  1. There is nothing new in Myers newest article.

Myers was not a witness to anything. He did not see anything or experience anything firsthand concerning the assassination. Dale Myers truest words are at the end of the article...

My occasional visits have become fewer and farther between – each time I’m reminded of why it’s better to stay away. Better for me, better for truth, and better for history. [END]

    How true Dale...Do that.

Vladimir Putin is an example of someone in power far too long. He has evolved from a thug into a really really bad guy. I would like to see the Ukrainians humiliate him. How could this happen to Putin?...If his own people would rise up and depose him.

Walker strikes me as a pathetic figure, and certainly not a plotter; but rather a marker that leads to the plot.

What is principally interesting is the connectivity of Ruth and Michael Paine to Walker. The so called "Walker note" (found by Ruth a week after the assassination in a book), the surveillance photo of Walker's house, and the first person to name Oswald as taking part in the Walker shooting (Michael), all derive from Ruth and Michael Paine. As one researcher wrote: "the entire put upon Quaker charity, Good Samaritan act wears thin in the face of such coincidences".

Edwin Walker is a "clear beacon" to those responsible for JFK's murder.

Actually..the way it was written in the Report was completely laughable----

Both weapons were shipped on March 20.1012 Oswald kept the rifle in a small storeroom at the Neely Street apartment. He spent long periods of time in the storeroom, which he told Marina she was not to enter.1013 He told her that he intended to use the rifle for hunt-

ing 1014 and that he practiced with it. She saw him leave with it once, and clean it several times.1015 He also posed for two pictures, taken by Marina in the backyard of the Neely apartment, in which he held his rifle and copies of the Worker and the Militant and the revolver was strapped to his belt. He gave one of the pictures to his wife and asked her to keep it for June.1016

Over the weekend of March 9-10, Oswald photographed the alley which runs behind the home of Gen. Edwin Walker, and probably at about the same time he photographed the rear of Walker's home and a nearby railroad track and right-of-way.1017 He prepared and studied a notebook in which he outlined a plan to shoot General Walker, and he looked at bus schedules.1018 He went to the Walker residence on the evening of April 6 or 7, planning to make his attack. However, he changed his plans, hid his rifle nearby, and determined to act on the following Wednesday, April 10, when a nearby church was planning a meeting which, Oswald reasoned, would create a diversion that would help him escape.1019 On Wednesday, Oswald left a note for Marina telling her what to do if he were apprehended. He retrieved his rifle and fired at Walker, but the bullet narrowly missed Walker's head. Oswald secreted his rifle again and took the bus home.1020

When Oswald told Marina what he had done, she became angry and made him promise never to repeat such an act. She testified that she kept his letter, intending to give it to the authorities if he repeated his attempt.

It was like they had some kind of an invisible time traveling Doc Brown that went back and saw everything unfold.

General Walker didn't like Kennedy. I gathered that when I went to a *JBS lecture that he gave at some place I forget. I was just an 11th grader. I still have a recording with Walker speeches somewhere here at the house. Anyway.. if Ruth found something after the assassination mentioned above by Mr Kelly... it must have been something else besides the Walker note. I think she found a bullfight program or something like that.                                                                                     *Bircher

  4. Mr Rose in the above video reveals some engaging details...Melvin Belli---Narcissist and flamboyant showman. He depicted Ruby as more like the "village idiot".

Also...He refers to a Bill Gatewood. Actually it was Jim Gatewood [Dallas historian] here is a clip concerning him----

Jeremy takes a statement from my post out of context and then proceeds to offer his criticism of the H&L theory [as if we were not aware of any] I think its funny how people write presenting all of us in unanimous agreement ...we know this and we know that. I wrote this line in my post above....

While I think that John Armstrong raised some interesting questions...I do have some questions about about his conclusions.

That's all I said. Further---someone who looked like Oswald enough to fool eyewitnesses at a glance shot that policeman that day. Who was it?

It was the weekend of Nov 8-11, meaning it occurred before Oswald's arrival to Irving Friday evening Nov 8. The date will have been between Wed Nov 6 and Fri Nov 8, one of those three days. The FBI office was located on Commerce Street, and Oswald would have walked there during his lunch break from work at the Texas School Book Depository.

Oswald is known to have checked out a book from the Dallas main public library, The Shark and the Sardines, on Wed Nov 6. The Dallas main public library also at that time was located on Commerce Street (1954 Commerce St., https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Old_Dallas_Central_Library). Of course Oswald could have walked twice on two separate days that week to Commerce Street on his lunch break. However, if both of those Commerce Street events occurred the same day, the Oswald Hosty FBI office visit also would be Wed Nov 6.

    From the Parnell time line---

If it helps...the FBI was/is? located on the 9th-11th floor in the Federal building-1114 Commerce. That was at least a 7-8 block walk from the TSBD. The old library was also on Commerce but a good mile [20 minute walk] east of the TSBD across from old city hall.

Dittos that. I will need to cut the cable TV this month....more money- less service...more commercials -less quality of programming. There is too much information here on the forum to lose.

So, are you saying you think there was a HARVEY and LEE project?

Of course not. Almost no-one believes that. We know that the 'Harvey and Lee' double-doppelganger project did not exist. We also know that it cannot have existed, in principle. There was no 'Harvey and Lee' project. It could never have happened. Has Jim acknowledged this fact by correcting the inaccurate passage in his website yet?

I was going through some of these older threads. I am not sure that "almost no one believes" [the project]...I have also learned that one should never say never. While I think that John Armstrong raised some interesting questions...I do have  some questions about about his conclusions. A couple of years ago, 'Harvey and Lee' was available on line. I can no longer find it.          [If anyone can provide a link?]

Then wouldn't he be expected to have some ammunition and/or rifle cleaning and maintenance equipment among his possessions?

No one has ever been able to answer that one. The Warren Report didn't even try. The rifle was linked to the bullet --CE 399. That bullet was not fired at the motorcade. It was fired from the rifle previously.  I can't be the only one who wonders how the FBI managed to 'trace' that rifle so quickly ...implicating Oswald before the evening of the 22nd ever drew to a close.

Mr. JENNER. Were you aware in the fall of 1963, that the man we now know as Lee Harvey Oswald was visiting in the Paine home on weekends?
Mr. HUTCHISON. I couldn't--I couldn't say that he was visiting there. All I can say, Mr. Jenner, is that he came into the store and bought items like what I remember so vividly is that it was milk and cinnamon rolls early in the morning.
Mr. JENNER. Milk and cinnamon rolls?
Mr. HUTCHISON. Yes, sir; in the morning--early. When you're not busy in...

Perhaps it is still not too late to ask Wes Frazier if he ever stopped off at that store on occasion when he was taking Lee to work with him so Oswald could run in and get a roll and milk for breakfast.  We know that Lee liked and kept milk on hand at the rooming house.

Then that’s your opinion. But I think you’re only saying that because they disagree with you on numerous aspects of the assassination. That hardly makes them “jokesters.”

The guys that are mentioned in that [Jim's] post do not appear to agree [with those skeptical of the official tale] on any contrary aspect of the assassination. There is only one viewpoint with those guys--the official story is correct and final. However... there is a multitude of opposing views any of which one can take their pick. At the risk of repeating myself [and because Gil does not mention it in his intro]...Harry Holmes-- postal inspector... came up to the police bldg to stall things 'interview' Lee Oswald until Jack Ruby managed to arrive, ready to perform his work.

  11. One thing further about the Texas Theater business...the affidavit of Julia Postal---

    https://texashistory.unt.edu/ark:/67531/metapth338516/m1/1/

    https://texashistory.unt.edu/ark:/67531/metapth338516/m1/3/

Odd that the police switchboard answered Postal's call so quickly [as if it wasn't very busy that day]

Actually, Ms Postal was not a witness to anything [according to her own statement and testimony]

Notice that the affidavit was not obtained until almost two weeks later. It reads almost like the script for a movie [which it ultimately became]

"The exact time that Brewer heard the radio broadcast on the shooting of Office Tippit is not known, although it was very likely broadcast at about 1:31 p.m. over KBOX radio.

    It was not.

9 hours ago, Greg Doudna said:

Is it possible Brewer was confusing hearing radio news of President Kennedy, with the local Tippit killing?

Not likely. See KBOX coverage below--Tippit was actually claimed to have been in the theater.

      KBOX clip around 2:00 PM....

    Quote

Detective J D Tippit along with his partner M N McDonald [tipped off by an usher at the Texas Theater] fought with a man...believed to be the assassin of [the president]...they bravely entered with guns drawn....two shots were fired.. Tippit fired into the air...[suspect] shot Tippit killing him..the man was arrested and believed to be the prime suspect in the assassination...

The public was presented with news that this assailant was the assassin of JFK. Presumed guilty from then on.

Brewer acted with honorable intentions, that day and from all that is known, to the present day.

The present day? The story has morphed into Brewer had heard the report on his transistor radio that a Policeman had been shot and killed right during the same time that the announcement was awaited on the fate of JFK.

I have personally heard all of the the Dallas radio recordings from that day. Anybody can too.. just look them up on youtube. Brewer's radio report does not exist. This [being pointed out to Dale Myers, David Van Pein and other Warren defenders] is just ignored.

There is no evidence Brewer did anything in bad faith that day.

He was the only person on the planet that claimed to have have heard that a policeman had been shot at the Oak Cliff location at the time he specified because that report was not made on public radio until almost 2:00 PM. Oswald had already been arrested and loaded into a squad car by then.

    So no...something was fishy there.
