The whole Badgeman/Gordon Arnold diversion was created to attract your attention away from the real gunman in the Moorman picture. In Robert Groden’s video, “The Case for Conspiracy” he shows a close-up of what looks like two men behind the picket fence next to a tree, that area is where I believe a real shooter was hiding. IMO, someone cut out the Groden close-up and pasted it to the other side of the photo to create Badgeman. Don Bailey

John, The forensic artist's correct name is Lois Gibson. All of her claims about the three tramps identities were to direct the public away from the real identities of the three hobos.
