Both Craig and Alyea said that the bullets were arranged neatly and close together.  Someone, probably Fritz scattered them since he knew that would be suspicious  IN fact, when the FBI tested the bolt action they said that the cartridges would have been widely distributed upon ejection.

 

BTW, when I look at Tom Hume's extreme close up, I tend to agree with Armstrong.

And I also agree with Tom that the DMA and and CE 512 look the same to me.

The mock trial defense team found some significant chain of custody issues with the cartridges. we have a PPT we could share.
