James DiEugenio Posted April 1, 2020 Share Posted April 1, 2020 In my article I mention toward the end how Dylan said something rather dumb while getting an award from the Emergency Civil Liberties Union in December of 1963. A Dylanologist replied that as I mentioned, he was drunk. But the next month he wrote a letter of explanation. In that letter he said words to the effect, If Oswald did it. That is notable I think.
