Steve Thomas
For those too young to remember, trust me: who killed Kennedy is indeed a big deal. A nation, like an individual, is as sick as its secrets. — Marianne Williamson (@marwilliamson) October 26, 2017 Twitter feed of Marianne Williamson, Democratic candidate for President. Stephanie Goldberg
I did not have the opportunity to watch the second night of debates, but I scanned my Twitter feed to see what was trending. I saw Ms. Williamson endlessly mocked, although I did not see that particular sentiment mentioned. I sometimes wonder at myself when I find people that I might not otherwise consider an ally to say something with which I agree. I believe that what happened to JFK matters today. It matters to our country and government. But otherwise, I am not sure that I can agree with Ms. Williamson's stated comments on other subjects. Ron Bulman
I'd never heard of her. Recognizing and acknowledging JFK's assassination still affects us is a good starting point. Out of the 20 in the debates somebody needs to do something different to step forward. Besides Harris. https://www.latimes.com/entertainment/la-et-marianne-williamson-20190628-story.html Interesting this is in the entertainment section by the culture columnist.
