  1. The left wing media is already using that internet to trash him, saying that, "his work has been described by public health experts and even members of his own family as misleading and dangerous." https://apnews.com/article/robert-kennedy-jr-presidential-campaign-9fb5ed5c8e1fd31d2a4458d44b086593 They have his sister Kerry coming out against him, saying, "I love my brother Bobby, but I do not share or endorse his opinions on many issues, including the COVID pandemic, vaccinations, and the role of social media platforms in policing false information. It is also important to note that Bobby's views are not reflected in or influence the mission or work of our organization." Bobby Jr.'s youngest brother, Doug Kennedy, a correspondent for FOX News Channel, had similar sentiments. When reached by PEOPLE, he noted that, "Everyone [in the family] loves him and recognizes his talent," Doug, 56, says. "Not everyone agrees with his positions." https://people.com/politics/kerry-kennedy-speaks-out-rfk-jr-presidential-bid/ If you don't have the support of your own family, ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A KENNEDY, it's gonna be hard to get the support of the people. Especially when you're being ridiculed by the press. I like Bobby, Jr.. But he's not acceptable to the ruling Left. For this reason, I advised him via tweet some time back not to take this on. I am disappointed he didn't take my advice and I doubt he'll be able to muster the support within the Democrat Party.
  2. He'll never get the party nomination. He's OLD SCHOOL Democrat. He's not far enough to the left. This is another "Teddy 1980" run. Raise a lot of eyebrows, make a lot of news, bring back some nostalgia but have no chance.
  3. JFK Assassination witness S.M.Holland shows author Mark Lane the location behind the picket fence where he ran to when he saw smoke and describes what he found when he got there.

  5. Under that circumstance, can we assume then that the chain-of-possession of CE 399 begins with Elmer Todd ?
  6. You're right. Fourteen months after the shooting, the FBI reported that Norvell was shown the CE 573 and identified it as the bullet he found. What a shock. I wonder why he wasn't asked to identify it under oath .
  7. This whole issue of the Walker Bullet could have been resolved had the Commission called ANY of the witnesses who handled the bullet and asked them to identify it. The names of six witnesses who either saw, handled or in whose care the bullet was ( McElroy, Norvell, Tucker, B.G. Brown, Alexander and Anderson ) do not appear on the list of 552 witnesses who were called to give testimony. ( Report, Appendix V, pgs. 483-500 ) They were never called to testify, let alone identify CE 573 as the bullet they handled. General Walker saw the bullet the night it was recovered and was called to testify, but was never shown CE 573 and asked to identify it. An eighth witness, McElroy’s partner Ira Van Cleve, also saw the bullet and described it in his report on the crime. He also was never called to give testimony and identify CE 573. B.G. Brown claimed he marked the bullet they recovered from Walker's house. ( Osw 201 file, vol 44, sec. 7, pg. 5 ) So the question becomes does the bullet currently in evidence have his mark ? It’s unconscionable that the Commission omitted eight witnesses who either saw, handled or in whose possession the Walker bullet was. That's a lot of witnesses to omit for it to be an innocent oversight. It just seems to me that if you're building a case against a suspect, if you recovered a bullet, you'd want the officers who found the bullet to identify the bullet in evidence as the bullet they found. Especially if it was marked.
  8. The letters to Miller can be found here: https://www.rrauction.com/auctions/lot-detail/33049970417260-jack-ruby-handwritten-letter-from-jail-identifying-lbj-as-the-kennedy-assassination-mastermind Check them out and see what you think.
  9. In New Orleans, Oswald comes into the crosshairs of one of the CIA's most violent anti-Castro groups, the DRE.
  10. On October 15, the day Oswald was being interviewed for the TSBD job, Robert Adams of the Texas Employment Commission called the Paine residence with a job offer from Trans Texas Airways. The job paid $310/month. He was told that Oswald was not there. Adams told the Warren Commission that he left a message for Oswald to call him. The next morning he called the Paine residence again and was told that Oswald was not there and that Oswald had obtained employment somewhere else. https://www.history-matters.com/archive/jfk/wc/wcvols/wh11/html/WC_Vol11_0246a.htm Ruth Paine, when asked about this call said, “I don’t recall an offer like that being made. I have heard this rumor, but it’s certainly unknown to me.” https://www.swtimes.com/story/lifestyle/around-town/2020/07/29/paine-answers-allegations-of-cia-connections-in-jfk-assassination-part-2/42605369/ It wasn't a rumor, it was sworn testimony. Reading her testimony, Ruth Paine seems to have a bad memory. The only way this gets shadier is if she called Roy Truly AFTER she got the call from the TEC. Either way, the question becomes WHY did she not tell Oswald about the higher paying permanent job offer from the TEC ? What happened to the "human being helping another human being" ? The TSBD job was only temporary and paid $50/week. Oswald could have called Truly back and said he got another job. A higher paying job. A permanent job. One that was better for his family. But then, had Oswald taken that Trans Texas Airways job, he would never have been in the downtown area at the TSBD, would he ? You seem to forget that when it came to Marina and the kids, Ruth Paine had a heart of gold, but when it came to Oswald, nothing but hate.
  11. Ruth Paine was fine human being, especially after Oswald was arrested. She really helped him out didn't she ?

  13. Comes from a letter he wrote to Thomas Miller, a fellow inmate in the Dallas County jail. The "n-a-z-i" he was talking about was Lamar Hunt. I'm covering it in part 4 of my series, "The Conspiracy to Kill Lee Harvey Oswald." I'll be posting it later today.
  14. I'll bet he won't answer because if he did, the answer would be "no". You'll notice that Mr. Marshall doesn't deny anything I've said with regard to police procedure. While I notice that he takes every opportunity to constantly brag about his qualifications and experience as a law enforcement officer, unforunately, this thread is not about him. It's about the suspicious behavior between the Paines and the Dallas Police during the Saturday search of the Paine residence. I'm surprised and shocked that an "expert" on searches such as himself never picked up on this. This is first-year criminal justice college course stuff. You NEVER let people who are at a property you're going to search leave that property until the search is completed. The police went there on Friday and conducted a "consent search" at which time Ruth Paine got angry because police were taking some of her family's things and ended the search. It's all in the Paines' testimony. So she all of a sudden has a change of heart and "trusts" them on Saturday ? After going through what she went through on Friday, would you ? I'm sorry but there's something else going on here.
  15. If the cops came to your house with a search warrant, would you leave them there and go to another appointment ? It's not about the cops being paranoid, it's about keeping their own safe and conducting a legal search.
  16. During the search of the Paine residence on Saturday 11/23, Mr. and Mrs. Paine, along with Marina Oswald and all the kids were absent from the property while the police searched their garage. The official version is that the Paines were getting ready to go shopping when the police showed up with a search warrant and they simply told them to "help themselves" and left. This account sounds ridiculous to me for two reasons: First of all, if I'm the property owner and the police show up with a search warrant to search my property, I'm not leaving, especially if someone else's property is mixed in with mine. If they're after the other party, I want to make sure that they don't "confiscate" any property of mine. Whatever else I had planned, including "Shopping", can wait. Second, if I'm the police officer in charge of the search, I'M NOT LETTING ANYONE LEAVE THE PROPERTY UNTIL THE SEARCH IS COMPLETED. I'll have them sit on the couch in the living room and assign an officer to them to make sure they don't move. I can't take a chance that someone will go for a weapon or destroy evidence, so their mobility is restricted until the search is complete. How do you know you're not going to find something during the search that is going to implicate either one of the Paines, Marina Oswald or all three in the crime ? You just let them leave ? Just like that ? Why, because they SAID they were going shopping ? How do you know they're not on their way to Redbird Airport to jump on a private plane out of the country ? Letting them leave the property like that is a no-no. At best, there seems to be an abnormal amount of trust being displayed by both the property owners and the police. At worst, it looks like collusion.
  17. Also, General MacAthur met with the President in July of 1961 ( at a time when Laos was on the front burner ) and warned him to NOT get involved in a land war in Asia. It was advise the President took seriously. He also had some disparaging remarks for the then current Joint Chiefs of Staff.
  18. In its examination of whether or not Oswald ordered the handgun and rifle, the FBI had only COPIES of those order forms. They were able to determine, without a doubt, that Oswald filled out both of those order forms. But when it came to the "Dear Mr. Hunt" letter, the FBI said that they could not determine if the handwriting was Oswald's because it was a copy and without the original document, it would be "almost impossible to certify whether it was genuine or not." So if that is the case, that the original document is needed to compare the handwriting, then the "experts" identification of Oswald's handwriting from COPIES of the order blanks is worthless as evidence. You can't have it both ways: either you can identify the handwriting from copies or you can't.
  19. Which is an excellent point. If Bugliosi had written a conspiracy book, O'Neill would be the new darling boy of the Lone Nut group.
  20. OMG, are they crying again about my posts ? Ex-military officers fired 147 shots at deGaulle with automatic weapons and not one shot hit any of the occupants of the car. In comparison, the Warren Commission concluded that a single shooter killed President Kennedy with only three shots from a bolt-action rifle. If they can't see how this shows how ridiculous the Warren Commission's findings are, I don't know what to say. It's relevant.
