James DiEugenio
This article was submitted to Greg Parker by a lurker at his site. He refined it and added a few things. I think its interesting. Especially since almost all the info is new. https://www.thenewdisease.space/texas-theatre-mysteries
Rob Couteau
On 5/21/2018 at 8:16 AM, James DiEugenio said: the info is new. Really informative piece, which among other things shows how the tentacles of the Agency were all over the place. And we can add Julia Postal's name to the list of women who played key and often tragic roles in the Oswald saga. Thanks for posting this. The Dulles connections are also interesting. Guest
ROKC has got another thread going on this, and one about 'uncle' Nick McDonald as well. http://reopenkennedycase.forumotion.net/t1760-texas-theatre-theatrics http://reopenkennedycase.forumotion.net/t1341-nick-mcdonald In May 2017 I posted this piece from the Ft Worth Star Telegram Nov 23 And this one from The Houston Post Nov 24th Edited May 22, 2018 by Bart Kamp
James DiEugenio
This for me is still unsolved, like so many things in this case. I could never buy that the Postal call created such a furor about the Texas Theater. The people over at ROKC seem to think that it was actually a private, anonymous caller who got all those police cars over to the Texas Theater. Evan Marshall
Jim in 1970 when I graduated from the police academy I found some officers would stop at a phone booth and place a phony hot call to give them an excuse to get inside a place that would be difficult to justify entry otherwise such as motorcycle gang houses and other illegal sites. B. A. Copeland
I think Armstrong believes it was Tommy Rowe who called but I believe JA also says that there was an actual series of phone calls? I can't wait to read this in any event. See its stuff like this that really make you question what one thinks they know...
Chuck Schwartz
I think DAP was LHO's handler on the day of the assassination and it was DAP that told LHO to go to the Texas Theatre . Then, DAP told Earle Cabell (who we now know was a CIA asset) to have his police go to the Texas Theatre to arrest the assassin (LHO).
