  1. Putting Trump-hating Janet Napolitano on this "blue ribbon" commission is like placing Allen Dulles on the Warren Commission. LOL.
  2. Trump's former doctor ( Ronny Jackson was to Trump during his presidency what Admiral Burkley was to Kennedy ) observed the injury and concurred with the medical staff at Butler Hospital that the wound was caused by a bullet. Jackson, now a Congressman from Texas, put out the following statement: I don't consider FBI Director Wray a medical expert on bullet wounds. In addition, he was not present at the time of the shooting nor was he present at the hospital when the President was treated. And he never saw the wound. Therefore, anything he says about the wound must be taken as an opinion and not expert testimony. BTW, The FBI NOW says Trump was struck by a bullet. https://www.cbsnews.com/news/trump-fbi-bullet-ear-ronny-jackson-doctor/ I hope this ends the controversy once and for all.
  3. Robert, I don't know if it's true, but I read somewhere that he bought 50 rounds of ammunition. To your point, it indicates that perhaps his intent was to kill more than just Trump. People in this country ( US ) have not only been conditioned to hate Trump, but to hate anyone who supports him or ( as we see in this forum ) has anything positive to say about him. When you have the President of the United States ( Biden ) saying that MAGA is the greatest threat to democracy, it's this kind of irresponsible rhetoric that drives nutjobs like this kid to attempt the unthinkable. Not only the President, but other Democrats, be it politicans or Hollywood celebrities, have sought to influence others into acts of violence. Where are the MAGA riots over the attempt at killing their leader ? How many cities were destroyed ? Where are the calls for violence from the right ? Is Trump not loved more than George Floyd ? As you folks say in the UK, it's "rubbish". American politics is a dirty business. It's corrupt as hell and most politicans are in Washington to get rich, not to represent the people. They don't want an outsider in the White House. Kennedy and Trump have something in common: neither were taken seriously as President and both were hated by the Deep State. But I digress. The point I wanted to make is that this kid fired between 5 and 8 rounds at basically a stationary target and failed to kill him using a high tech rifle. IMO, this further calls into question whether Oswald could have hit Kennedy 2 out of 3 times using a piece of junk rifle with a misaligned scope.
  4. If Trump had been killed in the assassination attempt, would Joe Biden have been forced to drop his re-election bid ?
  5. Amen. IMO, Kennedy's assassination was a murder pulled off by the CIA with the help of its political allies in the SS and US military. The crime was then covered up by the FBI. The purpose of this counter-coup was to restore the power of the presidency to the elitists that controlled it prior to the 1960 election. This was all about power and who ran the government. JFK and RFK were out on an island all alone, never realizing the monster they were up against. Bobby was the only one JFK could trust and when he needed something done, it was RFK he turned to. He also relied on persons OUTSIDE the government to take secret messages to Khrushchev and Castro. By doing this, Kennedy was subverting the power of the State Dept., the Military and the CIA. No one knew what kind of deals the Kennedys were making with the Russians because all of the "experts" were kept out of the loop. In their eyes, this was a serious threat to the security of the country, an inexperienced President out of their control. To understand what happened here, it takes some study of the history of the Kennedy administration. Only then can you see how the military and the SS both loathed Kennedy for his policies and behavior while in office. The MSM labelled him a coward for refusing to use the military at the BOP. Everybody thought they could push him around, from the CIA to US Steel to the Russians. Then there are the last minute changes at Love Field, made by the Secret Service and well documented by @Vince Palamara. These changes indicate that the Secret Service was aware that shots would be fired from IN FRONT of the President. The political hatred for Kennedy was not that different than today's political hatred for Trump. I say that not being a Republican or a Democrat but as an outsider looking in. Back then, the hatred for the Kennedys was so intense people were saying the Kennedys ought to be shot. ( And they were ) In this forum alone, the hatred of one member for another based on his politics, is obvious on a daily basis. I've had to put members on ignore to prevent myself from responding to their hateful attacks on me. When I respond, I get in trouble, so I just ignore them from now on. From education to private industry to the media, the CIA has had its tentacles into every aspect of American life. It operates with no accountability, ignoring laws to open its files and attempts by Congress to bring it under control. It was never meant to be an operational arm of the government, only for intelligence gathering. The truth is that the CIA has run the US since Dulles became director in 1953. Kennedy tried to change that and paid with his life. His brother privately vowed to get to the bottom of his assassination and met the same fate. Kennedy met with Johnson and Connally in El Paso in June 1963 and it was agreed he'd come to Texas in the fall. Meanwhile, Oswald was informing for the FBI in New Orleans on the CIA's training camps, camps Kennedy opposed after he promised the Russians ( during the missile crisis ) that the US would not invade Cuba or assist any third parties ( exiles ) in doing so. It is no secret that "pro-Castro" Oswald was seen by Orest Pena in the company of New Orleans FBI agent Warren DeBrueys. He was also seen by Adrian Alba accepting an envelope from a government agent. The training had been done under the plan for "the second invasion of Cuba". I believe this was a cover for the assassination of JFK because there wasn't going to be a second invasion. Had Kennedy gone back on his word to the Russians, he'd never get them back to the bargaining table. And he knew they would bargain because they had just signed the Limited Test Ban Treaty. I believe this training of exiles was to create "cells" of sniper teams to be placed in locations around the country. Teams were to be sent to cities from Los Angeles to Washington, Chicago, Miami and Dallas. When the camps were broken up outside New Orleans, I believe they moved to Mexico City, out of the reach of the FBI. I also believe that Ruth Paine had a connection with the CIA. Two days after it was agreed that JFK would visit Dallas, Ruth Paine went to New Orleans and picked up Marina and brought her back to Dallas. With Oswald's family back in the city, it was guaranteed that he too would return there. The Lopez Report found that Oswald had not gone to the Cuban Consulate or the Russian Embassy while in Mexico City. The FBI determined that audio tapes of phone calls Oswald allegedly made to the Russian Embassy was not Oswald's voice. Photographs taken by the CIA outside the Russian Embassy identifying a man as Oswald was clearly not Oswald. Having had Oswald piss on their parade, the CIA then set him up with a "phony" public identity as a pro-Castro sympathizer. An arrest and some TV and radio appearances created a public record. That information was transferred to the Military Intelligence Unit in San Antonio. After he was arrested, Oswald requested to speak with a FBI agent, a strange request for a simple misdemeanor crime of disturbing the peace. What's even stranger is that the FBI would respond to such a low level crime that was not even a federal crime. I believe that it was at this time, in the late summer, that the 40" rifle was ordered and sent to Box 2915 in Dallas, Oswald's former PO box that had been closed. I believe the ad came from a magazine in Adrian Alba's garage. When the rifle arrived in Dallas, it came into the possession of Postal Inspector Harry Holmes. Holmes held onto it until the motorcade route had been determined. As you know, it was Ruth Paine who got Oswald the job at the TSBD. And it was Roy Truly who hired Oswald temporarily and put him in the building. In the meanwhile, John Connally fought like a wildcat for the luncheon to be held at the Trade Mart. This was the last detail that would put the motorcade right in front of the TSBD. They had Oswald in the building and they needed the motorcade to drive by it. Connally finally got his wish and the luncheon site was determined on November 14th. I'm not saying that Connally knew Kennedy would be shot, all he had to have been told was that he HAD to get the Trade Mart for the luncheon site. This is how the CIA operates. It's very compartmentalized. Each person only knows his own role. But there is evidence that Connally at least knew there was a significant danger in this motorcade because when he was hit, he yelled out, "my God, they're going to kill us all." The motorcade route was determined and published on the 19th in the Dallas Times Herald. It was also published in the Dallas Morning News on the 21st. With the luncheon site determined, the motorcade route finalized and Oswald employed in a building along the motorcade route, all that was left was to get the rifle into the building. That could have been done on any evening after hours when everyone had gone home. And that would have taken the cooperation of Roy Truly. Kennedy was killed by his enemies, not Oswald. These people inside and outside the government were united in their political hatred for the President and his policies. What the attack against Trump should remind us is this: that irresponsible calls for violence against one person by famous and influential persons needs to stop. This divisive atmosphere of hatred needs to end. And only we can end it. Otherwise none of us is safe.
  6. How do you remove a political figure ? 1. Demonize your target. 2. Bring him into his enemy's territory. 3. Remove his protection. 4. Let the nuts do the rest. The tactic the CIA used in 1963 is the same tactic they're using today.
  7. IMO, Rowley's failure to discipline those agents who spent the night before drinking in Fort Worth should have been enough to have resulted in his resignation or firing. In addition, Greer, Lawson, Boring, Sorrels and Roberts all should have been fired.
  8. If Oswald was guilty of murdering J.D. Tippit.......... 1. The bullets removed from Off. Tippit’s body would have matched the shells found at the murder scene. 2. Off. J.M. Poe would have found his initials on the shells in evidence. 3. The spent shells would have been described by police in their broadcast as .38 Specials fired from a revolver. 4. Initials of persons not in the chain of custody would not be on the spent .38 shells. 5. The unfired .38 rounds and bus transfer would have been found on Oswald’s person the first time he was searched. 6. Helen Markham would never have hesitated in identifying Oswald as the man she saw kill Tippit. 7. Ted Callaway would never have asked Domingo Benavides which way the shooter went. 8. The identity of the officer who found the jacket under the Oldsmobile would have been revealed and he would have been required to identify the jacket in evidence as the jacket he found. 9. Once Oswald was known worldwide, the dry cleaner who dry cleaned the jacket would have recognized Oswald as someone who came into his store, come forward and contacted the FBI. If Oswald was guilty, the case against him legitimate and the evidence authentic........ There would be no conflicts in the evidence. There would be no problems with the chain of custody. People not connected with the case, like Dean Rusk and Anne Boudreaux, would never be called to testify. The Commission’s expert on scopes would have given testimony on the accuracy of the scope on the Depository rifle instead of four-power scopes in general. The Commission’s expert on Oswald’s skill with a rifle would have been someone who spent time on the rifle range with Oswald, instead of an administrator reading from a scorebook. The wounds tests would have produced a wound to the test skulls similar to the head wound received by the President. The ammunition test would have produced a bullet similar to CE 399. The test of the rifle for accuracy would have produced hits in the head area of the silhouette targets. Authorities would never have altered witness statements and affidavits or threatened and harrassed witnesses. Evidence would not be missing. Witnesses like Charles Brehm and William Newman would not have been ignored. Jack Ruby’s mother’s dental record would never have been an exhibit. All of the above things would have been true if Oswald was guilty. But the opposite was true. Everything would have added up. Each piece of evidence would serve to corroborate another. There’d be no questions. And yet you can go through every single piece of evidence in this case and there are questions surrounding it. The case against Oswald was not legitimate, it was fake. The evidence of that lies in the way the authorities handled Oswald, the way they handled the evidence and the way they handled the witnesses. The Commission concluded that one shot missed the limousine, one shot hit both Kennedy and Connally and one shot hit the President in the head. And yet not one person who witnessed the assassination described it as having happened that way. It’s not rocket science, folks. It’s easy to see. They arrested the wrong guy for the crime, then tampered with the evidence to make it look like he was guilty. That's the way they did things in Dallas. The prosecutory system was corrupt. One thing is for sure: Oswald was a patsy. John Kennedy was killed by his political enemies, not Oswald.
  9. And there's video of Crooks on the roof before the shooting. People yelling about him with a gun on the roof. His shooting spree is interrupted by a local police officer. Finally, he's killed on the spot. There's no comparison with Lee Harvey Oswald there. You have the same old Lone Nut die-hards trying to compare an obviously guilty murderer with one whose guilt is questionable beyond a reasonable doubt. The only question I have is whether the lack of security was intentional or just plain incompetence. Crooks was identified as "a person of interest" 52 minutes before Trump took the stage. In other words, they were watching him. He was seen with a rangefinder 32 minutes before Trump took the stage. He was spotted by the Secret Service on the roof 10 minutes before Trump took the stage. https://6abc.com/post/trump-assassination-attempt-fbi-examines-thomas-matthew-crooks/15064141/ So why was Trump allowed to take the stage ? Why wasn't Trump's appearance delayed until the threat was neutralized ? And why did the Secret Service wait until he fired to take him down ? They had binoculars. They were watching him. Then there was the local police officer who interrupted Crooks. The officer who climbed the ladder should have had his weapon drawn, the safety off and ready to fire. Instead, when Crooks aimed his rifle at him, he got scared and jumped off the ladder. Then they proclaim his cowardice was really heroic. https://nypost.com/2024/07/17/us-news/local-cop-who-interrupted-thomas-crooks-but-failed-to-stop-him-is-a-hero-who-saved-trumps-life-sheriff-says/
  10. Answer: absolutely. Different names, same corrupt government, same deep state inciting hatred against one man. The tactics may be different, but it's the same motive: make sure he doesn't get a second term.
  11. I agree. 51 Former Intelligence officers swore the Steele Dossier was real. They lied. Several points I want to touch on about the shooting suspect. While Mr. Varnell is quick to point out that the shooter was a Republican, he fails to mention that one's party affiliation is only to determine which ballot you receive for the PRIMARY elections. And since Nikki Haley was on the ballot in this year's Pennsylvania primary, I would ask him to prove that the shooter registered as a Republican to vote for Trump. How does he know that the shooter didn't register as a Republican to vote AGAINST Trump and for Haley ? He doesn't, no one does for sure. But there may be evidence to support this theory. According to his 2021 tax filing, the shooter donated $15 to ACTblue, a LEFT-WING political action committee and fund raising platform to get out the Democrat vote. So why would a Republican be donating to a Democrat PAC ? Ask Mr. Varnell. So while he accuses me of "not letting the facts get in the way", it is he who doesn't tell the whole story. This shooter was NOT pro-Trump or a MAGA Republican. He was a left-wing nutjob who wanted to prevent Trump from regaining the White House. I believe he registered as a Republican to vote against Trump in the primary. When it became obvious that Trump would win the election, he took the final step to deny Trump that victory by trying to kill him.
  12. Karl, I think this may end up giving him a bigger victory. People like me are getting fed up with this anti-Trump BS.
  13. Some FACTS for Mr. Varnell and the other anti-Trumpers: remember these calls for violence against Trump and his followers ? https://gil-jesus.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/trump-violence.mp4 Please show us where there was a call for violence against Joe Biden. I'm not a Republican or a Democrat but I know why this shooting occurred last night. There are plenty of nuts out there being influenced by what they see on TV to commit acts of violence. For anyone to think that this guy was a Trump supporter shooting at Trump makes no sense at all.
  14. An example of the type of hatred I mentioned.
  15. The deep state has done everything to Trump but kill him. It no longer has to hire and train assassins, as it did in the last century. All it needs to do today is to is have its allies in the media and its political leaders influence weak minds. When you have the President of the United States saying that MAGA Republicans are the greatest threat to the security of the country, you can expect results such as this. Political hatred killed JFK, the same political hatred that fired at Donald Trump last night, fueled by a media that has lied about and attacked him since he came down the stairs at Trump Tower in 2016. Chet Huntley tried to warn us about this influence by the media in 1963. His words ring true 61 years later.
  16. And that's an excellent point. In my state we call it a "pre-trial conference". Mr. Von Pein and his associates on the Lone Nut side don't realize that this evidence would have been challenged by a competent defense attorney BEFORE the jury even heard from the first witness. Much of this evidence would have been thrown out for reasons I've already mentioned. They also don't realize that the defense is involved in jury selection. Before a person is chosen to sit on a jury, he or she must be approved by BOTH the prosecution AND the defense. Potential jurors are questioned to measure their ability to be impartial. This is to avoid any bias for either side based on race, politics or sex. Now you know why Oswald was killed. To save the Dallas DA and the police dept. the embarrassment of having to drop the charges against him. So they let Ruby into the station to take him out.
  17. Firstly, I would interview witnesses that were ignored by the "investigation". Secondly, I would be present during jury selection and would make sure there was at least one conspiracy theorist on that jury. Murder cases require a unanimous vote by the jury. Just one "not guilty vote" by a juror can mean a "hung jury" and a mistrail. Thirdly, I would file a series of petitions with the court including: 1. Having Marina Oswald removed as a witness based on the general rule that “neither a husband nor a wife can be a witness for or against the other.” Stein v. Bowman (1839) 38 U.S. 209, 221. This would completely destroy the Walker case. The jury would never hear what she had to say about the weapons, Oswald's shirt, jacket or anything else. 2. Disallowing "evidence" whose chain-of-custody did not start at the point of discovery. This includes CE 399 and the spent shells found at the Tippit murder scene. 3. Disallowing all identifications made by witnesses as a result of unfair lineups, which were conducted in violation of Oswald's rights under the 6th Amendment. This includes identifications made by Markham, the Davises, Callaway, Guinyard, Whaley amd Scoggins. 4. Disallowing all hearsay testimony, including what the Dallas Police said Oswald said. 5. Since there was no proof that the rifle had been fired and the FBI did not find Oswald's prints on it on 11/23, I'd ask the court to disallow the rifle as evidence. Once the rifle is disallowed, any evidence obtained from it ( i.e. the "palm print" ) would naturally be disallowed as well. This is what I would have done before a trial even commenced or the jury heard from its first witness. I'm not saying I would be successful in achieving all of this, but the question is how would I defend Oswald. If I weren't successful and Oswald were convicted, the same arguments would be made on appeal. But if I were successful, what kind of a case would you ( Wade ) have left ? 1. Nothing in the Walker case. In the Tippit case: 2. A jacket no one can identify. 3. Bullets that can't be traced to the handgun. In the assassination, without CE 399 and the rifle, you'd have nothing. Not "Case Closed", but rather Case Dismissed. Then I would advise Oswald to sue the s**t out of Dallas County. Keep in mind that this would have been a 1964 case and that any "revelations" that surfaced in the 70s and 80s of Oswald's "guilt", ( like the nonsense of piecing together partial prints on the trigger guard in order to forge an Oswald print ) would not be applicable here. IMO, the Zapruder film and the autopsy photographs can be used to argue whether or not the President was shot from multiple directions, but neither have any value in determining OSWALD'S guilt or innocence.
  18. A more complete list can be found on my website. https://gil-jesus.com/if-the-case-against-oswald-was-legitimate/
  19. Excellent point Chuck. Thanks for your input. I've added it to the list and credited it to you.
  20. Excellent point Pete. Thanks for your input. I've added it to the list and credited it to you.

  22. Markham's reference to the "1:15 bus" is for the bus that was scheduled to arrive at 1:12. IMO, it makes no sense to call a bus arriving at any other time, the "1:15 bus". It does make sense, however, to refer to a bus arriving at 1:12 and leaving the bus stop at 1:15 to be called the 1:15 bus. Again, that's my opinion based on the evidence. Markham knew damned well that the shooting occurred before 1:15 and testified to that fact. MR BALL. You think it was a little after 1 ? MRS MARKHAM. I wouldn't be afraid to bet that it wasn't 6 or 7 minutes after 1. MR BALL. You know what time you usually get your bus, don't you ? MRS MARKHAM. 1:15. MR BALL. So it was BEFORE 1:15 ? MRS MARKHAM. Yes it was. ( 3 H 306 ) Markham wasn't the only witness who put the time of the shooting before 1:15. Multiple witnesses put the time of the shooting bewteen 1:06 and 1:10. The permit for autopsy shows that Tippit arrived at Methodist Hospital DOA at 1:15. ( Dallas Police Box 3, pg. 307 ) The Davenport/Bardin report says that Tippit was pronounced dead at 1:15. ( Dallas Police Box 1, pg. 80 ) IMO, the evidence says that the shooting occurred before 1:15. This means that 5 minutes has been added to the official record in order to make it possible for Oswald to have been the shooter. Without that extra 5 minutes, it was physically impossible for Oswald to be at the scene of the murder while travelling on foot. And to quote Rhett Butler in Gone With the Wind, "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn" what Dale Myers says. Or for that matter, what some witness' relative says who wasn't even there. It may be interesting, but it's still hearsay and there's no way to corroborate it. I'm interested in the evidence. The Dallas Police produced call sheets for every phone call received. They were cards that were stamped by a timeclock. ( 13 H 91-92 ) Why did the Commission fail to produce the Dallas Police call sheets for the phone calls made by Mary Wright and someone at Ted Callaway's car lot ? In all the confusion, both their addresses were broadcast as locations for the shooting, ( 501 E Tenth and 501 East Jefferson ) proof that those calls were received. Because the call sheets would have been stamped with the time the calls were received. They would have narrowed down the time of the shooting. Are they the "information from Dallas" referred to by the FBI that showed the shooting occurred prior to 1:13 ? Where are those call sheets ? I've never seen them. Keep in mind that if the case against Oswald was legitimate and the evidence was authentic: 1. There would be no conflicts in the evidence. 2. There would be no problems with the chain of custody. 3. People not connected with the case, like Dean Rusk, would never be called to testify. 4. Authorities would never have altered witness statements and affidavits, threatened and harrassed witnesses and ignored tests results that disproved the Commission's conclusions. 5. Evidence would not be missing. 6. Witnesses would not have been ignored. 7. Ted Callaway would have never asked Benavides which way the shooter went. 8. The bullets removed from Tippit's body would have matched the shells found at the scene. 9. There would have been proof Oswald received the rifle. 10. The rifle found on the sixth floor would have been 36 inches. 11. The paper gunsack would have been in the crime scene photos. 12. Jack Ruby's mother's dental records would never have been an exhibit. This was not a criminal investigation. This was a joke. This was a gathering of evidence against one suspect and I feel sorry for those who can't or won't see it for what it was.
  23. I'm not a worshipper of Dale Myers. All I know is what the evidence says. Consider this: Helen Markham was on her way to catch her "1:15 bus" that was scheduled to arrive at the corner of East Jefferson and Patton Ave. at 1:12 pm. If this murder occurred at 1:17 or 1:18 pm as Mr. Brown suggests, then Helen Markham never saw it. Because she had already caught her bus and was on her way to work. So either the murder happened before 1:15 and Markham witnessed it, or it happened after 1:15 and Markham never saw it. Since the preponderance of the evidence indicates that Markham was present and witnessed the murder, therefore it had to have occurred BEFORE 1:15. There is more evidence for a pre-1:15 time of the murder. In a memo dated 11/28/63, FBI Inspector James R. Malley notified the SAC of the Dallas Office, that the FBI had, "communications from Dallas showing time of death for TIPPETT ( sic ) as 1:13 pm." He also warned them to, "make sure our times jibe." Does "make sure our times jibe" mean altering evidence if necessary ? The point I'm making is that you can't have Helen Markham on the corner of 10th and Patton and the murder occurring at 1:17 or 1:18. It makes no sense because she's already missed her bus before Tippit was even shot. All of this evidence has been shown to Mr. Brown in his previous post on the time of the murder, but he seems determined to ignore it.
