Dean Hagerman
Is any description of the two men available? The wanted persons in this are both slender white males about 30, 5-feet-10, 165, carrying what looks to be a thirty-thirty or some type of Winchester. They look eerily alike. One left in a light colored rambler station wagon being driven by a Mexican or a Cuban. The other boarded a bus. "The prints lifted from the thirty-thirty match those of Malcolm Wallace" said securtiy guard, Gary Mack. Curator Mack has been moonlighting as a security guard since interest in the "Oswald done it all by his lonesome" shrine has diminished during the recent recession. According to sources, lack of interest is more due to disappointment in those seeking the truth than it is due to the recession.

John Dolva
I don't know, Lee. The first floor plan (ce whatever) shows a strongroom. I would expect the safe to be in there. Having been a member of a demolition of an old business I can tell you the safe was one of the last things we tackled. I don't think it had been moved since it was put there. The TSBD building housed a number of businesses, the TSBD being one of them.

Bernice Moore
NEWS 8 EXCLUSIVE SECOND SAFE WAS TAKEN FROM 6TH FLOOR MUSEUM DALLAS — News 8 has learned that there was a second safe stolen from the Sixth Floor Museum in downtown Dallas last week. Inside that safe? Possible documents related to the assassination of President John F. Kennedy and jewelry that may have some connection to his wife, Jacqueline. The Dallas County Sheriff's Department told the public about one safe that was nearly stolen from the museum during the May 4 break-in. It was recovered almost immediately, dangling from a winch on the back of a stolen pickup truck. But during that burglary, a second safe was removed in what now appears to have been an inside job. Dallas police found it in a park in southeast Dallas. A police report said there were bags and keys from the museum inside that safe, but it also said that JFK documents and jewelry possibly related to Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis were missing. http://www.wfaa.com/news/crime/Arrest-made...n-93316154.html

The Sixth Floor says they want them, and Judge Tunheim of the ARRB sent Watkins a letter requesting the records be given to NARA. http://www.dentonrc.com/sharedcontent/dws/...tkinsletter.pdf Now I wonder whether the theft of these safes is related to that, or if these guys are just a bunch of Texas Yahoos. In either case, it would appear that this would make a good case for giving the records to the NARA, whose track record isn't much better having lost the negative of the Wink photo, Kennedy's brain, the AF1 tapes and other relevant records. BK Bill there is simply miles too much in docs to ever be in a small or large safe it would take a vault like they were found in i if they do go to the tsbd i imagine, hopefully they will have to build or buy such a to hold all...... http://tinyurl.com/2cuzfr8 Edited May 13, 2010 by Bernice Moore

William Kelly
FROM JOE BACKES.......Why is this material not going to the JFK Records Collection at Archives II? Boxes of JFK assassination papers soon may be headed for Sixth Floor Museum's new reading room http://justiceforkennedy.blogspot.com/2010...ing-to-jfk.html There should be an investigation into why no one mentioned these records when the ARRB was in Dallas taking sworn testimony and seeking any and all government records of the assassination. The Sixth Floor Museum is a private enterprise that in fifty years may not even be in existence, and the records could be put out in the trash or sold to the highest bidder, when if they were in the hands of the NARA, at least the American people would be responisble for them. Gary Mack says that I am two faced hypocrite - in saying the government is responsible for the assassination and should, at the same time, be given the records and evidence in the crime, but at least when the government changes hands, it is taken over by those elected by the people, while the Sixth Floor is owned by secretive individuals and local Dallas people who have already shown that they won't put their own Oral Histories on line when they easily could do so. And what happened to the rolls of film that were found with the documents? We haven't heard a thing about them since the day they were discovered and mentioned, and have now dissapeared.
