David Josephs
By 1962, according to an associate, Florida Mafia boss Santo Trafficante was saying that the Kennedys were “not honest. The U.S. Congress’ Assassinations Committtee, the second official probe into John F. Kennedy’s assassination, would identify Trafficante as one of two Mafia bosses it suspected of involvement in the President’s murder. Santo Trafficante calling another "not honest"... The HCSA says he was involved in the murder... And this, Doug, is worth posting 4 months after the fact... why? Heimlich not working ?

Graves] Did Joe Kennedy, Sr. (former associate of Frank Costello) promise the mob preferential treatment if they brought in the vote for his son JFK in West Virginia and Illinois? If so, did Jack and Bobby "honor" that deal, or did they go after the mob, instead? Here's a rhetorical question for you, DJ: Could that be what Trafficante was referring to when he said the Kennedys weren't honest? What's the matter, hemlock not working? --Tommy Edited July 27, 2014 by Thomas Graves
