I don't view Rowley in a harsh light. In other words, he isn't someone I am overly suspicious of. He was a former FBI agent and was friends with Hoover. I am mad that he did not punish the nine agents who drank the morning of 11/22/63. That said, I view him thru more of a incompetence/negligence point of view than anything sinister, per se.
