Groden wins in municipal court, again.

There's a report on Channel 8 News tonight, in Dallas, that Robert

Groden has won his case in the municipal court. It's not on the

station's web site as I type this, but expect it will be here, soon:

JUDGE DISMISSES CHARGES AGAINST ROBERT GRODEN!

(Folks, I suggest calling the Dallas Mayor's office and the Dallas police department and complain about the Dallas police continually harassing Robert Groden

Judge dismisses charge against Dealey Plaza pamphleteer

Rudolph Bush/Reporter

A Dallas municipal judge has dismissed charges against a man who sells conspiracy theory literature about the Kennedy assassination in Dealey Plaza.

Robert Groden was arrested in June for selling his material in violation of city code.

The decision by Judge Carrie Chavez to dismiss the charges was technical and rested on her determination that the court does not have jurisdiction in the case.

Groden's attorney, Bradley Kizzia, was pleased with the decision.

"Note that the basis for the Court's ruling is principally that the ordinances in question do NOT apply to Groden's activities in Dealey Plaza. That means that Robert's arrest and incarceration were without legal justification," he wrote in an e-mail Thursday.

the city attorney's office has not yet decided whether to continue efforts to prosecute Groden.

"The City is studying the judge's order dismissing the complaint against Mr. Groden, and is considering its options," a statement from the office said.

Are you kidding me? Do you think we all live in the city of Dallas?

What right does anyone who lives outside the city, county, even the state of Texas have to call and complain about a city police matter?

Are you out of your mind Robert?

I hope you call the DPD over and over so you get arrested for harrasment

In other news im glad Groden won, I have always been and always will be behind Groden and his work

Of course, we should all make phones, send letters and emails to the city of Dallas to stop this police harassment and oppression of American hero Robert Groden. He has been ticketed over 80 times for exercising his First Amendment rights on public property.

By the way, I was personally present on the Grassy Knoll in June, 2010 when Robert Groden was arrested and PUT IN JAIL FOR NO GOOD REASON!! And that is an outrage. I think Groden spent a whopping two days in jail over this until someone got him out (I think, not sure).

And by the way I am making phone calls to Dallas Mayor's office, the Dallas city attorney's office and the Dallas police department over this outrageous behavior and even criminal behavior of the Dallas police.

If you are so much for Robert Groden and his work, Dean H., why don't you get off your butt and do something? Glad I'm not counting on you for anything.

I suggest for folks to call the Dallas police department and request that they quit harassing, intimidating and terrorizing Robert Groden just for exercising his First Amendment Rights. I did and and I made it CLEAR how ugly this police oppression is. Ask to speak to the Police chief David Brown's office or his chief of Staff who is Deputy Randall Blankenbaker whose number is 214-671-3052.

And then when you are done with that, call the Dallas Mayor's office.

Hey Robert,

Let me ask you a question:

"Do you think that Rockefeller is responsible for Groden being arrested? Ditto question for Henry Cabot Lodge?"

(Sorry folks, I couldn't resist!!!) :tomatoes

Greg,

No, but I think Nelson Rockefeller was very likely involved in the JFK assassination... And you don't? Care to give an opinion?

From Defrauding America, Rodney Stich, 3rd edition 1998 p. 638-639]:

“The Role of deep-cover CIA officer, Trenton Parker, has been described in earlier pages, and his function in the CIA's counter-intelligence unit, Pegasus. Parker had stated to me earlier that a CIA faction was responsible for the murder of JFK … During an August 21, 1993, conversation, in response to my questions, Parker said that his Pegasus group had tape recordings of plans to assassinate Kennedy. I asked him, "What group were these tapes identifying?" Parker replied: "Rockefeller, Allen Dulles, Johnson of Texas, George Bush, and J. Edgar Hoover." I asked, "What was the nature of the conversation on these tapes?"

I don't have the tapes now, because all the tape recordings were turned over to [Congressman] Larry McDonald. But I listened to the tape recordings and there were conversations between Rockefeller, [J. Edgar] Hoover, where [Nelson] Rockefeller asks, "Are we going to have any problems?" And he said, "No, we aren't going to have any problems. I checked with Dulles. If they do their job we'll do our job." There are a whole bunch of tapes, because Hoover didn't realize that his phone has been tapped. Defrauding America, Rodney Stich, 3rd edition p. 638-639]:

Folks, please listen to American hero, patriot, and truth teller Robert Groden who has been harassed, terrorized, and criminally intimated, and false arrested by the Dallas police. Go to the 8:35 mark in the part 1 interview and hear how the Dept. of Homeland Security showed up one day on the grassy knoll with MACHINE GUNS to intimidate peaceful, truth teller American patriot Robert Groden.

The police have told Robert Groden several times that GARY MACK of the ridiculously stupid, disinformation outfit Sixth Floor Museum is the behind pressure and the impetus for the official repression. Robert Groden is now suing the totalitarians at Dallas city hall and police and I hope he takes them for a lot of money. How much do you think being falsely imprisoned and continually harassed is worth? We are going to find out!

Ah of course he shows up on AJ's show lol....Just a bit discomforting considering Alex Jones' CIA role lol. I am not too keen on Groden's situation, maybe something to look into. I'd like to know more concerning Groden's takes on the JFK hit in order to have a more informed opinion of him, considering he's been on the JFK case for a long time. Usually if most well known researchers believe (for example) that Oswald did it, etc, I find that very unattractive in terms of their work.
