I have not been able to find those documents, so either barb is hallucinating or bard has access to data that we are not supposed to see. Do we have any of his testimonies? In this document: https://www.archives.gov/files/research/jfk/releases/2022/180-10110-10145.pdf it says that Deselyna testified about the contact report on the Minsk radio factory from a former marine defector to the "Senate Intelligence Committee in 1975".
