  1. The picture he got from Ryan was of Ryan and Nik Janev, a person appearing in a musical Ryan and I am writing.
  2. Wim, so you know, I'm definitely a guy. Also, I'd like to add that Mr. Vernon has now called the Rhode Island State Police because of this posting. He's also come up with the ludicrous theory that I'm my own cousin posing as me. Let me make it clear, I use this last name because a) it's Dad's, b ) my last name hasn't been changed yet, and c) I prefer not to use my current last name for obvious reasons, plus, if one looks for me, they'll find me online under this name, so it's easier to use. I think it's safe to say, whether the threat is real or not, that we should lay off. ETA (edited to add): In regards to my age, it's 14. Any photo Vernon looked up in his mistaken theory search is probably that of my father, particularly if it resembled Bruce Willis (my dad is known for that). He's in his late forties. There. That's it. Case of mistaken theory/identity solved. My cousin was not involved, nor has he ever been, regardless of what Mr. Vernon told Mr. Simkin.
  3. There is one thing in Mr. Plumlee's statement that I've been able to confirm. I checked around looking for info on the Alpha 66 safe house behind Oswald's that he mentioned. It seems it's already been confirmed separately of Mr. Plumlee's statement. Many have mentioned the house at 3126 Harlandale Avenue as a safe house where Oswald was seen with Cubans. Secret Service man Forrest Sorrels told Deputy Sheriff Buddy Walthers about the house, mentioning #3128, which Walthers put in his section of the Dallas Sheriff's Supplemental Report. Two men came forward around the time of the making of the film "JFK" who claimed to know Oswald in Dallas and in New Orleans. They told researchers independently that the safe house was directly behind Oswald's rooming house. Researcher Gus Russo called the landlady (Oswald's landlady's daughter) to ask who lived in the back house (presumably in 1963). Her (paraphrased) answer: "Latins or Cubans." Mr. Plumlee, I'm not sure about the rest, but you're right on the money about the safe house and that's brought your account up a step on the credibility scale in my eye. G
  4. (Content of post removed by me after being contacted by Bob Vernon)
  5. Thank you for providing this public online seminar, Mr. Simkin. I must say that you have done a fine job of laying the ground rules and letting other researchers discourse about their theories. The only question I have, which I don't think was answered (if it was, I dunno), is: Will these seminars be annual or is this a one-shot deal? If they are annual, I would like to present information in the next seminar that I have received from a medium who claims to channel the spirit of Lee Harvey Oswald (and also puts out some okay music she claims is from the spirits of John Lennon and George Harrison). I have checked her accuracy and she has been accurate before. Things she says my late grandmother said sound like what she would say. Plus, she predicted the deaths of US Senators John Chafee and Paul Wellstone before they happened (Wellstone's plane crash in 2002 is more notable). The paper I am planning to submit should there be another seminar would also include parts of my own assassination theory. I will argue for these theories with proven evidence that holds water. That is all I have to say, if there is another seminar and that is a qualifier for my inclusion in it. G
  6. And my parents' wishes are that I stay, as long as no photos, phone number, etc., are requested. And if they are requested, I am to hold out as long as possible until that option is no longer necessary, according to them.
  7. Mr. Simkin, What if one's parents have an issue with them giving a photo of oneself, for one's personal safety? What shall be done?
  8. I agree with Bill on the photo matter. We'll never really know whether the photograph is of them or not. The photo idea should be "struck from the record," to quote many court judges.
  9. They interviewed David's corroborating witness. In the original, they named the other two men Christian David accused, but the men sued because they had alibis and witnesses, so an apology program was prepared where Sauveur Pironti and Roger Bocognoni gave their side of the story. All other broadcasts have a more ambiguous cut that is shown and this is the one that is released on DVD and video. This is what destroyed the credibility of TMWKK in the eyes of many. Well, that and the ludicrous sewer theory. G
  10. Trust me, psychics are not the way to go. They may actually know the truth, but people will still attack their credibility, one way or another. I knew and still know a psychic who talked to Lee Harvey Oswald quite often. She's told me several things. For instance, JFK is now Oswald's friend and they often give speeches together in the Afterlife (same with Booth and Lincoln; must be that they're afraid the assassin will hurt them again, so they team up to avoid it). She also says she did an interview with Oswald for a magazine her friends ran for a little bit, but she's unwilling to provide it. In any case, she told me a few things that my uncle posted for me on a JFK newsgroup in 2001 on his account (HAiR Veteran) and that went relatively ignored. Oswald said supposedly that he was involved and fired two shots from the Texas School Book Depository. However, there were more shots fired from the Grassy Knoll by police recruit Roscoe White, with whom he was allegedly involved in other matters. Oswald was purportedly provided with a list of contacts by the CIA who could provide him with housing and other forms of help and, in a word, could be beneficial to him. When I mentioned Dave Ferrie and Guy Banister, he brought up the names "Little Tom" and "Sorrowful Man," the former Ferrie's CIA code name and the latter Banister's. When I mentioned the name Clay Bertrand, Oswald said the man was known to him, but he was not sure who the person really was. Oswald told us more about his time in the Marine Corps, but I don't remember this. When I started calling him Ozzie, his nickname from days in the Marine Corps, he said not to call him that, as he associated the name with Ozzy Osbourne, whom he supposedly dislikes personally. That's my experience with psychics. I know that she herself has been truthful on a lot of things, but you take these things with a grain of salt, you know. So I'd say it'd be best not to utilize psychics, or their credibility could be attacked. G
  11. Will this be an annual online convention or is it simply a one-shot deal?
  12. Debra, Pamela, whoever else is involved in this damn videotapes discussion: STOP ARGUING! I know I don't have any power here and far less credibility than anyone else, but even I can see that this fighting is wrong. Sure, someone might be lying, but we're not even sure that's the case. Please, to quote a one-album entertainer named Chris Gaines, "lay these weapons down and call a truce." It's obvious that some matters about these videos are being over-exaggerated, but between the infighting, division, threats of lawsuits, everything here, there, and everywhere trying to destory everyone's credibility (key note: not all of what I mentioned is being threatened or brought up here), and God knows what else, you can't tell what's going on anymore. We're a community of researchers and/or friends, though maybe not as much friends as professional colleagues. Sure, our theories will differ and things we uncover might provide challenges to others' theories, but that doesn't mean everything should be infighting and petty quarreling. Now act like reasonable people. G
  13. There are several possibilities. One bunted about a few years ago, according to Dick Russell, is that he was an American soldier of fortune known as Johnny Mitchell Deveraux.
  14. The bad thing about it is, some of the things that were eliminated were errors on Files' part and what appeared to be your predecessor coaching him in what to say or how to say it. Now don't get me wrong, Mr. Dankbaar, I have some respect for the Files story because it was the first sane explanation for the JFK assassination besides the lone nut theory that I have heard of. Then I turned up the errors John Stockwell pointed out and the omissions, changes, and additions to and from the older transcript that Ken Rahn pointed out and now I'm a little curious. Bob Vernon popped up (after trying to negotiate a deal to get "JFK MURDER SOLVED: THE PROOF" released on DVD and online) saying that Jim Files was a hoax and that he had the ultimate proof. Now it's turned into a mini-series determined to prove that a variety of people claiming to be involved in any way with the JFK assassination are hoaxes or myths. It confuses people, including me, so I'm just looking for some solid facts. G
  15. Mr. Dankbaar, I've been doing searches on Files and found a website by Kenneth A. Rahn centered on the 1994 interview. He points out several things eliminated from your transcript of the interview on jfkmurdersolved. Omissions are shown in brackets. Maybe you could re-add these. G
  16. No, Gerry Droller was an alias for Bender, or so the mismanaged Judyth outline McAdams put up indicates.
  17. Gordon Novel admitted he was a con man shortly after Garrison called him to testify. As for Perry Russo, he can't keep his testimony straight, as seen in 1967, 1971, 1991, and later.
  18. I have to agree with Tim, to the point and spoken brilliantly.
  19. He and my father were talking already and he mentioned Oswald and something about Charles Manson. But anyway, he was a pleasant fellow. Very willing to talk about Oswald; gave me a copy of "The Idle Warriors." A few months later, he called Dad saying people were after him and he had to go away. Shortly thereafter, Sondra London announced on her website that he was dead. Who's gonna look for you if you're already dead? Get the meaning?
  20. What I see here is a lot of built-up hostility for Debra Conway. I don't know her and have never done business with her, but the JFK Lancer website has provided much that would help me in the course of my investigation. I believe Judyth enough to have asked her if I could write a screenplay from her story, as it would make an excellent motion picture, but the hostility of her supporters toward JFK Lancer will not help matters in any way, shape or form when they try to get her story out. Debra may or may not be doing these things, I don't know, but in my book, we shouldn't be condemning her; rather, we should accept the fact that Judyth apologized to her and, if we must be hostile, let it sit and not rise to the forefront. After all, we're not here to condemn people. In the words of the late, great cat Lord Buckley called The Nazz (Vaughn knows what I'm talkin' about), "I have come not to judge the world, but to save it." We're not judging her or anyone, we're telling them the truth. Whether they accept that or not is their problem. And the rest may be damned! Gibson P.S. I apologize for anyone who takes the tone of this message the wrong way.
  21. I haven't been able to find any assassination ties to the Unitarian Church, but I did interview Kerry Thornley a few months before he publically announced his death through Sondra London. A very pleasant, amiable character, and a great orator on the principles of Discordia. He told me that Oswald had tried to join the Unitarian Church as well once he told him about it, for reasons unknown to him. I suspected a tie, but Thornley died before I could ask him any more.
  22. Not a typo, Greg, as Judyth probably told you. And I knew Jim Martin's family for years and years. He's in the hospital now, but he was able to tell me this.
  23. Through my line of work, I got to meet Marina's ex-boyfriend and business manager Jim Martin. A few days ago, I was looking over Judyth's posts and found her accusation that Robert Oswald and Marina Oswald had an affair a few weeks after Lee was killed and that it was hushed up because Robert didn't want his family to know. Well, since Jim was her boyfriend at the time this supposedly occurred, I figured maybe he could shed a little light on the situation. And he wrote back a long missive. Apparently, others have been asking, too. That settled it for me.
  24. He listed a Los Angeles post office box for the Fair Play for Cuba Committee, the names of Soviet leaders, six CIA people, two FBI people, the phone number of the Cuban Consulate, a number of names of restaurants and the like alongside dates and names, mostly assumed to be pick-up or contact points. He also had several names and phone numbers common with Lee Oswald's address book.
  25. Sorry, but I know nothig of Tony Cuesta beyond what little I've read. Leopoldo and Angel, if they in fact existed, are also a mystery to me. There were many hispanic customers that visited my modest bookstore; none stand out in my memory, except those I knew from past association. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> But Mr. Marlowe, that's not what you said to Dick Russell. You said you never had any Cubans in the store according to the book.
