  1. Hi Robin That would be Haygood (on the right and he stopped running up the incline to be observered by Bowers wrongly to be on his cycle) [you know Bowers said he rode up the embankment]. and Courson how drove away. Martin
  2. I believe that would be Smart or Dale. Thanks Todd. To be honest i am not familiar with Smart & Dale. Todd how far back in the motorcade were they positioned. ? and do you knoe what car smart or Dale were riding next to in the Bell frame i posted. ? I am confused as to the exact Timeline of the crowd scenes in this series of Bell frames. According to Todd, there were riding close to the Contintal Trailways White House Press bus. That was the second bus so far Robin. Thanks Martin So as a Timeline are we only talking about a couple of minutes after the Limo went through the Underpass ! You nailed it Robin.
  3. Thats Officer Hargis who examined the grassy knoll for a moment( who was splattered with blood) and stopped briefly my friend. That moment shows how he sped up again after his stop.

  5. Robert, my posting has nothing to do with Duncan's assessment. I only believe that the Thompson version is taken from a negative which is.... obviously better. Not everybody who disagree with you on some subjects is your enemy. My included. When we would telephone and you would hear my voice it would be clear. I like a lot of your research and of course i believe in a conspiracy as you as well. You give your supporters sometimes a very hard time. Sad. Martin
  6. I believe that would be Smart or Dale. Exactly that would be my guess too.´ Todd, i think what the whole motorcade regards, you are an authority. It should be noted that Richard B. Trask used you as a reference of his motorcade listing in POTP. Respect! But allow me critic. You and your brothers sketch on page 146 in POTP is worth a .....i better say nothing. It has nothing to do with any real geometry. At first i thought....wow Richard used such a drawing in his great book. Anyway best Martin
  7. Robert, what you are posting here again and again i most likely the Corbis purchase from Robin Unger. It's by far so most used cause it it's really highres but it contains of lot of grain and noise. The Thompson copy is in it's clarity a top of all. The pity is: We don't have a high resoultion version of fit. Someone should contact Josiah. If nobody will do it the next days, i'll PM him. So, when you post this Altgens6 image again, feel free to give Robin Credit for it. best Martin
  8. Bill, with all respect, here you are mistaken. Lady 8 is wearing a kind of apron and not holding a newspaper. best Martin
  9. Hi Robin, i don't know if thats it was in your mind but i had no better idea to work it out.... at first. At first i tried to overlay several key frames from Dorman in a footage frame from "Murder in Dealey Plaza". This frame from the DVD provides to my knowledge the only camera take from exactly this window on the fourth floor where Elsie Dorman was filming from. Gary Mack and the son (?) of Elsie Dorman simulated her activities in 2002-2003. In the end i was not very satiesfied cause it shows not the turn, just fractions but nevertheless for fun i did that composition. Who knows for what this might be good for in the future. Please click on the image cause it's reduced to 40%. Just the 100% view reveal all details. Whats by far better and accurate is a composition i've created in my DP Map via CAD. It's for scale and above all, i've reworked the street stripes on ELM with the configuration of 1963. I have a good source (sorry i'am not allowed to tell) and i've verfied it with various photographs from 1963 and to be honest, i'am happy with it. It includes the SS-100-X (presidential limousine), the SS-679-X (SS Follow Up Car) and the motorcycles of Martin and Hargis and their relevant locations on Houston and Elm based upon our fix points (which we already worked out together) in the Elsie Dorman and the Tina Towner film. Sorry, i have no way of knowing how the positions of Police motorcyclists Jackson and Chaney were, cause they were not recorded in that moment of time. Here it is: Please click on the image to enlarge it. best to you Martin
  10. Yes, that's it Robin. Hi Duncan. Thanks for the Clarification. Those 3-Images came from Josiah's Photobucket website, so i assumed they were from the Thompson Print. Thanks Robin, i believe a highres Version of this Thompson Altgens has the potential to solve all the left mysteries in it.
  11. Thank you, Martin. Lots more at the link below: Thx David. I saved a lot on my disk. I believe this is your favourite from Jackie: Well, i understand it. It's great. Martin
  12. Wow! Amazing collection of photographs. Some of them i've never seen before. Thank you David.
  13. This details the problem with using repro images to judge photo quality, too many unknowns to make a firm conclusion. In your example of the z frames in Life yes they do look different but why? Is the original film different? Where there differences in the quality of the dupe photos from the original frames? Were the sep films shot differently? Did the guys at the film stripping table get the the one page slighlty out of register? Where the forms on which each page was placed tun on a different press? On a different day? By a different pressman? Was a printing plate out of register? Did they make adjustments to the color fountains to compensate for an ad images that ran just above or below the z frames on the form? Did they use makeready pages in bindery, made while getting the press "up to color"? I know you do prepress, were you around pre-digital? When sep films were made in a process camera and films cut and pasted, by color layer, by guys using razor blades and red litho tape? Lots of silly things happened in this workflow. Heck even today with current tech and the best presses and pressmen around its still a crapshoot when you have the same image span two pages and jump the gutter. Getting both halfs to match is nutty. I have piles of examples of the same image in a brochure looking different from one page to the next. Craig, sorry for being off topic. Is my memory playing tricks with me or do your posting show up much later? I was sure there was no posting from you hours ago, but now it's up. Did that happen always or am i mistaken? I may have missed many of your previous postings as well. Not sure Anyway best Martin
  14. Dean, i believe as Duncan too, that Roy Truly was mistaken at this point. I believe he is honest but his memory is not supporting the photographic evidence. This would be Jim Towner, Tina Towner and the Elsie Dorman film. Thats too much. Thanks Duncan for pasting my quoting. best to you Dean and Duncan Martin
  15. Wonderful Robin. I'll be of assistance regarding the motocycles and also the SS-100-X & Queen Mary turn on my DP map (the other thread) Gimmie just some time. Can take some days (much to do here )
  16. Thank you Robin. Is this from Oswald's Ghost? I ask, cause i don't own this DVD. Good quality. Are there a few frames missing in the 7-frame GIF, Robin? I would love to stable it, cause somehow it looks to me that Hickey had drawn his automatic rifle before the Queen Mary reached the Underpass, which would make S.M. Hollands testimony almost bulletproof. Thanks forward mate. Martin
  17. The iPad&Co and the future generations of them will become a revolution in the book market, Otto. Imagine you can blow up an image , watch enhanced stable GIF's and walk through virtual scenes....in a book. Nothing can beat that. Greetings from Harry Potter. best to you Martin
  18. Thanks Robin, can you possibly rectangle the area in this Bronson Crop scanned from TKOAP Groden? Thanks a lot. Martin
  19. Robin thats a good question. I believe this a motion caused by the sitting Beatrice Hester (possibly a reflection on her bag) close after the headshot. Here a Crop of Chris's great GIF enhanced. best Martin Edit: After watching the Bronson Still photo it looks like she was standing.
  20. Thats just ludicrous. Bob, your doing yourself not a favour with that kind of words.
  21. Now the next step.... and here the equivalent Towner film frame to Towner Still frame where JFK looked startled (according to you). and here JFK the moment he raised his hands. 23 frames later. 1.3 seconds later. Thats not working.
  22. No need to be disappointed Bob. That kind of things happend too often JFK Assassination boards. Here in this first posting the locations of Jim and Tina Towner extracted from Dorman intruded to my map. Now we have to step into the second posting cause just two images allowed to upload (and thats a mess here )
  23. I don't know what you see in this Towner Still photo, Bob? Are you aware that there is a serious time gap between the Jim Towner Still photo and the Tina Towner film frames were JfK raised his right hand? It is hard to believe that JFK's reaction (alleged) time was that slow. Martin
  24. Absolutely keen eye Robin We know now at what marks the SS-100-X made the turn. Here in this Towner frame you can see the Queen Mary has still it's left front tire slightly rotated, making the turn bumber at bumper with the limo. Look at the stripe. Just over it. Even in the re-enactemt the car made a wider turn than the SS-100-X and has no trouble with the Island on Elm. Watching the Tina Towner film how close and fluent the presidential limo made the turn, let me believe that Roy Truly was mistaken. best to you Martin
