The suspect was in custody. He goes on to say that, according to a Dallas reporter, James Kerr, JD Tippit was shot by an unknown assailant in a car. Which speaks volumes about our media. Examples: Right after the Reagan shooting, Judy Woodruff reported that one shot came from an upper floor. Right after the OKC bombing, there was a news report of additional explosives found. Right after the collapse of WTC7 on 9/11, Dan Rather reported that it looked like a controlled demolition.
