    Jim: Nice one Cory!

Yes Jim, but there's a much greater picture going on that involves a 40 year trend to marginalize the middle class you're apparently not aware of..

Right Cliff! The 2 major parties in the U.S. have polarized. The Republicans are out to dismantle the government,  and the Social safety net, like the Social Security , Medicare with the primary goal to lower taxes to the wealthy to either  1950's level of government or in some cases prior to the 1930's. The Democrats are trying to show that government can be effective in redressing the nation's problems.

If the Democrats got a sizable majority like 60%, there would be at least a single payer health care system, Social Security would be boosted by lifting the Social security tax cap for the wealthy. More funding of education and trade schools. Weren't you once a teacher Jim?

MYTH: at a time when people have been saying the 2 parties are the same, while understandably railing about the donor class and corporate control, the fact is, policy wise there's never been a greater difference between the 2 parties. With a 60% majority, the corporate Democrats if faced with a solid majority would fold.

The JFKA where a rogue faction within  the government is allegedly responsible for the assassination of a President works perfectly to a "T'  for the Republicans asking "why would you pay taxes to a government that killed it's President"?

It fits right into their playbook, and it's BS!

But none of that addresses the key point which is you have a U.S. Senator making this claim.  Keep your politics out of it and recognize things are changing on the assassination.   People want the truth.   Can they handle it?

That and Curry's hallway interview in the hallway. Roger Craig's message got through to Curry via Fritz.

Clearly the early unofficial story is thatLHO had help.   Yet, Westbrook knew he had tried the bus.   Perhaps the lookalike pick up did happen?   This is based on something.  They were not following up on nothing.

Are you referring to such edifying History Channel fare as Swamp People and The Legend Of Shelby The Swamp Man?

Hey I did a commercial for the History Channel when I was younger decades ago.  Great pay for a law student.  All my friends were surprised to see I actually was an actor.  I missed a day of school for the shoot and it was a fun time.  I have nothing but love for the History Channel.

No Coliseum Dogs in that buffet!

So, how did your friend respond to your citation of Actual Physical Evidence?

The food was great as pictures I sent you.  Shocked about the clothes.  Had no clue.  They thought I would rehash things they heard before lol!   I said the case is really not as tough as some make it out to be.

Rock’n good news!  I may have to treat Cory at two Vegas A’s games.

Paul Bleau is Canadian, Johnny Cairns is Scottish.  Are there any American researchers with the savvy to grasp the significance of physical evidence in a cold case murder investigation?

Cliff tonight we went to the invite party at Allegiant Stadium.   It was great food.   You missed out.  I’ll send pictures.  I was asked about JFK and did mention his shirt, tie, and suit.   So extra points for me.

Jean, if you rely on Kirk, you are lost.  He will say almost anything just to disagree with me. Which is why I have him blocked.

Now go back and look at the actual dialogue.

The town they lived in did not have two names.

And it was in the wrong state.

Now if you find that credible, God bless you.

    I do not.

Recall, Garrison said he was having trouble finding out the location and her occupation.

Ruth made sure it would stay that way.

    I wonder why?

Maybe the same reason she messed up the info on Hootkins?

Maybe the same reason she cooperated with Odum and Hoover on deep sixing Oswald's Minox?

Maybe the same reason she was so outraged about Oswald using her typewriter to write something about a place he was likely never at? Or maybe why she then produced 'evidence" in addition to that letter saying he was there?

I could go on and on, but if you are buds with Kirk, its no use.

Don’t forget the story about not knowing where he actually worked.  Oh, you mean that depository?   Gosh!   Or the we were all so excited about the president visit but we did not go down to watch because we had to go shopping or something ridiculous like that.

IMO it is not, but Sandy said Ruth lied when she was asked about her sisters address

I referred to you in that topic (if you look at the notices - the bell, next to messages - you get from EF it should be in there)

Does not appear to be perjury based on this limited info.   However, I have said before that I find her answers generally at best evasive.   I understand how Jim might find them as coached or rehearsed.

Huh? Sandy presented no proof of anything, except that I was telling the truth. I've said all along that McClelland claimed he'd been confused and had said the wound was "of the left temple" because Jenkins had pointed to the left temple, or some such thing. Sandy disputed even that. Upon realizing I was correct, Sandy started this ridiculous thread, in which he cites McCelland's subsequent statements as proof he was telling the truth. Talk of your circular reasoning!

The whole point is that McClelland made no mention of an entrance wound or exit wound in his original report. He said there was a wound of the left temple. As everyone else described one head wound, and as McClelland himself only saw one head wound, it is as close to a fact as anything in this case that he was saying the one wound he saw was of the left temple, after mistaking JFK's right for his left. He then moved the wound to fit what the others had said. But those wanting him to be a consistent truth-teller who suspected a conspiracy from day one need to understand his history, and that he told Dudman there was nothing about the wounds to suggest a shot from the front, told Weisberg Garrison was a psychopath, and admitted later in life he'd only changed his opinions about the direction of the shots after viewing the Zapruder film on TV. There is no way one can square this with some of what he said afterwards, when he, as Crenshaw, became a darling of the CT community, who applauded everything they wanted to hear and ignored everything they didn't want to hear. For example, McClelland said over and over that the throat wound depicted in the autopsy photos looked just as it did at Parkland. And yet that didn't stop Lifton and others from claiming this wound had been altered along with the head wound.

Well, to be fair, Dr. Crenshaw had impressive credentials and was correct about the LBJ call and about being there with JFK -even when other doctors tried to indicate he was not there.  So if telling the truth made him a “darling”, I can’t say, but it was refreshing to hear some truth for once.

    Brennan’s.  Closed since ‘18, sadly.

    Flints.

    On Shattuck?

Ever go to Rather Ripped Records, Euclid/Hearst?  One of the great import/indie vinyl shops.

I did not know it closed.  Things change I guess.  My fights there were over 25 years ago.

Sam’s Hof Brau.  Been awhile, but I think it’s still there.

I boxed multiple times at Cal.   Down by the highway there was a hof brau house near a huge seafood restaurant.  Was it Brennigans?   Really good food.  We would go there after the weigh in starving ready to eat.

Do I need to listen to the entire 160 minutes to verify that “comprehensive” Jim DiEugenio ignored the genuine physical evidence — the bullet defects in JFK’s clothes?

If he did cite actual physical evidence, I’ll buy Cory Santos a brew and a brat at a Vegas A’s game.

What Cliff fails to note is regardless of whether Jim mentioned it, I still bought the club seats to the game lol.
