This is a gif version that I created. I don't know how to add an arrow to the location. zframe 341 seems to be a replacement frame in the Zapruder film that we all have. My logic on the frames is they had to replace frames that were inspected and studied and burnt over the hot bulb. There is a reason why those frames were studied. For zframe 341, it does look like a a bullet pierced the windshield, IMO originating from the pergola, outward towards the south side of elm street. If you look at the cab during this frame, there seems to be a disruption. What I find interesting is that this cone type expulsion of glass in the front side of the windshield seems to be near or at the location that we have discussed in the past and where the photograph show a hole. I understand that people have the believe the bullet entered from the front, but what I am seeing in the Zapruder film is indicative of a bullet entering from the cab of the limousine and exiting the front of the windshield. If anyone is an expert with video, it would be great if you can make a better video with arrows pointing to the expulsion of glass, etc...

Maybe I misspoke. It is the guy standing next to the front windshield. Look around his left foot. The windshield has a cone looking blowout from frame 340 to 341.

Look at the left side of the windshield by Altgen's left foot. If you look at 340 then 341 you can really see it then.

Looking at zframe 341, it is clearly a replacement frame and it looks like a blow out of the front windshield close to Altgen's shoes. Anyone have any history on zframe 341?

The obvious questions is then: Why where those frames being inspected and why does frame 214 have a dot next to the sprocket area?

I watched a video uploaded by @Vince Palamaraabout Mark Lane and his last word. Mark Lane stated that John Marshall Smith, a DPO encountered a person with Secret Service credentials on the parking lot headed towards the railyard right after the assassination. I searched for John Marshall Smith on this site, unfortunately I was not able to find a thread about him. If there is a thread, can someone post it here? If not, does anyone have any testimony or video of John Marshall Smith stating he encountered a man with Secret Service credentials?

Hi David, The Altgen Photo does not show any damage to the windshield. What I see is a piece of Jackie's glove around JFK's neck. I have not seen a single photograph that shows any damage to the windshield of the limo that has not been taken by the SS. There is a picture at unt.edu that shows the limo, I tried to emboss the image but no significant anomaly shown. This shot along with the shot that hit J.C. and the shot to the stainless steel bar on top of the windshield in the limo were probably from the same assassin from inside the cement pergola. The way I interpret this video is that three shots were aimed at Bill Greer. 1. Shot to J.C. was meant for Bill Greer 2. Shot to the stainless steel bar on top of the windshield 3. Shot through the windshield SSA Greer must have known after the assassination that "they" tried to kill him. This is another area that I have been concentrating on, I am glad that you brought up the skull fractures. The indirect concentric skull fractures from intracranial over pressure originated from the entry shot next to the EOP. What happened to this bullet is a mystery as no visible exit wound can be seen. There have been remarks that there was a bullet lodged near his ear. IMO - The sequence of events is the EOP bullet caused intracranial over pressure, maybe the bullet exited maybe not. Caused the indirect concentric skull fractures in the occipital, parietal, temporal regions. Seconds after this cranial trauma, the tangential shot drives a wedge to the top of the skull. 1. Mostly that the tangential wound comparisons are not really equal. Even though they are both tangential wounds of the skull, the left on shows a horizontal wound and JFK's is a vertical wound. 2. You claim there are bullet fragments that were found in the car that are from the head shot. As you can see in the video below, it seems to me that most or all of the bullet ended exiting JFK and landing somewhere on the grassy area of the north side of Elm street. @Pat Speer After reading information on your website, I have some questions. 1. Figure 13 depicts the image of a soldier with an entrance bullet on top of the ear and the top of the head being blown off by a dum dum bullet. 2. 6.5mm Military Rifle Wounds depict four images of soldiers hit by FMJ bullets labeled with corresponding case numbers. 3. There are eleven soldier cases listed, all hit by FMJ bullets. 4. You state: ..."On April 29, 1996 ... by rifles firing bullets at a greater velocity than those which struck Kennedy." 5. The X-rays clearly show a snow storm of metallic objects from the ear to the top of the skull. I have no idea what type of bullet struck JFK, just want to know more about damage caused by different types of bullet. C. Why would you offer an opinion on the velocity of the bullet that struck JFK? How would anyone know the velocity if there is no real answer to the type of rifle or type of ammunition used? D. You state: ..."tangential impact on the skull can break splinters of bone from the skull's inner table." You mention bone splintering inward into the brain by a tangential shot from an FMJ bullet, yet your make no mention of the effects of a dum dum bullet on a tangential injury. Does the bone splinter? Does a dum dum bullet splinter inside the brain? E. In (7) figure 10.9. you compare an individuals tangential wounds from the front to the back of the skull to JFK's injuries. Figure 10.9 shows brain matter, JFK's injury only show scalp fatty tissue and your image states that it is "brain-soaked hair". Do you have reason to believe that it is brain matter instead of scalp fatty tissue?

You are spot on @Vince Palamara , but the education of America must go on.

Why do people expect politicians to be honest and tell the truth. Everything about the Warren Commission and the HSCA has to be seen through a political lens. If we are all honest, no one wants to hear that the Secret Service along with some Generals had the president killed. The optics are horrible and think what would have occurred to this country. Washington, NY and Pennsylvania would have burned to the ground.

Since there are two shots seen from the pergola in the Nix film and one shot is seen in the Bronson film, it would make sense to assume the throat shot came from the pergola. The shot to JFK's head as shown in z313 aligns at the exact timeframe of the shot image in the 2nd window from the top of the pergola & JFK's head exploding in the Nix film and aligns at the exact timeframe of the shot image in the 2nd window from the top of the pergola and JFK's head exploding in the Bronson film. If you watch the Zapruder film, after each loud report, there is a jiggle from Mr. Zapruder. The first strong jiggle comes at z190, then z195, and then there is another at z209 followed by jiggles at z313 and z331. I believe the shots from the pergola start at the z209 jiggle and continue with z313, and z331. The z313 shot corresponds to JFK's head exploding and the z331 shot corresponds with blood seen in the back of JC. From the vantage of where Mr. Zapruder was filming, you can see JFK at z190 and you cannot see JFK at z209, he is hidden behind the Elm street sign. From the vantage of the 1st or 2nd window from the top of the pergola, JFK would be seen at z209. At z190, there is a jiggle and JFK is seen looking to his right waving his right hand and his left hand seems to be on the car door. As JFK's right hand gets obscured from view at z207 by the Elm street sign, he is looking forward and his right arm is still near his face. At z209 there is a jiggle from Mr. Zapruder. At z223, JFK's left arm is already moving towards his throat and there is no jiggle seen on the film until z313. The only odd behavior I see outside the limo is the flash of light from the Babushka lady starting at z290.(Shoot again, JFK is not dead signal.) A shot at z209 to JFK while he was passing the sign would have been the perfect kill shot if the assassin would have shot JFK's heart, obviously he missed his mark and got his throat. If you look closely at the autopsy picture of his throat, you can see the throat injury shows damage to the center-right side. If I were the assassin I would go for a shot to the heart. 1. The heart is the cleanest kill. 2. The head is too risky. 3. The throat makes no sense.

It is time to re-evaluate this conspiracy. It can no longer be ignored that JFK's head shot originated from the pergola. There are two films, The Nix film and the Bronson film that show irrefutable evidence that 1. a shot from the second window from the top and 2. gunmen leaving the pergola.

Hi Richard, This is not a hypothesis. In the Nix film, you see a shot from the pergola window. You see a gunman exit the pergola. You see another gunman shoot and create a vapor trail. You then see the gunman exit the pergola. In the Bronson film, you see a shot from the same pergola window that a shot is seen in the Nix film. You also see a gunman leave the pergola from the same place a gunman leave the pergola in the Nix film. The film evidence shows a shot from the pergola. What witnesses say is different from what actually occurred. The Parkland doctors can say what they want to say, the Nix and Bronson film says otherwise. What the films show and the autopsy pictures and x-rays show is that a bullet entered JFK right above the ear, hitting the temporal bone (not the temple), the thickest bone in the skull, causing a tangential shot exiting the top of his skull. In the Zfilm frame 313, you see the bullet/skull matter fly towards the south side of Elm street grassy area. This shot alone tells you where the shot came from. From the right side of Mr. Zapruder. The second windows from the top of the pergola. The autopsy photograph shows the damage to the top of his ear. Look at the scalp fatty tissue with blood spread to the left of the path of the bullet toward the top of his head. This photograph shows you the path of the bullet. The orderly who is now a pathologist, Dr. James Curtis Jenkins, who assisted Dr. Boswell, to this day says the brain was damaged in the right back area, but otherwise, the brain was in tack. That is what the autopsy x-ray shows and Dr. Hume's WC testimony states. There was a wound of entry to the back of JFK, but most probably at zframe 231-232 when his head moves forward. There is no exit for this bullet. I would venture and say this bullet killed JFK, severing his brain stem, as noted by Dr. Jenkins.

Hi Chris, I found that the copy of Nix I have shows slightly less than The Groden version Chris Davidson posted. Keyvan>> That is not a Robert Groden version. Groden's version does not show the film spokes. If it is a shooter how are they leaving just 2/3 of a second after the head shot? Keyvan>>The Groden copy is a copy of the original Nix Film. The only 1st generation copy that I know of. What we see in the film is movement (gunmen leaving). If I were a gunman, I would get out of there asap. I would not stay there an instant longer. Since there are gunshots and there is movement afterwards, that is what occurred. It is hard to accept, but it is what it is. As for the timing of the gunmen leaving, it cannot be determined as the speed of the film is variable, but from personal experience shooting paintball, I shoot and leave a scene, this can be done within one to two seconds. I do want to mention that I do see movement of another person leaving before the gunman can be seen leaving on the nix film. What we see there is: 1) A shot from the second window from the top of the pergola. 2) Movement of a gunman leaving the pergola towards the rail yard parking lot. 3) A vapor trail with the head of the gunman showing at the wall edge of the front opening, his head aligns with the 2nd window from the bottom. A partial head of the gunman is seem various times in the wall edge of the pergola before the vapor trail is seen. I spoke to Gary Mack extensively about the vapor trail in 2008. He always told me to ignore it. I did for a while until I got a copy of the Groden version of the Nix film. I have asked the Sixth Floor Museum to make public frames similar to the Zapruder film so researchers can better study the film. Unfortunately, the Groden version converted the original film to Beta and then digitally transferred to what we see now. But from what we can view in it, we really need a high definition version from the original. 4) The Mary Moorman photo shows a partial gunman in the same wall edge. The coloration of the gunman has the same coloration as Mr. Zapruder and Ms. Sitzman on the pedestal. 5) Movement of the vapor trail gunman leaving the pergola towards the rail yard parking lot is seen. 2nd gunman before vapor trail: 2nd gunmen right before vapor trail and vapor trail 2nd gunman movement images after the vapor trail: The Mary Ann Moorman photo sourced from NBC - Shows the same color for Zapruder, Sitzman, and gunman. I have always wondered about the man figure exiting the pergola - I marked it with a '?'. Is that gunman #1 getting out of the pergola? The pergola seems to be the perfect place for the gunmen. We have a) Zapruder and Sitzman in the pedestal. b) Gunmen inside the pergola. In my head, a will be cover for b. It is hard for me to think that Zapruder & Sitzman are part of the conspiracy. Sitzman denied gunmen in the pergola in her interview. Zapruder did not. This below image is for reference. The 2nd window from the bottom, bottom side is about six feet. I am six feet and I can view out that windows.
