Has anyone heard anymore about the "new" video that was being shopped around? I haven't seen any other reports since the initial one.

I just saw the interview. As soon as he realized that he was going to have to explain his view on the CIA part of the assassination, he got real uncomfortable and backtracked immediately. He did say that his opinion was that he didn't believe Oswald acted alone and was probably being directed from either Russia or Cuba. Very interesting that he would even give his opinion that he didn't believe Warren Commission.

Evidence---Mac's finger print on the sixth floor. Why is this not enough evidence to say that he WAS involved in the shooting? This is more evidence than most we have talked about in this forum, but for some reason it's not a final conclusion to the conspiracy. Why is this?

As far as I know there is no "manuscript." There is a brief summary, just a few pages, which is what I quoted from. Jeff Morley provided it to me. I believe it was a proposal for a book which for some reason did not go any further. It seems that most people David Phillip's was somehow envoled it the assassination. Hunt, Veciana, Nagell, Fonzi and anyone that has ever investigated Mexico City. IMO there is not a doubt that he was Maurice Bishop and that he was part of the assassination. Is there any living co-worker's of DAP that have not been interviewed? And would they talk? I believe that the final chapter on the assassination will come from the people closest to DAP and the anti-castro cubans. Any thought's.

William, You asked the question about Files taking a polygraph test and would anyone believe him then. It would bring more credibility to his story. Has he been given one in the past about his role in the assassination? Would you be willing to have one administered to him? And do you think he would agree to it? Thank you John

Bill, To be 'fair', not necessarily, if it were a covert mission and could be kept quiet...but my own current feeling [with quite a lot of sadness and heavy heart] coincides with John's hunch that Tosh himself in a rather sloppy post tested out his own premature demise. Tosh, if you're out there I hope you'll soon invent a equally creative return and join us in pursuing the truth. The fact is we don't know for sure. I still am awaiting one more backchannel bit of information, but none so far have turned up any confirmation - only that he is not answering his phone or message machine at this time. There are other scenarios also possible - such as foul play and the foul players having posted...but I don't want to broaden the mystery and possibilities. If I hear more, I'll post. John Woman sues Fidel Castro over pilot father's presumed death BELFAST, Maine (AP) — A woman has sued Fidel Castro, alleging that the Cuban leader caused the wrongful death of her pilot father after he was shot down over Cuba and imprisoned in 1963 while on a covert mission. Sherry Sullivan filed her lawsuit in May in Waldo County Superior Court, but Justice Nancy Mills delayed action until last week while considering how to serve papers to the defendants, who also include Castro's brother Raul, the Cuban army and the Republic of Cuba. Mills decided to send a certified Spanish translation of the suit to Cuba by registered mail, but has yet to receive proof of its delivery to the parties named. The suit alleges that Geoffrey Francis Sullivan, who was 29 at the time, was shot down and captured and that he died while being held in a Cuban jail for political prisoners. His daughter contends that Fidel Castro "intentionally, unlawfully and with complete disregard for human life" caused Sullivan's imprisonment and death. The Social Security Administration has declared that Sullivan is dead, and the Department of Veterans Affairs has listed him as missing in action. "I don't have any actual proof that my father was executed, but I believe he was," Sullivan told the Bangor Daily News. The lawsuit says Geoffrey Sullivan and New York newspaperman Alexander Irwin Rorke Jr., who was believed to be a CIA operative, took part in numerous anti-Castro operations in the three years leading up to their disappearance. The last known sighting of the pair was when they took off from Mexico on Oct. 1, 1963, in a twin-engine Beechcraft. A month earlier, Sullivan and Rorke allegedly had taken part in a bombing run over Cuba, an act that received widespread news coverage that identified both men as being involved. The suit says Castro and his co-defendants are liable under the Anti-Terrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996, which allows victims of states that have been identified as sponsors of terrorism to sue for damages.

I just got an email from someone who last spoke to Tosh two weeks ago. He told him he was going on a 'mission', which is what he told me some weeks before that [to me he mentioned it would be for a long time]. I don't know what the above infomation John just posted means. The state is not the one Tosh usually lived in. It is curious, however, that a friend on the advice of the brother [who has kept his silence on his brother] would, apparently, suggest that news of his death be posted on this Forum. Anyway, whowever you are that posted, as you can see we await further informatoin and some proof and I for one while I wouldn't be happy if this was a prank, would rather that than to hear that it is true that Tosh Plumlee is dead. I'm still awaiting more word from people I know who knew him. I was also surprised by the sudden re-appearance of Tosh on the Forum after a several month break about two weeks ago. Jack, It is YOU and YOU only who doesn't understand the importance of that gap. YOUR gap is closed and Mary's is wide open. If one goes to the plaza and stands just a few feet left or right of Mary's true position - the width of the gap changes. YOUR gap is so far off that a blind man who cannot see could still sense your error. And the reason that YOU wish to ignore the gap is because it destroys your being in the street claim for when you took a photo from where you thought Moorman stood - your gap was all but closed. You then said that it was only the 'DRUM SCAN' that showed a gap and I replied that all the Moorman prints show the gap. When invited to show a Moorman print hat shows no gap - your reply then becomes one that says the gap is irrelevant. I have enjoyed the information that Bill, Craig and Jack have added to this forum. I don't always agree but it is intresting to read. Why do you have to personally attack anyone? We are adults who are all on here to find the truth. So what if you don't agree. So what if i haven't read every single book or read every single document. That doesn't make me an idiot. Because civilization as we know it will crumble if the official lying history of our government is ever exposed to its rotten core. Even people unassociated with the killing recognize that our intstitutions must be preserved at all costs. Jack Jack, The saddness i feel as i read your statement has my blood boiling. So whatever the parties in power back in 1963 decided was the best for our country is still being covered up today. Please explain why today's politician's and news media would protect the xxxx's from before, when everone loves to break a story. Wouldn't it be the biggest story of our lifetime to find out who and why our president was murdered and who covered it up? So why is the media just letting them get away with it?

Also, I am re-reading "The Last Investigation". Has anyone here ever interviewed Col. Sam Kail? I would like to know more about him and his connection to David Phillips. Thanks

With Nathan Darby's expert finding's that Mac Wallace was in the sixth floor on the day of the assassination. With the evidence that Mac had worked for LBJ's man Carter. With E. Howard Hunt's Description of the assassination involving LBJ and the CIA. With the information from Gaeton Fonzi that David Phillip's was involved with Oswald. That Phillip's now being fingered by Hunt as being invloved. What is it going to take for the mainstream media and any government agency's to feel the pressure enough to do something about this case? Please help me understand why it is ignored?
