  1. Thank you Greg. Sure, some motions seem to very fast in particular when examining special areas in just two frames. Foster's feet, Apron Man hand clapping, Greers head turn and also "fast clapping man" in this GIF behind the white concrete pergola at Houston. I like to draw you attention to Zframes 327-339. Here you can see a crop stable in motion in realtime. The focus is on Jackies right arm on Jack's right shoulder. This GIF covers just 13 frames and runs 7/10 of a second. Thats really fast. I think we can witness this phenomenon also in other films taken that day. best to you Martin
  2. Chris, thank you very much for this large stable GIF. I hope you don't mind that i've reworked you fine GIF a bit attaching my layer opacity technique. I think sometimes it helps to get a better view. Here i picked some 10 frames from your GIF. This is in slowmotion to help the movements and motion in this area. After watching it over and over again it appears to me clear a man (maybe a black man?) was walking behind "fast-arm man" northwards, towards the TSBD direction. We can even see his shadow on the backside of a person with white clothes. I think it's possible "fast-arm man" has his right upper arm already in position as black man walked behind him (not to distinguish cause same darkness) and extended his lower arm suddenly at Zapruder frame 224, the moment where a loud shot rang out in DP. Here i've shortened the GIF: What do you think Chris, John, Jerry, Robin...all? Thanks Martin
  3. Thank you for posting this. An extremely well-written article that deserves a wide readership. I second that. Excellent read. Thank you Bill.
  4. Of course Bernice. In the first attachement you find the already posted composition larger. You can see here in first place a diagram of the first floor. As you can see, i've given the numbers 1-7. That means, i found the photographers locations inside the first floor with a roughly direction (arrow). In the second attachement you see the photographs 1-7 which i have labeled in the diagram. I think this can help to understand the geometry of the first floor of the TSBD. You know, some people don't know where the coffee place was. It also helps (maybe) to navigate through the first floor and see the pathes where Marrion Baker and Roy Truly were rushing through. best to you Martin
  5. Bill i've never seen a photo of both freight Elevators together nor the passenger elevator. Anyway, here you go: best Martin
  6. Thanks for your kind words Bill. You are talking about Dougherty. Good point. He was certainly one of the most worst witness the Warren Commission could ever imagine. Dougherty witnessed in the morning Oswald entering the TSBD with nothing in his hands. (Of course just at glance and mistaken if you ask some fellows) He was also on the fifth floor at the time of the shooting, west of the west elevator directly in the escape path of Oswald. The question is.....why did the WC testify him? Why not let it be as they have done so many times? Have you ever thought of that idea: If they wouldn't have a man on the elevators on the fifth floor, it would open the gate wide open to unkown person/s to an unwitnissed escape route down with the elevators. If Dougherty wasn't there, they had a serious problem because the west elavator was gone after Truly and Baker approached that floor. It was important to have Dougherty on the fifth floor even of the cost of a valid witness in the escape path of Oswald which is damaging their theory. What important to do is...to discredit his credibility. Thats what they done with full success. That he heard just one shot from above is wrong (where ever he was) That he had seen Oswald with nothing in his hands while entering the first floor in the morning is wrong. That he had not seen Oswald escaping from the six floor is wrong. The only thing to be true is, that he was the west elevator controller. The rest is hogwash. He is confused and a retard when you read the WCR conculsions. Truly was of good help to discredit him. One thing is for certain, he was not a ghost and he didn't jump out of the window as far as i'am concerned. Why is the Dougherty testimomy performed? Count two and two together. best to you Martin
  7. And I take strong esception to Dale Myers' insuniation that J.D. Tippit is "The man I love to hate," because hate is a very strong word and I have the highest regard and respect for all law enforcement officers, even those in the FBI, as my father was a policeman and detective in Camden, N.J., which has ranked as the most dangerous city in the USA. So why would I or anyone hate a policeman, especially one who was murdered in the line of duty. - Bill Kelly http://jfkfiles.blogspot.com/2007/12/man-with-no-name.html The Man With No Name by DALE K. MYERS I guess comedian Ron White was right. You can't fix stupid. It seems that some of the conspiracy folks who populate John Simkin's U.K. based Educational Forum just can't let a good yarn die no matter what the facts are. Take one of the more recent discussions entitled "Jefferson Davis Tippit" in which a long dead factoid was resurrected by William "Bill" Kelly, who wrote: "...nobody names anybody with a name or a nickname that doesn't stand for anything. "If Jay Dee was his real and only name, then he had an uncle or a godfather or his father had a buddy in the service with that name or there was an instance that created a reason for him to be named J. D. and those initials stand for something. If not Jefferson Davis then John Doe, but not nothing. "I understand that it is the Tippit family who says that Tippit was named JD and that it is not an abriviation for Jeff Davis, and the meaning might not be Jeff Davis, but it is, I can assure you, means something. And the family's reluctance to acknowledge or reveal what it means makes me even more suspicious of what it really does mean." Uh? NEWSFLASH, Bill: The Tippit family told me eleven years ago that J.D.'s initials didn't stand for anything - certainly not, "Jefferson Davis," as conspiracy nutjobs on numerous conspiracy forums and websites keep insisting; essentially refusing to accept the truth. I printed the truth about J.D.'s name in my book With Malice: Lee Harvey Oswald and the Murder of Officer J.D. Tippit in 1998 - nearly ten years ago. The fact that you haven't had time to read my book sometime during the passed decade is understandable. You must be busy chasing down the big conspiracy. If the information in my book wasn't enough, I learned from the Tippit family after the publication of my book, the complete story behind Tippit's naming and published that story at www.jdtippit.com, the official website dedicated to J.D. Tippit's memory. Here's what you'll find there regarding Tippit's name: "Edgar and 'May Bug' named their first born son after a character in a book that Edgar had read about once. 'He use to read a little you know, when he was hunting,' J.D.'s brother Don recalled. 'He'd read a story about a guy named "J.D. of the Mountains," and gave him that name. Guess it fascinated him.' The initials, despite some claims over the years, never stood for anything." So, what is so hard to understand? I guess Bill and his fellow buffs are upset because they can't twist J.D. Tippit into some kind of a right-wing, neo-Nazi, Gestapo, boot-stomping, rebel named after confederate rebel Jefferson Davis. How inconvenient. It would be so much better for the conspiratii if Tippit was a no-good, backstabbing, s.o.b. who liked to gun down goofy little innocents like Oswald, right? Too bad. I guess these inconvenient little facts just spoil everyone's good time. Maybe Bill and friends should stop fantasizing and actually read about the man they love to hate. (Gee, what a novel idea.) They might actually learn something. I guess it's too much to expect the "Jefferson Davis" moniker to disappear from the vast wasteland of useless JFK assassination factoids. I can only hope that those interested in the truth about the assassination will come to realize that J.D. Tippit is the original Man With No Name. Forty-five years of controversy and sorrow http://jfkfiles.blogspot.com/2008/11/with-malice-tippit-murder-45-years.html If Officer J.D. Tippit had died on any other day, Oswald’s conviction would have been swift and sure. The only reason we’re still talking about this senseless crime four and a half decades later is because of the other killing Oswald was involved in that day – the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Keeping the controversy and myths alive has become a parlor game for many, a reason to get together, attend conferences, post messages on the Internet, and ponder the many ways the various puzzle pieces might fit together. For the Tippit family, it is a raw, open wound that will never completely heal. Allegations that J.D. Tippit was part of a conspiracy to murder the president or kill Oswald are false and malicious and in no way recall the man his friends and family knew and remember. I wish I could say that they are spared the pain that such thoughtless and irresponsible notions cause. They are not. In the wake of the publication of With Malice, I worked closely with the Tippit family to create a website that we hoped would help debunk some of the misinformation available elsewhere on the Internet and provide a true portrait of the boy from Clarksville, Texas, whose fun-loving spirit was extinguished so abruptly in 1963. While the reaction to the website has been overwhelmingly warm and positive, there are the inevitable reminders that myths die hard. One such myth that sprung up around the Tippit name was the falsehood that Officer Tippit’s initials “J.D.” stood for “Jefferson Davis” and that the Texas native had been named after the former West Point graduate who became the President and inspirational leader of the Confederate States during the American Civil War. Of course, those who hang this false moniker on J.D. Tippit don’t mean it as a compliment. I was never able to pin down exactly how this began, but I did determine the truth of the matter and published it in With Malice. The family told me that Edgar Lee Tippit named his son after “J.D. of the Mountains,” a character in a book he had read once while on a hunting trip. The initials never stood for anything. In fact, it was rather common in the south and west, and has been for nearly 250 years, to name offspring using only initials. One time, J.D. had trouble completing a credit application because the company insisted that a name, not initials, be used on the form. They ended up inserting “John” on J.D.’s behalf in order to fulfill their policy. At least one document in J.D.’s police file also uses this name. Neither document is evidence of his true name, which by all accounts was simply, J.D. Despite the publication ten years ago of the truth about the origins of J.D.’s name, this silly myth continues to find an audience. Believe it or not, I spotted a website recently that treated the family’s explanation as just another unsubstantiated allegation. It seems the myths and controversy will never end Yea, Dale, only because people like you keep it confusing, and the Dallas PD failed to properly investigate the murder of their fellow officer and indict and convict the person or persons actually responsible for his murder. - BK Thanks Bill. While you are all talking about the Tippit shooting and Myers..... do one of you know where in can get my hands on the out of print "With Malice" from Myers for a reasonable price? I'am not willing to pay 300 and more for a used book: http://www.amazon.com/Malice-Harvey-Oswald-Murder-Officer/dp/0966270975 Thank you forward. Martin
  8. Yes Bill. I would bet my money on it. I reviewed the Photoshop file again. I blowed the image to a monster and realized that my scaling was off by 0,01 percent. So, i reduced the scale in the sepia toned photo. Here the Gif And here John for you the top layer inverted and set to 50% opacity. If you ask me, it looks like a perfect match. best to you Martin
  9. I know Craig. I never claimed it. The aspect ratio was always kept while scaling in my layers. It's getting closer but i still believe it's a matter of aspect ratio. Both images are slightely different. Martin
  10. John, you're a pro it appears. I shift layers also in critical case via arrow keys. I did that here to without success. Just one pixel shift and it looks more of than it's actually is. But now and old trick came in my mind. There is a new mainstream trick in the CG world. Many artist attaching Chromatic abberation to their renderings to give it a photographic touch. To do that subtle and cool, it's neccesary to blow the image up to 10k or something like that...attach the CA and downsize the image again. I've did now the same here. I blowed it up to 6500x9000, shifted one pix or two and resized it. Thats the result: Martin
  11. I think we are looking at two different images. The second, enlarged and repaired image shows the woman to be in a slighty different position in relation to the man. The image of the man and woman is the same in both images, but the placement has changed. Its quite subtle, but she seems to move slightly to the right in larger image, more of a rotation really, near the bottom. Can't tell for sure given the small size of the images but if I had to make a call based on these images, I would say she was cut out and pasted back in, either in an analog darkroom or in a digital imaging program Its quite possible that has happened in the damaged image as well, but again the samples are really too small for close inspection. Thanks Craig, I'd like to get a consensus of whether it is two different prints from the same negative or an enlarged and retouched version of the smaller one. BK The latter Bill. If you follow the creases on the small image, you'll see the traces of postwork via clonestamp. There is even one fold of the man's jacket gone in the lower left side of the photo. best to you Martin Martiin, can you make them match, size for size. position for position? In you gif, the two images are different size/position to each other. I've rried and I can't do it/ I cna get the guy to near perfect size/positon but then the wonan is off. Perhaps it's just me, but not being able to resize them correctly leads me to believe the image has been changed via cut and paste. I aagree that there has been post production work, but are they the same image just enlarged? Craig, i believe the aspect ratio of both images are slight different. It looks to me the sepia toned image is a photo from a photo. Thats the reason why my GIF doesn't fit to 100%. If i would have released the aspect ratio in Photoshop while scaling, i thinks it's possible to bring them to a perfect fit. I believe the large image is a scan from the damaged photo, enhanced and reworked. best John, it's a pleasure. Martin
  12. Thanks John, Here you go: I picked the sepia toned damaged image, inverted the colors and set it two 50% I hope that was the top layer you are talking about. best Martin

  14. Next questions: You are praising a book called "Stranger than fiction" from an unknown author. You've read chapters from that book to an audience which was recorded. A User called reamonnk has uploaded a video with the audio of your voice embeded with clear anti semitic and pro nazi symbols. I believe you are aware of that videos since weeks. http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=JNcVBJeg6GI&feature=related You are not the one who uploaded this video but are you aware that you can report to Youtube to get it down? If i were you, i would instantly try to remove it cause it associates you with fascist symbols. http://www.youtube.com/watch#!v=6ZLVVpCbuFw&feature=related Martin
  15. Have you ever considered to be a bit more careful Craig? A person with that skills should be a bit more qualitative.
  16. Ok, the first questions to Jim Fetzer is: Do you accompany yourself with Kevin Barrett (who is supporting ideas of David Irving and Ernst Zündel?) and Gilad Atzom who is supporting Anti Jew comments of Ahmed Dinejad? I will do it step by step. Martin
  17. Just in case this fellow don't know who you are mean......it's Joseph A. Ball, assistant counsel. Warren Commission.
  18. I agree. John is not responsible for that thread. It was Jim Fetzer. The initial posting is lost. It contains veritable informations which are important. I considered to make a posting. But now it's difficult cause many postings are lost. I want to ask Jim a couple of questions but first i needed an education lesson on some issues, which i have accomplished already...almost. Thanks Martin
  19. Weak /D.H./. I wonder why you ( Sorry Dean i mean also you) take this fellow serious? Attention seeker needing responses. Thats what you do. I would ignore that. best Martin
  20. John, in parts Avatar is setting a benchmark what body rigging, lighting and texturing regards. This gives us a little teaser how close CG will come to reality in the upcoming future. A time will come were we are unable to disinguish reality from CG. That time is not far away. And i'am not talking about Still pictures. I mean movies. We have to make used on it. best Martin
  21. Thank you Bill. Thank you Jim. This is what apparently happend at the moment Marrion Baker caught a glimpse of a man through the glass door opening. Oswald coming from the north/south floor headed towards north through the vestibule into the lunchroom to buy a coke. best to you Martin
  22. Here the same scene with the 3D figure already 2-3 steps towards the lunch room on the second floor. As we can see, Oswald would have been out of sight from Baker's POV within a second after entering the vestibule. Again Truly, who headed in front of Baker, witnessed nobody on the second floor walking in any direction. The geometry is accurate as possible with the available data. Don't worry Bill, there are some people out there whom say Oswald made a Zig-Zag turn inside the vestibule. But what is common sense telling us? Ask me and i show you tomorrow the most plausible scenario. best to you Martin
  23. Ok Bill, today i found some time to work on it. What you see in this first two GIF's is, how the scene would looked like from Baker's POV and viewed lateral from above. Door open and closed with a 3D figure in the vestibule very close to the door. If Oswald was in that position as Baker saw him, the door would still be slightely open. It is clear that Oswald would be partial in sight. It is also clear that Truly, who was ahead of Baker must have seen Lee Oswald open the door. Since we know from Truly's testimony that this did not happend, it becomes troubling. I also don't recall Truly mentioned anywhere that he closed his eyes while entering the 2 floor. Here you go: This two Gif's needs a while to load. Then it should run smooth.
  24. I thank you. Here a 3D rendering made by me. Done with fryrender. Unbiased renderengine. Shows the chamber of Cheops or Chufu in egypt language. best Martin
  25. This is a good 3D rendering Craig. It was most likely done with Vray. best Martin
