At least one Ukrainian armored vehicle crossed the Russian border with Ukraine Friday overnight and stopped in the Rostov Region, according to Russia’s Security Service. The military abandoned the vehicle and returned to Ukraine.

The Ukrainian armored vehicle stopped in near the village of Millerovo, said the head of the press department of the Federal Security Service (FSB) in Rostov Region, Vasily Malaev.

In response to the incident, the Russian Foreign Ministry said that the “illegal act” will not promote a peaceful resolution of the conflict. The ministry has also demanded an end to “provocations” on the border, which are making dialogue between the two countries much more difficult. The ministry directed a note of protest to Kiev on Friday.

There are also reports that there was not one, but two armored vehicles. A source from the FSB told LifeNews Channel that two armored vehicles crossed the Russian border.

Initially just one APC entered Russian territory, however it broke down, LifeNews was told. It was discovered by the Border Service, however, Russia’s troops failed to take the Ukrainian military personnel captive as another armored vehicle came to the rescue from Ukraine’s Lugansk Region.

After that the Ukrainian troops fled the territory, returning to Ukraine, leaving the dsabled vehicle behind in Russia.

In response to the incident, the Ukrainian Border Service said that the military was surrounded by self-defense forces so they were forced to cross the Russian border to reach new locations of their units, NTV TV channel reported. Border authorities also assured that all 26 border officers returned to Ukraine via another checkpoint.

Kiev does not care about civilians in eastern Ukraine, and people have to flee their homes amid daily bombings, Ukrainian refugees told RT at a temporary camp in Russia’s Rostov. It comes amid Kiev’s “lies” about humanitarian corridors, they said.

Thousands of eastern Ukrainians are flowing into Russia amid the ongoing Kiev military operation, in which the cities occupied by anti-government activists are being shelled and bombarded with heavy artillery and incendiary bombs. Even in large regional centers like Lugansk, people no longer feel safe, as cases of Ukrainian jets launching missiles at central city buildings in broad daylight have been reported.

While many men and elderly people of eastern Ukraine are unwilling to leave their native land, women with children are flocking to Russia’s cities and regions to stay with relatives or friends. Those who have neither are heading for refugee camps in Rostov.

“According to the Federal Migration Service, more than 40,000 Ukrainian citizens have crossed into Rostov Region. As of today, about 4,000 Ukrainians have been housed in temporary accommodation centers,” a local Russian Emergencies Ministry official, Aleksandr Naumov, told RT.

WAR CRIME

Never bothered the empire before. They are even black mailing nations in the Americas like El Salvador to force them to accept toxins through a gmo seed deal that leads to the use of agent orange as plants develop resistance to glycophosphate ( Pesticide Use ) and destroys local agriculture while poisoning the local population.

This empire is the most criminal element in the world today and needs to be utterly condemned.

Unforunately through cultural hegemony and direct and indirect military intervention, quite apart from its über-menchen ideolology, and general support of terrorist regimes like kiev, aided and abetted by its subservient satellite nations, these war crimes will continue, for now.

Kiev, Jun 13 (Prensa Latina) Five militiamen died and four Ukrainian soldiers were wounded in combat that resumed in Mariupol city, Donetsk, today, as a result of an attack that began early this morning by combined forces of the Ukrainian regime.

The militias confirmed to the Rossiya 24 television channel that Mariupol city is surrounded by the Army, troops from the Ministry of Interior, and two battalions of the National Guard, comprised of neo-Nazi squadrons from the Right Sector and Maidan defense, from the February 22 coup d'etat.

The main combat is taking place in Grechenskaya street, where militiamen face attacks from the Azov special battalion. Five people have died, confirmed a spokesman from the resistance.

Attacks with heavy weapons took place mainly at the local headquarters of the Donetsk People's Republic, where a fire broke out.

One of Kiev's armored vehicles attacking that building was destroyed by a counter-attack from the resistance's grenade launchers.

According to sources, heavy shootings and explosions can be heard from Grecheskay Street, while residents in the area have taken shelter in their basements.

Ukraine's Minister of Interior, Arsen Avakov, conformed at his Facebook account the beginning of what he called an active phase of the military operation against Mariupol residents, in the self-proclaimed People's Republic of Donetsk.

Sources from the National Guard deployed in Mariupol city told the Ukrainian media that rebels injured four of their troops, and one is in serious condition.

Of course, Ukraine has its own military industry, but they’re going to pin the blame on Russia because the real target is Russia, it’s not even the southeast or the east of Ukraine. So I expect escalation, verbally and otherwise from NATO, Washington, London, Brussels, and Berlin, unfortunately.”

Sunday, June 15
18:43 GMT:

Ukrainian security forces will fully control the country's eastern border with Russia next week, Ukraine's acting Defense Minister Mikhail Koval told Ukrainian television on Sunday, saying that the president's "clear objectives in this regard" will be performed "from A to Z.” According to the minister, the Ukrainian side has closed almost 250 km of its state borders. "In just a few days we will physically close the whole state border with our armed forces units and will create a buffer zone," announced Koval.

18:06 GMT:

People in Ukraine's second-largest city of Kharkov took to the streets on Sunday to march in support of Russia. Kharkov is located in the northeast of the country, and the situation there has remained calm. Organizers of the Sunday rally said the march was inspired by local citizens who are outraged by the attack on the Russian embassy in Kiev. Hundreds of people chanted slogans such as "No way to fascism" and carried posters in support of the self-proclaimed people's republics.

16:31 GMT:

Participants of Sunday's public assembly at Kiev's Maidan Square called on Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to dissolve the current parliament and announce new elections for the country's Verkhovnaya Rada. According to UNIAN news agency, several hundred people gathered at the third public assembly in central Kiev ahead of a rally in favor of parliament's re-election and "clearance," planned for June 17. President Poroshenko previously stated that parliament should be re-elected, as its current political forces are not supported by the country's population.

15:16 GMT:

Over 100 people, including both self-defense troops and civilians, have been killed in the past two days on the territory of self-proclaimed People’s Republic of Lugansk, the head the Republic Valery Bolotov said.

Speaking about the situation in the town of Schastye, Lugasnk Region, he said National Guard fighters took the town on Saturday with “both their and ours” [people] being killed and injured, as well as innocent civilians.

“We have documented facts that they [National Guard fighters] broke windows and shot at houses through windows, not caring about those who were inside,” Bolotov said as a press conference.

15:16 GMT:

All military units in Lugansk and in the regions to the town's east have sided with the self-proclaimed People's Republic of Lugansk (LNR), its leader Valery Bolotov reported at a press conference on Sunday. Bolotov said that only units based at the airport did not side with LNR, but "talks to persuade those are being conducted." He also denied reports that a group of Dnepropetrovsk troopers had left Lugansk International Airport.

15:10 GMT:

Grad multiple rocket launchers have been deployed 40km away from the city of Lugansk, the press service of the self-declared Lugansk People’s Republic told ITAR-TASS.

All army units in Lugansk and east of it switch sides to join Lugansk republic

June 15, 18:55 UTC+4

LUGANSK, June 15, /ITAR-TASS/. All army units in Lugansk and east of the city have switched sides to join the newly proclaimed Lugansk People’s Republic, head of the republic Valery Bolotov said on Sunday.

“By now, all army units in Lugansk and east of the city have come over to the Lugansk People’s Republic, except those staying at the airport. We are in talks with them, trying to persuade them,” he told a news conference.

He refuted reports that the Dnepropetrovsk paratrooper brigade had left the Lugansk international airport. “No one left the territory of the airport,” he said.

Commenting on reports that the Dnepropetrovsk paratroopers had been barred from leaving the airport by a Lvov brigade, also defending the airport, Bolotov said, “If the Dnepropetrovsk servicemen ask us to help, we will help them.

Vladimir Gromov, the chief of the republic’s counter-intelligence service, told a news conference that anti-saboteur units will be formed.

“From tomorrow, we are forming a special unit that will work to prevent subversive activities,” he said.

Moscow, Jun 15 (Prensa Latina) Alexei Pushkov, chairman of the Committee on International Affairs of the State Duma (Lower House), asserted today that western countries refusal to condemn attacks against the Russian Embassy represents their support to those actions. Pushkov said that this attitude implies that attacking embassies is acceptable, contradicting international laws and particularly the Vienna Convention.

He also told ITAR-TASS news agency that the attack on the Russian Embassy in Ukraine by a crowd of extremists and fascists could be a premeditated action.

The Ukrainian police believe that the attacks, with Molotov cocktails, stones and smoke grenades, were carried out by armed members of Azov group, along with members of the Right Sector and other fascist groups.

Russian Foreign Ministry condemned the attack and demanded the Ukrainian Government to protect Russian diplomats.

The Russian Duma will hold a special closed-door meeting to assess the situation in southeastern Ukraine, said parliamentarian Alexei Zhuravliov, of the ruling party United Russia.
