  1. Good Day Jack & Bill.... I realize that you both have 10's, or 100's, or, maybe even, 1000's+ of your personaltime hours chosen to be invested and publicly stated about ARNOLD's un-substantiated claims (100's or 1000's+ hours much like the failed "Moorman #5 was captured while standing in Elm Street" non-sense, the failed "the Zapruder film was deliberately painted on and drastically changed and so was some of the other films & photos" non-sense, the failed "Moorman #5 was captured at Z-312" non-sense, and the failed, utterly silly, "there was an assassin up in the 'badge man' tree" sheer comic book non-sense).... But, you both are transparently trying to dodge, and you, both, are spinning only Yourself, bigtime, by ignoring GORDON ARNOLD's very own words, and his very own specific claims about his, supposed, very own specific attack location (which is not supported by even a single piece of any during-or-post-attack, multiple, photo evidences, and not supported by even a single during-or-post-attack witness) that Arnold gave during his very detailed videotaped interview, June 6, 1989, to the "Sixth Floor Museum" oral history program, available for everyone here.... http://members.aol.com/droberdeau/JFK/addi...noldCLAIMS.html Conover then asks Arnold where he was standing in relation to the north pergola steps, to which Arnold claims, "OK. OK. The steps would be almost----I would say in front of me, but it’s not in front of me because I'm standing askew to the steps----more towards the street than I am the steps." "And I'm up as… I'm about three feet from the fence." Please recall that the 1978 "Dallas Morning News" photo that shows Arnold standing noticeably much, much closer to the picket fence than the retaining wall that he, then, by 1988 stood closer to in "The Men Who Killed Kennedy." Take note.... the 1978 photo ARNOLD posed location is very, very, Very close to the same 3' from the picket fence that ARNOLD claimed on tape to the SFM in 1989. Conover then asks, "Between the steps and the fence?" to which Arnold replies, "Yes." Conover then asks, "So, the steps were East of you?" to which Arnold replies, "Right." **NOTE** that Arnold claims he was BETWEEN the steps and picket fence ....In other words, by his own words, Arnold is specifically claiming he was specifically in the grass, between, the picket fence and the steps, only about three feet from the picket fence, ....but, Arnold was not on the grass, between the east edge of the sidewalk and the west edge of the retaining wall ....Arnold was not on the sitting bench, ....Arnold was not on the west edge of the steps, ....Arnold was not on the east edge of the steps, ....Arnold was not on the steps or the top step, ....Arnold was not on the pergola sidewalk, ....Arnold was not on the west edge of the sidewalk, ....Arnold was not on the east edge of the sidewalk. So, will, next, one/both of you choose to, mega-boringly again, try some lame, infantile, ad homenem, brutish, utterly show-your-ass childish, and/or disinfo-agent-provacateur paranoia, with your trying, yet again, to claim that, in your o-pined theory, by 1989 ARNOLD was going senile.... much like what was, with silliness, yet again, failingly claimed about Senator YARBOROUGH's statements directly to Doctor DAVID MURPHY....even though you had judged and theorized your o-pine about Senator YARBOROUGH's statements to Doctor MURPHY without your ever, once, prior to or afterwards, choosing for yourself to speak directly with Senator YARBOROUGH, and, even though, Doctor MURPHY did choose to speak directly with and directly interviewed Senator YARBOROUGH, himself, at length. As you may or may not be aware of, Doctor MURPHY has further stated, unambiguously and very clearly, that during the entire interview Senator YARBOROUGH was not senile, in any way, and that Senator YARBOROUGH was, in fact, still very sharp, still very clear, and, still very lucid. Making an investment in anything that you sooner or later realize ends up being evidently bad or failed is one thing, we all have done that at one time or another.... But desperately making a choice to hang onto a known bad or known failed investment long past it being not supported by the persons very own claims, long past his very own mutating claims, long past his never-supported-by-a-single-witness claims, and, long past his non-sensical claims that are not supported, at all, by multiple, Dealey Plaza attack nor post-attack photographic evidences is just plain.... well.... foolish.... and, in my experiences.... leads to a sort of poverty.... in this case, a poverty which affects overall credibility, and, could, also, lead to poverty of the Soul, or a poverty of the Team. Just so it is Crystal Clear, men.... I do not, personally, hate either of you, or anything like that.... far from it! (in my personal experiences, choosing hate and/or anger is a totally-useless, timewasting, cranky, incapacitating, totally-self-destructive-and-especially-destructive-when-directed-at-those-you-Love emotion, that is almost always chosen out of fear, and/or lack of knowledge, and/or being in self-denial of knowledge) .... My main concern is that I am simply concerned for Our Team of collected President KENNEDY assassination researchers because you, both, are among the self-choosing group of Dedicated researchers who.... in most case study areas.... seem to be knowledgeable of more of the evidence.... seem to be knowledgeable of more of the intricate details of established evidence and not-so-(yet)-established evidence, testimonies, statements, tests, recreations, etc, etc.... and most times (but, like all of us, not all times) possess the abilities to try to synergize together for everyone the abundant information into what you choose as your publicly stated possible theory(ies).... more so than 98% of The People. my Real World Experinces are that I always expect more of and from The More Experienced because, demonstratably, The More Experienced a vast majority of the time, ultimately, and tremendously, helps everyone in the long run for the forward advance our T+E+A+M to reach its Goals, wherein.... 5. Good Day Duncan.... While I do not subscribe to ARNOLD's, supposed, claims.... to be fair and accurate, ARNOLD did claim in at least one interview (possibly the 6-6-89 SFM oral history quoted interview "GORDON ARNOLD - Additional Claims about the Knoll-Wall" @ http://educationforum.ipbhost.com/index.php?showtopic=1331&hl=roberdeau&page=1 ) in which ARNOLD claimed that he did tell several persons within days of the attack. Additionally, when I recently located and completed a very lengthy interview with ARNOLD's son, he also stated that ARNOLD also publicly related his claims to other persons ---- In fact, the son stated to me that ARNOLD told his story several times when he spoke to his son's and daughter's elementary-to-high school classes and their many adult teachers during many years, which struck me as very odd, considering, that ARNOLD apologists claim he did not publicly speak about his claims because he feared for his and his Loved One's lives ------ yet, here the son confirmed to me that ARNOLD was doing, exactly, that ------ speaking publicly about his claims. 11. Good Day Shanet.... Utilizing the DP professionally surveyed map here.... ....it has always been interesting to me that a theorized straightline path from President KENNEDY's head at 312/313, to where WILLIAM HARPER diagramed where he discovered the "Harper skull fragment," leads nearly directly back to the exact same TSBD 6th floor West open windows that ARNOLD ROWLAND warrenatti-testified where he observed at 12:15 PM a second rifle armed assassin, and, in the DILLARD photo captured just after the attack ended, is seen a person looking outward into the kill zone. Here is a quote from my discovery announcement, Rosemary Willis Zapruder Film 2nd Headsnap; West, Ultrafast, and Directly Towards the Grassy Knoll, located here: http://members.aol.com/droberdeau/JFK/ROSE...NOUNCEMENT.html <QUOTE> ... If you utilize a professionally surveyed map of Dealey Plaza, and plot her correct standing location at Z-214, it is very clear that 90 degrees offset from Mr. Zapruder, with Rosemary at the apex, reveals that her head profile is facing towards the Texas School Book Depository (hereafter “TSBD”) between the sixth floor west open window units #10 and #11 (counting westward starting from the eastern most, #1, warrenatti-apologists, supposed, "snipers lair" “lone nut” window, and very easy to calculate with a 90 degree protractor, or, even an envelope corner). This is the exact same TSBD sixth floor far west end open window that Dealey Plaza attack witness Arnold Rowland warrenatti-testified where he distinctly watched a second, rifle armed assassin at 12:15 pm. [8] This is the exact same TSBD sixth floor far west end open window that Dealey Plaza attack witness Tom Dillard captured a photo only seconds after the attack ended, in which is seen a person looking outward into the kill zone. This is the exact same TSBD sixth floor far west end open window that when a trajectory line is extended backwards from the location where the “Harper skull fragment” was discovered that passes through the President’s head location at Z-313, this same trajectory line intersects on the TSBD between the sixth floor, west open window units #11 and #12. [9] The following diagram here details the found “Harper skull fragment” trajectory straight back through the President at Z-313, extended to the TSBD, which intersects very close to the exact same sixth floor west open window. The diagram includes an inset photo captured from the, warrenatti-apologists, supposed, “lone nut” “snipers lair” TSBD sixth floor farthest east window on 11/27/63 by the Secret Service on which is precisely indicated in red the location of known attack evidentiary artifacts. NOTE: the very wide “Harper fragment” deflection angle of the trajectory of the “Harper fragment” from President Kennedy’s Z-313 location (the red line), as seen from the warrenatti-apologists, supposed, “lone nut” “snipers lair.” Also included on the diagram is a photo crop capturing the aforementioned man seen in a TSBD south face, sixth floor, west, open window in the Tom Dillard photo staring outward into the kill zone within a minute after the attack ended. (The solid red, larger, ellipse seen near the grassy knoll picket fence corner is the location where nine attack witnesses were attracted to see gun smoke, and the same location where the Dave Wiegman film shows lingering gun smoke as the limousine accelerated towards the triple underpass) The brightness and contrasted animated clip that reveals the man in the west sixth floor open window staring out into the kill zone is available for you here and here. NOTE: at the instant that Dillard captured this photo of the man in the sixth floor west open window (estimates timestamp the Dillard photo to being snapped between 5 and 30 seconds after the president’s head exploding), the Warren Commission theory mandates that the person seen in the sixth floor farthest southeast window must have already brought the rifle from a horizontal position down to his side, then, remained visible in the sixth floor farthest east open window for several seconds after the head shot (per witness Howard Brennan) staring transfixed to ensure his deed; then the alleged Oswald had to move out from behind the 22” of space between the boxes of the “lone nut” “snipers lair,” then weave 140’ to 160’ across the sixth floor through dozens of stacked groups of boxes, then slow down and stop to deliberately place and hide the rifle balanced upright on its bottom edges between stacked boxes near the far northwest corner sixth floor entranceway (approximately an 80’ distance away from the west open window the man was photographed in), and cross 5 floor stairs landings and descend at a faster than normal pace down 4 flights of stairs, cross the second floor landing, and enter through a vestibule room, then enter into the second floor lunch room, then have his depository second floor lunch room encounter with Dallas police motorcycle man Baker only 75 to 90 seconds after the head shot. Here is a larger view from the warrenatti-apologists, supposed, “lone nut” “sniper’s lair” captured during the November 27, 1963 Secret Service reenactment detailing the red lined “Harper skull fragment” trajectory angle from the President at Z-313 to where it landed in the grass between Elm and Main streets. (in that same photo, additional important attack artifacts are also detailed at their specific locations, with each artifact shown in red, and the same attack artifacts locations, with victims precise locations, witnesses, photographers, suspected bullet trajectories, evidence, and additional important information are further detailed on my Dealey Plaza professionally surveyed map, provided for you here) ... [8] In photos and films captured right after the attack, TSBD west window units #11 and #12 were open approximately fifteen percent and twenty percent, respectively. Only a couple degrees difference in trajectory to either side of this theorized trajectory was west open window unit #10 (fifty percent open), #13 (fifty percent open), and #14 (fifty percent open). Due to each depository window unit actually consisting of two separate, framed window sashes, the maximum any window unit could be considered "open" is 50%. West window unit #13 was the same window that Dealey Plaza attack witness Arnold Rowland warrenatti-testified that from Rowland’s line of sight he observed at 12:15 PM a second, rifle armed assassin standing in his view, 5’ back from the open window. [9] Dealey Plaza witness, Arnold Louis Rowland, testimony to the Warren Commission volume 2, page 165 available here. ... <END QUOTE> Beside the West side of the TSBD 6th floor, I have also never eliminated the Dal-Tex West roofline as a possible shot origin, as a bullet trajectory from there would nearly match the vertical, horizontal, & lateral angles to the president----which would be a paramount consideration for the conspirators because of the inevitable autopsy to follow the attack.... http://members.aol.com/DRoberdeau/JFK/BRON...TEXmyers223.gif http://members.aol.com/DRoberdeau/JFK/DT22...texROOFLINE.gif ....and a Dal-Tex 2nd floor assassin could have deliberately missed because the followup SS agents (whose headtops were almost 7' above Elm Street) bodies obstructed clean targeting of the president, so, at the last instant before/as he was squeezing the trigger he swung off target, and the missed shot un-jacketed bullet could have hit the "Tague curb impact," although a direct hit there would have caused more curb damage, so, that missed bullet probably did ricochet off something, first, such as Elm Street, remembering the many witnesses who all reported being attracted to see the street spark and/or its debris.... http://members.aol.com/DRoberdeau/JFK/DT2d...URBpossible.gif ....a 313/314 head impact trajectory from the south AND north ends of the triple overpass were both confirmed as entirely possible in the 2003 "Discovery Channel" documentary night time laser reconstructions. 12. Good Day Anthony.... (from an early 2007 NG post) Paris Flammonde was a journalist with good connections to the Garrison investigation, and published the first book on the subject, The Kennedy Conspiracy, in 1969. Now he has put together new material from that period (including his own photos of Ferrie's apartment, etc.), and materials he has gathered since that time, in a three-volume epic, “The Assassination of America: The Kennedy Coups d'Etat“… which may also be titled, “An Encyclopedic Narrative and Historical and Personal Perspective on The Kennedy Coup d'État” … Book One: “The Deaths in Dallas” (includes six pages on Judyth Baker, rare unpublished photos of J.D. Tippit, three of his autopsy photos, and an assortment of Robert Cutler's Dealey Plaza charts) Book Two: “The Masques of New Orleans” (includes Flammonde's photos of Ferrie's apartment, Ferrie's college yearbook photo, assorted Ferrie documents, two photos of Ferrie as he was found the morning of his death) Book Three: “Barren Harvest” (includes a photo album of CIA people, a photo album and bios of critics, lists of names by category, and other useful references) The volumes are well-illustrated and total 1428 pages. Longtime Dallas newspaper reporter Earl Golz is said to be working on finishing a book, also Barr McClellan stated a few years ago that he was already working on a followup to his 2003, "Blood, Money, and Power" (LBJ, cronies, & contacts "did it") Best Regards in Research, Don Don Roberdeau U.S.S. 16. MARY MOORMAN on Radio This Week Good Day.... This past week, MARY MOORMAN (now MARY KRAHMER) was on Dallas radio station KRLD discussing the auctioning her 11-22-63 Polaroids. The dj's played an audio clip of MOORMAN from 11-22-63 being interviewed on radio. The audio of this week's interview with MOORMAN is available here.... http://podcast.krld.com/krld/390406.mp3 One of the radio dj's, a LNer, asked her some questions about what she heard during the attack, and she also timestamped what she heard with what she did and saw during the attack. She *remembered* hearing 3 "shots" (my "shots" definition=audible muzzle blasts and/or mechanically suppress-fired bullet bow shockwaves), with her noticing that "her" first 2 *remembered* shots were closer together than the last 2. I think the following still consistent response of hers is specifically interesting about her timestamping the shots relative to the instant she her snapped her Polaroid #5.... "Well, I stepped up to take the picture and at the instant that I snapped the picture there was a shot, and, I know, I stepped back a few steps, and another shot, and then there was another one just shortly--it was in a matter of seconds--but there were only three" Does non-Z-film attack sequence films scrutiny reveal if MOORMAN "stepped back" after capturing her Z-315/316 Polaroid #5? In 1963, and still in 2007, MOORMAN is among a group of several head explosion witnesses, including U.S. Army Ranger & D-Day veteran CHARLES BREHM, standing mere yards to MOORMAN's right, who timestamp *remembering*, at least, one shot after President KENNEDY's head first exploded. 17. Good Day.... http://www.prnewswire.com/cgi-bin/stories....2304&EDATE= President Gerald R. Ford's Final Memoir to be Released April 10, 2007 <QUOTE> The Late President's Own Words on His Life and Legacy, the JFK Assassination, George Bush, the September 11th Attacks, and More NASHVILLE, Tenn., April 10 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- FlatSigned Press, a publishing house and rare books distributor, will release exclusive new writings by the late President Gerald R. Ford. The book, entitled A Presidential Legacy and The Warren Commission, provides a fascinating look into the mind of a great American leader in the final years before his death. In this posthumous publication, the former president speaks as the last surviving member of the legendary Warren Commission, which investigated the assassination of President John F. Kennedy in 1963. In a detailed outline of the Commission's final report, President Ford addresses the lingering questions and conspiracy theories surrounding the Kennedy assassination one by one, and confirms the role of the CIA in hiding and destroying information regarding the assassination. In addition, the former president also provides a broad and inspiring account of his own life and historical significance, as well as his views on modern politics and partisanship. Ford's admirers and detractors alike will recognize the bold and straightforward language that was characteristic of the late president ashe addresses controversial topics, including: -- The Lessons Ignored from the Warren Report-and their relevance to the September 11th Attacks on the U.S. "Why were those communications still so inadequate in September of 2001?" [see full quote on page 2 of press release] -- Confirming the Role of the CIA in Hiding and Destroying Information on the Kennedy Assassination -- Ford's relationship with Presidents Richard Nixon, Lyndon Johnson, Ronald Reagan and Jimmy Carter -- The Pardon of President Richard M. Nixon-and its Role in His 1976 Defeat -- The Dangerous Loss of U.S. Manufacturing Jobs-and its Threat to the Economy -- A Call to Ratify the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) -- Bringing "Trust and Credibility Back" to the U.S. Government President Ford also confirms and explains one of the most enduring mysteries of the Kennedy assassination: the alleged sound of gunfire coming from the infamous "grassy knoll" in Dallas. Whether the reader is interested in the John F. Kennedy assassination as a defining moment in American history, a transformational event in American culture, or one of the world's most enduring murder mysteries, President Ford calls on all Americans to now read the Warren Report: "Due to rampant conspiracy legends, including those promulgated by the Oliver Stone movie, Congress has spent millions of taxpayer dollars investigating and re-investigating this tragic assassination. Your biggest contribution as an American citizen would be to read the Warren Commission Report ... I know that reading a technical report can be very daunting and boring, but I can assure you that this one is quite captivating." President Ford also chastises the U.S. government for not acting on the findings of the Warren Commission's final report before the tragic events of September 11, 2001: "There are still valuable lessons to be gleaned from this document. Difficulties with FBI-CIA interagency communications were among our key findings, and that was reinforced by later investigations. Why were those communications still so inadequate in September of 2001?" The final report of the Warren Commission is included in its entirety within A Presidential Legacy and The Warren Commission, which will be available at bookstores nationwide beginning April 10, 2007. A very limited number of leather-bound, numbered editions, autographed by the late President Gerald R. Ford, are available exclusively through the publisher at http://www.FlatSigned.com, which also owns the publishing rights to this, the late President's final memoir. "Ford echoes the original, core principles of his Republican Party, social moderation and fiscal conservatism, lost by the current Republican Party leadership, but which are expressed by current Republican frontrunner Rudolph Giuliani," said Tim Miller, president and CEO of FlatSigned Press. 20. Good Day.... http://dotkraft.com/clients/CaliforniaLite...-lamar-waldron/ <QUOTE> April 3rd, 2007 "Who Killed JFK? - An Interview With Lamar Waldron" by: Paul Comstock (( "Amazon.com" link to his book "Ultimate Sacrifice" http://www.amazon.com/dp/0786714417?tag=ca...p;link_code=as3 )) So much has been written about JFK’s assassination–what in your book is new? A tremendous amount. With the help of almost two dozen people who worked with John and Robert Kennedy–backed up by thousands of documents in the National Archives–we discovered that JFK and his brother had a never-before-revealed plan to stage a coup against Castro on December 1, 1963. The CIA’s code-name for their part of the plan–AMWORLD–has never appeared in print before, and was withheld from the Warren Commission and later Congressional investigating committees. As part of the coup plan, in the days and weeks before Dallas, Robert Kennedy even had a top secret committee making plans for dealing with the possible “assassination of American officials,” in case Castro found out about the coup plan and tried to retaliate. However, the Kennedy’s coup plan was infiltrated by three powerful Mafia bosses being targeted by Attorney General Robert Kennedy: Johnny Rosselli of the Chicago Mafia, Tampa godfather Santo Trafficante, and Carlos Marcello (godfather of Louisiana and east Texas). The Mafia dons used parts of the secret coup plan to try and assassinate JFK first in Chicago (on 11-2-63), then in Tampa (on 11-18-63, an attempt never revealed before), and finally in Dallas. By planting evidence implicating Castro, the mob bosses prevented Robert Kennedy and other key officials from conducting a thorough investigation, in order to protect the coup plan and prevent nuclear confrontation with the Russians. While it’s been known since the early 1990s that Robert Kennedy eventually told close associates the Mafia was behind his brother’s death, the book finally explains how the Mafia did it, presenting a huge amount of new information. Can you tell us more about these two attempts on JFK’s life just prior to Dallas and their connection to November 22nd? As we were told by Chicago Secret Service Agent Abraham Bolden, they had uncovered a plot by four men to kill JFK during his Chicago motorcade planned for November 2, 1963. An ex-Marine (with several recent parallels to Oswald) was arrested, but the four men remained at large. So, JFK had to cancel his motorcade at the last minute, even as people were lining the motorcade route. Pierre Salinger told us about the two different excuses he gave for the cancellation. In addition, Salinger–who began his work for the Kennedys as a Mafia investigator–revealed that Jack Ruby had been in Chicago a week prior to the motorcade, where he had received $7,000 from someone who worked for an associate of Trafficante and Marcello. Salinger’s revelation was confirmed by two eye-witnesses and FBI reports in the National Archives. The Tampa attempt had more than a dozen parallels to JFK’s assassination in Dallas, including a male suspect in his early twenties linked to the Fair Play for Cuba Committee. The Police and Secret Service warned JFK about the threat, but JFK bravely went ahead with the motorcade anyway, because of an important speech about Cuba he had to give in Miami that night, a speech that was part of the coup plan. No news reports about the Tampa threat appeared while JFK was alive–just a tiny article the day after this death; by the following day the Tampa Chief of Police and Secret Service weren’t talking to the press about it. On the very day Secret Service Agent Abraham Bolden went to Washington to tell Warren Commission staff about the Tampa and Chicago attempts, and other Secret Service laxity, he was framed by the Chicago Mafia and arrested. He was sent to prison for six years, even though his main accuser later admitted committing perjury against Bolden. The book finally explains exactly who framed Bolden, and why. Why did the three Mafia godfathers want to assassinate JFK? Because Robert Kennedy was waging the biggest war against organized crime that America has ever seen, and the Mafia families of Chicago, Tampa, and Louisiana were under incredible pressure. Rosselli’s boss was under “lockstep surveillance” by the FBI, and even Trafficante’s family members were being prosecuted. Marcello himself was put on trial by Robert Kennedy’s prosecutors the day before the Chicago attempt. Marcello bribed a key juror to ensure his acquittal, which Marcello timed for 11-22-63, when JFK was shot in Dallas. Marcello had a big celebration that afternoon and the only other known celebration after JFK’s death was in Tampa, were Trafficante publicly toasted JFK’s murder at the very restaurant where JFK had given a speech, just four days earlier. The Kennedys had worked hard to keep the Mafia from having a role in their coup plan, and JFK’s plans for a democratic government in Cuba after the coup would have kept the Mafia from returning to reopen their casinos there. So, the Mafia dons had to kill JFK before December 1, 1963, because only the secrecy surrounding the coup plan could prevent a thorough, public investigation that could have exposed their involvement. Walk us through exactly what transpired in Dealy Plaza. Where did the shots come from and who were the shooters? Very briefly: There is much evidence that Oswald was in the lunchroom of the Texas School Book Depository at the time of the shooting. Two men were seen behind the fence on the “grassy knoll.” Other witnesses saw two men on the sixth floor of the Depository. Riding in the limo directly behind JFK’s were his two closest Presidential Aides, Dave Powers and Kenneth O’Donnell. As Powers told my co-author Thom Hartmann, both men heard–and Powers saw–shots from the grassy knoll. That explains why JFK’s limo slowed at the sound of the first shot from the front, because they thought they were riding into an ambush. Powers and O’Donnell confirmed the shots from the knoll to former House Speaker Tip O’Neill, who wrote about it in his autobiography, Man of the House. Our book also explains why Powers and O’Donnell were pressured to alter their Warren Commission testimony “for the good of the country,” and which current US Senator was involved with that. The book deals with evidence indicating that Mafioso present in Dealy Plaza that day could have included Johnny Rosselli, Chicago Mafia hitman Charles Nicoletti, French assassin Michel Victor Mertz, and a CIA operative working on the Kennedys’ coup plan who was (unknown to the Kennedys) also working for the Mafia. As you state in your book, there are many credible witnesses who believe shots were fired from the grassy knoll and it certainly looks on the Zapruder film that Kennedy has been shot from the front, but isn’t the autopsy of President Kennedy proof that the bullet entered the rear of his skull? The entry wound on the back of his head was small, but the exit wound on the right side of his head was nearly six inches. Many distinguished experts disagree with what you’ve just stated, including Dr. Cyril Wecht, one of the country’s leading forensic pathologists. Remember that what is visible in the remaining photographs doesn’t sometimes match what is in the surviving x-rays–and there is considerable testimony that photos and x-rays were taken that are not part of the evidence today. Plus, crucial evidence, like JFK’s brain, disappeared once it was in the custody of Robert Kennedy. Entire books have been written about the autopsy, so I won’t try to cover everything here. Suffice it to say that the wound descriptions by the Dallas doctors didn’t sometimes match those of the autopsy physicians at Bethesda, and vice versa. For example, in Dallas the small wound in JFK’s throat was described as an entrance wound. Because they made a neat tracheotomy incision over the wound, the doctors at Bethesda didn’t even realize it was a bullet wound. JFK’s back wound was almost six inches below the base of his neck–making it impossible for a bullet coming down from the steep angle of the sixth floor of the Book Depository to have entered there and emerged many inches higher, from the front of JFK’s throat. (where it would have been heading up, only to have to head down again to hit Gov. Connolly–that’s just one reason the pristine bullet is called the “magic bullet”). In addition, new information declassified from the House Select Committee on Assassinations and the JFK Assassination Records Review Board casts further doubt on the Warren Commission theory of JFK’s wounds. We present new information in the book, based on interviews with two people at Bethesda during the autopsy, including David Powers, a JFK aide who was also one of the closest eye-witnesses to the assassination. Much evidence we cite shows that Robert Kennedy essentially controlled JFK’s autopsy. After the autopsy, control of JFK’s body was turned over to two officials who had been working with Robert Kennedy on covert Cuban operations. Even JFK’s personal physician, Admiral Burkley–the only doctor present in both Dallas and Bethesda–believed JFK was killed as a result of a conspiracy. What were Oswald’s actions from the time of the assassination until he was arrested? After reviewing all the evidence as part of seventeen years of research, we were stuck by how much of the conventional Warren Commission story is contradicted by other evidence, including earlier statements by many of their key witnesses. Thus, Oswald’s movements from shortly after the assassination until he returned to his rooming house can’t be pinned down with certainty. While Oswald was in his rooming house, a police car pulled up, honked its horn, then pulled away. A short time later, Oswald walked out of the rooming house. The Warren Commission says then that Oswald was walking (since he didn’t drive or own a car) on a quiet street, when a patrolman drove up to him. According to the official story, the crazed ex-serviceman pulled out a pistol, shot the patrolman and fled. As our book points out for the first time, that exact scene (involving an ex-serviceman) is in a movie that Johnny Rosselli produced (uncredited, but confirmed by court documents) in 1948, called “He Walked by Night.” Oswald next shows up at the Texas Theater, where he was arrested, though again, much evidence contradicts the conventional version of events. We present evidence (including some from secret Warren Commission memos not included in their final report) that Oswald thought he was going to Mexico City, on a “mission” that involved getting into Cuba on a mission in support of upcoming US action against Cuba. The theater was where Oswald had been told he would meet his contact. The book presents a huge amount of evidence that Oswald was a low-level asset for a US intelligence agency, and not a communist. For example, the Warren Commission claimed Oswald was a Marxist as teenager, but how many communist teenagers join the Civil Air Patrol? And not only join the US Marines, but try to join before he’s even old enough? We uncovered new information showing that Oswald was under ‘tight” surveillance by Naval Intelligence from the time he returned to the US from Russia. Oswald’s role as an intelligence asset explains why US authorities weren’t concerned when Oswald–a seeming former defector with a Russian wife–got a job in Dallas at a firm that prepared material for maps created from U-2 spy plane photos, at the height of the Cuban Missile Crisis. Oswald had been looking for work in Dallas in October of ’63 and found the job at the School Book Depository through a friend of his wife’s. He started work there October 16th. It doesn’t sound like an active plot to kill the President is in place at that time (Kennedy’s motorcade route had not yet been planned) and it also wouldn’t give much time for anyone to set him up as a patsy – creating a bogus snipers nest, etc. That’s a common misconception. JFK’s long-rumored Dallas visit had finally been announced on Sept. 26–right before Oswald tried to go to Cuba via Mexico City. It was well known by Jack Ruby and others in Dallas that any major motorcade would go through Dealy Plaza along Main Street. It’s not generally known, but 11-22-63 wasn’t the first time JFK had been through Dealy Plaza in a motorcade–JFK had been there in 1960, during the campaign. (Of course, Oswald was in Russia at that time, but Ruby and the Marcello associates he worked for were in Dallas then.) The mob bosses who’d been carefully planning to kill JFK had plenty of time make sure Oswald got a job near the motorcade route. In fact, Oswald applied for several jobs near and along the motorcade route. It’s important to note that around the same time Oswald moved to a new city (Dallas, from New Orleans) and got a new job, so did the ex-Marine arrested at the time of the 11/2/63 Chicago attempt against JFK and the young man linked to the Fair Play for Cuba Committee who was investigated by authorities after the 11/18/63 Tampa attempt to assassinate JFK. Where does Ruby fit in to all of this? Why would he kill Oswald knowing that he would spend the rest of his life in prison or be sentenced to death? Ruby was a long-time Mafia associate who was in desperate financial straits at the time. In addition, the book documents for the first time that Ruby (who ran guns to Cuba) had been part of the 1959 CIA-Mafia plots to kill Castro. Ruby had also been an informant for the FBI at that time–and for other law enforcement agencies later–which would also insure the various agencies couldn’t dig too deeply into Ruby’s background or share key information with those investigating JFK’s assassination. As if to drive the point home to authorities, even the pistol Ruby used to shoot Oswald came from Ruby’s time in the first round of CIA-Mafia plots against Castro. Ruby’s job–in Chicago and probably Tampa, as well as Dallas–was to get a policeman to quickly kill the patsy, since Ruby had numerous friends in law enforcement. Failing to do that, Ruby had to do the job himself, though Congressional (and even Warren Commission) investigators felt he had the help of one or more policemen. One of them let Ruby know when Oswald was heading to the basement, the day he was shot. Under Texas’s “sudden passion” murder defense at the time, Ruby could have received as little as five years, and with good behavior, had to serve less than three years. Ruby’s mob-linked lawyer chose not to use that defense, and instead used a bizarre “psycho-motor” defense that had never worked before. But once Ruby’s in jail for life, and particularly after his diagnosis of cancer, what would prevent him from telling the truth about his role in the assassination? One reason the Jewish Ruby had been able to work with the Mafia for so long was that he’d shown he could keep his mouth shut, even when it came to murder. Robert Kennedy wrote in his book “The Enemy Within” about a Mafia murder in 1939 that was important in forging a link between the Mafia and the Teamsters–and police records show that one of the mobsters who kept his mouth shut about that hit was Jack Ruby. By 1963, Ruby was a long-trusted lower-level mob associate, part of a tight-knit Mafia heroin network that went through Dallas. The night before the assassination, Ruby dined at the restaurant of a long-time Marcello associate. After Ruby’s arrest, he was visited by the same Marcello associate. As we cite in the book from Warren Commission testimony, there are indications that the lives of Ruby’s family (sister, brothers, their children) had been threatened, that Ruby had been told they could face death or torture if he didn’t cooperate. One of the Chicago mobsters that framed Abraham Bolden was known for the same type of brutal torture murders that gave Ruby nightmares. In addition, it’s been said that for much of the time of Ruby’s incarceration, Dealy Plaza was visible from Ruby’s jail cell in Dallas. That’s the ultimate reminder of what could happen to those who angered the Mafia, even a President. In the same way Ruby’s close connections to hundreds of Dallas police made him valuable to the Mafia, Ruby knew that it would be just as easy for the Mafia to take action against Ruby, even in prison. Ruby didn’t have that much time to talk after his sudden diagnosis of cancer. Ruby had received a clean bill of health from a medical exam not long before. As I write in the book “Ruby had been diagnosed with cancer three days after winning a December 7, 1966 appeal for a new trail, to be held in Wichita Falls.” Just over three weeks later, he was dead. By not talking after his cancer diagnosis, Ruby probably felt he had insured the safety of his family. Will we ever find a definitive answer to this mystery? Is there anyone alive who was involved and could provide important information? The answer to both questions is “yes” and “yes.” NBC News and a government watchdog group, OMB Watch, both reported that well over a million documents remain secret, possibly until the year 2017. Everyone we have uncovered who was knowingly involved in JFK’s death (less than a dozen) is either dead (most of those confessed to associates prior to their death), in prison, or has served time for a crime related to the assassination. With so much still secret, and so much time having passed, further prosecutions for the assassination would be difficult if not impossible. That’s why we recommend a South African-style truth commission about the assassination. They could review and release the vast majority of the million still-secret files, and take testimony from those who were involved. We also feel strongly that Abraham Bolden–who had a sterling service record before his arrest and was America’s first black Presidential Secret Service agent– deserves to finally have his name cleared. <END QUOTE> Best Regards in Research, Don Don Roberdeau U.S.S. 21. Good Day.... An article appeared 20MAR07 about F.B.I. Special Agent & Bethesda autopsy witness FRANCIS XAVIER O'NEILL, Jr., and his 2007 book.... http://www.capecodtoday.com/blogs/index.ph...n_jfk_s_autopsy <QUOTE> Is this the final word on John Kennedy's assassination? Greg O’Brien BREWSTER, Mass. IN A MODEST HOME on a Cape Cod country lane, with a front window insulated with weather stripping to conserve heat and a frayed American flag out front waving in the stiff March breeze, sits a man who lives with a history that haunts the world. Francis Xavier O’Neill Jr., a retired FBI agent, one of two agents who oversaw the grisly autopsy of John F. Kennedy 44 years ago, is surrounded by a lifetime of memorabilia, including photographs, medals and official reports, worthy of a museum. He is one of the last surviving members of the preliminary criminal investigation-team that probed the Kennedy assassination. Recently released 8-millimeter film footage, previously unseen in public, of Kennedy’s fateful motorcade in Dallas, taken less than 90 seconds before the deadly shots were fired, has further agitated conspiracy theorists and has jolted our collective memories. “The footage is sure to be new fodder for conspiracy buffs who have long maintained Kennedy was the victim of a sinister plot orchestrated by shadowy elements in either the government, the ‘military-industrial complex,’ the Mafia, or communist Cuba,” Reuters reported. More than four decades after this national trauma, eyewitnesses to the Nov. 22, 1963, assassination and its aftermath are disappearing like dew under the Texas sun. At 83, Frank O’Neill is still a beacon of enlightenment. While he maintains that Lee Harvey Oswald was the lone gunman, O’Neill is critical of some of the initial investigation and autopsy assumptions. As a 39-year-old agent then assigned to Andrews Air Force Base, in Maryland, O’Neill was directed by FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover to meet Air Force One carrying Kennedy’s body back from Dallas, and “to stay with the body of the president, no matter where it was taken, not to let it out of my sight, and to obtain any evidence of the murder that might be in the body . . . I was to take whatever action that was necessary and deemed appropriate under the circumstances,” O’Neill writes in a manuscript to be published later this year, an autobiography tentatively entitled A Fox Among Wolves. The Providence Journal has obtained a copy of the manuscript. FBI Agent James W. Sibert, now retired, was assigned to assist O’Neill, who had spoken with Kennedy on several occasions. After Air Force One landed at Andrews and slowly taxied up the tarmac, O’Neill, Sibert and others with high-security clearance greeted the plane, and watched solemnly as Kennedy’s casket was carried to a waiting gray Navy ambulance for the trip to Bethesda Naval Hospital, in Maryland, where the autopsy was performed. Inside the autopsy room, O’Neill and Sibert assisted Secret Service Agents Roy Kellerman and Bill Greer in lifting Kennedy’s naked body from the bronze casket to the autopsy table. Greer had chauffeured the president’s limousine through Dealey Plaza; Kellerman had been in the front seat next to him. Kennedy’s body, O’Neill writes in a chilling, matter-of-fact tone “was wrapped in a sheet, with another bloody sheet wrapped around his head. The body was lying on a plastic-type covering to prevent, one would assume, the inside of the casket from being irrevocably soiled from blood dripping from the body. Kennedy’s hands were clenched, his eyes opened and his mouth in a grimace.” O’Neill and others in the autopsy room were stunned when they saw Kennedy’s deep head wound above his right ear “almost the circumference of a grapefruit.” Chief pathologist Dr. James J. Humes, a central figure in the Warren Commission investigation of the assassination, supervised the autopsy; also in the room were attending surgeons and government officials. O’Neill and Sibert stood next to the autopsy table and “were the only two people representing any agency that could be considered a disinterested (neutral) party,” writes O’Neill, a World War II paratrooper, recipient of the Bronze Star, former New York City police officer, retired lawyer, former Connecticut state legislator and former justice of the peace. “The Navy doctors were concerned with the immediate event at hand. The Secret Service was most concerned since their most important assignment lay dead on the table.” X-rays, viewed by Humes, O’Neill, Sibert and others, revealed dozens of bone splinters and several bullet fragments. Two of the fragments were retrieved, and later matched to an M-1 rifle linked to Lee Harvey Oswald. “Parts of the brain were still there, but not much,” writes O’Neill. “It would seem that no one could survive such an injury.” Three shots were fired, investigators say — the first sounding like a firecracker that entered the upper right rear of Kennedy’s back. O’Neill in his official report said agent Kellerman, now deceased, told him that Kennedy cried out, “My God, I’ve been hit, get me to a hospital!” The second bullet hit Texas Gov. John Connally, sitting in a jump seat behind Kellerman. The third was the fatal wound to Kennedy. O’Neill said recently in an interview that Kellerman insisted, when pressed how he knew it was Kennedy’s voice, “I was with the man for three years, and know his voice like I know my own. And he was the only man in the back seat of the car that day who spoke with a Boston accent.” While conspiracy theorists will debate the assassination for generations, O’Neill’s observations are jarring and soul-searching. “Looking back on the day’s events, I kept thinking of Kellerman and Greer,” he writes. “They both had the president’s blood and brain tissue on their clothes, and it was very evident that they were physically shaken, although still under control. . . . Roy [Kellerman] had been the agent who had directed the security of the president on the Texas trip. That night at Bethesda he told me he cautioned Kennedy that morning not to be so open with the crowds for security reasons. Kennedy told him that if someone wanted to kill him all they would have to do was use a scope rifle from a high building. Roy had tears in his eyes when he told me.” Greg O’Brien, a freelance writer and editor living on Cape Cod, is an occasional contributor. He is now editing Francis X. O’Neill Jr.’s manuscript on the Kennedy autopsy and O’Neill’s life in the FBI and other branches of government service. He writes two blogs for Cape Cod TODAY and this Op-Ed appeared in the Providence Journal on Tuesday, March 20, 2007. <END QUOTE> Best Regards in Research, Don Don Roberdeau U.S.S. John F. 22. Ducan, Thanks for this explanation. Of course, you have seen the Roberbeau map. If you blow this map up for detail a lot of different photo perspective is referable. It would be really great if someone could plot the points of locus for each theoretically placed shooter as photographically claimed by Bill, Rick, Jack, Chris or anybody else with reference to the Roberbeau map. What are the trajectories? For example, a direct line of sight down the plane of the picket fence intersects Umbrella man. Would a shooter allow the tree trunk to pass by in front of & through his field of fire. Possibly so, if he anticipated same. Any thoughts? Miles ....Good Day Miles.... The following theoretical trajectories were provided on the Dealey Plaza professionally surveyed map some years ago.... http://members.aol.com/droberdeau/JFK/DPth...RAJECTORIES.gif ....and.... http://members.aol.com/droberdeau/JFK/DPth...TORIESviews.gif ....On the maps, the image seen in MOORMAN #5 (red-labeled "GKS", physically west of the tree, but MOORMAN #5 photographically-seen slightly right of the tree, that corresponds to Zf-315-316) is on a line-of-sight that intersects nearly the exact same location where the HSCA determined an assassin fired from, and, where photographic evidences captured seconds after MOORMAN #5 do not show an image in that exact same location. An aside.... I have rarely said much about JAMES FILES claims, having personally discarded his claims years ago after many private discussions with researchers.... A few years back there were some paintings, reportedly, done by FILES (I think being ebay auctioned), and one of the paintings showed the picket fence top, Elm Street, the "Thornton" sign at a very steep oblique angle, a lamp post, etc, that I used to photogrammatically calculate the location spot the painting was depicted from---which, IIRC, calculated to many yards west of the HSCA-determined, MOORMAN #5-seen, "GKS" assassin's location.... Still have that FILES painting calculating the perspective location if anyone is interested---it use to be in, and may still be within, my AOL small public JFK file that the DP maps are also within.... http://members.aol.com/droberdeau/JFK Best Regards in Research, Don Don Roberdeau U.S.S.
