There is only one ongoing news story that’s being systematically censored out of virtually all U.S. news media. This has been the finding from a first-of-its-kind test of virtually all U.S. news media that report national and international news. The most-censored news story during 2014 will be identified here.

The method that I employed in order to determine how heavily the U.S. press censors out a particular news story is: Throughout 2014 I constantly submitted original news reports, regarding specifically the topics that were (and still are) most widely considered by journalists (and often also by historians, and by other interested segments of the American public) to be the most puzzling and the least coherently explained and reported ongoing news stories in the American press. Prominent recent examples of such news stories are (and most of the examples that are being cited here come from my own news reports on them, my actual tests of these stories, as was summarized by me in mid-2014 here, and so that’s where you’ll find the details on these ongoing heavily-censored stories):

— Barack Obama’s zero prosecutions of bank CEOs who were implicated by Senator Carl Levin’s Committee, and by the Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Justice, and by other federal investigations, into the cause of the 2008 economic collapse and the resulting soaring Federal Government (i.e., taxpayer) indebtedness (bailouts) in order to recover from this collapse, which was clearly caused by an explosion in mortgage-backed-securities frauds, though none of the implicated CEOs — the people who were in command and who were making billions from these MBS frauds — was prosecuted for it;

— Obama’s zero prosecutions also of the individuals who participated in America’s illegal torture program after 9/11, including George W. Bush and possibly also Barack Obama himself (as being an accessory-after-the-fact for his covering up their crimes, if not possibly even as his being a continuer of some of those crimes);

— The failure of any of the State Department’s Environmental Impact studies of the proposed Keystone XL Pipeline to calculate, or even to employ investigators who possessed scientific backgrounds relevant to the calculation of, the likely impact that the proposed pipeline would have on raising the Earth’s mean temperature during coming centuries and millennia — the commonly called “global warming” impact of the pipeline, if built and used — and the amount of sheer corruption which was involved in those Federal studies;

— The massacre in Odessa Ukraine on 2 May 2014 of opponents of the coup that the U.S. had carried out via the State Deportment, CIA and other agencies, which coup had overthrown (on 22 February 2014) the Russia-friendly, democratically elected, Ukrainian President, Viktor Yanukovych;

— The subsequent U.S.-sponsored Ukrainian ethnic cleansing program which has been carried out since then by the U.S.-backed new Ukrainian regime in order to eliminate the voters in the area of Ukraine called Donbass, which had voted 90% for Yanukovych and which voters therefore presented the threat of possibly electing out-of-office the Obama-installed leaders and thus of restoring a Russia-friendly person to Ukraine’s Presidency.

Those news stories are the main contestants that I have come up with as having been possibly the most-censored news story of 2014. I tested also other ongoing but under-reported news stories (by submitting, to virtually all national U.S. news media, the news reports I did regarding all of the various contesting ongoing suppressed news stories), but the few ongoing news stories, that are listed here, provide some sense of the sorts of news events and stories which I was testing, throughout this past year.

Without question, the most-censored news story of 2014, as determined by this test — a test that I have been constantly carrying out ever since the May 2nd massacre that the new Ukrainian Government perpetrated in Odessa — is precisely the Ukrainian news story: it’s the winner of my contest. This ongoing news story started with the February 22nd coup, then included the May 2nd massacre which led to Donbass’s secession from Ukraine, and it finally is continuing with this ethnic cleansing of Donbass. The purpose of the May 2nd massacre was, in fact, to terrify the pro-Russians in Ukraine’s southeast — especially in Donbass, the most pro-Russian area — so as to precipitate the secession of Donbass, so that there would then be an excuse for the Ukrainian Government to bomb it and so to get rid of the residents there, whose overwhelming votes had clearly made Yanukovych Ukraine’s President. The Obama regime doesn’t want the people there; it wants only the land on which they live. It needs this in order to be able to place nuclear missiles there, aimed against next-door Russia. The Obama Administration’s game-plan is to keep the land, and to kill the people who are living on it.

This sequence of events has been major news, and it’s been thoroughly suppressed in the U.S.

I have found that, whereas I was able to place, at some mainstream and some alternative-news sites, even news reports about President Obama’s violations of his publicly stated policy-commitments, and other such ‘controversial’ matters, only around a half-dozen news-media accepted even a single one of my numerous news-reports about the Ukrainian coup and its aftermaths — events that might even lead to a World War III, and that therefore are unquestionably important news events, which the public in a democracy ought to know about.

Not even President Obama’s promise in which he privately assured the assembled CEOs of Wall Street, at the beginning of his Administration, that he would not prosecute any of them, but instead would protect all of them from being prosecuted — and his following through with that secret promise — not even this protection by him of the mega-bank CEOs, has been as heavily censored out of the American press as has been the Ukrainian story.

Consequently, America’s press-lords are even more determined and united to suppress the reality in Ukraine than they are to suppress the reality about America’s 2008 economic crash and the resulting bailouts and soaring federal debt. There is something about the Ukrainian story that has caused virtually all owners of America’s news media to be determined to prohibit the American public from knowing the reality there. (See here how much in fear of losing their jobs the reporters throughout the West are, and how they are kept in line by their publishers and by the editors whom their publishers hire.)

This finding is, itself, like all of my news reports and commentaries, being distributed free of charge to virtually all U.S. national-news media (print, TV, and radio). The few media that will publish it are likely to be the same ones that have carried one or more of my news reports about the situation in Ukraine (and that’s fewer than ten). As regards all other American news media: those are the ones that are covering-up this important matter — not reporting it to their readers, viewers, and listeners.

It’s clear that they have been covering it up, because they certainly have been informed of the numerous events in this ongoing news-story about Ukraine after May 2nd: I and other investigative journalists have been submitting honest and well-researched and well-written news stories to them throughout that time regarding this U.S.-initiated and backed Ukrainian ethnic-cleansing program.

There is, for some reason, virtual unanimity among the owners of America’s press, that America’s public must be prohibited from knowing about the America Government’s operation in Ukraine. Perhaps one reason why this ongoing news story is so heavily censored is that the entire issue taking place in Ukraine could lead to something that might be far larger and potentially far more dangerous than merely a local ethnic-cleansing campaign. And Americans would then pay close attention to it. The importance of this news story is why it is being suppressed.

Yes, reading the translations is hard. I'm not a linguist but there is a similarity in sentence structure in other languages. How I understand it that words that are kernel to a message is mentioned first followed by its various qualities. For example a green tree is a tree green. Use something like that in a complicated sentence it sometimes looks like it (to an english speaker) is saying something opposite to what it is saying. In time it's possible to catch the rhythm and read with much less difficulty. Some things are still so ambiguous I have really no idea what is being said, written but often someone else will say it differently or context provices a sufficient guide to meaning. Add to that cultural regional ethnic peculiarities I'm not really qualified nor do I have the up to date timely data to be able to answer that, particularly now when there seems to be not only a blanket on information but also the situation is in flux so something I say now may be different in an hour.

Basically there was a poipular discontent in kiev that was coopted by lumpen elements under control of fascist forces now in the junta in kiev. Their agenda is not to talk to the people of the south east but to tell them and if they argue to order them and if they refuse to shoot them. They will not stop on their own accord. There is too much invested in this. The west that can influence the junta are doing the opposite in condoning the situation and bowing down to the massive influence to force this western narrative on people with no alternatives. I find that deeply disturbing.

Here's a gif of the situation just prior to the beginning of the calls for cease-fire*. The Peoples Republics were poised to pyush a dramatic counterattack. Since then the junta have been rearming and they have now entered again a very active phase. The cease-fire has been declared over.

I will say first that I would like to persuade the Ukrainian government to take all their artillery, multiple rocket launchers, tanks and infantry fighting vehicles with all munitions on ranges and completely shot ammo. Then overtake military equipment in designated places (factories) and cut with a blowtorch, and scrap metal to use remelting. Thus would support the work of the metallurgical enterprises for peaceful purposes, and then the entire industry. It will be demilitarization.

MOSCOW, January 15. /TASS/. Nearly 150 schools and medical facilities have been restored in Ukraine’s war-ravaged south-east thanks to Russian relief aid sent to the Donetsk and Luhansk regions over the past six months, Russian Deputy Emergencies Minister Vladimir Stepanov said on Thursday.

“Over the period of humanitarian aid supplies, some 150 socially significant facilities have been restored,” Stepanov told TASS. “These are healthcare facilities and schools,” he said, adding that restoration work continued in eastern territory shattered by conflict between government forces and local militias.

“Another 400 facilities are being restored at the moment,” Stepanov said, noting also that Russian relief cargoes helped to provide food to socially disadvantaged people living at more than 2,200 locations.

OSCE chairman urges Ukrainian conflict sides to return to negotiations and stop violence

DONETSK, January 15. /TASS/. Representatives of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) came under fire near Mariupol, deputy head of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug said Thursday.

"An incident with our patrol has been registered. Our patrol came under direct fire which was delivered from yet unidentified positions," he said responding to a reporter's question about whether the mission notes violations of the ceasefire.

"No-one was hurt, the car was not damaged either," Hug added.

He also noted that there were fightings during the day initiated by both sides, adding that it is early to say that Minsk agreements are fully implemented.

Kiev, Jan 15 (Prensa Latina) Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko on Thursday signed a decree establishing three partial waves of compulsory military mobilization in 2015, a decision that confirms recent denunciations of plans to impose a solution of force in the rebel southeastern part of the country.

I signed this decree and submitted it to Parliament for the respective approval of that legislative house, said Poroshenko when confirming his stance in favor of sectors that want to impose a blood bath in the insurgent People's Republics of Donetsk (PRD) and Lugansk (PRL).

Two days ago, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov warned at a joint news conference with his Latvian counterpart, Edgar Rinkevics, that Moscow has information about Ukraine's plans to try to impose a violent solution to the conflict in the southeast (Donbass).

Lavrov pointed out that according to the information, Kiev plans to mobilize 50,000-200,000 soldiers, and underlined that Russia verifies that information, which he described as very alarming.

If confirmed, it would be a catastrophe, the head of Russian diplomacy stressed.

He added that due to that same reason, Russia favors a permanent, definitive and unconditional ceasefire in Donbass as soon as possible.

We are worried about the resumption of hostilities, stressed Lavrov, adding that so far, none of the formats to negotiate peace has succeeded.

When referring to the recently-signed decree, Poroshenko insisted that reinforcing the State's defensive capacity is the main task this year.

He underlined that "the duty to defend the State must be equally distributed among all regions with a proportional number of reservists".

Unfortunately, during the previous recruitments we have had certain inequalities, he commented, when explaining that there are four regions whose indicators are much smaller than the country's average.

Poroshenko confirmed that he has instructed the Ministry of Defense, the chief of the Presidential Administration and the secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine to oversee the compliance with this regulation.

Russia’s Investigations Committee has instituted a criminal case over the shelling of residential blocks in the town of Shakhtyorsk in the much-troubled war-torn Donetsk region that took away the life of the 5-year-old Artyom Voronov and left his 9-year-old brother Ivan severely wounded.

Vladimir Markin, the official spokesman for the committee told TASS earlier the criminal case had been instituted on charges of utilization of prohibited methods and instruments of war, murder and attempt at a murder.

And how, in your opinion, whether many residents of other Ukraine (even those from them who against the Kiev junta) wishes that their "cities and towns" turned into Donetsk, Lugansk, the village Lugansk? Of course, no. Because and appeal of the idea of "Novorossiya" strongly fell since spring of the last year in the opinion of most of inhabitants of the Southeast of Ukraine.

Thus in the republics of Donbass effective state institutes are often not created. And many that "are created" …, in Lugansk "prosecutor's office" grenade launchers (!!!) so "detains" one of leaders of a militia with companions that to the Kiev junta to the "law enforcement agency" of LNR which split Novorossiya's supporters during a time to put a monument. One more riddle? And, maybe, really the leaders of the national republics aren't going to build on uncontrollable to junta territories any states, and count on "return to Ukraine", and army of a militia renamed into "militia"?

Or not any riddles? Everything goes how goes? We will remember background of revival of Novorossiya.

The most powerful state device of the USA, realizing the plans of world supremacy sounded by their president (under the pretext of "democracy" which set the teeth on edge), arranged "the Ukrainian national revolution of advantage" at the Russian borders, having spent for it, according to their data, about five billion dollars (this now not international crime — to organize and finance overthrow of the duly elected president, and a merit in "fight of Good with the Evil"?).

The end 2013 – the beginning of 2014

Yanukovych who won presidential elections under slogans of rapprochement with Russia holds, nevertheless, policy of "European integration". The Russian side repeatedly proves Ukrainian that signing of economic part of association with the EU will break links of Ukraine with the Customs Union, therefore, lion's part Ukrainian the industry and export will disappear. Indignation was addressed here only not to instigators, and those who these records dared them, to "defenders of human rights" to show instead of the expected pathetic justifications of "the rams conducted on sacrifice".

Thus, in Ukraine the American plan was implemented — the will of the country leaders to resistance to seizure of power was paralyzed western by pressure and threats. It was necessary to add last "strokes" — to arrange "a bloody bath" on the Maidan and to part "sucker": to promise "tyukhe-condom" inviolability and participation in early elections. The European accomplices of the Yankee coped with this simple task — Janec gives the order of militia to recede (here only where?), and itself hurries to rescue "himself favourite". In the same Kharkov, at all opportunities and legal basis, doesn't decide to organize resistance to putshists, in general in the country isn't late. In result and Ukraine lost, and property "foreign".

February 23, 2014. Defender of the Fatherland Day. What at this time Putin undertakes? Closing of the Sochi Olympic Games. The Olympic Games which Putin by right considered a child. March — triumphal reunion of the Crimea with Russia. Almost bloodless (and it in the presence of 30 thousand groups of the Ukrainian troops and powerful "the fifth column" in the person of the guide of the Crimean Tatars). Didn't know, what for the West Russians (as well as all Orthodox Christians) can't have the rights? For example, in Kosovo even the referendum about independence wasn't. Anything — NATO destroyed by bombing Serbia, Kosovo cut off, Milosevic executed and even forgiveness for the Serbian people didn't ask.

Yes isn't present. Of what only Putin was accused, but only not of naivety. He couldn't but know that "the world predominant force" will never forgive it such independence, that deprived the States of the Crimea as the "an unsinkable aircraft carrier" controlling Southeast Europe and the Western Asia. Because "war of sanctions" couldn't but be considered by the Kremlin management.

Besides realization of expectations of reunion of the Russian people Putin considered also the future permanent territorial dispute with westernized Ukraine — "brake" of its accession to NATO. Analog — territorial disputes and the Russian troops in Abkhazia and South Ossetia don't allow the same Georgia to become the member of North Atlantic alliance.

So, "the cunning plan of Putin" for the relation at least to the Crimea was. Nobody argues with it (conspiracy theories everything the decisive world government according to which Putin was presented with a fait accompli by "annexations of the Crimea", seriously we won't consider). So, we will remember a conclusion, important for our article — there was "Putin's plan" for the Crimea.

And in relation to the remained Ukraine? After all from the same where is closer than the Chernigov or Sumy areas to Moscow to the American rockets, than from the Crimean peninsula or from the same Donbass. It is logical to assume that the plan for all Ukraine was and is. That it for the plan and what extent of its realization by the present moment — we will try to understand proceeding from further actions of the Russian power.

By the way, for those who declares that Moscow has at all no right to interfere with affairs of "sovereign Ukraine". Moscow also didn't interfere until the USA arranged revolution in Kiev. Would interfere earlier — perhaps, Ukraine, as well as 23 years before, would remain as uniform, peace, neutral, really democratic (but not with all freedoms destroyed by the fascist mode) the state. Or you seriously consider, what modern Ukraine is able to carry out any independent of the USA and their structures like the IMF policy? Be not upset — all EU now not much more independently than Ukraine. And present if similar to the Ukrainian putsch Russia (China, Brazil — it isn't important, who) suits something somewhere in Mexico. You will call then for non-interference of the USA? Or "on the owner don't yelp"?

So, with March and the Crimea everything is clear. In the Crimea and in Russia a holiday of long-awaited reunion. The following milestone — performance of Putin in which for the first time for many years the half-forgotten historical name of Southeast part of modern Ukraine of "Novorossiya" is mentioned. For example, I as the inhabitant of Odessa knew that Odessa at one time was the capital of Novorossiya — New Russia (the name arose by analogy with New England, Holland, France in North America), the attached ambassador of the Russian-Turkish wars of the end of the 18th eyelid, the most high-growth part of the Russian Empire of the 19th eyelid. The Odessa university, for example, a long time carried the name Novorossiysk. However in Soviet period the mention of successful capitalist Novorossiya was tried to be deleted from history, its territory was called "Northern Black Sea Coast".

And here — the March speech of Putin, the half-forgotten term "Novorossiya" and an obvious message that Novorossiya is unfairly included by Bolsheviks of the 20th years in structure of USSR. Putin — not the room theorist, not the Internet blogger and not the abstruse dreamer. He couldn't but realize that its mention of Novorossiya will be apprehended by supporters of the Russian world and rapprochement with Russia in Ukraine (in any case, in the territory of its Southeast part, in the lost "electoral ancestral lands" of Yanukovych) as an obvious signal of support.

Besides, Putin lets know that Russia, undoubtedly, will support, including the military power, Russian-speaking citizens of Ukraine in case of violence from the Kiev mode. Also lawful maintenance of possible military intervention is prepared: the corresponding request of the legitimate president of Ukraine (the junta to him didn't even find time to declare still at least impeachment) is received, permission of the Federation Council is got. It would seem — that else is necessary?

The successful example of the Crimea and Putin's speech revived idea and concept of "Novorossiya". For March-April, 2014 in many cities of the revived Novorossiya pass the pro-Russian meetings under the Russian banners. Many count on the help to Russia. And it isn't present in no shape or form. The pro-Russian organizations still don't get any support. And after all, apparently, enter Russia troops, and all Novorossiya up to Transnistria will be exempted from the sionobanderovsky power. And, apparently, Novorossiya's population will joyfully meet liberators from the Kiev fascists. But it only "would seem". What actually?

The pro-Russian meetings in the largest cities of Novorossiya collect at most 5-7 thousand people. Armed resistance — Strelkov's group — in April totals some tens. Many (and I including) don't understand yet that in power in Kiev there were fascists. Because and transfers of the Russian TV and the proposal of the Russian friends to escape from nazis are perceived with surprise. Though sometimes it seems that the same Svoboda party works in a close sheaf with those who "draws a brown image of the new Ukrainian power". For example, beating of the editor-in-chief of the first national TV channel under shouts "Russian" for broadcast of Putin performance. Or rollers with the former communist Farion or with the jumping "nemoskalsky" teenagers. A riddle — "Freedom" and other Ukrainian radicals work for "swing", destabilization of a situation? And to whom it is favorable — to Washington or Moscow? Anyway — not Ukraine.

And still the slogans "Freedoms" and "pravosek" were perceived by the majority in Ukraine lightly so far and desires to follow a way of resistance to the Kiev junta didn't cause. Putin said that on the eve of the direction of "polite people" the public opinion in the Crimea was studied, and only after establishment of desire of the vast majority of inhabitants of the Crimea the decision on the help was made to reunite with Russia. I not simply trust — I know that the vast majority of inhabitants of the Crimea wanted and wants to live in Russia!

But I also knew and I know that moods, similar on mass character, weren't, for example, in Odessa, including at me (I repeat — it is about spring, but till May 2). The same social movement "Kulikovo field" supported not secession of Ukraine, and its federalization and referenda on questions of association with the EU, the accession to NATO, Russian as second state.

The majority in the Southeast considered that "poor" Russia economically with itself to integrate the Crimea, where there "to lift" twenty-million Novorossiya, especially — in the conditions of already begun western sanctions. We then didn't know that the speech doesn't go about that, to live best of all or worse. The speech will go in general about life of all discordant with the Kiev authorities now. And such (voting earlier at least for Yanukovych) in Ukraine — the majority, and it didn't get to anywhere. Moreover — now every day becomes more increasing than them (and not only in Novorossiya, and over all country, including in the western areas). And then we didn't believe that we live in the fascist state, so, any dissent will be destroyed, "is burned out by red-hot iron" (though such appeals already went to all from TV screens).

Comes on May 2, 2014. This day — the last day not only for tens supporters of federalization and Russian in Ukraine. This day buries Ukraine. Let many still didn't understand it or don't want to understand. Don't want to understand that the country in which ideological disputes are resolved by executions, burning alive, suffocation by "unknown gas", finishing by crowd, destruction of residential quarters, murders in torture chambers of Ukrainian "Gestapo" — SBU won't be able to remain …

"Banderlog" (unlike the Judaic and Anglo-Saxon misters who don't even remember the people of Ukraine) still think that will be able "through a knee" to impose the will, language and views to all Ukraine. To bring, so to speak, the Ukrainian people into "the European house of happiness". Here only anybody doesn't wait for the Ukrainian people there, and the same Poles after "the Volynsk slaughter" wait for ideological followers of Bandera and other nazi helpers absolutely with other purposes. And Russia too so far waits.

Of course, murderers as rassledovatel of the crimes can hide many traces and tighten as possibly a consequence. But the junta and its transatlantic owner will never be able to allow any open judicial proceedings of the crimes. Neither across "the Odessa Khatyn", nor "Heavenly one hundred", neither on "Boeing", nor on mass executions on Donbass, on destruction of its residential quarters by systems of volley fire, the rockets forbidden by ammunition.

Because, for example, bastards in shoulder straps look not for murderers of the 17-year-old Komsomol member Papura killed on May 2 with rack of "pravosek", and "investigator" tries to find out at his mother: "What did Vadim do in the House of labor unions?" What your dog business what did? It that — the regime, closed object? I left, having managed to tell the grandmother that goes them with parents to protect. I couldn't. And I so far with the colleagues (who entered, as well as I, resistance after May 2) couldn't. Against us on Donbass not simply Kiev junta — all West supplies it, instructs, directs. And that is why Putin (though promised the help) — a riddle couldn't help supporters of Russia. We will try to understand?

The Kiev junta on Kolomoysky's money (proofs full) could suit "The Odessa Khatyn" only on "starting signal" from Washington. It accepted both options: interfere Russia, in the face of the world community and most (in this case) of residents of Ukraine Russia — an unconditional aggressor. Won't interfere — Novorossiya will receive "an inoculation from separatism", the Southeast against the new power will cease "to brawl".

Perhaps, because of this "fork", or perhaps because of unknown to me, as well as other "general public", the geopolitical reasons, in May of the Russian leaders as changed. Instead of earlier resolute men — perplexed faces. And constant justifications before the West: "For what sanctions? We don't support Novorossiya! We do nothing, and even troops from the border with Ukraine took away, and you all the same authorize us and you authorize. How long???" I, of course, exaggerate. But the sense was such, and it very sharply differed from earlier declared Putin policy. In what the change reason — the next riddle. I have no answer to it, and at you?

But also the West objectives on all Novorossiya's intimidation weren't achieved. After May 2 on Donbass the centers of armed resistance to junta don't disappear, and are multiplied. Resistance understands that it is impossible to live in one country with organizers of "the Odessa Khatyn". Otherwise they are waited by destiny of inhabitants of Odessa. Moreover, despite Putin's request to postpone vote on May 11 pass referenda about self-determination in Donetsk and Lugansk areas. Public authority understands that if now not to hold referenda, the junta won't allow to hold them in the near future, troops will send. And Russia of "polite people" for protection of free will (as in the Crimea) won't direct (though, apparently, than inhabitants of Donbass are worse than inhabitants of the Crimea)?

On referenda the people the vast majority of voices support independence of DNR and LNR. However Russia still doesn't recognize them. Doesn't recognize, though "respects", and elections on November 2. Why? Riddle …

On May 12 becomes the commander of the armed forces of DNR (totaling at that moment already some hundreds of people) Shooters. By these forces Slavic and Kramatorsk agglomeration starts being controlled (while in Donetsk, Mariupol, Gorlovka, other Areas of Donbass the Ukrainian officers still go to work in the operating parts of VSU). Three-months successful defense of Slavyansk by group of Strelkov begins.

Girkin (Shooters) — one more riddle of Novorossiya. Who is he? Putin agent of policy of "indirect actions"?

The agent which residence in the panel nine-storey building is established by the Ukrainian TV men? The agent to dive of popularity and the power sent by Putin to Russia? Very doubtfully (though for 100% it isn't excluded). Really nevertheless the role of the personality is in the history so great? But if Shooters — not the agent of the Kremlin, so in Putin's plans weren't armed resistance on Donbass? And what in that case there was a Putin plan? To allow junta to occupy all Donbass? In what here interest of Russia? Again riddle … Anyway — without Strelkov Novorossiya's history would develop differently. Well it or is bad — time will judge.

Summer of 2014

In the summer, as well as in May, the Russian power tries to separate from open support of a militia of Novorossiya in every possible way. Though it is clear to all, what even that insignificant help which in June-July goes through border, goes not without permission and not without Putin's consent. But nevertheless to allow the help of the public patriotic organizations, collecting means by citizens, transition of border by volunteers and on behalf of the state to direct arms and troops as speak in Odessa — two big differences. And Putin everything is tried to be compelled to be passed to open invasion more frankly. And abusive insults in the composed songs chastushkas, and the Ukrainian minister about him sings obscene couplets, and attack on the Russian Embassy, and attacks of the Russian territory …

However the West and Kiev in vain try to enrage GDP. Obviously, the decision is made by it — so far there is an opportunity, to help Novorossiya, but to help secretly (besides so far there is a possibility of preservation of secret). And the task, at first sight impracticable, is solved. All myths of an ukroppropaganda about the Russian saboteurs, mercenaries, tanks, "Gradakh", etc. — are discredited. Still (and furthermore — in the summer) the junta can't show any proof! So it is possible to guess scales and types of the Russian help to a militia only unsubstantially.

Not only the West waits for the Russian invasion. For the opposite reasons waits for it Shooters. Three months (!!!) its not numerous group keeps Slavyansk, Kramatorsk and nearby settlements. This agglomeration — important strategic knot for possible Russian approach in Novorossiya. The long time defends her Shooters against the most efficient parts of multimillion Ukraine. Second riddle of Strelkov. At the price of improbable efforts exempted Shooting from junta of the city successfully keep, he constantly urges Putin to give help to the battling Novorossiya's people. In reply — silence …

And miracles don't happen. Tens of thousands of chasteners surround strelkovets. All expect difficult street fights, second "Stalingrad". But Shooters it is faithful to itself and once again puzzles now with the third riddle — on the night of July 5 almost without loss brings the fighters with equipment out of an environment through Kramatorsk and Gorlovka to Donetsk. Donetsk which on many signs was ready to surrender by then to junta. Whether there was a plan of delivery of Donetsk and on what conditions? Whether on conditions of Novorossiya's entry into Ukraine by the principle of the actual federation? Perhaps it is also now realized? A riddle which we will consider later.

So, Kiev set and directed by the West, assured that Russia won't dare to interfere concentrates all the efficient parts (at this time Kharkov or Kiev could nearly be taken) on Donbass, tries to close border with the Russian Federation, to cut off the "Road of Life" connecting Donetsk and Lugansk to surround the risen cities. In Moscow understand that one militia won't beat off attack. And 1 200 "holiday-makers" or, otherwise, "the reinforcement prepared in the territory of the Russian Federation" (which Zakharchenko blabbed out) go to Novorossiya. It appeared that Moscow couldn't allow military defeat of Novorossiya. Because and "holiday-makers" I directed, and as a last resort (if it appeared the "secret" help insufficiently) I concentrated at the Ukrainian borders of army.

From here and a riddle of nine Russian paratroopers who appeared in the territory of Ukraine. Of course, they really got lost. Of course, it were not saboteurs. Saboteurs with signs of distinction and documents to others country aren't sent. But it were representatives of that army which would intrude to Ukraine if a militia with "holiday-makers" didn't constrain an impact of chasteners.

However it is necessary to remember the major detail: the help "holiday-makers" and arms was provided by Russia to Novorossiya under a removal condition from the leaders of the national republics of all supporters both completely independent, and been a part Russia Novorossiya. That is, Russia not only didn't plan approach of a militia after defeat of chasteners, but also its management moved away people who, owing to the belief, couldn't but come. One of them planned to free completely the territory of Donetsk or Lugansk areas, the second wanted release of all territory of historical Novorossiya, the third planned to stop in Kiev, the fourth — at the Polish border. As far as their plans were realistic — other question. However their removal — that riddle, the answer on which, in our opinion, opens the policy for Novorossiya and Ukraine pursued by Putin.

"The Minsk reticences"

Of course, the Putin policy for Novorossiya and Ukraine was brightly, most openly shown throughout fall 2014 and winters of 2014-15, after so-called "the Minsk reticences", that is during shaky preservation "the status кво", "world" at which on the date of a gun don't stop.

Now it seems that Putin is most interested in preservation of integrity of Ukraine. He and its team insist that Donbass — political and economic part of Ukraine, urge Kiev to integrate the risen region into life of all country. Until it occurred, Russia supports Donbass humanitarian escorts. Besides — the junta Russia doesn't allow to fall to a bottom of economic collapse: without advance payment (that in the relations with the actual bankrupt means for nothing) delivers coal and the electric power, doesn't show to early (according to contract conditions) to payment of 3 billion dollars of a debt. Holds junta, so to speak, on "a hook of a permanent default". Undoubtedly, in case the junta considers that the military aid received from the West has enough to break Novorossiya's resistance, Russia, first of all, involves economic levers which at it there is a lot of.

Or perhaps the Russian government simply feels sorry for the least protected layers of the Ukrainian population? Doesn't want that it suffered in the winter from hunger cold? It would be desirable to trust in it, but not that now a situation in the world that someone seriously considered questions of "humanity". The USA as an outpost and the governor of the western civilization began "hybrid war" against Russia. Began where earlier Ukrainian crisis. In these actually military conditions Putin is the acting commander-in-chief of the Russian army, the same as Obama — American. That at the last as "gun meat" Ukrainians act so far, doesn't play a special role. But also at Putin "in the war, as in the war". It is necessary as to any commander, sometimes to endow both soldiers, and supporters. And such concepts as "the freezing Ukrainian population" in geopolitical fights can be considered only as means of pressure upon the opponent.

For example, pressure on appointed the States the Ukrainian president Poroshenko. It in Ukraine, as if, so far represents "party of the world" (unlike "party of war" of Yatsenyuk). Poroshenko says that the Crimea and Donbass will return to Ukraine. There will be it when their inhabitants understand that in Ukraine it is better. "the party of war" openly doesn't trust in this utopia. She is more and more supported by the States. They need war at the Russian borders (with any result). The EU more and more inclines to "party of the world" of Poroshenko. However under the American pressure Europeans and especially even more obedient Parasha any minute can "be reoriented". In total very much зыбко. Thus, in "hybrid war" there are other wars — war for spheres of influence, war for allies, war of sanctions, a collapse of currencies … Of course, at Russia can't but be the plan for a victory case in Ukraine of supporters of the military decision. On such — on extreme — cases remain both "holiday-makers", and the Russian army. Why army? About it in conclusions.

CONCLUSIONS

From above stated the following conclusions arise (but can quite be and wrong — it only versions).

1. Since spring of 2014 the Russian government stakes not on Novorossiya's separation from Ukraine by military intervention (almost whole world will apprehend such intervention as the Russian aggression, and Novorossiya will become the multimillion semi-unrecognized country with all that it implies, first of all — negative economic consequences, with considerable part of the population considering that Putin didn't start up them to "fantastic Europe"), and on Novorossiya's preservation as a part of Ukraine. But preservation not on the terms of junta, and on the terms of the actual confederation:
- with real local government, including with the local militia (practically — army) which isn't subordinated to the central authorities;
- with a choice the central power of a foreign policy vector, and the more so — entries into military blocks, only at a consent of all regions of the country.
Such decentralization solves all Russian problems: protection of the rights of the Russian-speaking population, a vneblokovost, absence foreign (that is American) military bases not only on Donbass, but also in the Northeast of Ukraine (that for Moscow where is more painful).

2. Putin can't but understand that neither the States, nor their proteges in Kiev, the Ukrainian radical nationalists (by the way, for some reason with heads of the Jewish nationality, as well as all heads of junta) ruling on streets and squares of the Ukrainian cities won't go for such real decentralization. The first and second won't go because that all real anti-Russian purpose of the Euromaidan thus will be broken (because and they will never agree to the national referenda on subjects of the same EU or NATO controlled by independent international observers). The third in general consider that the Russian-speaking population has to be deprived any (especially — language) is right, and it is even better — has to run to "lapotny" Russia (thus whom will occupy Novorossiya, don't think — as "god-send" wait for the western visa-free regime for a thick woolen cloth from "nenka" to work for "white sirs").

3. Therefore the third conclusion — if won't work well junta (first of all — Poroshenko) to force to the world (and after all "the patched-up peace is always better than good war"), the USA should afflict with fighting capacity of the Ukrainian army once again. Yes, the States and all West use "the Minsk truce" for rearmament, retraining, a doukomlektation of chasteners on Donbass. The only chance of Russia not to be involved in war — better to prepare Novorossiya's army ("national militia") armadas of VSU. Otherwise not to do without introduction of troops. Or if the States are compelled to enter for rescue of the Kiev mode to Ukraine the (or NATO countries — without difference) troops, it is necessary to Russia, as if she wanted it, to enter the army.

4. From here the main conclusion — Russia can't "merge" completely to Novorossy any more. Otherwise Russia is expected (among other numerous "negatives"):

- a collapse of popularity of the Russian president with prospect of "a patriotic Maidan" ("helped Russians of the Crimea, and I betrayed Novorossiya's Russians");
- NATO bases and rocket installations in five hundred kilometers from Moscow;
- further escalation of sanctions and propaganda war with the West (there are afraid only strong, and weak — finish).

And, perhaps, we don't know the main riddle. Perhaps, for the comprehensive help and Novorossii Putin's recognition waits for some event after which to the States, especially their allies will have no time for Ukraine. Perhaps also, Putin waits that the population of Ukraine "gorged on from a paunch" "euroassociations" and understood that his enemies sit not in the Kremlin, and in Kiev with Washington.

KIEV, January 15 /TASS/. Peaceful settlement is the only way to end the Donbas conflict, Nestor Shufrich, a deputy from Ukraine’s Opposition Bloc, said on Thursday commenting the adoption of the president’s mobilization decree by parliament.

“Mobilization will only aggravate negotiations and create additional tensions in Ukrainian society,” Shufrich said. He does not see any alternative to the peaceful settlement of the Donbas conflict.

“Under the mobilization announced today Ukrainian families will have to send their children and fathers to the front in response to a summons to fight against whom? The Kiev authorities have not clearly defined the external threat. A question arises how a threat can be coming from a state with whom we are actively trading and in whose territory we are selling sweets, including to soldiers,” Shufrich went on to say.

According to him, the authorities needed military rhetoric to cover the consequences of their actions in the social sphere and economy. “Instead of creating tensions in society it is necessary to search for ways of resolving the problem. Mobilization is unlikely to solve them. That is why we told the authorities that if they wanted a war, they should start with themselves,” Shufrich stressed.

However the expert in the Ministry of Defence of the Donetsk national republic, having studied photos of the fired bus, I came to a conclusion that shot not from "Hail", reports Donetsk news agency.

Ministry of Defence of DNR: "The expert of the Ministry of Defence studied the photo of this fired bus in detail and unambiguously drew a conclusion that, judging by openings, in transport means shot from the machine gun or a machine gun, meters with 50".

There are some reasons to consider danger of a new stage of active military operations of the highest. Against full-scale war there is only one argument — troops of Kiev can't be at war.

It is the truth — can't. But it not argument. They couldn't be at war neither in May, nor in August, but were at war. Eventually only the most naive of the former maydanarbayter still believe that the Kiev authorities solve something in the own country.

THE USA ALL THE SAME, THE UKRAINIAN ARMY CAN BE AT WAR OR CAN'T

And to the USA which are really playing the Ukrainian pawns all the same — the Ukrainian army can be at war or can't. In the same way to them all the same when Ukraine disappears and how many million population will disappear together with it. The USA were interested in full-scale war in Ukraine in March, 2014. And from this point their interest didn't decrease. Only the format of possible military operations changed.

From March to August tried to force to be at war openly Russia. From here both absolutely open and cynical violation of all Ukrainian and international laws — use of army against the people, attacks and bombardments of the cities, genocide of civilians and even the last desperate August-September approach of Kiev when were very close to DNR/LNR to destruction.

Americans — not fools and perfectly understood that rebels were rescued not by "the miracle on Vistula" that tanks and artillery they in private garages, but not found in a clean floor for few days before the almost inevitable destruction, and that the Ukrainian army took to the heels under blows of the real armed forces, but not the semi-guerrilla groups headed by the field commanders not capable even to establish cooperation among themselves.

And approach not incidentally stopped at limit range of work of the main artillery systems from the Russian border. Proceed it slightly farther, and the White house would obtain the incontestable evidence not of the Russian intervention so necessary for it (as didn't disappear), and the Russian invasion (and it already quite another matter).

Turkey in Syria too interfered (and even its artillery through border shot), but didn't interfere.

When it became finally clear that Russia won't enter to Ukraine officially (at least in that look in what it wished the USA), the new scheme was accepted. On the one hand, from Russia demanded concessions, hoping thereby to undermine internal base of support of Putin, with another — decomposition of DNR/LNR tried to achieve by economic blockade earlier, than Ukraine will decay.

By the end of December it became clear, as we don't realize this plan. The Ukrainian heads and "experts" sent them to the help from Georgia, Baltic and even the person with the American passports were too inadequate, thievish and limited. They couldn't achieve two crucial things — to stabilize a situation in an energy drink so to worry winter, and to put under control of nazi bandits from voluntary battalions.

Increase of anarchy and real threat of the power collapse which was automatically leading to collapse of all life support systems of the state incontestably testified that crash of Ukraine not simply will come before crash of DNR/LNR but that the trigger of this crash is controlled by Moscow.

In the middle of December of coal at the Ukrainian combined heat and power plants remained for 4-10 days heatallocating the assemblies of "Vestingauz" loaded instead of the Russian fuel elements nearly provoked new Chernobyl, and New year Ukraine quite could meet without light, gas, heat, the sewerage, water and other small pleasures doing life accepted.

In parallel cleaning of "wild" rebels showed to Washington that it isn't necessary to hope for the anarchy of military outlaws similar to the atamanshchena prospering in the territories controlled by Kiev. Only in the winter they will equip where it is more difficult. A solution — approach of army of Novorossiya. She will also be accused of failure of a truce which in practice never was. Russia is guilty. The USA and the EU are very afflicted and unite in the face of the Russian threat.

2. The army of Kiev after a week - another of more or less intensive fights breaks up and runs away from positions. Novrossiya's army is simply compelled to move behind it and to occupy new territories. Further see item 1.

3. As a result of contradictions between Poroshenko, Yatsenyuk, Turchynov, Avakov, Kolomoysky, the military coup occurs army, national guard, wild nazi battalions like "the voluntary Ukrainian case of the right sector" in Kiev, and various groups of the former Kiev army start being at war with each other.

The country plunges into chaos, transit ways are blocked, gas pipelines are blown up by all who feel like it, armed forces of Novorossiya obviously aren't enough to take all territory of Ukraine under control. Input of the peacekeeping contingent is necessary.

Therefore Avakov's adviser of Gerashchenko already calls Obama "the political dwarf" that that won't begin war with Russia for Ukraine in any way, and Yatsenyuk reproaches Europeans that they unlike Ukrainians don't understand own European interests and refuse to finance a poor excuse for the Ukrainian state. Generally, in Ukraine all want to use fruits of a victory over all (Russia, Novorossiy, one above another), but someone has to win for them against another.

However the USA — a superstate and if they decided that Ukrainians will be at war, so Ukrainians will be at war. Will cry, hide, sabotage, but will be at war all the same. Therefore war about which inevitability all adequate experts practically unanimously spoke and continue to speak, every day becomes closer and more real.

Perhaps, the Russian government will manage to change the USA in the relations with the EU and at the last minute to rescue already thrust head in a loop Europe. Perhaps, Russia will be able to imitate liberation of Ukraine armed forces of Novorossiya, especially if fighting capacity of the Odessa, Kharkov, Dnepropetrovsk and Zaporozhye undergrounds at least for 50% corresponds to the declared.

Perhaps, though it is improbable that will be possible to avoid a large-scale Makhnovism and a humanitarian disaster in Ukraine (I don't imagine as tens of thousands of the war criminals not necessary to any Europe will voluntary hand over the weapon). But eventually at any succession of events control of the territory, withdrawal of hundreds of thousands of units of the military weapon, an economic recovery, a pro-forage of the population aren't solved without direct participation of Russia.

And there is a question: and what to do with Novorossiya?

As that Novorossiya isn't present. There is DNR/LNR and certain unclear, nothing decisive body under the leadership of Oleg Tsarev. Fast release of the territory (and in case of the beginning of full-scale war it has to be fast) doesn't leave time not only for an institutionalization of new education, but even on creation real new "the national republics".

Besides, war will mean that wasn't succeeded to agree with Ukraine about international legal legitimation of process of settlement. And it means, as Ukraine isn't necessary any more. At the same time need to occupy the territories which are going beyond eight areas of historical Novorossiya does the new power not Novorossiysk, but All-Ukrainian.

If to invest efforts and money in creation on the basis of nonexistent Novorossiya, new pro-Russian Ukraine, practically with guarantee at the exit in ten-fifteen years we will receive the new separatist project of the provincial elite seeking to rely on anyone far away to otpikhatsya from Moscow and uncontrolledly to plunder the "sovereign" territory.

How far in the inadequacy provincial Ukrainian elite can come, we saw on an example not only Yatsenyuk-Poroshenko, but also Yanukovych-Azarov which the clumsy attempts to play big-time politics and led Ukraine to current crisis (contrary to, by the way, own objective interests, but in full accordance with naive idea of the global importance).

Here also it turns out that after war there is no place Ukraine, Novorossiya. They simply are necessary to nobody.

at 18.00 a shelling, and at 21.45 attack from jet systems of volley fire from the city of Avdeevka on positions of DNR Army near the settlement October;

at 19.50 from the city of Konstantinovka with use of jet systems of volley fire the fire raid on residential quarters of the city of Donetsk is made. Shells were torn in the Petrovsky district of the capital;

from 21.40 till 3.00 from settlements Mayorsk, Dzerzhinsk and Kurdyumovk from barreled artillery and mortars fascists not less than 8 times fired northwest suburbs of Gorlovka;

SEVASTOPOL, January 16. /TASS/. Weapons and drugs were trafficked to Kiev’s Independence Square, known as the Maidan across the world, in the autumn and winter of 2013/2014 when the protests rocked the country, Ukraine’s former Interior Minister Viktor Zakharchenko told reporters in Sevastopol on Friday.

“First, appeals were heard to bring arms from homes. Second, operative information came that foreign weapons had started flowing to Maidan - short-barrelled, automatic and handguns,” Zakharchenko said. “Third, large-scale seizures of police stations and warehouses in Western Ukraine began, triggering appeals from the stage [on Maidan] to open fire.”

Ukrainian law enforcers began to analyse the reports but failed to document the facts and institute cases.

“Arms supplies went through Moldova and the Black Sea,” he said. “We knew the individuals who were delivering them and handing out but we could not detain them as the handguns were not sold openly like cookies. On the Maidan the police actions were restrained and there were cases when officers were held captive there and tortured.”

The ex-minister said that amphetamine-class drugs flooded the Ukrainian capital then, with the channels originating in European countries as a rule, while traffickers were related to the healthcare sphere and private guard companies.

“Everyone who hurled Molotov cocktails at police officers realised that it was a punishable offence,” Zakharchenko said. “Those young people were given a ‘pill for courage,’ a super-potent substance, and a bottle with incendiary mixture. For the last days in the territory of the Donetsk National Republic employees of law-enforcement bodies registered 43 offenses, including 4 murders, 1 robbery, 7 thefts of the state and personal property.
