Burt Griffin may not have known this little tit-bit about Ruby's background, but what's the betting that those who selected Ruby as hit man DID know about it, and figured that somebody like Mark Lane would pick up on it sooner or later, launching yet another wild goose chase?

Didn't Nixon, or someone associated with him write the Chairman of this Committee asking that Ruby be excused from testifying because he was an informant for Richard Nixon?
