Douglas Caddy
The U.S. Supreme Court has shown that precedent is no longer a relevant factor in a democracy. So, anything might happen. I personally want a Chicago convention with at least six candidates vying for the nomination in a process that will require at least four separate rounds of ballots being cast and counted before the nominee is finally selected. The suspense and drama will keep Trump relegated to the peanut gallery as the world holds its breath as to the outcome.
Steve Thomas
-J.D. Vance - "This is one of the great tricks that I think the sexual revolution pulled on the American populace, which is the idea that like, ‘well, OK, these marriages were fundamentally, you know, they were maybe even violent, but certainly they were unhappy. And so getting rid of them and making it easier for people to shift spouses like they change their underwear, that’s going to make people happier in the long term,’” Vance said. “And maybe it worked out for the moms and dads, though I’m skeptical. But it really didn’t work out for the kids of those marriages,” Steve Thomas

Steve Thomas
I know why Donald Trump picked J.D. Vance as his running mate. It's because they share the first two letters in their names. D.J. Trump J.D. Vance It's as simple as that. Trump being such a deep thinker and all. Steve Thomas

Vance's sage advice about what constitutes a healthy marriage, since his parents divorced when he was a toddler and he was raised by his maternal grandparents due to his mother's drug addiction. Trump is another fount of marital wisdom, after divorcing his first two wives and shagging a porn star and a Playboy model during his third wife's pregnancy. Trump also deserves credit for burying his first wife on one of his golf courses. 🙄

Matt Allison
This man is worshipped in the swing state of North Carolina and I believe would bring home a Dem victory there as the VP candidate.

Matt Allison
Yep. Russia Has Already Lost the War "Right-wing apologists for Putin have been saying that Russia will eventually win the war in Ukraine. They argue that Russia will prevail because they have a larger population, economy, and military than Ukraine. That may all be true, but what is also true is that the Ukraine war has turned into an unmitigated disaster for Russia. Putin’s vanity project of trying to seize Ukraine in three days failed miserably. Instead of admitting defeat, Putin doubled down and essentially committed the Russian military to fight an attritional campaign against Ukraine. Putin has only succeeded in attritting the Russian military. Their losses have been nothing short of catastrophic." https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2024/7/21/2256368/-Russia-Has-Already-Lost-the-War?pm_campaign=front_page&pm_source=trending&pm_medium=web

I hope that the candidate that is finally nominated is someone who hasn't run for president in the primaries in the past - a new face non-centrist. Bill Fite
Hillary and Bill Clinton endorse Kamala Harris as Joe Biden's successor Bill and Hillary Clinton have endorsed Kamala Harris to succeed Joe Biden as the Democratic presidential nominee: Great - the person most responsible for Donald Trump's successful election and her husband and Biden (who has a lot of mental trouble) have endorsed Harris. Oh and add a centrist gov from the South as VP..... What could go wrong?

We had a county commissioner who owned a lumber yard. He put up an alter on the property and had his lumber yard declared as a church, so he could take the tax write-off.
