  1. Bart, I've been reading the Abraham Bolden trial transcripts from the Livingstone archives provided in the second link you listed above. I must break after about 12 pages. However, what I have read so far is simply "dynamite" regards the incredibly obvious misconduct on the part of the prosecution ( including the presiding Judge ) which can only be described as an outrageous set up against Abraham Bolden from the get go. I don't know if forum posting space is a limited thing and we should not take up too much of it if possible but I feel like posting the entire contents of the transcripts because they are so mind blowing in revealing the incredible truth of Bolden's claim that he was truly railroaded and every member of this forum who is curious about the Abraham Bolden story must read this. Can't wait to read more but must run right now. Also, was Bolden a black muslim? I wonder also if Bolden was shocked when he was brought into the White House detail and saw what he considered extremely lax and unprofessional behavior on the part of his co-agents in certain areas of their duty and private lives. Bolden was only on this detail for a very, very short period of time. However it sounds like out-of-town and less important duty Bolden may have naively expected that such an elite and important duty detail as the White House one would have the highest standards of any other in the service and he pictured it this way before he joined this elite group. Sounds as if Bolden himself was more the straight laced type person one would expect from someone serving in the highest responsible protection duty positions of the SS. We now know that there have been lapses in professionalism among members of the elite SS corps from time to time throughout their history. So what Bolden described with the unexpected laxness he observed with the WH detail does not sound impossible at all. And we know that certain SS agents did go the the Cellar topless waitress club in Dallas late into the evening of 11,21,1963 and possibly even into the morning hours of 11,22,1963. And they probably weren't drinking Shirley Temples and hiding their eyes when their waitresses brought them their drinks. We also know that at least one agent had a drinking problem that may or may not have become bad only later when he served under LBJ. I hope other Bolden story curious members of this forum see your link and access it. I feel it will shock their awareness of the case. Has Vince Palamara published these Bolden case transcripts before? I assume he has. What an important story regarding this historical part of Vince's over-all SS one.
  2. Of course I remember watching the coverage on the night of November 22nd. Who could ever forget watching Oswald being hustled back and forth in the hallways of the Dallas PD building and his questioning by the press. And Oswald's shouted "I am just a patsy!" as he was being dragged away from the reporters. Even at that second, I am sure that shouted claim of Oswald's "I am just a patsy" had me curious. It just seemed like the most improbable claim by someone accused of such a historic crime. Still does. What I saw of Dallas District Attorney Henry Wade that whole weekend made me feel suspicious. Again, even at 12 years old ( I have an excellent entire life memory by the way) you could just feel his phoniness. When he was told by a reporter who saw him interacting with Jack Ruby during the bustle Friday night in the police building that it appeared they knew each other very well, Wade got this strange look on his face, sticking his tongue into his cheek and looking like he was caught at something he couldn't defend.
  3. I never saw Leavelle in the almost quaint, kindly and funny story telling old grand dad light he was so often cast in his later life interviews. I don't think Leavelle gave a rat's a$$ about Oswald's death nor felt any real guilt about his and his department's beyond belief - fist pounding outrage failure to protect Oswald in their own building nor comprehended at all the full truth devastating loss importance of this monumental failure and what it truly cost this country and our society forever. Ruby's easy access into the Dallas PD basement the morning of 11,24,1963 and ability to get within feet of a wide open Oswald to then blow his guts out destroyed the American people's trust in their government more than any other single historical event I know of. A mistrust so deep and strong that even today ( 3 GENERATIONS LATER! ) the majority of American's polled STILL do not believe the Warren Commission findings of a single lone gunman as their concluding explanation for JFK's murder. Leavelle's role in Oswald's security failure that day is a shameful part of that massive government mistrust legacy imo. Could you imagine what would happen in this day and age if a highly threatened criminal suspect ( Oswald was the most threatened suspect in America's history ) was killed in a similar situation right inside a police facility while handcuffed to his handlers and by someone who just walked into this facility unchecked and in front of world wide live press coverage? The family of the murdered suspect would sue for millions and probably get it! I wonder if the Dallas police department or any of it's officials ever issued any public or private apology to Marina Oswald or Robert Oswald or Oswald's mother regards their worst case scenario negligence failure to protect Lee Oswald under what should have been the most secure transfer circumstances they could possibly imagine. Such as a night time transfer with no public announcement nor chaotic yelling, body shoving packed press crowd with blinding bright lights in the faces of Oswald's closest handlers just feet in front of them. Whenever I think back to that living nightmare scene of Jack Ruby bounding out of the Dallas PD basement press crowd and blowing a hole in Oswald's gut and also destroying the most important part of the JFK assassination truth ( which I personally witnessed on live TV coverage as a 12 year old ) I still feel the stomach sinking shock, outrage and suspicion I felt at that moment. And seeing Jim Leavelle in interviews always brought back those feelings and memories of that tragic loss event and the outrageous negligence which facilitated it.
  4. Bart, I just read the letter by Bolden and the newspaper article and the official response to Bolden's charges. Thanks for posting these items and so quickly. That's one of the great things about this forum. Interesting relevant research fact sharing by it's senior members to educate us less informed ones. Bart, do you have any personal speculation or conclusion opinion on the Bolden case? Do you feel he was railroaded?
  5. If Bolden's story is true and he was falsely accused and railroaded into prison, my God...what a story! I would think that many influential movers in the film industry who have committed to producing A List films that correct and enhance the official historical record regards African-American men and women of achievement and courage would be all over Bolden's life experience, especially if he was imprisoned falsely. I'm thinking Spike Lee, Tyler Perry, Will Packer, Reuben Cannon, Ice Cube even Oprah. Do our top research members here believe Bolden? Or do they believe that he actually committed the crimes he was accused of and found guilty of and punished for?
  6. Now that this thread is off the main forum I feel less guilty expressing more thoughts on Donald Trump and his unfitness for the office albeit from my uneducated "man on the street" perspective which many might dismiss as ... well ... just uniformed dumbness I suppose. However, for what it's worth, what I see with Trump based on my 67 year life experience is simply an "extremely" spoiled and indulged person ( on a highest wealth level from childhood ) mixed with a super aggressive, controlling even bullying nature and who is addicted with a daringly desperate need to be the center of attention ... CONSTANTLY! To satisfy this addiction Trump creates conflict when there is none seemingly to set up a stage for himself to stand out and be watched and listened to. We've all heard the term "Drama Queen" I am sure? The loudest person in room. The most animated. The one to say the most outrageous comments. The one most likely to start or be challenged to a fight, especially in a working class bar. Trump was born into a family of sheltered wealth and privilege but if he was who he was as an aggressive bullying child and adolescent in a poor and rough environment he probably would have been involved in conflicts, fights and authority defiant antics where as often as not he would have been on the losing end of or more seriously punished for these and which may have tempered and humbled his selfish, controlling even bullying nature in his later adult life. But he wasn't. Then, mix in all this spoiled indulgence and insecurity driven drama queen craziness with an obsession with monetary wealth to a manic degree. With Trump pushing this drive for wealth as far up against legal boundaries as he could, even to the point of perhaps passing those boundaries when he felt he could get away with this. There's clearly a strong amoral bent in this kind of behavior. One that involves much lying and deceiving to carry out. The same goes for Trump's sexual obsessions and actions as reported in many testimonies of those that witnessed them or were effected by them. There is so much more to contemplate and debate in the story of Donald Trump and his rise to the Presidency that would be as exhausting to cover as his never ending daily conflict creating act already is. My short take here however is that we have a spoiled rotten man/child in office, whose extreme self-centered needs and insecurities motivate his actions more than any other factor especially the common good of our entire society.
  7. Fascinating. Too bad the regular forum with it's heavy readership can't see this most intriguing and serious question creating post.
  8. A thread here about once a year? Oh well, the moderators let it stay in the education forum for a long time. Thank you for that.
  9. I don't know, his dancing didn't seem all that bad to me. Kind of restrained but still with a nice little Samba shake and pursed lip coolness. At least he didn't go out into the middle of the dance floor and do a full blown Tony Manero Saturday Night Fever dumb faced disco routine. And his eyebrows in this video ( although still wild ) didn't seem quite as creepy as his father's.
  10. The loudest socialist fear promoters in this country are shameless hypocrites. Is there any anti-socialist in the country who is collecting a social security check who then sends it back to the government because he or she feels this socialist program is such a threat and danger to our free market society well being? Or turning down their automatic government subsidized Medicare health coverage? There are no totally free market capitalist or socialist system countries in the world. Every society has a mix of the two. Societal needs dictate the balance. Most industrialized countries are more socialistic than the U.S. and doing extremely well in the majority of world health measured standard of living and citizen satisfaction categories. Several measuring higher than our own! The economic and standard of living divide between the wealthy, working and poorer classes in our own less socialistic country is now clearly much wider than the majority of the other industrialized and more socialized countries. We are a starkly contrasting mix of the most economically depressed, run down poorer parts of urban cities and rural trailer park meth addiction communities on one end of our demographic makeup and wealthy gated country club communities on the other to a shocking and disturbing degree. Drive off the main highways in half the states to see the widespread reality of this scene. Visit Mississippi or Alabama or West Virginia taking the back roads and tell us how great our less socialistic system really is compared to most of Europe for example. We have a hugely financed socialist fear propaganda machine and agenda in this country second to none. Just the word "socialist" has been successfully exaggerated, promoted and accepted in the minds of millions ( Fox News fans ) to truly terrifying boogie man fear levels. Until Franklin Roosevelt we allowed the tiny minority of American capitalist icons to have their way with labor and paying them as little as possible without any benefits until this system became so crushingly abusive and neglectful (off the charts during the depression ) it was leading to mass civil unrest including violence. That economic model of unfettered free market reign ( a small group of the most wealthy always looking to pay less and make more off the poorest labor ) was a greater threat to our democracy than most all the socialist programs we now see in most of our world's industrialized countries. It's sad and frustrating to see half this country believing the opposite false reality of this truth.
  11. We just finished watching the Showtime series "The Loudest Voice." Very compelling in many aspects including of course Russell Crowe's always "time bomb ready to explode" presence as the main story character. It was really hard to watch at times during the sex scenes. Ailes comes across as a totally amoral, corrupt and disgusting pig. Who cares if he liked musical theater, played the piano and paid his lie covering executive secretary /assistant 2 million dollars a year. But like Crowe said, it is most important to know how someone like Ailes and Fox news succeeded and still succeeds in this self interest driven, divided and mixed up society of ours.
  12. I am not a student of this area of Lee Harvey Oswald study. Know hardly anything about it. But I have a nagging question I feel compelled to ask. How could Robert Oswald and his mother be fooled by a person impersonating their brother and son? I have many brothers. Even after a several years absence, I could tell if they were the same person I knew before. A brother would notice small things. Physical, facial expression and speaking mannerisms. Tone and pitch of voice. Inflections in speech. Reminiscing memories? If the returning Oswald from the USSR was not the brother of Robert and son of mother Marguerite and yet passed as such to them, this guy deserves kudo's for his impersonation skills. One other obscure detail I noticed when the arrested Oswald was asked whether he killed JFK in the 11,22,1963 Friday night Dallas PD building interview; He responded by saying something like ... the first I heard of this was when a reporter "axed" me that question in the hallway. The pronunciation of the word "asked" as "axed" is a distinctly deep South slang one. A New Orlean's raised person may very well have used this version of the word "asked" imo. Hope my off-the-wall question doesn't offend.
  13. A suggestion. I keep losing the link that would take me to the sub-forums. If we permanently added this link in bold type to the top of our initial main forum page, where we have links for registration, moderation rules, deleting photos, reserve fund balance, etc., I would go to these forums much more often when I wanted to post about subjects perhaps more peripheral to the more singularly focused JFK assassination research and debate one and that many members feel hurts the main forum's integrity if overdone. Obviously there are a good number of members like me who want to occasionally share and debate these sub-forum subjects ( can you be a JFK truth seeker and NOT be a broader and more current political minded person?) besides our deep and sincere interest in the forum's main focus one.
  14. Okay, Fox news is only 23 years old versus almost 30. Bill O'Reilly wrote his Oswald did it alone JFK book while employed there. Sold over 1 million copies.
  15. Douglas, exactly. For almost 30 years Fox news has been a big factor in the diversion of the JFK event into the realm of conspiracy kooks. Instead giving Bill O'Reilly's farce implied legitimacy.
  16. It isn't a stretch to imagine Jeffery Epstein telling his closest attorneys he wanted to commit suicide rather than spend the rest of his days in prison, and asking them to facilitate this by demanding he be taken off suicide watch. They may have stated to Epstein their belief that a long prison sentence would probably be the outcome of any trial and not disagreed with Epstein ( through silence) regards his ultimate escape plan. Perhaps his attorneys were palmed some grease for their efforts? For example, being given $250,000 each for executing his will after his death? I am also guessing that Epstein felt he was in a totally no-win situation, even if he gave up everything he knew about others involved with his crimes. If he gave up everything for maybe the possibility of a parole 10 years from now, he would still be a man marked for death anyway by the powers to be that simply could not allow him to blow the lid off this global conspiracy and if he did, exact the kind of retribution that would send a strong message to others not to do the same in the future. If it's true that Epstein went so far as to deposit funds in all the other prisoners accounts for some type of lessening of their molester revenge sympathies (or other reason? ) it would not be impossible to believe that he also made some arrangement ( through 3 or 4 removed level channels) to compensate his two jail attendants for their convenient falling asleep actions the night of his demise. There are so many illogical circumstances with this whole affair, a reasonable person is forced to consider it with much valid suspicion.
  17. Fascinating and importantly thought provoking articles on Bernays and his work and his later years reflections. Makes you aware of just how much we and much of the world has been manipulated through this realm. Much more than most have ever imagined. Seems to me the subject of Edward Bernays and his work should be included into our secondary public school curriculum in some way ( even small ) as a mandatory part of their basic American civics, history and social studies programs. If those courses even exist anymore. Since every young American is going to be hugely inundated the rest of their lives by the incessantly aggressive 24/7 efforts of these powerful psychological propaganda forces ( benignly called advertising/ public relations but often so powerfully influencing as to be called a "separate government" as Bernay's described) shouldn't they at least be made aware of these real life entities and their possible nefarious and dangerous agendas and effects on their lives? Roger Ailes and Fox News are one of Bernay's greatest media babies. Ailes rode the repressed American male sexual desire and cultural insecurity angle to the hilt. Good looking and good figure blonds, short neck and hemline dresses, hot red lipstick, mixed with liberal fear and anger inciting news reporting. Turn em on...and piss em off! That's how you get their riled up attention...and their support. Trump is the ultimate poster boy for this kind of frustrated and angry red state American male manipulation. Brag about your wealth, your ethnic heritage pride, your love it or leave it American patriotism, showcase your hot younger wife, insult your critics, even taunt and make fun of them. Rail against the loss of American values and control with mass illegal immigration anger talk. Call these poorer foreign societies for what they really are ...s###hole countries. Finally a G#D D#MN President who speaks our G#D D#MN language! Who speaks for "US" ... G#D D#MN it! White supremacy groups and outlaw biker gangs love this guy. Trump would have made the best carnival barker. He could get a crowd so worked up with exaggerated rhetoric shouting and animated facial and hand gestures, they'd be clamoring to get their tickets to see whatever side show he was promoting ... freaks of nature, jungle girl, mind readers, metal eaters ... you name it.
  18. I never knew the JFK context of the Beach Boys Brian Wilson/Mike Love song "The Warmth Of The Sun" until just today. Hope the forum doesn't mind a touching tribute post regards this. Wilson and Love began composing the song on November 22, 1963, the day of the assassination of John F. Kennedy,[1]although the two co-authors give different accounts of the timing and whether it was begun before or after the killing. The subsequent recording of the song was informed by the emotional shock felt by its authors in the wake of Kennedy's death. In the 2016 autobiography I Am Brian Wilson, Wilson recalled that the song was written the day of the assassination, in response to it: Knowledge Result THE WARMTH OF THE SUN ~ THE BEACH BOYS. - YouTube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kvzr2IT_AiQ
  19. Interesting. However, doubters and critics could ask you to perform these same tests using publicly recorded statements by so many other closely connected main characters in the event such as Jack Ruby, Marina Oswald, Chief Curry, Captain Fritz, Dallas D. A. Henry Wade, George DeMohrenschildts, Secret Service agents, LBJ ( his " others may have been involved" interview with Walter Cronkite ) George Bush and on and on. My first choice would be Seth Kantor's recorded under oath testimony in his appearance in the "Trial Of Lee Harvey Oswald" documentary when he describes in detail personally meeting and talking to Jack Ruby at Dallas's Parkland Hospital the early afternoon of 11,22,1963.
  20. Weird coincidence. Sunday the 18th of August I was pet sitting three dogs in a Carmel, Calif. hotel room. My employers were attending the world famous Concours D' Elegance event held at nearby Pebble Beach, Ca. In the room I was in lay some brochures advertising the week long event with one listing the many classic cars displayed for judging and/or auction and their owners. Way down the list I see a classic car that is owned by non-other than Jeffery Epstein major figure associate "Les Wexner." Guess Jeffrey Epstein didn't clean out Wexner completely.
  21. 12:00NOW PLAYING Jeffrey Epstein's Butler: The Truth About Power Epstein's butler served a longer sentence than Epstein! And his was "real" time. Not day time free and only nights spent in a secured cell. The FBI did NOT indict Jeffrey Epstein. The instead indicted his BUTLER, who claimed to have the names and contact ...
  22. I will check the specifics. John you are correct. I must fact check before posting. My bad and my apologies.
  23. Reported today in the media that just two days before he died, Jeffrey Epstein had a new will drawn up, leaving everything to his brother. Please weigh in with your thoughts on this Epstein action. I believe that someone in Epstein's legal and personal circle knew ahead of time that he was going to try to kill himself again while custody.
  24. Joe McBride. Thank you for posting the entire text of the Mae Brussell 1971 KLRB radio interview ( Mae Magnin from the I.Magnin family ) instead of just a link. It's too easy to choose not to click on a link for so many reasons.
