John Dolva
I'll take this pause as an opportunity to make some comments, misguided or not. . I felt a fairly certain defeat. . I don't know who'll win (tho with the couple of dodgy moves (mostly me to blame I think, posting conflicting images and moves that are a bit difficult to unravel. (this game has been going on for some years now)) to say there can be a winner is moot. Yet that's not really the point. To the best of my ability I've tried to teach the game. I think we are in a rather fuzzy (usually it's sharper. One can sense it to within a move) transition to the End Game ( of three stages, beginning, middle, . ) ) and some possibly strange moves cease to be so strange. In the end game one basically shuts the game down by securing boundaries and maximises UNFILLED territory. While I haven't gained much territory, various attacks has reduced territory by forcing a defense ( sorry). ' There's no reason you can't do the same. Norman Pratt
B - L 2. I think your last move should read 'J 2', John, but as the board is correct I'm playing on!
