure that the growth rate of expenditures does not exceed a

stipulated level.

For 2015, unless Medicare spending is projected to come in

at or below a "target" set at the midway point between medical

inflation and the average inflation rate for all goods and

services (the "Consumer Price Index-Urban"), the Board is to

specify how to cut Medicare payments by either the difference

from the target or half a percent, whichever is less.

For 2016, the Board is to specify how to cut Medicare by the

lesser of the difference from the target for that year or 1

percent, and for 2017 by the lesser of the difference from the

target for that year or 1.25 percent.

For 2018 and subsequent years, the target shifts to the

growth in the nominal Gross Domestic Product (GDP) per capita

plus 1.0 percentage point, and the Board must specify how to cut

Medicare payments by the lesser of the difference from that

target and 1.5 percent.

Each year, the Secretary of Health and Human Services must

implement the Board's directives unless Congress, within a given

deadline, legislates an alternative set of restrictions to

accomplish the same result. However, Congress could not reduce

the net of the targeted cuts unless three-fifths of both chambers

voted to do so. The bill goes so far as to forbid a future

Congress from repealing these provisions, except for a one-time

opportunity to terminate it in 2017! The latter would require a

joint resolution to be introduced no late than Feb. 1 of 2017 and

enacted no later than Aug. 15, 2017. But if the board is

terminated, it does not go into effect until August 16, 2018.

- How is the Board to bring about these Medicare reductions? -

Nominally, the bill instructs the Board not "to ration health

care, raise revenues or Medicare beneficiary premiums ...,

increase Medicare beneficiary cost-sharing ..., or otherwise

restrict benefits or modify eligibility criteria." Predominately,

the reductions will have to come in reimbursement rates for

health care providers. This, according to the Robert Powell

Center for Medical Ethics, is likely to have either/or, more

likely, both of two rationing effects.

First, an increasing number of Medicare providers, being

paid further and further below their costs of providing care,

would stop accepting new Medicare patients.

Second, the Board could change the way reimbursement rates

are structured, away from a fee-for-service model toward a

"capitated" model, for example, under which practitioners are

paid a set annual amount per patient, or toward an "episode"

model somewhat similar to the DRG payment system for hospitals,

under which a set amount is paid per illness or injury. In either

of these cases, the physician or other health care provider would

have a strong financial incentive to limit treatment, especially

if it is costly. So, in compliance with the statute, the Board

itself would not be "rationing" treatment--instead, it would be

compelling health care providers to do so.

Section 10304 empowers the Secretary of Health and Human

Services to impose "efficiency measures," in addition to the

"quality measures" on health care providers. These measures are

to be incorporated "in workforce programs, training curricula,

and any other means of dissemination determined appropriate by

the Secretary." They are to be used in the calculation of

value-based purchasing from hospitals, and renal dialysis

services must abide by them or be penalized. Health care

providers, including hospices, ambulatory surgical centers,

rehabilitation facilities, home health agencies, physicians and

hospitals must provide reports, generally made publicly

available, based on these measures.

Consequently, they exercise considerable influence on how

health care providers practice medicine, and consequently on what

treatment patients do--and do not--receive. In the medical and

bioethical literature, quality and efficiency measures are often

based on "quality of life" standards that discriminate on the

basis of age and disability. Accordingly, during the period when

the group of six Senators were negotiating in an attempt to

achieve a bipartisan health care bill, agreement was reached to

make anti-discrimination language applicable to the results of

comparative effectiveness research.

However, the quality and efficiency measures are NOT made

subject to the same limits on employment of quality of life

criteria that are applied to the use of comparative effectiveness

research. Consequently, the Secretary is free to formulate such

measures in a way that has the effect of rationing treatment on

the basis of disability, age, or other "quality of life"

criteria.

- The SOB Is A Fascist -

On Sunday, March 21, the disgraced and hated U.S. Congress

committed an act of simultaneous genocide and political suicide,

by voting to pass President Obama's fascist health care

legislation. That bill includes the Nazi T-4-modelled IPAB

(Independent Payment Advisory Board)--exactly as Lyndon LaRouche

had warned for months was the British Empire's central demand.

London and Wall Street immediately expressed their

satisfaction at the vote, with the London {Economist} only

demanding that bigger "fangs" should be added into the IPAB

provision.

LaRouche, who has given leadership to the mass strike

ferment sweeping the country since last August, was blunt in his

assessment:

"We're dealing with {fascism}! The son-of-a-bitch is a

fascist! When people wake up and recognize that, then they are

going to start thinking more clearly. You don't have to be a

World War II veteran to know what a fascist is. This

son-of-a-bitch is a fascist, and the sooner he's called that, the

better for all concerned. Then we have the debate on the right

grounds. And it {will} come on those grounds. There's no way they

are going to avoid that. One way or the other, the fascism

question is going to come out. And the Hitler question is going

to come out. And people are going to start growing moustaches, or

not. You know: `I shine my shoes with a toothbrush moustache.'

"You've got to have a sense of humor about this," LaRouche

noted, "but a {dark} sense of humor."

LaRouche also criticized the approach being taken to stop

the bill by many Republicans, which centers on parliamentary

maneuvers and obstruction. "That's a bad approach," LaRouche

commented. "I think that will not work, because I know what we're

dealing with. And they do not yet want to know what we're dealing

with. We're dealing with {fascism}!"

As for the way the bill was rammed through Congress by Nancy

Pelosi et al., LaRouche said: "The whole thing was a mob scene;

it's like a lynch mob. What you saw in the process here, was the

behavior of a lynch mob. There's nothing rational about it. They

were terrified, and being the gutless wonders that they are--you

get our poor Ohio ex-Trotskyist, Kucinich, who didn't have the

guts to be a Stalinist, and he became a Trotskyist because, since

Trotsky was defeated, he thought that made it all right. He's

politically dead--he's dead meat as a candidate for anything."

The same applies to the pathetic cave-ins by Rep. Luis

Gutierrez (D-IL), Rep. Bart Stupak (D-MI), and others. "I think

Stupak needs to be treated for insanity," LaRouche suggested

sympathetically.

In fact, the only national political figure of stature left

standing, morally, at this point, after the Congressional vote,

is Lyndon LaRouche. Let's make sure we turn that into London's

worst nightmare.

I never heard of Mike Williams, but he has committed an elementary fallacy of equivocation. There is a set of "general orders" of the kind he sets forth, but what I was talking about is the standing policy that every Marine, from the highest ranking general to the lowest private, must qualify with a rifle every year, without exception! If that is something of which he is unaware, then he did not serve in the U.S. Marine Corps. I take it this fellow was never a Series Commander, either, so who knows what else may have passed him by.

My guess would be that this guy did not wander into this forum on his own to attack me on a thread about Judyth Vary Baker! No, I would bet that this guy was encouraged to make this post and to use a word like "blather", which is not a common Marine Corps expression but the kind of word Josiah would have wanted him to use. His suggestion that I am "so often off the mark" suggests that he has vast familiarity with my work, which would be rather surprising. But he is a better marksman than was I! Well done, Mike Williams!

"In 1957, Oswald shot a 212, which qualified him as a "Sharpshooter". That is reasonably good shooting, a score in the range that I myself attained (where one year, but only one, as I recall, I quaified as "Expert"). But in 1958 he did not qualify at all, which is very odd. And in 1959, he barely qualified with a 191. Those working the pits are keeping track of a shooter's score, of course, and it has been known to happen that, if the last shot made the difference between qualifying and not, they might give the shooter the benefit of the doubt. But there can be no doubt that, with a 191 in 1959, he was a poor shot, which his fellow Marines would all have known.

TRIPLE ENVELOPMENT

Harvard's British imperialist professor Niall Ferguson has

an article in {Foreign Affairs} which says in word-to-the-wise

fashion that the world (what he archly dubs the American Empire)

is about to undergo an extremely rapid-fire catastrophic

collapse. For instance, "What is most striking about this

history is the speed of the Roman Empire's collapse. In just

five decades, the population of Rome itself fell by

three-quarters.... What Ward-Perkins calls 'the end of

civilization' came within the span of a single generation."

What follow are paraphrases of two of Lyndon LaRouche's

discussions about this today. More will follow tomorrow.

We've got this thing by Ferguson, right? The Ferguson thing

is not to be understood as a strategy, or something kooky. It's

essentially a statement by those circles which he represents, of

where the existing policy of the British and the Obama

Administration's dummies, are going to go, or intend to go. So,

therefore, they're not giving you a strategy; they're giving you

a sense of where the situation is going to be, on which strategy

will be based. So, they're outlining a destiny in Hell. And

now, therefore, the next step is, which Ferguson did not supply,

is: What is the strategy you're going to use for the Hell you're

going to create? So, it's a triple envelopment, not a double.

It's like Friedrich der Grosse, in terms of Leuthen. He

turned it into a triple envelopment, and defeated handily a

superior force.

Well, the point is, his implicit intention is to forecast

this sudden, total collapse as inevitable. Therefore, the

question is, if that's going to be the condition of the world

you're leading into, how are you going to cope with it

strategically? So, he doesn't give away his strategy; maybe he

doesn't have a strategy, but he has a picture which he estimates

this is going to mean for the world.

And that's where the problem comes up where people don't

think in those terms. They all think in, "Who's winning?"

Ferguson is celebrating Shelburne as the founder of the British

Empire. It takes a certain kind of cynicism to do this sort of

thing. He's saying the collapse, as far as he's concerned, is

on. Now, he's saying to you, if you're a strategist, now figure

out the strategy you're going to use. There's a certain element

like H.G. Wells kinds of scenarios.

The intention for impeachment of Obama is widely visible in

the U.S. now, as reported below in the Briefing. Now, this is

also just what you're getting from Ferguson. Ferguson is making

a map for so-called insiders. Now, given this map, which he's

implicitly taking as predetermined, then, what happens next? Now,

you have to solve the problem of what happens next?

So, the people get sucked into the thing, but not seeing the

difference between a scenario like that, and a strategy. Then

they become the victims. The moves towards impeachment? Obama's

a sucker in this thing. Obama's doomed. The end of this thing

is, Nero commits suicide. That's the kind of game that's being

played. He may not actually commit physical suicide, but he's

going to commit political suicide. The impeachment is all part

of the scenario for the breakdown, isn't it? This looks like

it's echoing Ferguson.

We should actually, in our coverage, say exactly that. Don't

say we're predicting that; say that this is the implied

intention, whatever the actual intention might be.

Report it this way: Say that all of these moves for

impeachment are consistent with the scenario described by

Ferguson. This is not a strategy; this is a forecast of the

effects of the current British strategy. And, therefore, what it

leaves out, is: "If that's the effect, then what's your strategy

under those conditions?" So, therefore, it's not a strategy;

it's a description of the result of the current intention of

policy, and saying, at that point, "Joe, what do you do? What's

next?"

And that's where you don't get it, and that's where the

triple envelopment operation comes into play. That's the triple.

That, first of all, you delude people into saying that they're

saving Obama's Presidency. Second, Obama's going to go down.

Now, the person wants to get the world into this state. What's

going to happen next? "Oh, you want to know?" So, now, somebody

has to come along and supply strategy to match the condition

which this policy purports to be bringing about.

Number three on our part, is LaRouche's strategy for dealing

with that situation. So, that, when you're dealing with that,

it's like the caricature of Friedrich der Grosse at Leuthen. He

was outnumbered, so he did, in effect, a triple envelopment, and

won the day on the field of battle. And that's what our job is:

not to get sucked into this, but to realize what the game is, to

realize it's up to us to define a strategy to defeat the enemy's

strategy, which we have to adduce.

This is a rough sketch of what Lyn had to say this

afternoon. He said he will make this clear to everyone tomorrow

at the Saturday meeting.

Lyn came downstairs on fire, and said he wanted to lay out

very clearly what policy is going to be. First off, anyone who

is lining up behind Obama is an idiot. Obama is on a suicide

mission, and anyone who defends, or lines up behind him, is

committing suicide. He knows he is a suicide case, which is the

Nero in him. Nero was a suicide operation, and Obama is saying

as much with the line he is pushing on health care: "If I don't

get this bill, I'm dead." Well, he's dead either way, and the

suckers are lining up behind him to be slaughtered.

Meanwhile the British, through this Ferguson piece, are

letting their insiders know that they are planning for and

seeking catastrophe, that it is an inevitable consequence of

their actions. Their intent is to destroy the U.S.--and take the

rest of the world down with it, as exemplified by the way they

are playing and using Obama. The Ferguson piece is study, a

thematic study, a kind of road map for the oligarchs of what is

to come, and telling those in the know, that this is what we have

to plan for and be ready for. We will sacrifice many of our own

along the way--there are too many players in the game as it is,

but we are positioning ourselves to control the wealth as it will

exist and be defined in a collapsed world. They are looking for

the value that they will control in this new world.

So the suckers will be drawn to defend a losing position in

the Obama Presidency; meanwhile, the oligarchs plan for survival

and control in an apocalypse. Those are your options A and B;

but we will carry out a flanking maneuver, which is option C, the

cosmic ray project.

This will be an operation to show the stupidity of the

positivists, to negate the positivists, by demonstrating what the

real universe is, showing the fundamental paradoxes that arise in

their world view, as we prepare for 1-G accelerated flight. If

you think that you're going to take an accelerated flight into

empty space, you are a damn fool,-- you find out real quick that

space ain't empty, it's a highly structured harmonic field. We

will define value from a future oriented perspective, determined

by the intention to colonize Mars and master the phenomenon

associated with cosmic rays. This will be our triple envelopment

maneuver.

BBC STIRRED UP BY KESHA ROGERS CAMPAIGN

March 17, 2010 (LPAC) -- The BBC has once again registered the

British financial empire's fear of economist Lyndon LaRouche and

his "four powers" policy to end monetarism and establish a credit

system of sovereign nations. BBC's is prominent among a number of

British tantrums since LaRouche associate Kesha Rogers'

stunning victory in the 22nd Congressional District Democratic

primary in Texas, running on LaRouche's policy including the

impeachment of London-run President Barack Obama.

In his editor's blog, the BBC'S America Editor Mark Mardell

wrote last night: "Why is a Democratic candidate in Texas calling

for the impeachment of the president? It is one of the odder

results thrown up by the US system of primary elections, with

registered voters choosing who gets to represent their favoured

party.

"Kesha Rogers, who won the Democratic nomination for Texas's

22nd Congressional district with 52% of the vote, has been

quickly disowned by the by Texas Democrats. She is a supporter of

the LaRouche Youth Movement.

"They are the ones who stand on the fringes of Tea Party

rallies carrying placards depicting Obama as Hitler. It is not a

casual insult: they believe that Obama's healthcare proposals are

based on Hitler's and their aim is a eugenic cull of the

population, and that the president should be thrown out of

office. The movement founded by Lyndon LaRouche, who's stood for

president many times, is sometimes described as far-right. I am

not sure that does justice to its rather eclectic mixture of

policies.

"Followers believe that the White House takes orders from

the British Empire (run from Buckingham Palace and Threadneedle

Street), which also organised two World Wars and the fall of the

USSR, and they are passionate about expansion into space,

particularly the colonisation of Mars using the power of nuclear

fusion.

"Now they are campaigning for some potentially more popular

policies, such as ending bank bail-outs, big job creation

programmes, and strict new financial regulations. But the reason

their programme isn't being hailed more widely is apparently

because America's youth has been enslaved by Rupert Murdoch and

Bill Gates using (respectively) MySpace and Facebook.The

Republican candidate for Texas's 22nd district, Pete Olson,

should have an interesting election."

So at that point, the British had done all the work in creating Adolf Hitler, and Mussolini, beforehand. And we had in the United States at the same time, our financial establishment, under President Wilson, under President Coolidge, and so forth; and our financial establishment was just as Nazi, as the British, who were supporting the Nazis.

But, then Pearl Harbor happened, Japan's attack, which had been something originally planned by the British in the 1920s, because the British were afraid of the United States developing a naval capability they couldn't control. So therefore, they agreed, at the arms negotiations of the 1920s, to have the Japanese take the assignment of taking on and destroying Pearl Harbor. And the Japanese were happy to do that, for two reasons: First of all, Japan had been convinced by the British Prince of Wales to make a war on China, which continued, as you know, from 1894 to 1945, off-and-on warfare. So, the Japanese, who were already conducting this war against China, looked at the U.S. as an enemy who might interfere with their war on China.

So: the Pearl Harbor attack. But, the Pearl Harbor attack mobilized the American people, in a way which is somewhat similar to what happened recently in the United States, by the swindles, by these gigantic swindles which are stirring up the American people toward hatred against the financial community, because of these swindles.

So, at that point, Roosevelt had political control of the situation, because of the hatred against this process, and many of the fascists went underground and changed their names and went into new organizations to come up later; and, it is that element which dominates the United States today, from the top down, especially under three Bush Administrations. And the Bush family was one of these pro-Nazi families. And it's still one of those pro-Nazi families!

So therefore, we have this crisis now, which was created by this kind of mess. We have, with the British financial establishment, the British Empire—it's not the British people, it's the British Empire—and this imperial force which is running most of the terrorism in the world today, and most of the drug-trafficking in the world today, has now made itself extremely unpopular. In the meantime, because of the way they ran the operation. The United States, economically, has been systemically destroyed in its physical-economic capability, since the day that Roosevelt died; Truman began to do that, immediately. Because, you have to understand, that the British Empire is not a friend of the United States; and the United States as a nation, is not a friend of the British Empire. Those of us who are patriots know, the British Empire is our enemy. And the British know, that we, the United States, are their most deadly enemy, if we ever get organized to do something about it, as Franklin Roosevelt was prepared to do.

Seniors in this country can get the care I received, but in some places, like the United Kingdom, we would be considered too old and the cost to the state too high. It is vital that America’s seniors understand what Congress is doing. But Democrats are working on a health care bill -- and keeping the discussion and specifics secret. We seniors are concerned about proposals that would reduce Medicare spending. The Administration promised transparent deliberation, which has not been forthcoming. America deserves better than this

I've been called a lot of names in my life, including "a male chauvinist," but never a "feminist."

Having been raised with brothers, I'm known for my outward and obvious disdain for most of the excuses women have been known to fall back on and hide behind as a way of using passive aggressive tactics whenever challenged to put up or shut up, or for not being able to carry their own weight in a job, or in an all male setting. I take pride in being known amongst my male peers as one who can stand up and be counted on to slog it out, pull with the best, and swim with the sharks.

Your attempts to try and pidgeon hole me into a position you deem suitable, merely falls on its face of its own accord, in light of the fact that you don't even know me personally enough to be able to justify your acts of derision and obvious contempt.
