In CIA documents, are individual US presidents referred to by cryptonyms?  (Kennedy, Johnson, e. g., as opposed to a crypt for POTUS)

If so, is there a handy list of former presidents' cryptonyms available?

I've seen lists of crypt's that refer to Lyndon B Johnson as GPLOGIC

GPFLOOR was Oswald (related) post assassination?  This is an interesting related old thread.  See post 5 on the first page, Bill Kelly's long list of cryptonyms.  Though LOGIC and FOCUS are not mentioned.

Ah, now I remember GPIDEAL!  Thanks.  Is there a list of crypts for later presidents?

Also, is KUBARK for CIA still current?  It's available through so many document releases that you would think not.  What do they use now?
