James DiEugenio
Paul Bleau has expanded and revised his original important article of the previous plots to kill Kennedy. To me this is so interesting in so many ways. Man, Kennedy was not going to make it out of 1963 was he? I guess they did not want to kill him in an election year. It seems someone should do a real forensic inquiry into the FPCC also. https://kennedysandking.com/john-f-kennedy-articles/the-three-failed-plots-to-kill-jfk-part-
Mathias Baumann
Hello James, in the article you posted I found an interesting link: https://statick2k-5f2f.kxcdn.com/images/2018/bleau-mechanism/bleau-phillips.pdf There it says: Quote [David Attlee] Phillips connects to Shaw and Ferrie through Freeport Sulphur Now I did some research on Freeport Sulphur. I found this interesting piece of Information: Quote Freeport's nickel-mining operations in Cuba were seized after Fidel Castro came to power in 1959. Source: https://www.nytimes.com/1994/09/14/obituaries/langbourne-williams-is-dead-retired-businessman-was-91.html Does anyone have more infos on Freeport Sulphur? Where exactly is the connection between David Attlee Phillips and Clay Shaw?

For example, the date of the May 1963 Nashville plot seems to indicate that the conspiracy to murder President Kennedy was not initiated in response to; 1) his June American University "peace" speech, 2) his nuclear test ban initiative, or 3) his October decision to withdraw from Vietnam, per se. Was the conspiracy launched, in earnest, after the peaceful October 27, 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis resolution? Also, how long would it have taken the conspirators to successfully execute these black ops, after the decision was made to do so?
James DiEugenio
I have to say that in his upcoming book, Volume Three in his tetraology, John Newman is going to date the origins of the assassination plotting to the beginning of 1963. It will be interesting to see what he bases that upon. I had theorized that the plot was hatched in the summer of 1963, after the Peace Speech and also it became clear that Kennedy was going for detente with Castro. David Andrews
There are quite a few past threads here that consider Freeport Sulphur, Clay Shaw, and broader connections. There should also be documents collected at the Mary Farrell Foundation site. Edited October 1, 2018 by David Andrews
James DiEugenio
I always felt that this was one of the best articles Probe Magazine ever printed. And Part 2 about Freeport and Indonesia is just as good. But this one connects the main players in New Orleans to the upper levels of the Establishment. http://www.realhistoryarchives.com/collections/hidden/freeport-cuba.htm
