  1. So Ruby did not want to be at the motorcade based on his actions that day. You admit that?
  2. David, play arguendo, why would she not want to admit she knew the depository was on Elm?
  3. Where was he? Need proof and citation exactly where he was at 12:30. Thanks.
  4. I already did above. But if one looks at this thread logically clearly her testimony was suspicious. That is how lawyers attack the credibility of a witness. She doesn’t know her sisters job? Ok I can but that. She doesn’t know a dangerous weapon is being placed into her vehicle while moving. Ummm… ok? She doesn’t know a dangerous weapon is stored in her garage yet she is a pacifist. Now this is getting ripe. She on two occasions knows the address on Elm but testified she thought it was elsewhere. Cmon dude! No jury let’s a witness do that. Either you can see it or you can’t David but that smell is not the kitchen dinner. Open your mind and ask these questions with me while chanting.
  5. So we are to believe this historic event was to be missed by Marina whom RP noted liked America and we know was interested in the visit and small children missing this opportunity to see the President, Jackie, Gov and First Lady of Texas, VP and Lady Bird, and a US Senator. All for a teeth cleaning and a chance at a free prize from the dentist treasure box. Wow just wow.
  6. David it is relevant. I’m sorry you don’t see that.
  7. That’s not a denial. Again, she knew the Elm address on two occasions prior. That is a fact.
  8. Awww so I went and looked at the 1961 version. It shows an address. On elm street. So if she called she HAD to have seen the address on elm. Maybe a different number but on elm. Sorry. Now your quote above confirms that w Hosty they looked it up. Thank you. So I have proven, prior to the assassination, on two occasions, she saw the Elm address. Therefore ladies and gentlemen of the jury, with Mr. Von Peins help, we can show she knew LHO worked on Elm. Moreover, her story about it being somewhere else “The first I realized that there was a building on Elm was when I heard on the television on the morning of the 22nd of November” Is at best odd. https://texashistory.unt.edu/ark:/67531/metapth806907/m1/207/zoom/?q=Depository&resolution=1.0541458019897474&lat=3418.0271767439417&lon=651.1032372631902
  9. David, from your blog. "I looked up the number in the book, and dialed it, was told I would need to speak to Mr. Truly, who was at the warehouse. if she looked it up in the book, as I noted above, can you be a dove and look up the Dallas phone book in 1963 and see which address is listed. Thanks.
  10. Exactly. See my post. What does Hosty say? Did he go to the wrong location also?
  11. Here, let me answer one thing. Marina learned of the visit from RP. Her, RP and LHO discussed the visit the night before, though LHO avoided discussing it. Marina said she was interested and since RP was aware of it, the question is, why not go watch the motorcade? No one has yet given me an answer. Speculation yes but no answer. Why? Because no one ever asked this. They stopped when they heard the word “dentist” and didn’t ask the logical follow-up question. Perhaps they would not have liked the answer?
  12. See another point to bring up. Bring valid questions and the term looney comes out to quiet you. DVP try answering these points rather than referring to them as looney.
  13. So let’s verify this. She testified she told an FBI agent prior to the assassination that LHO worked at the TSBD. Curious, does the report say that or, does Hosty-not my area- mention this in his writings. Does he say she told him the wrong building?
  14. Hey, if RP helped LHO pack to go to New Orleans, wouldn’t he have the rifle then? Isn’t it odd she would not notice it or was it cleverly wrapped then too like it allegedly had been hiding in her garage? Wow just wow.
  15. And really, isn’t it odd that she did not know where the TSBD was located-allegedly- yet she was able to correctly call it. I suppose she did not look up the number in the phone book and notice the address. her testimony in the Shaw trial clearly notes she called inquiring about a job
  16. Another thought, she testified people came by her house and kids played there obviously. Yet a rifle was in her garage. She never noticed it of course- great alibi-but isn’t that kind of odd and dangerous with people going in and out of the house?
  17. I mean in her testimony she told the wc she had a “boring” life-another great alibi btw- so why not head downtown and see the excitement as opposed to going to the dentist?
  18. It sure seems that a dentist appointment is a great alibi. What if she didn’t go because she didn’t care for Kennedy’s policies. Whoops don’t go down that street.
  19. So RP testimony confirms: 1- she had interest in the presidential visit. 2-Marina had interest in the visit. 3- she had a very convenient alibi with a dentist appointment. So, why would she schedule a dentist appointment on the day of the visit. Such a historical event certainly one would think a drive downtown to see the president would be a better use of ones time than an appointment that could be performed anytime. However, why would this question not be asked? If Marina or RP might say LHO told them not to come down that certainly looks suspicious of LHO. Alternatively what if he said please come down? Whoops, that would creat a motive problem.
  20. Again why did RP not go and did she not realize the route went by Lee’s work? Did Marina not want to go and bring her children as others did, especially when they could have had lunch with Lee? As a trial lawyer, this would have been one of my questions to them.
