I wonder if it is the same one you mentioned John that is in the Torbitt document? Apparently he is connected to a 'Bill De Mar' who performed a 'memory act' at The Carousel Club, in which LHO supposedly took part. This David Hoy was a news director at a radio station in Indiana. Interesting as to why the FBI thought it important to investigate the phone calls made by De Mar and also Hoy in November and December 63. Robert Howard Posted March 11, 2007 Share Posted March 11, 2007 (edited) The Edwin Hoy in Evansville, Indiana was a graduate of Bob Jones University, a school that in the 1960's was known for being to the right of Atilla the Hun...politically and anti-Catholic in particular. See WC Exhibit 2995 page 502. In that same document Hoy mentions the fact that he had "made a prediction" earlier in 1963 "that the city of Dallas would soon make some news." Of course after the assassination, he backpedaled saying, that he was merely referencing an "airport between Dallas and Ft.Worth." A claim which may or may not be true. The background info for Malcolm Jerry Hoy is here: http://www.maryferrell.org/mffweb/archive/...mp;relPageId=15 This guy's age in 2007, 65, and his use of the middle name, Jerry....are an exact match: http://www.google.com/search?q=%22malcolm+...en&filter=0 I looked through newspaper, phone/address, civil, and military records of more than 2000 Hoys at ancestry.com and I found nothing closer than "Malcolm" but the ages were way off for the 1963 and the current timeframe. We have been collecting the identities and whereabouts of living witnesses for a few years now and have many dozens of witnesses and subject who we would like to be properly questioned under oath in Congress or Grand Jury. Hoy seems like a real interesting guy, pals with Billy Demarr and all, and I like the following of phone calls as they are more reliable records than eyewitnesses. What's the call to Bull Pen about is one queston. As for Hoy, what happend to the LA FBI interview report with Hoy? Or did I miss that? As a magician and mind-reader, I don't understand why they even had to make phone calls - they could just ESP the conspiracy without creating any records of it. Jerry Hoy was the guy who supposedly looked like Frenchie the tramp. Anyway, I dug up a Jerry Hoy from Texas who served in Vietnam and was wondering if it was the same guy. This is him below.
