  1. So it seems I’m not getting a response so I’ll explain my thoughts on this. With JFK, Warren Commission supporters jump all over the autopsy to prove the shots came from behind. Yet with the RFK, they conveniently ignore the autopsy. With JFK, selective witnesses are accepted while others ignored. Okay one says but they are not credible or are confused. But, with RFK, again serious and credible witnesses such as Paul Schrade are ignored. So I asked what evidence are you relying on that RFK was murdered. You stated the witnesses. Ok, fair answer but the witnesses do not all pin it on Sirhan alone. Moreover, the RFK autopsy clearly shows the fatal shot was not fired from Sirhan revolver. Do kindly admit it is not “the evidence”-as if all the evidence leads to one conclusion-you rely on but rather, that limited and selective “evidence” which you alone have determined to be important. Considering the psychology people bring when looking at a problem, if you never see a conspiracy in the evidence you probably are judging the evidence with a biased perspective. That applies to conspiracists as well, so it is fair to apply that logic to myself but David when I say I see no evidence that leads me to conclude Dorothy was killed I think I satisfy the neutral standard. Do you satisfy that standard or do you lean biased to never finding a conspiracy. To refute the actual RFK evidence seems odd if you are neutral.
  2. Umm Ron, the quote was taken from a note she wrote. The article is clear on that. So yes, a persons diary or personal writings are admissible in a court of law under the right circumstances. Strange you would bring that up though A great deal of evidence against LHO or, evidence cited by conspiracists to show 11-22-63 was a conspiracy would likewise not be admissible in a court of law. Try reading this and note all the people who had things to say. You don’t really believe they are all lying do you? https://www.vanityfair.com/hollywood/2022/03/marilyn-monroes-final-hours/amp
  3. Forget what Lawford says. Let’s hear what the victim had to say in her own words. “One note reveals that Monroe might have distrusted and even feared J.F.K.’s brother-in-law, Lawford, who was the last person to speak to her on the phone before she was found dead. In a handsome, green, engraved Italian diary, probably dating to around 1956, Monroe writes of the “feeling of violence I’ve had lately about being afraid of Peter he might harm me, poison me, etc. why—strange look in his eyes—strange behavior.” Monroe writes that she feels “uneasy at different times with him,” and that she believes him to be “homosexual.” She writes that she loves, respects, and admires “Jack”—most likely the dancer and choreographer Jack Cole—“who I feel feels I have talent and wouldn’t be jealous of me because I wouldn’t really want to be me.” Of Lawford, she concludes, “Peter wants to be a woman—and would like to be me—I think.” https://themarilynmonroecollection.com/marilyns-secret-diaries-in-vanity-fair/
  4. That’s nice but not what I asked you. If you feel it was him alone then based upon your prior posts it appears you feel this way based upon the “evidence”. You mentioned the witnesses. Would you agree that the witnesses do not all agree it was Sirhan? Do you agree that a witness saw a woman going down stairs exclaiming I believe “we got him” or something to that affect? Yes or no?
  5. Awww. Ok. Assuming I agree with you, please go over the RFK witnesses. Do you believe Sirhan murdered RFK? If yes, did all the witnesses say Sirhan fired the shot that killed RFK? Did all the evidence support that Sirhan firing from in front of RFK fired the fatal shot?
  6. No your misinterpretation of my posts is the only thing suggesting a similarity. Now, so in the RFK case you rely on the witnesses saying he was shot. Why not simply rely on the autopsy for that conclusion?
  7. I am trying to understand how you define the term “evidence” as you brought it up. Or perhaps, more accurately, what things do you believe are the evidence in the RFK case which proves he was murdered? I would think the autopsy report. Would you tend to agree?
  8. Ah,so was RFK murdered David? In your opinion and if so based on what “evidence”?
  9. I should add, I take no credit for the term “JFK fanboy”. My never leaving house guest Cliff “The Mooch” Varnel coined it.
  10. David try to catch up to conversation. Read what I wrote above- Cory A. Santos, Sr. , Esq.
  11. I have no evidence that she was. So your assumption is really misplaced.
  12. Really? So Marilyn could not have been killed by them? Or, there is no way she was not killed by anyone else? Sounds like something DVP might say to a non Warren commission supporter. Strange that when anyone doesn’t support the JFK fanboy club with a theory JFK did something wrong or was associated with something wrong the logic of Warren supporters is used to suppress thought. Arguing Marilyn was murdered, and she was, is the starting point to fix a terrible historical wrong that claims she committed suicide, which she didn’t. Suppressing legitimate questions because they might upset the fan base is disingenuous.
  13. Well speaking as someone who actually knew and/or knows people who were close to her and/or were with her at certain points, they agree she spent time with him along with other names I won’t mention. So unless people here KNOW people with firsthand knowledge as opposed to knowledge obtained from a book, to say there was no relationship seems naive. Having said that I will not watch that fake film nor can it be failed to note that some accounts of Monroe and JFK are greatly exaggerated by some books and/or films. It seems many have sadly tried to darken the legacy of both by focusing on this as opposed to what they did. She certainly deserves better remembrance. She was an outstanding actor and entertainer. Interestingly, my office in Reno is across the street from the Virginia Street Bridge where Monroe famously threw her wedding ring into the river in “The Misfits”. While filming the movie, she stayed at The Mapes hotel which also used to be directly across the street from my office. As to what happened to her there are so many theories. I think she may have gotten involved in things she shouldn’t have. I do not point to any theory as correct. Perhaps when her psychiatrists records are released in the next decade we will get answers. May she rest in peace and her real legacy be remembered.
  14. As usual, vague. I still want to know why she didn’t go to watch the parade. At least Max tried to fill in some puzzle pieces Tracy. Why dont you go film her?
  15. Lol sounds like you had a lucky trip. I was trying to film once and this guy would not shut up and actually followed me until I let him know he needed to leave me alone. He went looking for someone else to bother.
  16. Except he decided to leave his wedding ring. He knew a lot. By your logic if he knew nothing then there is no point to kill him.
  17. I once saw a magazine at the grocery store of this picture saying Castro was in Dealey and it had a laughing picture of Castro cropped onto Lovelady/Oswald lookalike’s body.
  18. Actually, I must say this caption is interesting. It has explained both occupants had already been hit and that secret service agents were looking where the “shot” came. Brilliant deductions so early on. Almost as if the paper had solved the case that day.
  19. Ah ha. So you DVP admit photos were manipulated by adding images on the first day. Lol.
  20. On the first paper, why are there two arrows. One in particular where the cracked windshield approximately is.
