  1. Thanks my friend. A problem of the Nix film is, it shows all parts in shadow are literally invisible. Means black. I see no other solution that this movement is human activity ore caused by it. But most parts behind the cement wall (call it what ever you like....doesn't matter) are in shadow. Here an illustration which parts are in shadow and therefore invisible in the Nix film. This moving appears to me also very linear. Martin
  2. Duncan, i believe only a photo from young Ron Lewis can give (possibly) the answer. best
  3. Hi John. As i said, i used every frames three times. The first with a opacity of 33%, the next 66% and finally 100%. I stabilized this frames via Photoshop in Layers. It's not a miracle, but i find it useful for study purposes. ___________________________________________ I would love to hear more opinions before i add my 02. Thank you forward. Martin
  4. Sorry Raymond. I don't wanted you to force to join Duncan's forum. I thought every guest can see whats been up there in the study section. Duncan figured a way to upload this huge (~20MB) file which i couldn't. Here is the same Gif, but a bit smaller. The source of this frames is of course Robin Unger. He managed to extracted this frames in a laboratory work from JFK the movie. Martin
  5. Jack, it is well known as the retaining wall. You know it. Thank you for your opinion. Martin A few people call it a retaining wall. For 45 years I have called it a concrete wall. It is not a retaining wall, and it is a careless mistake made by those who are not careful in their word choice. Repeating mistakes does not make them accurate. Jack I know what i'am talking about dear Jack. Robert Groden along time ago said it and even in the HSCA it was mentioned that way. Take care Martin
  6. Just tell me who I have to kill. Hehe, nobody mate. http://www.jfkassassinationforum.com/index...tion=pages;sa=3 Give it a while to load. Patience is required. I recommend you to save this Gif to you harddisk and to whatch it then. Martin
  7. Jack, it is well known as the retaining wall. You know it. Thank you for your opinion. Martin
  8. Did you read that sections posted by Bill Kelly or did you own the book, Craig? Does matter where or how I read it Martin? The words have a different meaning? No it doesn't Craig. I just wanted to know if you own the book. You don't. I recommend to do so. Something new may face your mind. Martin
  9. Did you read that sections posted by Bill Kelly or did you own the book, Craig?
  10. Once again great work by Martin Hinrichs. Before making any comment, I am confused about where "the top of the retaining wall corner" is. Can you please post a "context" picture showing where this spot is in the big picture? [Also, is it possible to do a slow-mo version as you recently did with the head shot sequence in Muchmore?] Thank you Martin. Thank you very much Raymond. Here is this area i'am refering to: And here the same Gif in slowmotion: I see your interests in slowmotion sequences Ray. I made too a while ago a very large stable Gif from Zapruder frames 223-238 using an unusual technique. I used every frame 3x with different opacity to give the illusion of more frames available. Let me me know if you are interested. Martin
  11. I watched once a documentary were Robert Groden published for the first time a blowup sequence of the Nix film. It was a cropped stable sequence showing the top of the retaining wall corner. I was stunned. It shows a moving bright dot. It was coming out of nowhere and made a linear up and down movement...left to right. Robert indicated that this occured at the moment of the head shot. I made a while ago a stable motion GIF of the Nix film because i wanted to know for how long i can trace running man. For that reason i enhanced and over exposured the related Nix frames cause Nix has a very bad light balance. Everthings in shadow is pretty dark. Out of a sudden i stumbled of the bright moving dot and thought Wow. Robert told the truth. It is for real and it is there. The only incorrect statement from Groden is.......it's not the moment of the headshot. Nix frame 24 is equivalent to Zapruder frame 313. The following sequence shows frames 50-60. So, approx. 1.5 seconds after the headshot. Please pay attention to the corner of the white cement retaining wall. (Where the coke bottle was standing) What you see is in realtime. I like to know what you believe, this can be!? Every comment is appreciated. BTW, running man didn't reached the top of the stairs at that time. He was still on the stairs on the race upwards. Thank you Martin
  12. I thank you Raymond. And i agree whole-heartedly with your comments.
  13. For sure my friend. Nothing is wrong with this. The person i argue heavy with (sometimes) is my best friend. Here for illustrative purposes i placed Sitzman next to BDM. She is scaled to 90% in my composition cause Sitzman is closer to Willis camera than BDM. best to you Martin
  14. Nice GIF Martin However I cant stop looking at CardiganMan lifting his leg and turning to run up the steps I agree with Duncan that he was returning to the end of the retaining wall where his wife and child are Mom and Baby are BlackDogMan Sorry to get off topic Dean Thank you very much Dean and Robin. As we are talking now about BDM, i translated some measurements into Willis5. Basis are the Topographic Survey map for the HSCA made in 1978 revised in 1981. Something to ponder on. BDM crouching behind the wall or a mother of 4' 7" now switched into black clothes, hiding a baby? best to you Martin
  15. Hi Bill one thing is for certain. Clint Hill started before the fatal shot impacted and would have been within 1-2 seconds in the line of fire when the shot would have missed the president (a shot from behind the fence) I never really understood what Clint Hill means in this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v0ntMfe95Js...feature=related Pay attention from 5:42min on. Now i get a sense of it. my best Martin
  16. Hi Chris, yes i can. It's just a matter of time. Lee asked for some particular frames, so i used just that requested frames. I too enhanced and over exposured them with the result of a very high size GIF file. People tend be unpatient when loooking more than seconds on the screen. They don't like to wait. A Gif File with all 60 frames in that large size takes a very long time to get loaded. I think for study purposes it's not the best idea to animate more than 20-30 frames in that large size. Apart from that....you know how exhaustive this work can be. As far as i know, we use the same technique. I have seen a lot of great animated stable Gif's from you and know meanwhile very well how much efforts you have spend to do all that work. All pro bono. Hats off! Martin
  17. Hi Ray Here you go: This is realtime. Frames 38-55. Give it a minute to load. It depends on your connection speed. After a while it should run smooth.
  18. Thanks Robin. Ok, in this frame it looks like something. Is it a Groden scan Robin? It is of great quality and over exposured. I can't barely see Jackies pink clothes. Almost white. So everythings looks brighter in this frame. I assume thats the only frame in this quality Robin? What i can do is to over exposure the related Muchmore frames (from my previous link) and do a smooth stable animated Gif out of it. We should see then if there was turning the light on and off. Just in case you may interested....which frames shall i use? I'am open to everything and if i'am wrong then so be it. Martin
  19. Sorry, i have to disagree Lee. Please take a look at the opening sequence of the Muchmore film, when the limousine turned from Main into Houston. Notice how clear and bright the two alternately red front lights turning on and off. David, yes i attached the wrong frame accidently. Never underestimate the human factor. Lol Sorry for not understanding your joke, Lee. best to you Martin
  20. This is correct Lee. No need to be sarcastic. So where is the light? Thanks Martin
  21. Lee, this is frame 42: Are you sure? Ray, i have trouble to see it too. My best Martin
  22. I know that you did a lot of useful research many many years before we did. I admire this. I agree with you. Martin
