  1. Exactly, Tracy, or almost exactly. The evidence we have suggests someone named “Lee Harvey Oswald” enrolled at Beauregard on January 13, 1964, either because he started first attending the school then or first became a full-time student on that date. Mid-January is at or nearing the end of the fall semester of the 1953-54 school year. How can a student who didn’t enroll until the end of the fall semester manage to attend for 89 days that semester? The first document above shows that while one Oswald was still in NYC, the other attended Beauregard for 89 days for the fall semester of the 1953-54 school year (Report 1), 90 days for the spring semester (Report 2) for a total of 179 days (Report 3) that school year. If you ask Google, “How many school days are in a school year,” you get this response: Nothing could be more obvious than the fact that THROUGHOUT the fall semester of the 1953-54 school year, one Oswald was in NYC and the other was in New Orleans. Thank you for finally responding here and not pointing somewhere else.
  2. That’s your evidence that Frank Kudlaty and Jack White conspired to concoct the whole FBI at Stripling story? Are you still denying that Lee Harvey Oswald, any Lee Harvey Oswald, attended Stripling School? I hate to repeat all those newspaper and eyewitness reports again, but I’ll do it if you don’t cop to this simple fact. Now, allow me to demonstrate what real evidence looks like.
  3. Well, Mr. Parnell is consistent, if nothing else. The answer, he says, is always somewhere else. And then he scolds me for not doing my homework. This isn't rocket science. If Mr. Parnell wishes to debunk any of the following facts, he could just do so in his own words right here. Or he could copy and paste here any of this "debunking" from somewhere else. It should be easy, but it obviously isn't. Mr. Parnell has time to make many different posts in this thread each day. Surely he could choose just one of the points below and take the time to debunk it here. For the fall semester of the 1953-54 school year, one Oswald attended Beauregard JHS in New Orleans for 89 school days while the other was enrolled in Public School 44 in New York City, where he was present for 62 full days and 5 half days, was absent 3 full days and 8 half days, for a total accounting of 78 days. For the next semester, one Oswald was at Beauregard JHS in New Orleans while the other Oswald attended Stripling School in Texas. One Oswald lost a front tooth during a fight at Beauregard JHS in the fall of 1954, but the Oswald exhumed decades later obviously had all his front teeth intact. The Social Security Administration did not include ANY of “Lee Harvey Oswald’s” teen-aged employment income in his “Lifetime Earnings Report” indicating in a cover letter it was including “Copies of three pages of the Warren Commission Report re employment of Lee Harvey Oswald prior to service in the Marine Corps.” One Oswald departed for Taiwan aboard the USS Skagit on Sept. 14, 1958 and was stationed in Ping Tung, Taiwan on Oct. 6, 1958, at the very same time the other Oswald was being treated for venereal disease at Atsugi, Japan, nearly 1500 miles away. One Oswald appeared at the Bolton Ford dealership in New Orleans while the other was in the Soviet Union. One Oswald had a driver’s license and was seen by many witnesses driving a car, and the other Oswald could not drive. On November 22, 1963, one Oswald left the Texas School Book Depository on a bus and then a taxi, and the other left in a Nash Rambler. Why not just start with number 1 on the list above and explain how, during the fall semester of the 1953-54 school year, one Oswald attended Beauregard JHS in New Orleans for 89 school days while the other was enrolled in Public School 44 in New York City, where he was present for 62 full days and 5 half days, was absent 3 full days and 8 half days, for a total accounting of 78 days. How did that happen? I know, the answer is somewhere else, and you're not telling! With number 1 on the list above, at least, Greg Parker made an aborted effort to debunk it, so you might start with that, though, as you know, I completely destroyed his dumb argument. But why not give it a shot and see how you fare? Here's that pesky evidence again, which simply doesn't go away no matter how many times Mr. B insults me or Mr. Parnell pretends it's all explained someplace else. C'mon, Mr. Parnell. Man up and step up to the plate and take a swing! Do some "debunking" right here so we all can see what you've got! It will be fun for at least one of us!
  4. It’s remarkable how much Mr. B can talk without considering real evidence. Mr. B appears to be afraid of the evidence. With his typical bloviations, Mr. B is eager to discuss ANYTHING except the evidence that there were two Oswalds. He has, for example, obliquely accused me of being on John Armstrong’s payroll. He certainly has no evidence that I’m being paid by John, because such evidence simply doesn’t exist. John has never paid me a dime for my work supporting his research. I support it because I believe in it, because I sincerely believe you cannot understand the Kennedy assassination if you do not understand Harvey and Lee. I really enjoy it when Mr. B. uses propaganda tricks to attack me. That gives me the chance to discuss more evidence, and it is simply remarkable that so much evidence exists for two Oswalds. Even more so since the evidence we have escaped the dragnet to suppress it put out by J. Edgar Hoover beginning just hours after the assassination. All Mr. B can do is hide behind the mastoidectomy and talk about no other evidence whatsoever for the two Oswalds that I have presented here. He is unwilling to discuss, for example, the clear evidence that: For the fall semester of the 1953-54 school year, one Oswald attended Beauregard JHS in New Orleans for 89 school days while the other was enrolled in Public School 44 in New York City, where he was present for 62 full days and 5 half days, was absent 3 full days and 8 half days, for a total accounting of 78 days. Mr. B, of course, will not discuss ANY of these issues because he knows he will lose a debate with me. And so he talks about anything but the evidence. But I enjoy giving Mr. B a hard time, so I’m going to talk about the Social Security evidence that has been released by the various government “investigations” into “Lee Harvey Oswald” and the assassination of JFK. In short, the Social Security Administration reported that the lifetime earnings of “Lee Harvey Oswald”, from 1951 to 1963, amounted to $3306.85, the exact amount he earned in just the years 1962 and 1963. Why? Because the infamous W-2 forms from “Oswald’s” teen-aged employment years are fraudulent. From our website: --------------------------------------------- Below are the grand totals for Oswald's income in 1962 and 1963: Employer: Earnings: William B. Reily & Co. 422.25 " 191.25 Jaggars-Chiles-Stovall, Inc. 727.80 " 945.69 " 121.67 Leslie Welding 636.50 Texas Book Depository 261.68 Grand Total $3306.85 When the FBI collects, destroys, and alters school records (Stripling & Beauregard), employment records (Dolly, JR Michaels, Tujague's, Pfisterer), Oswald's Texas drivers license and DPS file, employment records for Marguerite Oswald, fabricates W-2 forms, and provides only photographs of evidence to the WC, then the Commission's ability to correctly piece together Oswald's background is limited. With the disappearance of so much evidence at the hands of the FBI, it is reasonable to assume they may have had something to do with the "disappearance" of Oswald's SSA records in 1963, around the same time the W-2 forms were created, photographed, and given to the Warren Commission. NOTE: A few thoughts about J. Edgar Hoover. Within 24 hours of the assassination Hoover sent FBI agents to various cities throughout the USA to collect documents relating to HARVEY and LEE. His agents were instructed where to go and precisely which documents to seize. Therefore, we can conclude that Hoover knew about HARVEY and LEE's background long before November 22. And he knew, or was told on November 22, the American public could never be told about the two Oswalds or the CIA's "Oswald project". Within the next 3 days Oswald's Minox spy camera became a "light meter," Oswald's drivers license disappeared from the Texas Dept of Public Safety, ficticious W-2 forms were created, school records were seized and soon disappeared, hundreds of items of evidence were created, altered, or manipulated. Within 72 hours the FBI had "officially" solved the case and issued a written report. The unanswered questions are: (1) when did Hoover first learn about HARVEY and LEE, (2) how did Hoover acquire detailed biographical information prior to 11/22/63, (3) On November 22, 1963 who directed Hoover to seize and destroy all records relating to a 2nd Oswald. WC attorney John Hart Ely was responsible for gathering information on the background of Marguerite Oswald and Lee Harvey Oswald. His task was to construct a chronology, based on data available to the Commission, of the backgrounds--life, school, residences, etc.--of Mrs. Oswald, her several marriages, her husbands, and her three children, especially Lee Harvey Oswald. Ely realized that some of the information provided by the FBI conflicted with information gathered by the Commission (such as the FBI's photograph of a 1956 W-2 form from Pfisterers; and an FBI report of Palmer E. McBride who said that LHO worked at Pfisterers in 1957-58). On April 10, 1964 WC attorney Albert Jenner wrote a memo to WC General Counsel J. Lee Rankin and stated, "Our depositions and examination of records and other data disclose that there are details in Mr. Ely's memoranda, which will require material alteration and, in some instances, omission." Alteration, omission, and fabricating records, testimony, and documents was necessary in order to merge the identities of LEE and HARVEY into the legend of one "Lee Harvey Oswald" as presented by the WC. Fifteen years later, on May 15, 1978, the House Select Committee on Assassinations chief counsel Robert Blakey wrote to the Social Security Administration requesting "access to all files and documents concerning or referring to Lee Harvey Oswald and Marina Oswald." On July 28, Social Security Administration associate commissioner Robert P. Bynum formally responded. In a three-page cover letter to Ms. Jackie Hess, an HSCA employee, Bynum cited 36 different documents that were being forwarded from the Social Security Administration to the HSCA. This is a remarkable document, and three excerpts from it are reproduced below.
  5. Thanks, John. I was fortunate enough to meet Jack White once at a JFK conference in, I think, 1999. I was just getting started following John Armstrong’s speeches and documents (his book was still years away), but Jack was kind enough to talk to me at length about the subject, and about his experiences at the HSCA, which sounded pretty harrowing. RIP, Jack White!
  6. You’re familiar enough with this evidence to know that isn’t true. In the 1990s, then Stripling principal Ricardo Galindo told John it was “common knowledge” that LHO attended Stripling School. Less than two years ago the Fort Worth Star Telegram indicated that “teachers and classmates remember him at Stripling, though there is no official record.” And before you go into your usual tap dance that people were remembering not LHO but Robert, recall that many of the eyewitnesses to LHO at Stripling, including Fran Schubert and others, weren’t even at the school when Robert attended. The most shameful thing you and Mr. Parker are doing is to besmirch the name and memory of the late, great Jack White, in my opinion the most important researcher who ever graced the pages of this forum. Shame on you both!
  7. According to super-sleuths Greg Parker and Tracy Parnell, conspiracy theorists Jack White and Frank Kudlaty concocted the entire Stripling School hoax just to fool the rest of us for years to come. What is remarkable is that, according to an article in the Fort Worth Star Telegram from 11/24/63, their fiendish plot was already in effect less than 48 hours after the assassination. It was still going strong nearly four decades later, when the 5/11/2002 edition of the same Fort Worth newspaper included an article commemorating the 75th anniversary of Stripling School, noting that “Lee Harvey Oswald” was its best-known student, and making note of the infamous Thomas Place address. Fiendish hoaxsters that they were, the White/Kudlaty team managed to plant an article in the April 2, 1963 Fort Worth Star Telegram claiming that, seven or eight months prior to the assassination of JFK, Frank Kudlaty was indeed the assistant principal of Stripling School. Is it time to give our super-sleuths the kind of respect they so richly deserve? I think so! To hear and see Frank Kudlaty discuss what REALLY happened at Stripling School, click here. To see and hear Oswald’s classmate Fran Schubert describe how she watched Oswald walk home from Stripling School to 2220 Thomas Place, click here.
  8. Thanks, Denny. Ms. Kittrell gave a thirty-page statement to the U.S. Attorney in Dallas. Her statement was hand carried to the Warren Commission by the Secret Service. But her 30-page statement and subsequent 90-page manuscript in which she discussed her interviews of the two Oswalds, were ultimately ignored and suppressed. Following the assassination Laura Kittrell telephoned and wrote to the FBI about her meeting with Oswald. The FBI finally got around to interviewing Mrs. Kittrell on June 4, 1965, nearly a year after the Warren Report was published. And then, 30 years later in 1994, the U.S. government finally got around to allowing the American people access to her statement. Here again is the bottom of page 8 and the top of page 9 of a ten-page July 18, 1978 memo from the HSCA's Gaeton Fonzi to Blakey. All these documents, including Ms. Kittrell's 90-page manuscript, are available at the online John Armstrong Collection at Baylor University.
  9. Oh, brother. Claiming that Frank Kudlaty and Jack White dreamed up the entire Stripling School scenario is just the sort of mean-spirited nonsense you would expect from Greg Parker. He got the year wrong, but Robert Oswald testified to the Warren Commission that his brother attended Stripling. Mr. OSWALD. Just a minute, please. In 1952 Lee was 13 years old. He would be attending W. C. Stripling Junior High School then. Mr. JENNER. I see. For the school year 1951-52? Mr. OSWALD. Yes, sir. Junior high school there was from the seventh to the ninth grades. And as soon as he was through with his sixth year, he started attending W. C. Stripling Junior High School. On two separate occasions, Robert Oswald told a Fort Worth newspaper that his brother attended Stripling. See one of the articles here. Harvey Oswald’s classmate Fran Schubert said she attended Stripling with Oswald and watched him walk home from Stripling to his house at 2220 Thomas Place. See her YouTube interview with John here. In the 1990s, Stripling School principal Ricardo Galindo told John Armstrong that it was “common knowledge” that “Lee Harvey Oswald” attended Stripling. John also spoke to local student Bobby Pitts, who remembered that Oswald attended Stripling with his younger brother and that he (Bobby) remembered seeing (Harvey) Oswald standing on the porch at 2220 Thomas Place, directly across the street from Stripling. John also spoke with former Stripling student Doug Gann, who attended ninth grade at Stripling with Harvey and remembered that he live “across the street from the basketball courts and one or two houses to the left,” which exactly describes 2220 Thomas Place, where “Marguerite Oswald” lived at the time of the assassination of JFK. John made audio recordings of the Stripling people mentioned above, and we'll be putting together something about them next summer. In the meantime.... A Forth Worth Star-Telegram article from November 2017 would indicate that Oswald’s “teachers and classmates remember him at Stripling, though there is no official record.” Read the article here. The fact is, Stripling assistant principal Frank Kudlaty in 1963 met FBI agents at the school and gave them “Lee Harvey Oswald’s” Stripling records. His YouTube interview is here. Here's how Frank Kudlaty and John Armstrong REALLY met: Stripling faculty members After many hours of long distance telephone calls, I managed to contact a sur- prising number of former Stripling teachers, although many were deceased. One man I spoke with was Mark Summers, a former gym teacher, who began his 10-year tenure at Stripling in September 1950, one year after Robert Oswald graduated from the school (1949). Mr. Summers said that "Lee Harvey Oswald" was a student in his gym class for a short time, but remembered little about him. NOTE: Mr. Summers could not have mistakenly remembered Robert Oswald in his class, because Robert graduated from Stripling the year before he began teaching. As I continued to locate and talk with former Stripling teachers, many suggested that I call "Frank Kudlaty," the former assistant principal at Stripling. I telephoned Mr. Kudlaty, introduced myself as a JFK researcher, and asked if he knew whether or not "Lee Harvey Oswald" had attended Stripling. Without hesitation Frank said, "Yes, he attended Stripling." Somewhat surprised I asked, "How do you know that?" Frank re- plied, "Because I gave his Stripling records to the FBI." [Harvey and Lee, p. 98]
  10. As predicted, Mr. B whines about his own misrepresentations of the mastoidectomy in Harvey and Lee, but he is clearly afraid to debate any of the other topics I have presented in this thread. Why is that? Why is he afraid to discuss the clear evidence that, for example: For the fall semester of the 1953-54 school year, one Oswald attended Beauregard JHS in New Orleans for 89 school days while the other was enrolled in Public School 44 in New York City, where he was present for 62 full days and 5 half days, was absent 3 full days and 8 half days, for a total accounting of 78 days. I have clearly gone on record and said that it is my belief that it was the Russian-speaking Oswald all along who had a mastoidectomy and that Hoover found out and did what he always did: faked the evidence. But Mr. B is afraid to discuss any of the topics above because he knows he will lose the debate. Maybe if I introduce a new topic Mr. B will respond, but I’m not holding my breath. Anyway.... In October of 1963, in what I suspect was a test by the assassination plotters to see if one Oswald could successfully appear as the other during close inspection, Texas Employment Commission employee Laura Kittrell, interviewed both Oswalds. She was able to distinguish between the two and accurately described both in an interview with the HSCA’s Gaeton Fonzi. Below is an excerpt of Mr. Fonzi’s report. I doubt Mr. B will want to talk about Ms. Kitrrell’s experience, or about any of the other topics above. Instead, he will just whine on and on and on and on about the mastoidectomy.
  11. I’ve stated before that I think it was always the Russian-speaking Oswald who had the mastoidectomy, that Hoover found out about it, and that Hoover did what he always did in this case: fake the evidence. Mr. B will no doubt state for the umpteenth time how outraged he is by the mastoidectomy coverage in Harvey and Lee, adding that he is so horrified that he simply can’t consider anything else. But when he’s done.... Will Mr. B ever answer this simple question? How did “Lee Harvey Oswald” serve in Atsugi, Japan, and in Ping-Tung, Formosa (Taiwan) at the very same time? Why, day after day, are two "Lee Harvey Oswalds," both serving in the U.S. Marines, in two widely separated places? Will Mr. B finally answer this question, or will he just continue to hide behind his mastoidectomy outrage? Answer: He won’t respond to the question because he can’t. Perhaps he will say the answer is somewhere else.
  12. Cory, J. Edgar Hoover brought up the possibility nearly three and a half years before the assassination of JFK. In a post he sent to the State Department and others, Hoover wrote, “there is a possibility that an imposter is using Oswald’s birth certificate….” See the last paragraph below. The funny thing is, Hoover was entirely correct. The "Oswald" who was trying to "defect" to the Soviet Union was indeed an imposter, though an unusually long-tern one. John describes the work of Michael Eddowes starting on page 946 of Harvey and Lee, but the important error that Mr. Eddowes made was that he assumed a Russian agent was substituted in the Soviet Union for American-born Lee Harvey Oswald. He didn't realize that the Russian-speaking Oswald had been living in the United States for more than a decade. When Linda Norton's exhumation panel declared that the corpse was indeed that of "Lee Harvey Oswald," they were entirely correct. But they didn't realize that two different "Lee Harvey Oswald's" were sharing the same identity, including in the USMC.
  13. How typical that Mr. B calls John A a “con man” when, in fact, he knows perfectly well that John gave up an income that, based on past performance, would surely have amounted to millions of dollars to pursue JFK assassination research exclusively for more than a decade. How fair minded of Mr B to say that this kind of behavior makes “Armstrong look like a con man”! I would be happy to discuss more freely the mastoidectomy evidence and analysis presented in Harvey and Lee, but since Mr. B’s partner Greg Parker clearly has nothing better to do than record my every online keystroke and react with feigned outrage, so that Mr. B himself can be outraged and post a link to it here, I’m not going to do it. Mr. B continues to demonstrate that his only interest here is attempting to criticize Harvey and Lee. He clearly has no interest whatsoever in exploring the significance of the trainload of evidence John A and others have brought to this case about multiple Oswalds. Not a bit of that has any interest to him. Just like the con man who isn't interested in the mark's money. EDIT: Interesting that just minutes ago the Ed Forum's "Online Users" list indicated that "Greg Parker" was reading this very thread (at around 4:20 pm PDT). No doubt he'll work up his latest tirades and send them to Mr. B so that they can both express their outrage about Harvey and Lee here. KEEP IT COMING, BOYS! I LOVE POSTING EVIDENCE! AND THERE IS SO MUCH MORE....
  14. Agreed. If Leo Sauvage accurately quoted Dallas Assistant D.A. Jim Bowie’s answer to his question, then there were “half a dozen calls” sending the cops to the theater, although Bowie did say Mrs. Postal was one of the callers. I just sent a note to John A. suggesting we exchange the photo Brian found for the one currently on our website.
  15. That's what you consider to be a "burning question?" Several parts of Sandy Larsen's original dental discoveries were added to HarveyandLee.net at roughly the same time Sandy first published them here. Last time I discussed the mastoidectomy with John, he wasn't convinced by my analysis.
  16. Readers may note that, exactly as I predicted, Mr. B continues to use the mastoidectomy as an excuse to ignore all the evidence for two Oswalds, including what has already been presented in this very thread. He does so because he believes his analysis, in his view, is “fatal” to the Harvey and Lee analysis. But that simply isn’t true. I have suggested a simple and entirely possible explanation—that it was the Russian-speaking Oswald all along who had the mastoidectomy, not the American-born Oswald. And I have shown that the minor evidence alterations required very much fit the pattern of FBI treachery that John A. and so many others have documented for decades Mr. B clearly just wants to discuss what he thinks are the deficiencies in John’s writing on the single topic of the mastoidectomy, rather than examine ALL the evidence for two Oswalds, or even just the biological evidence for two Oswalds. So.... Let me add another bit of biological evidence for Mr. B to ignore. One Oswald was 5’9’ tall and the other was 5’11” and quite a bit heavier. Although there are scattered references to “Oswald’s” height at 5’5”, 5’6” 5’8”, and two at 5’10”, the vast majority of documents list his height at either 5’9” or 5’11”. To take just three examples: The autopsy report of “Lee Harvey Oswald” lists his height as 5’9”, exactly matching the height listed on many other documents. But the 9/3/59 USMC medical exam and the 10/12/59 Armed Forces Report of Transfer or Discharge both list his height at 5’11”. None of these measurements are self-reported. And then there is the issue of American-born Oswald’s missing tooth or teeth. I really should bring this up every time Mr. B attempts to use the mastoidectomy to avoid all the other evidence. So.... Here is the evidence John first noted many years ago.. In the fall of 1954, LEE Oswald was in the 9th grade at Beauregard JHS, where he became friends with a kid named Ed Voebel after Voebel witnessed him in a protracted fight with the Neumeyer brothers, Johnny and Mike. Voebel and a couple of other kids attempted to patch Lee up. This was in November. Voebel told the Warren Commission that Oswald lost a tooth in the fight. Mr. JENNER. But you do remember that you attempted to help him when he was struck in the mouth on that occasion; is that right? Mr. VOEBEL. Yes; I think he even lost a tooth from that. I think he was cut on the lip, and a tooth was knocked out. Soon after the fight, Voebel took a famous photograph of Oswald that he eventually sold to LIFE magazine after the assassination. It appears to show LEE Oswald with a missing tooth. About a half century later, after one of a number of meetings John Armstrong had with Marina (Oswald) Porter, she handed him all the original photos of the 1981 exhumation. Here is one of them. As you can see, there is no missing front tooth. From this starting point, Sandy Larsen developed substantially more evidence. John Butler also discovered recently that the 1955 Civil Air Patrol photo (which also depicts David Ferrie) seems to show American-born LEE Oswald with a missing tooth that is clearly present in the exhumation photo. Here is a link to Sandy's thread on the missing teeth: Sandy Larsen’s Study of “Oswald” Dental Records I personally have the Feb. 21, 1964 edition of LIFE magazine which contains the big halftone reproduction of Voebel's photo that fills up all of page 70 and extends onto page 71. The images above (except Marina's exhumation graphic) were taken by me, or processed from my copies, and I did my best to make the most accurate reproductions possible.
  17. Brian Doyle found this image of the theater and ticket booth that appears to be from Nov. 22, 1963 or very close to that date.
  18. Chris, I think the HSCA quietly determined that, despite her testimony, Marina didn't take the pictures because she didn't have the slightest idea how to use the camera. HSCA: "I will show you those two photographs (133-A & 133-B) which are marked JFK Exhibit 1 and JFK Exhibit 2, do you recognize those two photographs?" Marina: "I sure do. I have seen them many times." HSCA: "What are they?" Marina. "That is the pictures that I took." HSCA: "Did you hold it [the Imperial Reflex camera] up to your eye and look through the viewer to take the picture?" Marina: "Yes." HSCA: "When you took the first picture you held it up to your eye?" Marina: "Yes." HSCA: "This camera, do you recall whether to take pictures with this camera, you would look down into the viewfinder or whether you would hold the camera up to your eye and look straight ahead?" Marina: "I just recall I think it is straight." HSCA: "You would put the camera up by your eye." Marina: "Yes." Here is the view Marina couldn't remember: Thanks to David Josephs for the image above.
  19. AT LAST! As I predicted, Mr. B. finally plays what he considers to be his ace in the hole, the mastoidectomy. I’ll admit that for many years this confused me, but my bet now is that it was Russian-speaking Harvey Oswald all along who had the procedure done, and not American-born Lee (although it was a far more common procedure in the early to mid 20th century than it is now). Hoover found out about it (if memory serves, there’s a reference to the mastoidectomy in the English translation of a Moscow medical document published by the Warren Commission) and he faked an entry into a U.S. medical record or two to make the histories match. Anyone who has spent some time reviewing the old FBI “Series 2” microfilm set from EMI knows that the FBI processed documents from all over the place, not just its own reports. As far as I could tell by just browsing through one of the many rolls with a microfilm reader, just about all printed documentation went through the Bureau, regardless of who allegedly produced it. Many o us here have demonstrated for years how the FBI faked so many documents, including reports of eyewitnesses, docs about the rifle purchase, tax forms, payroll records and so on. I think we can add an old medical report or two to the list. And, as always, let me offer the following exhibits to anyone who thinks such FBI treachery didn’t happen.
  20. Ron, Yeah, the booth looks rectangular to me too in most of the pictures from the day. But it may be an optical illusion. It does appear to be Mrs. Postal in the booth, and a Google Image search for the photo I have gets no hits whatsoever other than my website which, in this case, is weird. John A. sent me the photo relatively recently (last year or two), but I didn’t think to ask what his source was. It might be interesting to track this down. Below is a scan I just made of the top of page 147 of Robert Groden’s The Search for Lee Harvey Oswald. Under PHOTO CREDITS at the back of the book, the source for the photo at left is “Robert J. Groden Collection.”
  21. How 'bout some REAL evidence that "Oswald" was CIA? I've been working on this list for several years. 20 Facts Indicating the Oswald Project Was Run by the CIA 1. CIA accountant James Wilcott testified that he made payments to an encrypted account for “Oswald or the Oswald Project.” Contemporaneous HSCA notes indicate Wilcott told staffers, but wasn't allowed to say in Executive session, that the cryptonym for the CIA's "Oswald Project" was RX-ZIM. 2. A 1978 CIA memo indicates that a CIA operations officer “had run an agent into the USSR, that man having met a Russian girl and eventually marrying her,” a case very similar to Oswald’s and clearly indicating that the Agency ran a “false defector” program in the 1950s. 3. Robert Webster and LHO "defected" a few months apart in 1959, both tried to "defect" on a Saturday, both possessed "sensitive" information of possible value to the Russians, both were befriended by Marina Prusakova, and both returned to the United States in the spring of 1962. 4. Richard Sprague, Richard Schweiker, and CIA agents Donald Norton and Joseph Newbrough all said LHO was associated with the CIA. 5. CIA employee Donald Deneslya said he read reports of a CIA "contact" who had worked at a radio factory in Minsk and returned to the US with a Russian wife and child. 6. Kenneth Porter, employee of CIA-connected Collins Radio, left his family to marry (and probably monitor) Marina Oswald after LHO’s death. 7. George Joannides, case officer and paymaster for DRE (which LHO had attempted to infiltrate) was put in charge of lying to the HSCA and never told them of his relationship to DRE. 8. For his achievements, Joannides was given a medal by the CIA. 9. FBI took Oswald off the watch list at the same time a CIA cable gave him a clean bill of political health, weeks after Oswald’s New Orleans arrest and less than two months before the assassination. 10. Oswald’s lengthy “Lives of Russian Workers” essay reads like a pretty good intelligence report. 11. Oswald’s possessions were searched for microdots. 12. Oswald owned an expensive Minox spy camera, which the FBI tried to make disappear. 13. Even the official cover story of the radar operator near American U-2 planes defecting to Russia, saying he would give away all his secrets, and returning home without penalty smells like a spy story. 14. CIA's Richard Case Nagell clearly knew about the plot to assassinate JFK and LHO’s relation to it, and he said that the CIA and the FBI ignored his warnings. 15. LHO always seemed poor as a church mouse, until it was time to go “on assignment.” For his Russian adventure, we’re to believe he saved all the money he needed for first class European hotels and private tour guides in Moscow from the non-convertible USMC script he saved. In the summer of 1963, he once again seemed to have enough money to travel abroad to Communist nations. 16. To this day, the CIA claims it never interacted with Oswald, that it didn’t even bother debriefing him after the “defection.” What utter bs…. 17. After he “defected” to the Soviet Union in 1959, bragging to U.S. embassy personnel in Moscow that he would tell the Russians everything he knew about U.S. military secrets, he returns to the U.S. without punishment and is then in 1963 given the OK to travel to Cuba and the Soviet Union again! 18. Allen Dulles, the CIA director fired by JFK, and the Warren Commission clearly wanted the truth hidden from the public to protect sources and methods of intelligence agencies such as the CIA. Earl Warren said, “Full disclosure was not possible for reasons of national security.” 19. CIA's Ann Egerter, who worked for J.J. Angleton's Counterintelligence Special Interest Group (CI/SIG), opened a "201" file on Oswald on December 9, 1960. Egerter testified to the HSCA: "We were charged with the investigation of Agency personnel....” When asked if the purpose was to "investigate Agency employees," she answered, "That is correct." When asked, "Would there be any other reason for opening up a file?" she answered, "No, I can't think of one." 20. President Kennedy and the CIA clearly were at war with each other in the weeks immediately before his assassination, as evidenced by Arthur Krock's infamous defense of the Agency in the Oct. 3, 1963 New York Times. “Oswald” was the CIA’s pawn.
  22. You seriously think the Director of the CIA sent a memo to the Chief of the Secret Service stating that "Oswald subject was trained by this agency...."? Seriously? Below is another thread from this forum discussing this memo. Every single person who participated agreed it was a hoax. http://educationforum.ipbhost.com/topic/20024-supposed-cia-memo-lho-was-trained-by-this-agency/
