He is stating in the simplest, most clear way that LBJ being the succeeding president was a factor in JFK's killing. Ruby also handed Sheriff Al Maddox a handwritten note that stated his killing Oswald was part of a conspiracy. Truly disturbingly incongruous what the main stream media and lone nut proponents chose to accept and or ignore regards everything Jack Ruby stated or wrote that claimed the events of November 22nd thru 24th 1963 were part of a conspiracy.
