  1. Joseph, since you only engage in abusive comments to the extent of misspelling my name, either ignore or, have a read of Larry Hancock's works because with the exception of material that my group has uncovered and which I am sharing by email with Larry, you appear to be totally in the dark. Please stick to civil and legally-framed remarks or pretend that I do not exist and I will do the same for you.
  2. Cory, That is not what I wrote: I wrote "The entire Florida-based CIA operation vanished." It was part of my synopsis. I suggest you read the long version and of course, quote me correctly. I know exactly what happened in Florida, and what happened to the Cubans. This is something that I am following via the mv Olga Patricia. Unfortunately you do not appear know what I know, and what Larry Hancock and others know. But you could know if you will read some of my more lengthy explanations on the Board.
  3. Hi Robert, I am sorry I thought you were directing me to the windscreen/windshield. Okay, I get it, but was the arm raised long before the car drew parallel. The Zapruder film image almost drops off the screen. No criticism, just asking.
  4. Denis, does your comment mean that the "DCM" and the person standing by the car are two different people?
  5. Hi Robert. That is a very interesting clip. It could be a wave, and yet it could signify a spot-on 'hit'. = "Got him - good one!" Not sure about the windshield/windscreen because in the photos I have seen there is an indication of damage just below the top where the glass meets the metal frame, but not where your arrow points. Do you have any other specific photos showing damage to the glass? The hand is very interesting, BUT do you know when the hand went up as opposed to it suddenly appearing in the Zapruder film? If it was already up BEFORE JFK reacted to the shot, then it would imply a wave. But if it indeed did go up the moment he was shot, then that could be an indication of a coordinated hit. Either way, thanks for putting it up because it is food for thought about a coordinated hit, until someone shows otherwise that was merely a wave to say "hello" as JFK passed by.
  6. There are some facts in play which are facts because they are verifiable. 1. The Cuban invasion plan was created by Richard Nixon and tinkered with by JFK. It ended in disaster. That is verifiable. 2. JFK then created the CIA- SGA and put his brother in charge. Everything went according to the new JFK-RFK plan using expat Cubans, until JFK's murder. 3. CIA engaged with Mafia to assassinate Fidel Castro. That sequence is documented. 3. RFK's past vendetta against the Mafia and one man in particular, came back to bite him. That sequence of events is documented. 4. When JFK was murdered the SGA crumbled and soon RFK was out of a job under the Presidency of LBJ. The Cuban expats never recovered. 5. The entire Florida-based CIA operation vanished. 6. Recent revelations hint that not all of the tactical nukes were removed from Cuba and so no one dare start another invasion plan. 7. Who gained? Not the Cuban expats. The answer is the Mafia boss in New Orleans. That is the clear-cut sequencing of actual and known, and documented events. All the rest is hearsay gossip over a garden fence.
  7. I read a very interesting synopsis of the 1960 Nixon-Kennedy Presidential Election, in which Nixon, as Vice President, claimed to be the father of the Cuban invasion, albeit not at the 'Bay of Pigs'. Nixon wanted the invasion to take place before the Presidential Election in case Kennedy won, and he then went ahead with the invasion, and he succeeded with the invasion, and then claimed victory for the invasion. I watched the four 1960 Presidential Election videos online via YouTube. I concluded that not only was this perspective analysis true, but that another suggestion put forth in the original article was also true. Kennedy did promote the idea of reestablishing American domination over post-Mafia Cuba under Fidel Casto. Nixon did denounce Kennedy as a totally irresponsible warmonger for promoting such an idea. Nixon claimed that Kennedy was breaking several USA treaties with Latin America, as well as the UN Charter by planning to attack and invade Cuba. At that time the specificity of the Eisenhower-Nixon invasion plan was not known by the general public. Tinkering with the invasion plan led to a switch of invasion locations to the 'Bay of Pigs', and because of Nixon's denouncement of Kennedy being a warmongering individual, Kennedy announced that there would not be any invasion by US Armed Forces. Some Americans did participate in air cover during the 'Bay of Pigs' invasion, but they were cloaked under the umbrella of National Guard, and not the USAF. So when the entire invasion went pear-shaped, Kennedy's friends looked for someone to blame, and that was the CIA. Kennedy could not reveal that the invasion was not his idea but Nixon's, because Kennedy had already tinkered with Nixon's plan to such an extent that it was destined for failure, because strictly speaking, it was no longer Nixon's plan but Kennedy's plan. To hopefully redeem himself, JFK placed his brother RFK in charge of a CIA faction based in Miami, and then secretly began to finance and recruit Cuban ex-pats for "another go" under the code name of AMWORLD. The JFK mythology was added to by his murder, which some even pinned on LBJ. The story about LBJ and Vietnam is a fake because JFK was dead and buried before Vietnam became a nightmare, although JFK helped to make sure that it became a nightmare. Long after JFK had been killed off, that is in 1966, and all of the nonsense Vietnam-LBJ stories started circulating, the apologists for JFK came up with The New York Times hearsay quotation that JFK wanted to smash the CIA. They placed the blame on LBJ. Of course LBJ was a crook from day one of his first Texas election orchestrated with help from the 'Duke of Duval', but that is beside the point. LBJ became the scapegoat so that JFK could become a 'god'. In reality, JFK was the opposite of the person he was perceived to be. The current controversy about the murder of JFK does not make sense because it is a stewpot of conjecture. What does make sense is the dialogue expressed in that four-part televised Presidential Debate of 1960. What also makes sense is that RFK had a personal vendetta going against one member of the Mafia in New Orleans. RFK humiliated - not just disrespected this Mafia boss - in a very public way, and that man had good reason to get rid of RFK by bumping off his brother so that RFK would be deprived of his job as US Attorney General. That result was assured due to the Kennedy clan's total hatred for LBJ, and that including Jackie. Her 'Camelot' fantasy story was concocted after JFK was dead. So what about Lee Harvey Oswald and Jack Ruby? The indicators (timeline, etc.) point to LHO being a 'patsy' as he claimed to be. The CIA were working with the Mafia and Jack Ruby was certainly tied to the Mafia. In other words, if the political story about the Cuban invasion is separated from the murder of JFK, then it is possible to see the real story. But by throwing everything into one big stew pot in a totally absurd and non-investigative manner, nothing is clear. The Establishment likes it that way because the real story will never emerge. But, if the two events (Cuba and murder) are disconnected, a totally different twin storyline comes into view, and it is provable, clear, and easy to comprehend. That is how I am approaching this topic.
  8. Knowing about a breed of professional and well-educated Texans who see forums such as this, and read daft explanations about the "umbrella man" who came forward years after the event to tell of an obscure tale relating to the umbrella carried by Neville Chamberlain decades ago, and then reading comments that take this stuff seriously, I wonder how many pranksters are reading these comments and participating in them - to wind you up. It's what some Texans call entertainment. From time to time stories pop up in the press about DJs who call officials by phone and record their conversations for replay on a breakfast drive-time radio show. The DJs pretend to be someone that they are not, and a few manage to clear the hurdles by fooling the people answering the phone and put some dignitary on line to make a total fool out of them. The stereotypical comments about the 'DCM" remind me of this, and so does the explanation for the "UM". If there are pranksters on this forum, then the more their comments are taken seriously and elaborated upon, the more they roar with laughter at how stupid some participants are. If dignitaries can be fooled, you can be sure that you can also be fooled. It's all part of the diverse culture that is Texas. Be careful, you could become a victim.
  9. BOTTOM LINE CONCLUSION: It does look as if a person next to the UM was using a walkie talkie. It does look as if the UM man was using his umbrella as a signal. It also appears that the UM was a typical racist - not in the daft woke sense, but in "the fear of other people" sense who are different from the majority "Baptist orientated White community of Dallas" in those days. (Billy Graham, a vocal son of Joe McCarthy claimed 1st Baptist in Dallas as his home town when he preached that "Communism is Satanism". The man of the overpass looks as if he could be using a walkie talkie. The conjecture about him carrying a rifle in plain sight of the policeman and others on the overpass is an illogical conclusion. Clearly if these two were speaking to each other then they were part of a group action. It could easily be interpreted that they were part of some sort of security operation to protect JFK. On the other hand, the UM man next to him appears to be giving a signal. It is possible that those two were also working together to protect rather than attack JFK. As for the man who shows up with the absolutely ridiculous story about Chamberlain, that is so obscure and so silly that even on its face value it appears to demonstrate the kind of humor that certain Texans have been known to engage in as a silly prank. I know of one attorney who planted letters to the Editor of a paper to see if he could get them into print. He did. One of his letters appeared to be a harmless endorsement of some editorial position, but if the first letter of each paragraph is read downwards, it actually spelled out the opposite of what the body of the letter said. It was just one more example of this kind of Texas humor. Another attorney I know, had little gatherings in his office of professional people, including a Dallas cop, and they viewed right-wing, anti-Communist films about Cuba as comedy entertainment, in much the same sort of way that the stereotyped attributed comment about the "DCM" is alleged to have been made. Some Texans had a very, very weird sense of humor that ridiculed the majority conservative viewpoint on religion and politics - BUT - they had NO political agenda of their own. The same Texas attorney that I know of had a portrait of Adolph Hitler on his wall at home, but he was NOT a Nazi, he was just a person with a very twisted sense of humor. Texas is a vast territory and it has a diversity of people living there and some of them are just plain misfits without any form of core attachment to family or society. Individually they also turn out to be unhappy people.
  10. Personally, I find this entire video very confusing, even though I stopped and restarted it several times. The music is entirely too loud and unnecessary. It is distracting. The idea of the man on the grass talking to the man on the bridge is plausible, but the comment about the rifle and the policemen on the fence who could see what was on the other side of the bridge implies that the man with a radio (which does indeed seem to make sense visually and verbally, having a rifle that the policeman could see .... Well that implies that not only was the policeman part of a plot, but so were the railroad workers unless they were blind. But they spotted smoke from behind the fence at the top of the grass covered little hill. That does not make sense. I am not sure what your thesis is regarding this entire sequence but I cannot agree with you that it is definitive of anything. It seems to raise a lot of questions about the point you are trying make above the din of that music.
  11. You also missed this one for August 3, 1963 = "Stephen Ward, 50, English osteopath and central figure in the Profumo Affair (via Christine Keeler), committed suicide." Ward also linked to the British spy scandals that reached into Washington DC with a double agent who worked for the UK MI6 and the USSR KGB.
  12. Ron, I think you missed an event on this day 60 years ago = "August 9, 1963: Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested in New Orleans while distributing leaflets for the Fair Play for Cuba Committee after getting into a scuffle. He spent the night in jail."
  13. Not at the moment because I don't have time due to the fact that I am working on a trilogy of books with timetables for completion. But I can explain how I am approaching this subject. My interest is in the story of certain ships that became entangled with the JFK story, due to the people involved. Now that I have satisfied myself that Marcello is probably the number one suspect in masterminding the murder of JFK, and he engaged with others either supporting his actions, or contriving misdirection, I can now follow links to people like de Mohrenschildt; Pierson; Airtime; McLendon; Murchison, etc., and tie them to a body of research connected to the record industry and groups such as the Beatles. That research traces the history of 'border blasters' from Fort Worth at the dawn of broadcasting; to Mexico and from there to France before WWII. It is also entangled with the story of the Italian Mafia and Jewish organized crime families, so the research I am engaged upon obviously had to address the CIA's involvement of the Mafia in the murder of JFK. The CIA is an outgrowth of the OSS and Winston Churchill's clandestine broadcasting world strapped to the SOE. Many have heard of 'Ultra' but they have never heard of Sefton Delmer and WWII psywars. But pyswars became the methodology employed in Miami during the lead-in the murder of JFK. His death interrupted a plan in progress. It did not assist that plan, it interrupted that plan and the misdirection that followed just confused the real storyline. Over the years I have personally encountered people like ex-CIA director Colby in his dealings with Don Pierson over an aborted freeport in Haiti. This was during the same time period that de Mohrenschildt and Clint Murchison also got involved with Haiti. So it is a very complicated and tangled mess that I have to work through in order to follow the real storyline and not get led into a misdirection. Our story has emerged very slowly since about 1980 when I first met Don Pierson with my two colleagues, and off and on since then we have been working on research without knowing what the core of the story should be. Now we know. The main body of our research is about the practical application of communication law in both the UK and USA and all of the key people who created the world of broadcasting - which now appears to be on the cusp of extinction. It is being replaced by entirely new means of electronic communication. I would not be surprised if AI and holograms are combined to create a Brave New World that will be as different as the world was before cars and planes. So the story we are working on has a beginning and it has an end, and the end of drafting the first manuscript is now in sight. I am here because people like Larry Hancock are here, and our library of books includes works by him due to the pointers that he has been able to provide - without necessarily knowing that he was doing so. Larry is not alone in helping our project, and tonight I learned from Larry that he obtained some of his information from a person who has also been very helpful to us. In fact, it was that person who really set the ball rolling for us to take a look at the murder of JFK.
  14. On Mary Ferrell - On June 28 1963, 'Olga Patricia' was being looked at a mother ship for JMWAVE - Maritime Assets - it would be sold by AMRUN Corporation (indicating past CIA life) to AMBIDDY-1 and made available to AMWORLD within 30-45 days with 26 man crew. That will give you an idea of the way things were moving towards the proposed AMWORLD D-Day . There were several other companies involved, including one managed by Dr Manuel Artime Buesa who reversed his initials to name his company BAM. I don't have the timeline to hand at this moment, but the life of this ship has been documented.
  15. It was based in the Gulf of Mexico and called in at Brownsville. The ship got close to the Cuban coast and released the balloons filled with helium tanks from its desk. Once over Cuba they were triggered to shower down propaganda. As for the Central American venture that was before Artime and AMWORLD, and if anything it is more likely that it was use by David Atlee Phillips and company. The Courier used by the Voice of America was also down there before it sailed off for the island of Rhodes.
  16. Hi Gerry. Yes, it was disguised as a ship conducting atmospheric nuclear test contamination by launching high altitude balloons from its deck. In reality it was launching balloons to drop propaganda on Cuba! There seems to be a period between 1964 and 1965 when it was doing something else off Central America, and then it returned to a United States Air Force pen in Miami before being leased to Don Pierson's company as the home of 'Swinging Radio England' and 'Britain Radio' anchored off South-east England in the North Sea. Then, in the second half of 1967 it was offered by Don Pierson to just about everyone - including the Voice of America. The only interest came from Haiti, and so Don Pierson took the same road that de Mohrenschildt took to do business with Papa Doc - who suddenly died. So the ship docked in Miami and became the subject of U.S. federal lawsuits. The transmitters were reclaimed and sold to two operations in South Africa, and the ship ended up with another Cuban ex-pat who resumed raids on Cuba and so the US Government grabbed it and sold it to a New England fishing company!
  17. In June 2008 a book called 'Triple Double Cross: The Story Behind The Conspiracy To Murder John F. Kennedy; A Tale Of Chaos, Corruption And Cover Up' was published with the author's name listed as Charles W. Weaver. If you reference it on the Internet it will be identified as a novel, but I have a decoded list of the names in the book and they are all identified as real people. There is no doubt that Bill Weaver set out to write and publish an expose of the JFK murder, and there is no doubt that Gordon McLendon is identified as being at the heart of the assassination plot involving Lee Harvey Oswald. But this is no novel and the published version of Bill Weaver's manuscript does not reflect what Bill Weaver wrote. I personally met Bill Weaver who died of an illness before the book was published. It was completed by a ghost writer who made-up a storyline that is absolutely absurd. But years later his widow and daughter sent me copies of Weaver's own manuscripts that varied as he was writing and rewriting them, but they did not match the published book contents. Weaver worked for McLendon as his National Sales Manager (for all the McLendon stations), while managing KILT, the McLendon station in Houston. Weaver was sent to Sweden to close down 'Radio Nord' in the Baltic, a pop station on board a ship that McLendon's father told Weaver was a cover for a CIA listening post. McLendon also had interests in Ireland and tried to get the Irish Republic to give him a licence for a super-power radio station. This all happened prior to November 22, 1963. McLendon had created 'Radio Nord' with Clint Murchison and Robert Thompson and they managed the purchase of radio equipment through a firm in New York, and financing via an company in Liechtenstein who handled all banking in Switzerland. McLendon was known for fantasy recreations of sports programming - before he borrowed the top 40 format for KLIF in Oak Cliff, Dallas. McLendon's pal from nearby Fort Worth was David Atlee Phillips who used McLendon's style of pseudo 'pirate' radio to overthrow a government in South America on behalf of the CIA, and their knowledge of that kind of fake political broadcasts originated with Sefton Delmer on behalf of Winston Churchill during WWII - before the OSS emerged from the SOE and therefore long before the creation of CIA. There is an entanglement with 'pirate' radio broadcasting ships in Sweden, Denmark and England that goes back to McLendon. Who sabotaged Weaver's book I don't know, but it was sabotaged, although there is no doubt that Weaver pointed his finger at McLendon when it came to Oswald and Ruby. If the murder of JFK came out of the Mafia in New Orleans, then McLendon and Murchison were certainly part of the misdirect towards Oswald. Inference appears in the notes of Bobby Kennedy's Special Group (Augmented) to Robert Thompson who was part of the McLendon-Murchison trilogy, because the SGA wanted a radio ship. In the end they got the Olga Patricia instead, because it was a larger vessel and it was used for launching high altitude balloons over Cuba, using Galveston as its base. This ship was obtained by the CIA from a USAF pen at Miami and it was assigned to Dr Manuel Artime Buesa's company called 'BAM'. I have possession of the Olga Patricia's ship's papers that show that a ship's mortgage was held by a bank in Miami where Artime did business. There is no doubt that the end days of Jack Ruby who did relate to the Mafia, were entwined around activities centering upon McLendon's KLIF in Dallas. Yet, with all of this information not one word of it has been focused upon by people revisiting the murder of JFK. However, it was Larry Hancock in 'Secret Warrior' who first published details about BAM and the Olga Patricia, although when he published that book he was unaware of Bill Weaver and his storehouse of knowledge about Gordon McLendon.
  18. Look at their positions in both photographs in relation to both the advancing cars, and the Stemmons Freeway sign. In one picture both men are to the right, or in front of the sign, and in the next picture both are behind or to the left of the sign, and further apart. Then in Ron's sequence both are sitting down cuddled up to each other as if there wasn't enough free curb for everyone to sit down and spread out. Given that the cars are moving and that these two men are also on the move, it means that a lot of repositioning took place in an incredibly short amount of time. However, the last part where they are sitting, may account for the fact that the Zapruder film was doctored and frames removed which showed that JFK's car had come to a standstill after shots were fired. If the Zapruder film length was shortened, then of course it also means that the time that the two men had to get from their separated standing positions to their squished-up sitting positions is also longer than indicated. One reason for sitting in such close proximity would be to compare notes and take their next movements in a coordinated but not identical directions.
  19. Leslie, my interest in this subject is essentially the same as Larry Hancock as outlined in the cover jacket of his book 'Someone Would Have Talked'. Larry has taken a court room approach to evidence, and so have I. That does not mean that he knows what I know, or that I know what he knows, but like prosecutors entering a courtroom, I believe that we both have something to contribute to the case file. The case file for the 'instant act' is dated November 22, 1963, and the 'instant act' is identified as the murder of JFK. In a courtroom a judge will allow pretrial motions to be heard to speed-up the trial itself, and in Texas courtrooms it is not unusual for Motions In Limine to be heard in order to either include or exclude evidence that is considered to be prejudicial to the case. My statement referred to the person having most to gain from the 'instant act' and the question of whether he caused the 'instant act'. Why he did this and how he did this are different matters entirely and would have to be treated separately. They could be brought in to support a motive for the 'instant act', but a motive is not always necessary to convict, anymore than it is always necessary to produce the corpse of a victim to convict someone for murder. It just makes conviction more difficult. When I made my statement I looked for the one person who had a clear-cut motive and the means (money and contacts) to get the job done, and, the means to silence anyone who dared to talk about the 'instant act'. That all focused upon one person at one location. However, what I am following, which you correctly observed in your initial comment to me, are the movements of a couple of ships, one of which did indeed become used for the genuine 'Radio Caroline South' of 1964. But the radio fans who discuss that topic, as much as 'JFK fans' discuss this topic, wander all over the place and they would be thrown out of a Texas courtroom, and perhaps many other geographically located courtrooms. The reason I follow two ships (Mi Amigo and Olga Patricia) is because they can only be addressed 'In Rem' ("The Thing") via an attorney at law, since they are inanimate objects incapable of saying anything for themselves. Therefore a paper trail has to be followed, and since the paper trail is not hidden by on file in public places for insurance purposes, it is there to be studied. In this context both ships feature within the same timeline and refer to the same individuals whose names crop-up in this story. From a music standpoint, the New York and New Jersey Mafia and the Jewish Crime Syndicate are also players in this same story, but not in the case of the 'instant act' in Dallas on November 22, 1963, and this is where a Motion In Limine would be introduced to limit the scope of the trial. Otherwise the Actors named above who reside in New York and New Jersey would be linked to Tiny Tim and the Kray Twins in London, England. Similarly, the involvement of Don Pierson with John Tower via associates in Wichita Falls would be linked to both Clint Murchison and George de Mohrenschildt who had dealings with Papa Doc in Haiti, while de Mohrenschildt was even married for a time to a Dorothy Pierson in Florida, albeit not directly connected to Don Pierson in Abilene, Texas. Then there is the fact that Don Pierson was also the president of a bank in Abilene, Texas at the same time that events in Dallas relating to the murder of JFK were taking place. To make matters even more foggy, the first offshore radio venture by Don Pierson (Radio London), was put together by the mastermind of offshore banking for both the Mafia and the CIA via Florida and the Bahamas. Now add to all that the fact that Don Pierson obtained the Olga Patricia from the same bank that Manuel Artime Buesa used in Miami, and that declassified CIA documents show that the CIA obtained the Olga Patricia for the CIA. There is more. Much, much more. So I am compartmentalizing the 'instant act' and limiting it to what is known as provable facts, and the movements of the Mi Amigo and Olga Patricia to what is known as provable facts. The provable facts in those separate instances all overlap like ripples in a pond that have been caused by separate rocks thrown into the pond by different actors. Therefore I focus on the actual and known actors and the provable facts. Colorful anecdotes are for inclusion in told storylines to prevent readers falling asleep. In a courtroom dry facts sometimes cause even the jurors to nod off, even when a defendant's life may be at stake. That is a problem. Here we are not in a courtroom and everyone can come and go as they please in order to stay awake.
  20. In courts of law, evidence must be presented where a chain of custody can be demonstrated. Hearsay testimony ("I heard someone say something") is not permitted unless it can be supported by additional and verifiable hard evidence. Unfortunately a lot of people love to speculate about a lot of things without a shred of hard evidence to support their claims. In a court of law their opinions would be excluded at trial. I have spent years working in the world of courts of law and trying to unravel at least two situations where evidence contradicts wild claims. Unfortunately a number of people then resort to personal attacks instead of dealing with facts in evidence. Sometimes cops and prosecutors have vested interests and these corrupt folks try to corrupt the course of justice. One person in particular who I respect for his honest hard work relating to the subject of JFK's murder, is Larry Hancock. Perhaps some of his, and similarly related works, should be classroom reading for folks here, before they begin throwing in their two-penny-worth of opinions. On the other hand you may to take the view that this is just one big gossip site where facts in evidence are as important as dreams. That is of course your right, but don't be surprised if your views are exposed as mere fantasy. That's my opinion on the matter.
  21. Leslie, pranksters do their own thing when they want to do them. There is 1963 reality and then years later there is a prankster. They are not one and the same.
