John Newman has done some timelines on Phillips, in his concern that Phillips perhaps did not meet Veciana in 1963, as Veciana contended (and was video'ed at a conference saying so). The Newman timelines are curious, as it appears Phillips has been tape-recorded at meeting of anti-Castro-ites, a possibly lethal compromise.
