I doubt McAdams will take the challenge. He doesn't fare well in the court of public opinion as that would require a lack of common sense. He doesn't do well in debates either.

I trounced him in a 1999 debate on the Paul Garson Radio Show and Jim DiEugenio defeated him on Black OP Radio more recently.
